If you need to get piercing go anywhere else but here. At first the piercer was really nice and gave me amazing solution to clean my new piercings. However getting in touch with her is awful and when I called to buy more solution I couldn’t be helped. Now all my piercing are infected and I’m praying the solution I ordered on Amazon works. Also last Tuesday i went buy at 11am to find the doors were locked even though their hours say otherwise. Worst experience I have ever had, very disappointed because I loved the cleaning solution and can’t find it anywhere else. The cleaning solution is amazing which is why I’m giving an extra star.

I had the best experience at Chattanooga Tattoo Company. The place is clean and the customer service is on point. My daughter and I got tattoos together. My daughter was fine, but I needed a little extra care. LOL! John was patient with me and used humor to put me at ease.

Astona did an amazing job. I couldn’t love my tattoo more. She was so nice and accommodating, even through all of my hectic schedule and rescheduling. Referred my mom to get a tattoo/cover up memorial Piece for her mother but she was told from the tattoo artist that he cant do it, she goes to show him 3 more tattoos, he stated he couldnt do it, whats exasperating is that she stated the environment wasnt welcoming and that the tattoo artist John was frustrated with her / it look like he didnt feel like doing the tattoo anyways, then she walked out he states I give you a call when I come up with something on the day of the appointment like make it make sense.

I recently had a rose tattoo done by John L. and it was the best experience I have ever had. Nelson does amazing work. The shop was clean and had a nice little vibe. He was very professional and cooperative when drawing up my tattoo. I was super nervous going in, but was easily relieved when I began asking him questions about the placement of some of the flowers. I was expecting him to be annoyed... (he might have been, but he played it off very well. Never have I ever had a tattoo with little to no pain. The establishment was very clean, John was very professional, and one of, if not the best tattoo artist I have ever been too. I had come home on leave from the navy and had set up an appointment with Nelson. A couple days ahead of time. The tattoo I wanted was on my hip/butt area, Nelson was very professional and made sure I was 100% comfortable, not once did I ever feel uncomfortable. The tattoo was a fairly big piece, we got it done in about 2.5 hours! The work was outstanding. I currently have 13 tattoos and this piece Is definitely my favorite. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or artist! I will definitely be coming back.

I do not recommend this place. The staff was very unprofessional. the artist that booked my appointment was a hour late. The owner tried to make up the excuses that the artist had a show the night prior and that we are all human and i need to be understanding. so i sat and waited when the artist arrived the owner confronted him and said did you sleep in ..... heres the funny part it turns out that he was not late due to a concert he was late because he was giving his dog a bath. Mind you according to the owner Im supposed to be understanding because where all human even though the artist knew my appoint time and choose to give his dog a bath. not only that the owner tried to argue that customers are given a 30 minute grace period ......... the artist was a hour late. on top of all this my appoint was booked a week in advance i sent the piece i wanted in to be sketched early due to the artist saying he needed time to sketch it because of the detail. when he arrived for the appointment he hadnt even began to draw up the artwork and proceeds to tell me he lost/ never received the artwork. mind you my number is in their system because i had to confirm my apportionment so getting in contact with me was not a issue. the artist then tells me i came in on my off day to tattoo you. even though hes the one who scheduled it not only that he literally volunteered himself my boyfriend had work done prior and i was going to the girl he had used. to top it all off the owner is now calling my phone due to the review my boyfriend left and telling my that its not truthful. when it is my refund for them holding my appointment was not given to me until the artist that booked me arrived a hour after my appointment time. the owner told me i had to wait on him and we could reach a compromise or i could be refunded. he then calls my personal phone to tell me about the review not listening to my complaints as a customer not acknowledging the unprofessional treatment i received from him and his employee but calling me over a goggle review. they couldnt call me and tell me they hadnt received my artwork but had zero issue finding my number to call me after a review a negative review was left. to the owner you should have reached out with a apology first and for most. secondly you need to fire that artist and reevaluate your whole life. what you and your shop did was wrong it was disrespectful it was degrading and belittling hearing someone prioritized their dog and neglected a paying customers money and time for a animals bath is absolutely unacceptable. its not like i walked in a requested him he literally said im the best at realism tattoos you got a out of control ego that needs to be checked. also For you to call me and say the review that was left was a lie. then hung up in my face after you called my personal phone because i was not listening to it because his review has nothing to with me.... you should know since you acted the same way when the situation pertained to you and your artist. if its good for you its good for me. what your shop did was absolutely unacceptable. to say he lied in review when you lied to my face about why your artist was late...... he was giving a dog a bath and had me waiting a hour with no work drawn up nothing started none of that and then says i didnt know how to contact you when clearly you can because you called me over a review your artist caused this if he couldnt do the appointment i would have booked with the original person i came in there to get work done from. Nessy was amazing and she did great work on boyfriend that was the whole reason i went your employee and his unprofessional attitude and your lack of care for customers as owner is why your getting this review. also as a business owner you can not contact patrons for reviews done by some else. that is harassment.not only that you cant contact them over reviews in general especially not in the manner you contacted me in the better business burrow will most definitely be hearing from me about you.

Girlfriend set an appointment up for today at 2pm to show up after paying a deposit to the owner saying that the artist assigned to her piece hasn’t even drawn up her tattoo and was already an hr late to the shop. She even put a deposit down scheduling the appointment which was not refunded. If you wanna waste your time or money I’d say go there otherwise I’d steer clear.

Wait over an hour and then when I finally got someone on the phone there werent at the shop,so when I asked about my art work I wanted they said it was gonna be a couple hours before they could get me in for it. Keep In mind no one is at the shop. Unprofessional, and I dont recommend anyone going there unless you want your time wasted.

Wife got a tattoo done by James Nelson 2 times now and each has been horrible the color dosnt hold it scabs up in less than 3 days and befor it even scabbed most pigment was gone when you tell him he is being to heavy handed he responds with Im maken sure the color stays... seriously unprofessional and poor quality from that artist
