I love this place for piercings. I got my naval and helix piercings here and the experience was so great. My naval was $70 I think(its been a while) but the jewelry alone was about $40 so the piercing itself wasnt too much. This naval ring is the best, and I havent been able to find another one with this quality since. Its nice knowing that this is a professional environment and she really knows what shes doing. I wont get pierced anywhere else! The prices are really good if youre interested in quality work!

Tee was amazing! We had my 7 year olds ears pierced and couldnt have asked for a better experience. She was asked for her consent, given a great developmentally appropriate explanation, shown all the tools before hand, and Tee helped her enjoy almost the whole process. And of course the results were beautifully perfect!

I got my nose pierced at Krazy Kats long ago. Tee is amazing. Since then I have been in for jewelry. Once I didnt close my hoop properly and my hole closed up. Tee repierced it and put it back in. She asks if youre doing OK and is very thorough explaining what she is doing. The studio is very clean, decorated beautifully, and great care is taken to keep tools and jewelry sanitary. I highly recommend this studio for piercing and buying gorgeous jewelry.

I showed up for a walk in vertical labret peircing and the lady was super professional and made me feel very comfortable getting my peircing everyone was super nice and the over all atmosphere in the building is extremely comforting and relaxing I would 100% come back for any future peircings and I would recommend anyone I know personally to come here

I went to the studio last week and had such a great experience overall. First off the place is super clean. Tee was amazing and explained everything. I got my lobes pierced and it was super quick. Will definitely go back to get any of my future piercings done. The price is pretty reasonable. I have had no issues at all with the piercing so far.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Prices were reasonable and good selection of jewelry. Quick responders and super patient, I was able to schedule an apt. for exact day I wanted. Tee was amazing and super friendly and kept asking if I was okay during the piercing as I was a little nervous. Minimal pain during piercing and it’s day 2 and haven’t had any pain or soreness at all. Not to mention, everything was clean and sterilized and I felt completely safe. If I get another piercing I’ll definitely be coming here.

Tee is awesome! I came to get 2 ear piercings I was in and out within 10-15min. I had a lot of piercings before and hers was the first one where my ears healed up fast and I didnt have any problems at all. Highly recommend Tee! I tell my friends to go see her and only her!

Tee, the piercer, does amazing work! Ive gotten six piercings from her that all healed phenomenally. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time explaining the procedure and care for your piercings. I got a dermal chest piercing from her and it barely bled, didnt hurt at all, and is healing gorgeously. She even gave me a new jewel because my old one had gotten dingy. I also got a forward helix and two lobe piercings from her.

I got a nose piercing here today and it was amazing! I was slightly anxious about the whole thing, but Tee talked me through it and her confidence really rubbed off on me. Having a confident piercer is so important and it made the experience amazing. Ill definitely come back here if I ever decide to get another piercing and I recommend that anyone looking to get a piercing do the same!!

I’ve been to see Tee a few times now to change out my old jewelry to new pieces, and every time she’s been so helpful. She helped me downsize my helix piercing and was very gentle with the whole process. She also gives great advice on how to help an old piercing that is struggling, and it seems to be doing much better already. 10/10 great place to get pierced!

I don’t know where to start, other than saying this is the BEST piercing location in Charlotte. Tee is 100% amazing at what she does and is so kind, approachable, and easy to work with. You can literally call her and inquire about any potential piercing you’re considering. I also consider myself to have high expectations for quality customer service. What I can also also say is that the more “trendy” piercing shop (that will most frequently pop up in google searches within Charlotte-yes, that one) is unbelievably overpriced and disappointing (I just don’t leave negative reviews often but can guarantee a horror story with poor apprenticeship management). Trust me when I say that Krazy Kats is an amazing establishment and EXCEEDS all expectations!! You will NOT regret going here, trust me :)

I love Tee!!! I got my nipples pierced almost a month ago. I was so nervous and Tee made me feel so calm. She was quick, patient, and caring. I have referred like 5 people to come and get all of their work done by her. She is well informed and knows what she is doing. Tee is awesome. I got my snakebites done recently and she was very thorough about aftercare. I’ve never had oral piercings before so I have been extremely nervous about the healing process but she’s been there to answer any questions I’ve had, alleviating a lot of my anxiety about them. Incredibly professional and amazingly clean! They were able to get me an appointment within an hour of me calling. I came here to get my ears pierced for the first time and Tee was so amazing from start to finish!! From interacting via email to the piercing itself, she was professional, friendly, funny, and so gentle. She was thorough with explaining how she was going to do the piercing, what to expect, and explained aftercare as well. It’s been a week and they are healing nicely with zero issues (no redness, swelling, or discharge even)! Everything was sterile and clean there and the selection of jewelry was huge! I am going to go back for my follow up and will get another set from them, i trust them 100%!!

