I have been coming to The Facial Center for a little over 2 years now and I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing, from the front to the back. I see both injectors, Cari and Stacie and I love them both. Their expertise, care, and attention to detail consistently leave me thrilled with the results. Every service I’ve had at The Facial Center has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier.

Ive been having laser tattoo removal done here for the past year and am so pleased with the results so far and wanted to share. Everyone is always so nice there and I feel the price is reasonable. Dont waste your time trying to save 100 bucks, like I did. As you can see, the before pics shown here are AFTER I spent $700 and had 5 sessions at a different place 😑. I highly recommend The Facial Center for tattoo removal! 🤍

I had a great experience at the facial center! Stacie and her team were very knowledgeable and helpful in making my treatment plan. We did Botox and it was quick and easy! I highly recommend them!

The Facial Center is simply the best and most friendliest place ! Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I am going there for tattoo removal but plan on going back for other treatments that they offer . This will definitely be my go to place for my cosmetic needs :)

I had nurse practitioner Stacy Bowen do my lip fillers and she was amazing!!! I already had full lips so I was a little nervous because I didn’t want my lips to look too ridiculously big but she did them so perfect and she even waited for the swelling to go down to put the rest of the syringe in my lips bc she wanted me to be able to see how I like them after the swelling goes down to decide weather I want the rest of the syringe. My brother is a cosmetic dermatologist but lives in Chicago, so I decided to come here so my expectations and standards are very high for any cosmetic procedure and Stacy exceeded my expectations!! The experience I had in the Charleston office was amazing and such a soothing place to get any work done! Everybody was super nice and professional and knew what they were doing!! Thank you so much Stacy for giving me exactly what I wanted with my lips!! Can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks for my follow up !

Love it. It’s my second time going back to get fillers from Kanawha City office. Everybody at office is so professional and so nice ! Most important, they perfected my lips the way I wanted them! I already had big lips but Stacy did an amazing job at adding volume and giving me the cupids bow that I wanted.

In response to the facial center owner:If you all were genuinely concerned and HIPPA laws are such an issue you would reach out to me based on this review. I wrote my number down several times and there is a folder with my name slapped on it somewhere in your office.The only thing that could make this right would be getting my money back but I know thats not going to happen. The thing I would really like back is my facial fat but thats not going to happen either. So the only thing I really want is for you to not request for Google to remove this review because I want people to know what I went through here. I ended up going out of state to Prolase Medispa in Fairfax Virginia. They have laser specialists and Im getting CO2/IPL sessions for way less than you want to charge for JUST ONE session of CO2. In 3 sessions my scars are almost healed but I can tell you the 2 sessions of microneedling and 1 session of pico that I had at the facial center made no difference except the facial fat loss. Your nurse did not even know what excoriation disorder was she told me she came from a hospital setting. my guess is that she has limited training in laser and microneedling and this place just gave her a machine and told her to upsell. I spent close to $2000 with you all just to lose facial fat and SAW no removal/improvement of hyperpigmentation removed from my face. Makes me sick to think about it! If your nurse knew anything about this stuff she would have known that CO2 would have helped me 1000% more than microneedling or pico. She needed to have the guts to tell me she wasnt comfortable treating for an actual condition. There needs to be some kind common human decency when a person comes to you to treat for an actual condition. I wasnt some 80 year old looking to reduce wrinkles sitting on my dead husbands life insurance. I have meager savings set aside to reduce the damage Ive inflicted from a mental disorder I suffered from all my life. My concern was NEVER skin tightening. I was 28 when I came to this rob shop for gods sake. Do betterAnd you know whats scary and hilarious to me? The fact that your nurse BRAGGED about an rf microneedling model that they were working with through sessions and taking before and after pics to post on the facial center website and you know what??? I looked all over for those photos - its been a full year 1 session a month - and I NEVER SAW those pictures. God forbid you made that poor woman into a ghoul, you might as well have just lipod her face for the same effect in only one session!!! or you just blatantly lied to me to sell me on the sessions! Cause God knows I was talked to about bundling for a discount. BEWARE BEWARE most of their negative reviews are deleted after so many weeks months because Google allows it!!!! Please heed my warningOriginal Review:What they dont tell you is that rf micro needling CAN subsequently melt your facial fat and you can see a difference in 1-2 sessions. Normal settings for face is 40-43 degrees but if the incompetent untrained in laser rejuvenation aesthitician/nurse goes over that area more than once in the same location what do you think that will heat the fat/tissue to? Well above 40-43 degrees which will melt fat. I was 28 when I got this done TWICE and my eyes are so gaunt. It melted the fat from my cheek bones significantly. My outer orbital region has hollows and I have more pronounced smiling and jowling indentations/beginning of aging lines. I thought it was in my head but people have noticed. I came here to treat scarring from acne marks and the nurse tried to sell me on alternating sessions of pico laser and rf micro needling. I was wanting co2 laser but she was adamant that the latter will solve my issues. I am livid and I feel so cheated by this place and their incompetent staff. The doctor cancelled a consult I had scheduled twice to talk about CO2 that was at 4pm and I wasted/planned my entire day around this but I guess he just wanted to go home instead of do his job???? Please do not waste your money here.

