I came in for a Rook Piercing and he did a wonderful job! I mean it was painful, but that is just the nature of piercing cartilage. He made feel at ease with his humor and guided me through the process. 100/10 recommend!! The prices are reasonable. I paid $135 only because I chose gold titanium jewelry and it was an additional $85.

This place is great! I went on a journey trying to find someone to go a good Polynesian cover up of my old tattoo. Went to Inked Expressions and met Jacob Kelly! He told me he would draw up a piece for my arm where the old tattoo was and also a chest piece to compliment the arm tattoo. I can’t explain how happy and satisfied I was with what he came up with and how it turned out. From the moment I walked in the door to get prepared for the tattoo, he made me feel comfortable and trust worthy of him. Great conversation made the experience ever better. This guy is an awesome artist and great person. Will definitely be going back to see him again! If you are looking for someone who specializes in the Polynesian style tattoos he’s your guy! Ive had two amazing experiences with Ashley Baker at IE. Shes fairly new to the crew yet has a very streamlined and tight system for tattooing. She makes great time and does extremely precise work. My Ashley pieces are the best-looking things Ive got on my body. Overheard some really sweet interactions coming from the piercing studio while I was there as well. Such a nice place with my favorite tattoo artist.

I love the environment here, and everyone makes you feel welcomed. Jacob Kelly has been my tattoo artist since I discovered him And he has done a phenomenal job! I highly recommend him!

My husband and I got new tattoos from Melissa at the East Ridge location. She is a super-talented fantastic artist, we are so pleased with the work she did and we love this tattoo shop. I cant wait to go back for another beautiful tattoo!

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. Big T was super gentle and very informative! She ended up not liking the pain and only left with one ear pierced. Big T was super understanding, and didnt make her feel bad about it at all. By the time we got home she was calmed down and ready to get her second ear done. We will definitely be back!

Howard is great! He has now done two tattoos and a touchup for me, and hes done a couple for my husband as well. Im so glad we found this place!

Got a second nose piercing by Big T and he did great. He is so easy to communicate with and always makes the nervousness go away. He is so knowledgeable and answers all questions.I walked in one day and got a tattoo from one of the artists. It looks great and I’m so happy with it.

Got my Nose and Medusa piercing from Mr T. He’s the only one I’ll let pierce me . I highly recommend he always makes it a calm stress free and good experience .The piercings are quick (in a good way ) and he is really good at what he does . And bonus the piercings are reasonably priced .

Devin, exceeded all expectations ! His knowledge, skill, and talent are 2nd to none. Every idea I had, he made it badass. We did a complete sleeve on my left arm. It hasn’t completely healed yet but I’ll leave you with a couple pictures. Thank you Devin!

Went to get a memorial tattoo for my daddy who just recently passed away. The staff were very supportive and kind; the tattoo turned out great. Definitely recommend. Price didn’t matter to me, this was definitely something priceless. Thank you guys for everything, will definitely be coming back for my next tattoo adventure. Jake K did my tattoo, which was my daddy’s handwriting and it turned out perfect.

I called today and asked 100 different questions at least 3 different times about a tongue piercing. I finally went and did it the same day. The lady on the phone was super nice and super patient and the guy who did it was awesome it didnt even hurt and I was nervous for nothing. They are amazing!!!!

Ive been going to ink expressions since I was 15 . I love the staff!! very friendly! not rude .male you feel like you belong . experience is very happy and exciting. they did all my piercings in less then 5 min of me walking in the door . good service, good people 👍

Absolutely amazing piercing experience! Big T did my piercings and was phenomenal. Their studio was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. I felt so comfortable with him. He was quick and gentle making it obviously clear he has tons of experience. They even had an ATM as they only accept cash which was so convenient. He did excellent work and will be the only person I ever let pierce anything. I cannot rave enough about this amazing experience.

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed here going on three years ago. I am still struggling with horrible eyebrows. They were placed higher than my natural brow-line, making them appear like these bizarre wing-shaped brows. When I smile, which used to be one of my most attractive features, the brows lift up even higher, making me look hideous. Every single day I am reminded I wish I had never come to this place. They didn’t care that I was unhappy with the brows and never offered to try to help or correct them. They did not care.

Went in for a cover-up of an old tattoo, and Jacob Kelly pulled in clutch! A job very well done!

Big T was so extremely nice and helpful! I had spoken with KK for an appointment and she was great at getting me in! I had a Severly Botched daith piercing that was almost an 8 on pain! Started antibiotics but was just getting worse. He was so kind and gentle at removing it although it hurt like h**l due to fever and inflammation.I sent cupcakes and gave him a tip as he didnt charge me a dime to help me.Ive been there in the past years and Ill definitely go back again! Some awesome people there!