I did not actually get a tattoo at this facility so I cannot comment on their ability to tattoo. I do, however, want to comment on the customer service. I recently called and spoke to one of the tattoo artists (he did not provide his name). I stated I recently lost my Mother and would like to get a memorial tattoo using a small amount of her cremains in the tattoo ink and inquired if they were able to do this. The tattooist immediately cut me off saying no professional tattoo artist would do this. His tone instantly changed and became very derogatory. I inquired why and if there was information he could share with me so I could be educated - his response was that the memorial I want for my Mother is a gimmick and he laughed it off. Whether or not this facility does this type of tattoo is not the issue. The issue is the way I was spoken to and the diminishing manner this man practically spit on a memorial for my dead Mother. Hopefully their art is top notch, but the way in which they speak to people could hugely benefit from a dose of compassion and professionalism.

I came here almost three years ago, to get my nose re-pierced. Tee was awesome. I love the jewelry she uses. You dont have to worry about any knots or getting it infected. I go to Charles for my tattoos. He does a great job. The atmosphere is welcoming. Thats why I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been wanting to get my tragus pierced but I wanted to make sure I went to a reputable, clean place with an experienced piercer. A friend of mine recommended Krazy Kats. I got my tragus done by Tee a little over a month ago. She made the experience wonderful. Was patient while I asked any questions. My sister liked it so much we went back a couple weeks later to get hers done! Then I just went back to get my rook done. Another great experience! Just went in for my first time for a jewelry change. The shop is lovely, and the selection of jewelry is insane! I was greeted immediately and sent to the back room for my jewelry change. The woman was quick and very sweet. After waiting 30 minutes at Black Cloud just to find out they did not have what I needed, this was very relieving. Will definitely be back.

Super great experience! The shop had a cool atmosphere and my piercer, Tee, was extremely nice and helpful. She made sure to tell me everything I needed to know about the nose piercing I was getting and how to take care of it, etc. The actual procedure was really sterile and quick (it only took about 20 seconds to be pierced and have the jewelry put in).The cost was definitely worth it- I do recommend going if youre on the fence about it! I went in to Krazy Kats the other day to get my Tragus pierced. Tee was very welcoming and led me to pick out my jewelry, which they have a very good selection of, and explained to me the difference between all of them. I then waited for the girl in front of me to get pierced and looked through Jims portfolios. The man is an amazing artist. Im actually planning on going back to get my tattoos there. Anyways, when it was my turn she explained everything that she was doing, answered all my questions, and really made me feel comfortable. I have no aversion to needles at all and I honestly thought it was going to hurt more than it did. For some reason though, after I stood up I got extremely dizzy. Tee made sure I was okay, ran and got me water, and didnt make me feel like a sissy for almost passing out. She sat and talked to me for a bit and made sure I was okay before I left. Never have I had that kind of experience where a shop has actually cared that youre okay. They usually just rush you out the door and only care about the money youre going to give them.Definitely go here! Great prices, great service!

I live in Miami, FL but will only get piercings when I visit Charlotte because I trust Tee at Krazy Kats. Cleanliness is Everything here. Shes kind, knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. Plus shes highly skilled. Another beautiful piercing for me .

Ive been to quite a few tattoo shops around the Charlotte area. My experiences have varied from poor to average. Krazy Kats on the other hand was the BEST!!!! The shop was so clean & smelled wonderful, and the staff was so welcoming  and sweet. Charlie was the artist who did my tattoo of dove silhouettes and he did such an incredible/thorough job. He was genuinely nice & made me feel so comfortable. I plan on going back soon, this time for a piercing. This is how every tattoo shop should be. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone & everyone!

About a month ago, I went to Krazy Kats for my first ever piercing which was my septum! Entering the shop, it just feels clean and smells lovely - kind of has a home feeling to it! My friend that I was with even said that the shop is so cute and clean! Its almost a feeling of hey, everyones welcome here! because of how nice the staff is. My first impression was excellent of Tee, she made sure I would be able to have the piercing by checking my sweet spot instead of just piercing it. The actual piercing experience was excellent, I was shown the needles and how they were brand new etc. My piercing is now a month old and still going strong, I definitely recommend Krazy Kats and I dont see myself going anywhere else for a piercing OR tattoo(when I get the guts to do that, haha)

Miss tee is awesome. Came in 1 month after piercing due to an emergency. Earring came out of the hole and was cleansed and placed new earring keep hole open. Needed her expertise and she made time for me to look at it.

