Amandas done an amazing job on all the work shes done over the last few months for myself an my husband. Hes a construction worker. The face of Elvis was totally gone. She put it back in tact. And its stayed beautifully. I have several more to be done in the next few months. The whole team is amazing. The piercer is going to fix my daith as well at a very good price. All pricing is reasonable. The environment is very clean an classy very family oriented. I would & have suggested this shop to anyone I know. Got pierced by a CLEARLY new piercer (possibly still an apprentice) which is fine, everyone starts somewhere. But she clearly had no idea what she was doing because she kept questioning herself, and had another piercer giving her tips WHILE THE NEEDLE WAS IN HER HAND! The tongue piercing is too far back, and one of the snakebite piercings is infected. Will not be back.

Had my Monroe pierced here they were amazing very friendly, great price and quality work will definitely be going back for more piercings and tattoos

Im visiting my family here and my nephew and I wanted to get matching tattoos. Not knowing who the best local artists are, I randomly picked Custom Concepts due to location and positive reviews. Our tats were small and, I thought, hard to screw up. Upon entering, we were not overly impressed by our reception, but we were happy with our tattooer when he came to acknowledge us. Personable, knowledgeable, yay! Quick with a light touch, yay! Done. Took a quick look at the result and loved it, yay! However, on closer inspection later I saw a little inked line that wasnt a part of the tattoo, oops! Also noticed that my tat wasnt as finished looking as my nephews, oops! Sent him a message asking for an appointment to fix his boo-boo line. Get it removed, covered, or adding it into the design. Anything! His text back to me was short: Gonna take longer then that to heal, not acceptable! Pictures of our tattoos. My earring is distracting but the misplaced line and unfinished look is clearly visible as compared to my nephews. Thanks go to Dallien for passing the buck.

They are great people here and Mr. Larry is so nice and gentle with the needle! Their also very affortable, but dont supply aftercare. They will tell you what to use though.

This was my first time going to custom concepts. I had Larry adjust the color on an existing tattoo for me. The attention to detail on his pieces is something I look for in an artist, and I will definitely be going to Larry for my next tattoo. Its a very clean and professionally run establishment.

The male piercer Jessie I believe was his name did an amazing job. I have had 9 piercings and this was one of the best experiences I had. Was super knowledgeable and gentle with my Medusa piercing and it healed amazingly with minimal swelling. Will definitely go here again

They are appointment only but were able to get me in very quickly. The waiting area is clean and inviting. After filling out papers, I went back to get snake bites done. They were all very nice and professional. Jeremy did mine and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He answered all my questions about different kinds of jewelry and sizes. He also made sure I understood the aftercare instructions. I am super happy with my piercing and overall experience. They are my number one choice for any future piercings or tattoos. 10/10 highly recommended.

Ive only gotten pierced here- both times being a 10/10 experience, but I can tell you theyre clean, reasonably priced, and have a super friendly staff. I would absolutely consider coming back for my next tattoo!

Larry is the only person I will ever let tattoo my skin! He fixed an amazing cover up a few years ago and since then he is the only person I will allow to touch my skin. They do have some artists in the shop now that do amazing work as well. I was able to see their work while waiting for a piercing! I highly recommend giving them a call for all your holey and inky needs!!!

They were great I got two Piercing and they made feel feel very comfortable and educated I was very satisfied with the service and ending result I live my piercings and they are healing nicely

Me and my friend had matching tattoos done. Our artist was Zane. He was cool. A week later my friends tattoo faded, 3 weeks later mine faded. I was very aware they would fade so I asked him during the session about coming back to have them touched up. He agreed. When time came to have them touched up we had been trying to reach him for a week with no response to the business card he gave us to contact him. We messaged him several times via Facebook, no response. I contacted the tattoo shop and spoke with the manager to have Zane reach out to me. Whenever he reached out the conversation was unprofessional because he seemed to have only ONE available time which didn’t work with our schedule to have our SMALL finger tattoos touched up that took him less than 2 minutes to complete. Their times do not match their business hours.

Amazing! Larry is the best there and will always be my fav artist!! Theres nothing bad I could say about him, hes the best. Very clean, nice, fast, and wonderful place to go for your tattoo and piercing needs. I have gotten 2 piercings and 3 tattoos from Larry so far and all turned put great and healed amazingly. I definitely recommend going here if youd like a good price too. They arent insane prices as other places are.

Went in for a nose piercing and ended up scheduling a tattoo session with Amanda and I must say she is the bomb ! She is quick with her work and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. However I showed her the other tattoo I have on my leg and she was willing to fix it and had a game plan already. Can’t wait to book again with her and get that tattoo fixed so I can show these legs off lol. I love this place they go above and beyond 🥰

I got my ears pierced there in August, and it was my first piercing. I was a little nervous but they did a great job and were super professional about everything. Then I went back in December because I was having problems with some new earrings. I was even more anxious, but again, they were super professional. The guy checked it out, talked me through all my worries about it, helped me put the new ones in, and had helpful suggestions.

I had my 2 big toes tattooed where I didnt have a nail. Jeremie was awesome and so professional. He was so patient and caring with me. I was in a lot of pain but he eased me through it. This was his first time doing this and of course my first time. I really like my rose tattoos.