My 10 year old got his ears pierced yesterday. Big T and his daughter are amazing! Ive known them for a couple of years. Which is why I wanted to go there. Because I knew he would make my son feel super comfortable.

They did an amazing job on my ear piercings and my tattoo and husbands tattoo. Will definitely be back for another tattoo and possibly more piercings

Got a hand tat which turned out awesome. Dude did a good job. However hand tats loose a lot of ink. I’ve tried to set up a touch up with Devin now 3 different times and never hear anything back. I also have more work for him but it’s Like dude just don’t give af about money or anything. I mean at the point that his baby momma had to drop him off over a hour late to our session is just more than professional I just have to say. I’m not gonna sugar coat this. Dudes a good artist but is to just ducking off.

Paris talked me through the whole process and it made me a lot less nervous about getting my nose pierced. You could tell she knew what she was doing! She did a really great job and was really helpful! I would definitely recommend her!

Used to be my favorite shop. They charged me 200 for an hours worth of work and all they did was touch up a tattoo I already had it looks good but I went somewhere else and got 4 tattoos for 135 dollars. Pricing is ridiculous there now.

Hayden is Awesome!!! Great work and patience with me as we got it just right. She really pays attention to detail! Super clean space and makes you feel really comfortable. My husband and I love our new tattoos and I’ve already been back again for another. My daughter got her ears pierced while there and Chris took his time and great care. Didn’t hurt at all! Really happy with the whole experience.

Emailed/messaged several times over the course of many days and then finally called to get a quote and appointment but was told neither could be done over the phone and Id have to walk in. I live an hour and a half away and I cant just show up hoping to get in at that time only to have to wait or not get in at all. The person on the phone seemed like I was bothering him just by calling him and making him have to do something. Called American Ink right after and got an appointment immediately and my tattoo finished within 24 hours. Not going to try this place again. Im very disappointed with how they handled all of it. Only giving 2 stars because years ago they did a great job and maybe the office person was just having a bad day this time. Who knows.

Always loved this shop. Its so old school and comfortable. Ive always been happy with the artists that I dealt with. I adored Ernie. He was a hell of a guy.The reason for the low score is simply the way the business is operated. I stopped going10 years ago due to their unreliability but decided to give them another shot.Nothing has changed. Im not going to beg anyone to accept me as a client. If they dont need my money I totally understand.Its there call. I moved on and found another more suitable place. I wish them the best but I wont attempt to go there again.

Great experience! Made my appointment with Howard and he stayed in communication and I was able throw ideas at him. I wanted my mother’s heart beat put on me and he took his time and went over everything in detail before we began to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was great! I’ve gotten my tattoos here for about a year and they always look great. I got my septum pierced by Chris today and it was amazing. He’s so nice and comforting. I was out in less than five minutes. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I love this establishment the staff is very friendly I was a little nervous about getting my piecing but once I walked in I knew I had choose to right place. Big T did my tragus piecing he made me feel like I had known him for years the conversation was very relaxed his wife helped me pick out the perfect jewelry and she is also super nice. Big T was very gentle talked me right through the pressure points I felt no pain he gave me specific and easy care instructions which I followed faithfully. My healing time was speedy and I had no complications. I definitely recommend this establishment and Big T hes awesome and very down to earth.

I had my first work done by Howard Sears this weekend, and man was it awesome! He was extremely welcoming and made you feel like a long tine friend from even the first time you meet him. The tattoo took less time then I though it would, and it turned out so much better then I had imagined it would be.I definitely already plan on going back soon for another.

We have used Eric for over 10 years & wouldnt ever go anywhere else but Inked Expressions. Erics work is phenomenal! He always has the latest machines & he has a light hand. The entire shop is always professional, clean, welcoming & friendly. My husband & I both have multiple large pieces from Eric & they still look as good as when he first did each one. He has always exceeded our expectations & is more than fair on pricing for all our work. He truly is one of the best artist in the country.

Matthew Graham is amazing!! I absolutely love my classic black and grey piece!! His taste in music was great! His set up very clean with interesting decor. I will be returning to Matthew for my ink very soon!! Beyond pleased I chose him for my latest tattoo. Overall great personality as well.

I’ve been here many times, most of my family goes here as well and we have always loved them. However I made a report on someone to advise them basically out of respect, along with keeping their employees safe. With that being said my information was given to this said person who then found me on fb and admitted they all had a laugh on this etc. I am beyond mind blown of this whole situation and yet disappointed with how it was handled. I can honestly say I won’t be returning especially with my information being given out.