Everything about this place was wonderful , the staff , the people, the location, the cleanliness, you name it! I came in 4 weeks ago to get a VCH piercing and of course I was so nervous. When I first met Tee she was so nice, friendly, and willing to answer any and every question I had. That nervous feeling went right away just because I felt so comfortable around her as if I knew her lol. Before the piercing took place she explained everything possible to know , everything was fresh out the pack, and her hands were cleaned before applying gloves. My piercing is healing great! Tee did my nose stud in 2019. Perfect placement, great experience. When I realized late last night that “remove all jewelry for your medical procedure in the morning” meant my nose stud also needed to come out, I freaked out! I’ve never taken it out and didn’t know how. But Tee saved the day. She came in early to replace the stud with a plastic spacer. I can’t say enough good things about Krazy Kats and Tee. ❤️

I was incredibly happy with my experience here. I got my left nostril pierced with an L shaped surgical steel stud from another place previous to coming here, and i developed irritation bumps inside and out. it wasn’t healing. I decided after some waiting to do some research and I found this place. The lady who took care of me (I’m sorry I did not get her name) was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and knew what the issue was right away! it turns out the other place pierced my nose at an angle, so I might have to repierce it but we changed the jewelry for titanium and I’m hoping for smooth sailing now. I was told about how to care for it, and the process was easy and painless (which is hard for me to say because I hate pain!) I will definitely come here for any future piercings, as I fully trust them! Thank you for helping me :)

I received two forward helix piercings by Tee with these cute opal colors. She took her time to explain the aftercare in much details, They heal so well and remain my favorite piercings ever. Great Experience. One of my ears closed and Tee re pierced it for me! I had gotten them pierced about 25 years ago by a gun, it hurt like.... well you know. But Tee was like visiting a doctors office, clean, and professional. If I ever have my daughters ears pierced I would bring her to Tee in a heart beat. 5 Weeks and no infection of any complications. First time at Krazy Kat Tattoo came in after reading all the reviews and also a referral from a friend. Dee exceeded the reviews by far. She is a knowledgeable professional piercer who took the time to explain the piercing process and most importantly the healing process. I came in to get my nose pierced and was concerned about the jewelry type because of my job. She was patient and very thorough as she explained the jewelry options. although the shop looks small when ur pulling in. Based off of my ONE interaction with Tee I will not be coming back. I just came over to Krazy Kats for the first time to ask for advice on a piercing. She gave me advice by barley looking at it whatsoever and was extremely short and had an attitude with me (I was being very nice by the way.) This is my one and only time I will be coming to this place, I couldn’t be pierced by someone that treats others that way. Thanks for making me feel stupid, sorry to have wasted your time. I guess if I’m not putting money directly into your pocket, you want nothing to do with me. Was hoping to find a new piercing place, but it certainly won’t be here.Edit: It was definitely more than an impersonal interaction. Unfortunately the only people that heard the conversation was her, I, and my husband, so I guess you cant really say. My husband was sitting right next to me and also thought she had a very poor attitude. She needs to learn how to be better with clients. I already knew all of that information, and it doesnt make a difference to me. It just means that she should have actually known better, and maybe in the future she will consider just about any person coming in, as a future client.On another note, If she had anything to say about the way I was pierced/the type of piercing, maybe she could have educated me instead and told me that herself. I have no problem being educated. Instead, I’m shooed away like a nuisance. There were only a few people waiting to be pierced. If someone can’t handle themselves professionally when they have business, then maybe that’s not the right business for them.

Its clean and professional. I got my nose pierced, and it was pretty quick and painless. The piercer recommended high-quality jewelry and explained the aftercare.

I got my cartilage pierced with a double spiral jewelry here a few years ago, unaware that you should never put jewelry like that in a new piercing. It took Tee forever to get the jewelry through the two holes she made, and it was some of the worst pain Ive ever been in - and then, while I was SCREAMING in pain in the back room, the tattoo artist, her jerk husband, came in and yelled at me to tone it down.A few months later, when it hadnt healed and was still crusting over despite multiple cleanings a day, I went to Sadus on Central Avenue, and the piercer there got very angry on my behalf at the substandard piercing knowledge I got here. A professional, knowledgeable piercer would have been able to tell me she couldnt, in good conscience, pierce my ear with that jewelry at first, no matter how cool it looked. Im lucky it didnt get infected.

Got a matching tattoo with my grandmother in each others hand writing, and its absolutely phenomenal! Clear as day, looks like we wrote it directly onto the others skin. Even did our first touch up for free. Everyone there are absolute sweethearts!

I had gone to a different piercing shop and got my nostril pierced and I was having some issues with it and the original shop was no help . I found this place online and went there for help and she helped me figure out the issue. I had to get it taken out because the angle was wrong (a different shop did this) but once its safe to do under the mask piercings again Im definitely gonna try and come here to get it redone!

Do not go here. The last time I went, the piercer yanked on my piercing so hard that it bled and caused a stress bump. (Not a new piercing by the way.) I tried following the piercers directions to keep it clean/heal it, but finally had to go to the doctor to get it seen and they had to prescribe an ointment for it. Very disappointed!

Got my first piercing done here and they were super friendly and understanding of my nervous talking! Will definitely go back to this shop when getting more piercings!
