I just had my 4th tattoo laser removal treatment with Debbie. She is the best! She makes every appointment as comfortable as possible, lots of great conversation too! I have a cover up tattoo on my upper arm and through her treatments, it has diminished in appearance. I highly recommend her for laser tattoo removal. (I will add photos as treatment progresses). Also, no scarring whatsoever, only great progress.

Contacting Debbie was super easy. She gave me an estimate of what she thinks will work for my tattoo over text that day. I won’t lie the outside of the building is a little sketchy but her space is EXTREMELY clean and organized. She is great, made me feel really comfortable! I would recommend this business to anyone!!

Debbie was very nice and easy to get in touch with. Unfortunately, I have scaring from burns after receiving two treatments from her. My tattoo was not scared before going here, and after receiving multiple treatments at a laser center since, has not scarred more, thankfully. I hate to leave a bad review because she is so nice and I want to support small businesses but the technique of doing multiple (3-4) passes over the tattoo with the laser burned my skin and from what I know now, isn’t best practice because it can burn your skin and leave scars. (R20 method is a thing but you’re supposed to wait 20 minutes between passes for a reason, not 20 seconds.) I went to her because she was cheaper than the laser centers but if I could go back I would have avoided this place and the scars I now have to live with after my tattoo is gone.

Amazing! owner is very nice and easy to work with. great communication. the tattoo is already almost gone and her estimation of the amount of treatments was pretty accurate. I had fears of burns or scars going into this but I have had no problems at all with following her aftercare instructions.

Ive had a great experience with Debbie while working on my tattoo removals. Shes kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. There is a process when removing the tattoos, however you will definitely see the difference. I take pics each month and the results are awesome. Ill send anyone to her whos in need of this service. The fact that she knows the removal process is expensive and really wants to help, is very thoughtful. She keeps her over head cost low so she can provide her customers with a more realistic price in todays economy. If youre not totally sure, let this be reassurance that you wont be dissatisfied!!

I had a wonderful experience! Not only is she a very kind, calming person but the tattoo is noticeably faded. She gave proper instruction and after care as well. I have been to other tattoo removal places on the exact same tattoo and it never faded this much after one treatment. Im very pleased with the results after just one month and am definitely going back for what is likely to be my last treatment

I had a very positive experience with this removal technician. Firstly, her rates are almost half of what other places charge for the exact same laser and same removal process. The business is located in kinda a sketchy part of town but that is how she keeps her overhead operating costs down. I can respect that and accept it if it means I get quality service which is exactly what I get every time I visit. Debbie is fair and honest and seems to genuinely care about her patients. She ensures that customers are as comfortable as possible and has never misled me about any expectations. I highly recommend this business and effective services offered. You will not walk away disappointed. My ink showed significant fading after only one treatment and each time I go I see it going away more and more. Yay to a horrible ink decision free future :) Thank you Debbie for making my life easier by taking this mistake off my body if you read this review :)

After almost 7 months and 7 (SEVEN) laser treatments and about $525.00 on a small tattoo on my finger with Debbie, I still have the full tattoo. I was told by her estimation it would take between 4-6 to remove my tattoo, so I could go into the Air Force. Some fading and scarring has occurred but no removal whatsoever. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Not only did she not complete the service of which I paid her to do (have to pay her after each one) but when I told her it would be my last session because I was moving I gave her the chance to do the right thing. I asked her if she would consider giving me a refund, Her response was (“I got bills to pay too” & “it’s in God’s hands”) — i used the aftercare cream she recommended properly. At first I came every 3 weeks for about 3 sessions, she reccomend I come every 4, so I started doing that, I left town for month and a half to work and while I was gone I asked her if it would have a negative effect with me waiting so long until my next one but she told me no, that I would actually help. Not only was I robbed of $525.00 but I was put through 7 sessions of excruciating pain for NO reason other than for her profit, and after consulting a real tattoo removal company I was told i will need SIX MORE TREATMENTS that will be six weeks apart. They told me that her techniques are also dangerous. I’m not using this to slander her name or who she is as a person, but this a poorly ran business and bogus. Do not trust her with your body.

I was so scared my first appointment but Deb is amazing! She was very patient with me and explained everything in detail before my session. I loved that she did consultations through text. She quoted me 3-4 sessions to get rid of a tattoo on my finger that did not come out the way I wanted it to. I have gone 2 times now and I am amazed at how much it’s faded. I have 1 or 2 left and each time it gets a little easier. Any time I have a question Deb is quick to answer and reassure me.