I got my septum pierced lastnight at the east ridge location and absolutely loved it. Very clean and relaxing environment. The guy that did my piercing was so easy going and careful, it was more affordable than other places I looked into as well. I highly recommend this business. Ill definitely be back and Im referring all of my friends!

I was really disappointed in my service and my tattoo from this shop. They clearly dont care about anyone who walks in, so if youre going to go, schedule an appointment.I got a tattoo on my left arm from the girl who recently moved up from being an apprentice. Hoping she was good enough to be tattooing at a shop with such high ratings, I reluctantly agreed to let her do my work. The entire time she acted like I was a burden to be there.Once I got home I realized how really poorly the tattoo was applied. I called shortly after to see how long it would take to get it touched up, and they said to wait a month. I did, and when I went back the shop owner insisted that the same girl touch up my tattoo. It still looks wonky, and Im going to have to go to another shop to make my tattoo decent enough to show others. The lines are so wobbly, and there are many blow outs.The only saving grace is that the girl who pierced my nose was very nice and really seemed to know what she was doing. So, no complains on that end.

I could not be happier with the outcome. I got 9 piercings in one setting, and Chris was absolutely phenomenal with every last piercing. I have wanted sn industrial since 9th grade, and he did not disappoint!Everyone was super sweet and very friendly with anything pronoun related too. I will definitely come back to see these guys when I’m ready for that 10th piercing!

Both of my boys had their first tattoo here as walkins over a year ago. Apparently theyve gotten too big to need appointments. Been trying since before Thanksgiving to get a design and appointments. Either I dont know the right people or they just dont need my measly $1500.00 either way nobody will set an appointment for me so taking my business elsewhere

Haven’t had a tattoo in 16 years, this experience was fantastic. My artist was Ben Rooks, his style is exactly what I was looking for. From the design through completion, it was easy. He listened to what I wanted and came up with something better than what I had imagined. Extremely clean and professional studio. Highly recommend!

Ive gotten a few piercings here by Chazlyn and she does amazing work! Theyve all healed wonderfully and look amazing! She has amazing customer service skills, it feels like Im hanging out with a friend every time I go in, very easy going laid back atmosphere. Great prices and jewelry and the rewards program is too good to be true, 10/10 would recommend, have recommended and will get all my piercings here form now on! Love it!!

Great experience getting my eyebrow repierced. I cant remember the girls name but she was super sweet. They were 5 minutes from closing and she went ahead and did it for me while her husband entertained their son outside in the truck. I offered to wait but she said, Lets do it. I love her attitude.

Took my boyfriend for a walk-in to get his bridge done. Really cool shop! He made sure to get the placement right and a few weeks later his bridge is healing very nicely! Will be coming back here.

Showed Ben Rooks a tribal half sleeve design I wanted and he did an awesome job. Did alot of shading which looks absolutely amazing as well. I would highly recommend Ben.

I saw a post that said Eric Newby (owner) had several openings in December. ( I received a tattoo from him about 15 yrs ago in a smaller shop). I emailed him with a request to touch up the sun and moon he did yrs ago. I also asked him to cover the stars around it. Eric responded with questions concerning the photo I sent of the tattoo. I responded back... and nothing. I sent a follow up email.... and nothing.

Chris pierced my daughters ears. He did a fantastic job. Explained everything he was doing, was so gentle. We had to go back to have jewelry changed. He was so sweet and helpful. Very impressed with Chris.

The tattoos turned out AMAZING. everyone that works there is professional, fun to be around, and just welcoming. Their craftsmanship is the best I’ve seen in the area. I won’t go anywhere else. Ever. I wish I could give more stars- I feel that 5 just doesn’t cut it.

Me and my husband got septum piercings on a walk in. And Chazlyn Graham did an amazing job! Super nice and made us feel very comfortable! I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable and very kind! The experience was 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back and get another piercing hopefully soon by Chazlyn.

My girlfriend went to Evermore and got her nipples pierced about 2 months ago. She encounter La La who is the rudest person in the world. We went back a few weeks later for her to the daith piercing. Again had a very rude unwelcoming experience. We left there because there was no way we were going to spend any more money with her. We were told to go to Ink Expressions and ask for some guy (cant remember his name), but when we got there this smiling face greeted us. Chazlyn was nice and very professional. Her area is very nice, clean, it smells nice and is very welcoming. She answered all our questions and even let my kids sit in and watch. We wish we had known about her before she got her nipples pierced by that very rude lady because we would have come here. We will be coming back. And I highly recommend her for any piercing, if you want to have a great experience