I got my first tattoo here. Went in with friends to talk to Larry. Hes fantastic. I left much less nervous about getting a tattoo, and when we went back to actually get them he did an amazing job. Theyre very friendly and super helpful with questions, very willing to work with you to get the exact tattoo you want. If you want color in your tattoo, I 100% recommend Larry.Editing 5 years later to add that I STILL only use Larry! I have 5 tattoos now and a 6th scheduled. Everyone here is friendly and the shop is CLEAN. Still 100% recommend!

Came here for the first time about a week ago and got a double helix piercing. Everyone there was incredibly nice and quite funny, I enjoyed it there and they were super professional. Will definitely be coming back!

Tony was the most friendly piercer I have ever met. He was very quick with my nose piercing and well priced. I asked him to move the placement of it, and he did it with pleasure. It was a great experience

Jeff will take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Got me booked in fast and did some research on aura borealis prior to appointment. I have gone to Larry for all my piercings and tattoos. He has such a lite hand when tattooing someone and the one I got at 18 years old still looks great. Had no problems with my tongue and lips piercing either! Definitely recommend them.

I got my nose pierced here and the service was excellent and and I felt completely comfortable. They gave great advice for piercing care and said to call or come back in if we ever had questions. Currently getting a sleeve done by Larry, man for someone so talented he’s VERY affordable and make you feel very comfortable with your stay..very light handed but manages to make the colors pop and stay and man I can’t wait for him to finish it! I know who’s gonna be my artist for a long time. 100% will always recommend.

I had an appointment with Samantha, upon arrival She had an aggressive manor. She was rude answering my questions even though we talked on the phone about the tattoo. I didn’t feel comfortable so I left and went to Standerd Ink tattoo and had an amazing experience and felt welcomed……and I didn’t ask for a heart tattoo;)

First. The studio is immaculate! Clean doesnt describe how Clean this place is. I was very impressed! And I am not easily impressed! Amanda is a Fantastic artist! She is so very skilled beyond her years, Amanda & Larry are a true power team. I will be using Custom Concepts ink for all my future tattoos. I went to a different tattoo shop for my first tattoo and the experience there was not pleasant, but I wanted more tattoos. I was recommended to go to Custom Concepts Ink by multiple people. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and taken care of. I met Larry, who was going to do my tattoo. I was very pleased with the entire experience or process! Larry made the entire process pleasant and I am constantly sending people his way. They usually can get you in or schedule an appointment within a few days and the pricing is more than fair. Whether you are a newby or have multiple tattoos, I would highly recommend visiting Custom Concepts Ink for their work and customer service.

Honestly, If I could I would give this place a zero star review.I moved up this way last year and didnt know where I should get piercings and went to this place for my septum to be redone April 22 of this year, when they told me to come back there, he looked at my nose, picked the jewelry and I specifically asked him if I would be able to flip it up for work, he told me it would be big enough for that but small enough to where it looked good. Though in the process of getting the piercing he was getting the needle and the ring ready and when he was done with that he just shoved the needle through. He didnt clean my nose, clamp it, he didnt have the tube where the needle goes through when its done so I dont get stabbed again, he also didnt feel for my sweet spot. He pierced it way too low and it ended up forming a keloid even though I was taking care of it correctly because I know how to take care of piercings, Ive had 15 including oral piercings.I am just now posting this because I was told today by a friend of mine that she called to see how much they would charge for a septum piercing and they told her they dont do them anymore.So I wouldnt trust them to do anything else on my body.

Me and my cousin went there to get her tongue pierced and my orbital. He didn’t dry her tongue of before piercing it and it’s beyond crooked. And with mine he marked it and didn’t clean it at all. He put lube on the front of my ear but pierced it through the back. It started crunching and burning (I have 3 helix piercings too) I said “wow I can feel the alcohol burning” (he wiped my ear with a wipe on the back after he put the lube on the front. I assumed it was alcohol.) he then said “what alcohol? I didn’t clean it.” I’ll never return to this place and if any of y’all do I wouldn’t go to Larry. Worst experience ever out of all 9 of my piercings

Got my double tounge peircing there! It varys on person but healed up perfectly and the male peircer who did it there did amazing and is super nice!! Very knowledgeable too!!! Highly reccomend!recommend!! 😊

I came here with two of my friends and we all got small tattoos. Our tattoo artist was very rude and passive aggressive. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and his sketch was nothing like the picture so I tried drawing up my own design and he told me I wasn’t allowed to use his pens! He was really offended when I told him I wanted MY design. And I understand he wants to use his design because he’s an artist, but this tattoo is going on MY body for the rest of my life, so I would really appreciate if my tattoo artist would respect and understand my pickiness.

This was my first time coming here and I came to get my nose pierced. The guy that did it was very professional and I explained it clearly what he would do and what I needed to do afterwards. A friend recommended them and I will definitely be returning.

Removed dermal from cheekbone and it literally was not even noticable Id even had it. I had a zit on my forehead more noticable than the spot left from removing the piercing Id had for over a year! Way cheaper than I expected, less than getting the piercing put in!

This is absolutely the worst tattoo shop in Chattanooga..the lady that tattoos is the most sorriest tattoo artist there is. I literally got a tattoo 5 days ago, and its already just peeling off. the ink diddnt even go in my body it just scraped the surface.. now I have to go in get in redone after I just got it. Please yall Im begging yall do not ever visit this place !! The lady diddnt even wrap my tattoo up just let me walk out.. I have plenty of tattoos on my body and I know how to take care of them.. but this is just plain pitiful..