I’ve been receiving BioTE hormone replacement for almost two years. Stacie is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Menopause is no joke, but with the BioTE pellets, I’ve never felt better! She has also done 3 tattoo removal laser treatments on me. It’s almost completely gone. She made a painful procedure as tolerable as possible. Both Staci and Cari have done my Botox, and it’s ALWAYS been perfect!! The atmosphere at The Facial Center is inviting and relaxing. The whole staff is caring and friendly. You always feel like you’re a priority as soon as you walk in. If you’re considering any of the services that they offer, don’t hesitate to give them a call. They have offices in Charleston and Teays Valley. I’ve been to both, and I’ve been very pleased.

I received a Hydrafacial today from Catherine! It felt wonderful! She was so sweet and did an amazing job. My skin feels incredible. I also met with Stacy and her assistant Jennifer who were both wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and offer great solutions. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. I will be returning for another Hydrafacial! Highly Recommended! You will not be sorry.

I’ve been going to the Facial Center for a few months now. Most recently, I received a hydro facial and dermaplaining treatment from Sam. She did an amazing job! My skins has never felt softer or looked better. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an incredible experience all around.

I called the facial center and they got me in with in a week. They were on time and I didn’t sit in the waiting room forever. I went in with thoughts of getting a face lift and getting my Botox job that was done by another facility fixed, and was told they didn’t think I was ready for a face lift and gave me a few different solutions that also cost a lot less. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the steps of what I needed to do. I walked out of there with my Botox fixed and fillers added! I was very happy with the out come and will be returning there this week!

I went in just for a consultation, and the staff was ever so friendly, and made me feel so at home and welcomed, I signed up for therapy on the spot. And who ever does the hiring is only selecting model type women, they are very pretty and professional. I have all my coworkers and friends wanting to come in for the visuals, if not the therapy.... 😆

Very welcoming atmosphere. Was happy with my appointments. I really enjoyed my hydrafacial. My only complaint is the wait once you are called in to a room and quoted me different prices at two different appointments.

I went in for Botox and a consultation for laser treatments for my rosacea. I ended up getting Botox and filler in my lips the day I was there. Everyone was so nice and made sure you were comfortable the whole time. The whole office staff are just amazing! I love The Facial Center and I’m so thankful my dermatologist recommended them to me! I highly recommend them!

Everybody was very nice and helpful! Offering me the relaxation room and water before my treatments! Cannot say enough about the Hydro facial I was glowing for days! And I wanted to do a little filler around my upper lip and a tad bit of Botox in my forehead I did not want it over done and the nurse practitioner was amazing 🤩

This place is always amazing and they are always so polite. The areas are always clean and the people are always smiling. I love it. But i wish they could do all procedures at the Teays Valley office also. I been going all the way to Charleston to get a Tattoo removal done. I would go more offen if it was closer.

I feel the responsibility to report about my face procedure. I have wanted a facelift for years but found every excuse not to follow through. After my 70th birthday I was ready for the procedure. I must say that Dr. Krajekian is the best of the best. I had very little pain after the procedure. The staff is wonderful very helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Mountain State Facial Center and would highly recommend to anyone.I am not ready to stop. My next plan is the Co2 Laser Resurfacing then move on to Botox and Dermal Fillers. My desire is to look different because I am not happy with my current appearance.I owed this to myself and I love it.

They always make my eleven lines and forehead lines non existent. I go somewhere else and Im not happy everytime. I love the results from their hydrafacial as well. Again went some where else just wasnt the same. The staff is friendly and I would recommend my friends and anyone I know to them.

I have received several hydrafacials from here and have been blown away by the results! I have noticed clearer, hydrated skin immediately afterwards and I have had to use significantly less product on my face at home. 10/10 recommend. Everyone is very friendly and professional!

NP Stacy broke HIPPA laws talking about other Patients. Poorly at that.Unfair practices of charging ppl for a service they won’t fix. $550.00 to remove a tiny spider vein & force you to come back again and we will “ hit it harder” waste of $$ Rude Office “manager” offered no honest solution/helpAverage price in US for CO2 face laser is $2,700.00 they charge $3,700. Seriously?? It’s WV.Bad, bad & worse….

Stacy and her staff are wonderful to work with. They listen to my needs and they use such skill and precision in my care. I’ll come back again and again because of this. It’s a pleasure to be in their office.

All the staff Ive met have been more than attentive, receptive, and professional, and my results are amazing. My TMJ pain is GREATLY reduced with Botox in my masseters, I cant recommend the Facial Center enough.

He is hands down THE BEST aesthetic physician I have ever experienced, & this is including physicians in Fort Lauderdale, Lexington, KY, some of top cities for aesthetics in the U.S.As for WV - Ive seen docs in Teauys Valley, Cross Lanes, Huntington, & Charleston --- the results are of no comparison--- Dr Chapman has the best skill! As a result of late diagnosed lymes disease, Ive had right sided facial drooping since - with Botox alone, he made my face look symmetrical again- something no physician was able to even attempt in the past 7 years! His office staff are prompt in communications, courteous, professional, & educated about the field they are employed in!!!-Krista