Chazlyn did a great job piercing my septum for me! I had wanted it done for years but was always afraid the piercer wouldn’t find my sweet spot (i trust professionals but i also know mistakes happen) or they would have a stand offish personality causing me to be more tense than needed.I have a lot of anxiety, so if you’re worried about the same things, don’t be. Because this is a great place to consider and i don’t think i’ll be regretting my decision in coming here!They’re were very accommodating when i had to slightly push back my appointment due to something coming up as well.Overall, I had a lovely and calming experience here.p.s. buy the piercing oil ❤️

I was referred there by some friends to get a naval piercing. I had one a year ago somewhere else, that shall remain nameless, and I felt they messed it up and sadly it rejected. I met Chazlyn, who was wonderful. Not only did she do a great job, but took the time to really understand what my previous problem was. It made me feel that she cared about my experience. I appreciate her kindness, swift, but spot on, work and her attitude toward making the customer happy. I would definitely go see her again! 😀

Honestly, I make sure to tell EVERYONE to steer clear of here. Ive had a HORRIBLE experience three separate times. (I dont know why I even bothered after the first, but I guess they dont care to take advantage of their younger clientele.)The last time was about 4 years ago, and after that, I swore to never walk through their doors ever again. Long story short, it was my birthday, and I wanted to get a piercing done. I went in, knowing what to expect because it wasnt my first piercing. Dude stabbed my lip, whatever, cool. But I felt a little off. I felt a little lightheaded. I told dude, hey, I dont feel well, can I chill here for a bit until it passes? Dude, already annoyed with my request, let me sit there for MAYBE ANOTHER 5 MINUTES before rushing me out of his door. I still didnt feel well. Im heading out to go back home, and before I could even touch the door handle, I fainted. Everything went white and then black. If it wasnt for my friend catching me, I wouldve hit the floor. Once I came back to reality, I see the employees staring dead at me, as if I were some squished roach on the floor of their waiting room. They didnt say a damm word to me. They didnt offer a seat, water, even ask if I WAS OKAY. Nothing. They just sat there and gave me a dirty look.Like, oops, sorry that me falling unconscious interrupted your conversation.Im not the one to EVER bad mouth a business, Id rather leave that to some bitter old woman named Martha who likes to make their waitress cry because the ice cubes in her diet coke melted. But this place is ran by d-bags whose egos are so damn inflated because they think being a part of the tattoo scene makes them more relevant.People wonder why society thinks you cant have tattoos and be professional. Because of people like that.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Tim Rogers is the most unprofessional tattoo artist/person I have ever met. I set up an appointment with him on a Saturday and paid him $100 for a deposit texted him Thursday to make sure we were still on his reply was YES! I show up right on time just for someone else who worked there to tell me Tim thought he messaged me to reschedule. I got no message whatsoever from him. And he was there tattooing someone else, he just didnt have the balls to come say it to my face. I waited all day to see if I would hear from him and i didnt. The next day I sent him a message saying I wanted my deposit back asap and that I would not be going to him. Never heard back. So I sent him a message again threatening to legal action and he had the audacity to be rude to me. It took 2 WEEKS to get my deposit back only after me messaging him over and over again. And never once did he apologize to me. I have text messages to prove it. He is the worst person and I would run away from this tattoo place. They all were rude to me as soon as I walked in. Their loss though I tip fat. Tim Rogers grow some balls and learn some manners. ByeBtw I didnt get my full deposit back he shorted me almost 5 bucks. 🖕

Tim Rogers does exceptional art. Definitely wont regret any tattoo he does. No laser removal or cover up required, unless your current turns into an ex and well thats on you boo.... :0)

My husband and I got these tattoos by Jeremy Cook. We enjoyed our sessions with him in the last 2 days and he did an amazing job with just a tiny picture from my phone. Every artist here was amazing and friendly towards us.

I didnt go for a tattoo (yet) but needed a quick fix for a piercing. They were all so nice and helpful. I will return for that reason alone as artists are often rough around the edges. Special thanks to Chazlyn (piercing artist) for her help!

Just had an awesome experience with this cool guy named Chris. Got my ears pierced by him and my girlfriend got her nose pierced. Im definitely coming back here for a tattoo or several.

Staff was rude. The guy who was set to do the tattoo forgot about it so he wasnt even there. Then another guy said he would do it but spent the entire rest of the time acting as if he did not want to. The entire time I was there I felt like I was just an annoyance to them. The place was near closing time and we were still waiting. Finally we just left. And they did not care that we left at all. Just a horrible experience altogether. I do not recommend them at all and their customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced.

Curt isnt just any tattoer...hes an actual, bonafide, ARTIST. A Master of his trade IMHO. His work is absolutely amazing. Ive had him work on my husband, and my baby sister 3 times. Hopefully hes gonna be inking me soon.

