Yes, THEY TAKE KIDS and it’s WAAAAY cheaper than those commercial mall kiosk/stores. Our entire experience was Absolutely FANTASTIC! From beginning to end! Our artist Erin was amazing!! She explained everything in detail and made my girls and I feel completely comfortable. They wanted their ears pierced and I got my nose pierced! She was VERY professional and the establishment is SUPER CLEAN! We will DEFINITELY be back!

I overall really hated my piercing (tragus) experience here.It began with having a very frazzled piercer. She did not know where the jewelry was - had to look in her car for it. She then pierced me with a bar instead of the flat-back i originally asked for (which still cost me a pretty penny despite incorrect jewelry and the faultiness that occurs later in this review) Post piercing there were no aftercare instructions given - though I’ve had many piercing before so i knew the jist luckily.A couple weeks go by and it gets pretty infected (despite my religious cleaning). i believe this was because the jewelry was way too big - leading to friction bumps and infection. A doctor gave me an ointment to help. The friction bump never went away.THEN my jewelry came loose - which has never happened to me before with original jewelry - normally i need pliers to get the jewelry off. I stayed vigilant tightening it, but it would not stay tight. Eventually it fell out in the shower.The shop was helpful in replacing the ball back - however refused to put it on for me despite that taking maybe 5 minutes. They were close to closing, but if i was not able to get this on - it would have closed up overnight if the jewelry fully fell out. (My friend I went with to get my piercing got one of her own as well, and her jewelry also came loose. They also couldn’t get her earring back in her piercing after it had been out for 4 hours, she went to another piercer and they got it back in no problem)Ultimately- the people here seem nice but they are also disorganized and incompetent (2 things you definitely don’t want in your piercing experience). I would never recommend this to anyone.

My experience was at Black Cloud South Blvd. Erin was amazing. I wandered in with a friend looking to purchase new jewelry and left with a piercing 😬. She explained the entire process and paused after every step to make sure I was okay. I love my new piercing and have a great memory of the experience.

My friend and I both got cartilage piercings at this location on August 4th. Since then (only 2.5 weeks) both of our piercings have fallen out.This is my 6th ear piercing, and although this was the most expensive piercing (my first time at a Black Cloud location) I have gotten, I have never experienced a piercing falling out. I have kept my last 2 piercings in for 6 months without changing them, and have never had an issue like this.I am very unhappy with the quality of this piercing, especially for the price I paid for this. There is no reason that both of our piercings should have fallen out within less than 3 weeks of getting them done.UPDATE: Black cloud left a comment saying they had reached out to me two weeks ago, which they did. Since then, they have not responded and are unwilling to agree that two different piercings on two different people, both falling out in less than 2.5 weeks is the fault of them as the piercer or the jewelry that they use.

I had the best experience with Katarina! She made me feel at ease and did a fantastic job for my first tattoo! I wanted detailed fine line and she nailed it!

Worst experience ever!!!! RUN AWAY!So I got a cartilage, Tragus, and conch piercing.Pain:I have had these piercings before and many others in the past, and never felt pain or discomfort. So when I got them here, it was so painful to the point I was shaking especially when I got my Tragus. Rather than a quick process, it felt like she was struggling with it. At the end… I was pooling with blood, and she even got blood on my dress… I slept with a towel for 2 days just in case. My friend was mortified watching me go through this.Process:She put the Tragus piercing on backwards, so the ugly backing showed.Time:Took a little over an hourPrice:Spent well over $200, and she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I tipped a lot and regretted it immediately.ADDING THE CHERRY ON TOP!5 days after the piercing, the cartilage piercing ball popped off, and I lost it. I called the pineville location, since it’s right around the corner from my work, if they could provide a new ball since it’s SO NEW! They told me that it would be $20 as I would have to buy a whole new piercing just for a ball that shouldn’t have fallen off in the first place. I swapped it out myself with my own jewelry even tho it was a fresh piercing. THEN! Two weeks later, the Tragus piercing ball popped off. I tried replacing it myself, but struggled. So, I went in and asked if they could swap out all three, but this time, with my owen jewelry… they said it would be $60 for all 3!!!!!I am beyond upset with this experience. Please go someplace else.Black Cloud Locations:(((Piercings were done at the south endlocation, and the replacing fee statements were at the pineville location. Not sure their names.)))

I love my tattoo…My overall experience was awesome. The place was clean, the people were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Went here for my second lobe piercing, and everything went smoothly. The piercer was nice, she talked me through the process and eased my nerves the entire time. The only thing I was surprised by was using butterfly back jewelry for a new piercing. I thought they were supposed to be flatbacks.