Debbie offers great customer service at a more than affordable price. She is honest when it comes to how many treatments you will need and how she is adjusting the treatments going forward based on the fading. She always communicated during a treatment to see how you are holding up and if she needs to stop for a minute and give you a break.I had a consultation at another laser place before her and they wanted to charge me double for the same amount of treatments. She is always very flexible with scheduling and defiantly puts her clients first. I have recommended friends to her and I would continue to do so. Dont let one unhappy customer turn you off form going. Theres always one bad apple in the basket :)

She was so kind and did a great job explaining the process to me as well as taking great care of me prior to starting, with numbing cream and ice packs! Would definitely recommend Regrets Laser for all your tattoo removal needs. She’s passionate about her job and being able to help others move forward in their lives by taking away all their “regrets”!

Ive had plenty of experience with her as my tattoo is almost gone. She was able to give me a fair price just by seeing a photo of my tattoo before I even came to see her. She was also able to tell me the challenges of the color ink I have (red is more difficult to remove) so I knew itd be a timely process from the beginning and thats something Id rather know from the beginning so I appreciated that. Shes very nice, professional, caring during treatments, and follows up to check on you after. You can see the strength level of the laser right infront of you so you know she is increasing the strength each time and records it on paper as well. That shows me attention to detail. Theres no reason I wouldnt recommend her to anyone looking for help getting rid of a bad decision 🙂 Im super grateful for her being in such a convenient location as well!

I have been wanting to have a tattoo removed for around 10 years. I ended up getting 2 quotes that were both between $3,000-$4,000. No Way!! I was looking around on Google Maps and found this place.Ive done a lot of research over the years about how long it takes and the difference between the lasers. Here they have both a Pico & YAG laser, Pico being the latest, quickest and best for black ink, YAG is the original and still most effective on colored inks. When I called the number, Debbie the owner had me send pictures of the tattoo by text and was able to let me know the treatment options, which were all less than a THIRD of what I had been quoted. Was nice not having to go in for a consultation. When I showed up for my first appointment, it is certainly not the fancy Plastic Surgeon or dermatologists office, not a terrible part of town. Basically her office is upstairs in a house where the owner has turned it into about 5 separate single office type businesses. Inside her office is clean and well kept. As I walked in, she was sanitizing stainless trays, chair & equipment. She also put on a fresh mask and gloves before having me sit down. I did smell weed elsewhere in the building once... I also have in my own neighborhood. So what?!I am around 3 months in (3 treatments), my tattoo is around 1/2 as dark as it was and the lines are starting to break up and disappear in spots (see attached pictures). Removing a tattoo takes time. Dont look at it every day or you will get frustrated. Friends of mine have had tough ones take up to a year.Keep in mind: when you go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeons office for tattoo removal, a doctor is not usually doing the procedure; it is done by a laser technician. I checked Debbies certifications: they are exactly the same as the dermatology offices I went to. Think of Debbie and Regrets Laser the same as that hole in the wall restaurant that has awesome food without the ambiance... For half the cost of the fancy places. Debbie has a heart of gold, is prior military and operates here to specifically serve people who need a tattoo removed who cant, or choose not, to afford the fine-dining experience. If this kind of thing is uncomfortable to you, spend triple elsewhere. If you want the same service for less than half the cost and can handle not being in a fancy place; give Debbie a call, you wont regret it. (pun intended).

I am glad I finally made decision to go here. I debated about it for a couple years but decided it was time. Debbie is a sweetheart and very informative. She explains the whole process to you, gives you after care instructions and also bandages the tattoo area afterwards. She will explain to you that this is a process. It does not remove the tattoo overnight. It does take weeks before applications. I have been through 4 or 5 treatments and it works. Its definitely a marathon, not a sprint.Click my name to see the photos (sorry they are not in order). In the pictures I show before the removal, what happens during healing and afterwards. Give her a call if you have any questions. I texted her and sent her a photo and she responded and was very polite and informative.Since my first my visit I am working on two more tattoos. One on my chest that disappeared after 3 treatments and one on my back. This is the first treatment so I will update later. I hope the photos help someone that may have questions.