My wife and I only trust Eric Newby to do our body art and modifications. Ive been going to Eric for the past 19 years and will never go anywhere else. Always very professional and the shop is always clean. Eric Newby is an amazing artist and our work is always top notch. Most of my friends and family also only go here. Dont waste your time on other scratcher jobs. Save up the money and get a quality piece of art that will be with you the rest of your life.

I liked the job that they did. It was nice. And what I wanted but they are extremely pricey and extremely rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Me and my friend got words on our side and it wasnt much I was expecting $50 each and they at first wanted $100 each and I told them that was ridiculous. Ended up being $80 each. I went to this place because I had a friend who went there before and I was trying it out.. Im never going back. I always recommend Main Line Ink downtown chatt. $120/hour usually and Danny Siviter is who does mine. Hes hilarious and funny and is amazing!

Tim did a great job on my cover up !! I love the humming bird its exactly what I wanted !! I would suggest Tim to anybody ! He really has talent , cool, and he will listen to you cry about how bad it hurts . Love the place very friendly and if I get more work done , Im going back to Tim! This was my first tattoo, thanks to Eric Newby it turned out better than I could have imagined. He took the time to get the design just perfect. I would reccommend him to anyone looking to be tattooed. He is the best and his place is extremely clean and comfortable.

The best tattoo artist in the tri state area. All the artist are BAD ASS!!! The body piercer is very professional he pierced one of my daughters tongue and the other ones nose he made them very comfortable.

I had an appointment with Brianna today we’ve had this appointment planned for two weeks and she changed the time 3 times including today she changed it to three thirty we show up and then they tell us that she’s to busy and To reschedule she didn’t even come outside to talk to us she sent someone if she was a true good artist she would have taken a break and outside to talk us in 90 degree weather not sending someone else out well ink impressions has forever lost mine and my families business

About 2 weeks ago I was getting my first tattoo done here through recommendations I was given from someone else. It was just 3 dots on my ear, nothing crazy. I was told I could get a free touch up from my tattoo artist, Earnie, and decided to get that done last week, couldnt be scheduled in, so I got an appointment for Wednesday. I get a call on Wednesday GOING to the tattoo parlor telling me Earnie wasnt going to be in and to try back later. Im supposed to be moving on the Saturday of the same week, so I keep calling back to see if hes coming back in or not. He isnt as far as Im told, and the person I spoke with told me hed ask another artist if hed do the touch up for me or not and he wont. I understand the reason why but its 3 dots on my ear and Earnie cant step up and do it and as of right now I wont be able to get this small and simple tattoo fixed right before I move away. Ridiculous.

I have been going here for years. Every tattoo I have gotten has been fantastic. I even took my daughter to have her ears pieced here. Really cant say enough good things!

Tim Rogers is amazing, all the artists are. Well worth the wait, especially at such reasonable prices. Can barely wait to go back for more in a week!

These ppl are super nice and friendly. Made my daughter feel at ease when she was getting her piercing. We were seen right away and they knew exactly what they were doing.

Got an industrial percing here and the back side of the percings was not even fully in the cartilage and it ended up tearing fully out of the cartilage not long after being done and got badly infected and when I went back to have them look at it I was told it was fine and healing very well while it was severely infected and ripe out of the cartilage on the back side. Not to mention that the percings was 70 dollars and the percing room was not very clean and the staff was not professional.

Wow. Just wow. Eric, charisma and the staff are excellent. They do great work. Take great care of their clients. Clean facility.

Belly button piercing broke IN HALF after not even 2 years of having piercing. they did not pierce deep enough. filing lawsuit against them.

This place messed my uncles tattoo up badly where is will have to be covered up and it has blisters coming up and they refused to give him his money back they gave him a 100 bucks of it back but thats all . He invested Alot of money in this tattoo for them to mess it up and then not make it right

Inked expressions is the place to go for an awesome tattoo. Curtis Saffels is an amazing tattoo artist and very relatable.

Came to get a piercing at 9, the website said they didn’t close until 10. When I got there they were closed but people were still on there and rudely expressed that they were closed and could not do it.

Establishment was not very clean and staff was not very helpful. So instead I went to Freedom Tattoo. Freedom Tattoo was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful.

I got a piercing here two days ago and it is not pierced right. The piercer was extremely nervous and shaky and I shouldnt of let him pierce me.

I went there three times to meet with Eric Newby and was given the run around today I went after just confirming with him that he was there but when I got there the guy at the front desk told me he had an emergency

The piercer messed up the placement. Couldn’t flip my septum up. Had to get it removed at another shop.