Knowledgeable, friendly and vey nice atmosphere. Went to get my septum pierced my piercer Christian talked me through the whole process, and it was very quick with no pain at all definitely found me a new tattoo shop.

I don’t remember my piercer’s name, but she was super helpful and sweet. I loved her. The process was quick and virtually painless. I got my left nostril pierced. If I am ever in the Charlotte area again, I would choose them to pierce my nose.

Kat is the best. She is quiet and soft spoken but her work packs a punch. She brought to life exactly what I wanted. Her hand is steady. She doesnt dig the skin.. healing great so far.. Im coming back to finish my sleeve Kat! This tattoo means so much!

Amazing experience and result! Ez drew up this design after he was given only 2 reference images (took less than 24 hours after meeting) and Dejay ended up tattooing me and my friend (same tattoo, same place). It took about 2 hours for both of us to be done and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and professional and i will definitely be coming back and recommending these artists to my friends! So glad I came here, amazing results :)

I have all my tattoos done by George ever since I had my first tattoo that was a lily flower and ever since I always come back to get more done. The attention to detail he has for all his work is just amazing and you can see the passion he has tattooing. The environment is so relaxed and calm I enjoy every visit. My favorite visit was when I came in to get a hulk tattoo and he suggested to watch a marvel movie and the conversation we had about marvel during the session were fun and interesting. My tattoo is beautiful, however I’ve never been to a shop that makes you pay $100 for a touch up on a tattoo they did. I also have never had to pay a $20 service charge on top of the price of the tattoo. Again the work is beautiful I won’t be going back with these policies and prices though.

The $20 shop fee is pretty wild because…. Wut? But Sam at the front was awesome and Josh is THE MAN. If the idea of a tattoo shop and artist is intimidating, Josh is the artist for you. He’s so cool, kind, and laid back. It’s an awesome tattooing experience every time with him.

My wife and I had an impromptu idea to get matching tattoos on our anniversary. The shop was super accommodating and responsive. We got tiny tattoos that have “I love you” in each others handwriting. The writing, Angel, was very good and precise with his work. It’s great quality and we definitely will use him for other work.

Terrible service. The female piercer was so rude. We paid a lot of money for a piercer who had nasty service and an attitude. I went to get a septum piercing. The greeting of me walking in was very welcoming. The vibe and energy was great. The decor was soothing. Honestly I wanted to take my shoes off, thats how comfortable I was. The piercer is wonderful, very clean and patient. He talked me through every step. His technique of tell me to breath was on point. Very quick. And he even changed my Medusa piercing for me. Yes I will be going back and already told my friends about my experience. Oh and I can not forget that everyone I met that day was eye catching. So I got a 2 for 1 special, pierced and eye candy.

They did my belly button piercing. They were super nice and understanding of my emotions that I felt in the moment. Nobody there had an attitude, it was just positive energy all around. Plus they made me feel as comfortable as possible. 10/10.

I was a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon and I was seen immediately. The woman helping me was super fast with the piercing and it didnt hurt at all after the needle went through. Would definitely come back here for any future tattoos or piercings.

The white guy with the blue/gray eyes did my nose piercing so professionally. I was extremely nervous but he was patient with me. Not to mention he was really cute 🫶🏾 lol I definitely recommend.

Seemingly clean shop and easy walk-in availability. Had my lobes pierced but one eventually got infected despite extensive after care. I had to have the earring removed by urgent care. It may be a coincidence but the one that got infected also bled profusely when getting pierced. I called back to see if they could help me out getting it repierced but the person on the phone was so cold and unhelpful, paired with the horrible experience of the infection, that I wont be going back.

They are very careful with their work. I liked it very much, very professional. My experience of being my first piercing is a nice place if I would go again.

This place is great! Went here for a nose piercing. The guys in the shop were awesome. The guy that pierced my nose (kicking myself for not asking his name) was amazing, knowledgeable, and very attractive (helps with the pain level, it’s science 🙂) Definitely would come back here!

Go there if you want to participate in the show of the 5 most horrible tattoos in the world... three weeks ago I had the worst experience of my life getting a tattoo there, what was supposed to be a skull on my fist turned out to be a deformed tattoo and without any perspective, please think twice before going there. Im not saying all guys are bad tattoo artists, Im just saying they have some bad ones.

Went to the dark cloud on Central to buy supplies they said that the one on South end is the one selling supplies now got sent this out then and get there just to be told that they dont have any supplies and then came up with a bad excuse not worth the time or the effort you think theyd have better communication between staff and stores
