I got a scuba diving tattoo done last week by Joseph and he was beyond amazing!! He ensured I was comfortable, did amazing work, and was so fun to talk to! Definitely recommend and definitely going back to ask for him!! Edit: it healed amazingly! No issues!

Tried asking one of your artists Id overheard at cherry street saying they worked here for a business card to get my sleeve finished, she didnt even let me get a word out before telling me to f off. Thats cool. Ill just go spend my money at inked expressions, where they treat people like actual human beings with respect I didnt want your number, I wanted a tattoo for christ sake

Best shop in the Chattanooga area!! Just had another flower added to my shoulder piece and Samanthas eye for color is impressive. This piece has two cover ups that youd never know existed!

Very friendly and welcoming shop, me and my wife got tattoos and they were efficient and nice!! Highly recommend!!

Ive been tattooed by a few artist but Samanthas line work and just her design and artistic skills are awesome look forward to many more visits

I drove all the way from Knoxville. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend meeting the Painted Lady Samantha, if she hits you up on social media.

I have been going to the owner since 2014 for ink work. I have never had a bad experience or a bad tattoo. If you want bright colors that pop and tend not to fade in time ask for Sam. She is super amazing!

Sam (owner) is an alcoholic thatll drink liquor during your work. Could smell liquor on her breath after my first break. She then messed up on a line and blamed it on a sober person swallowing due to it being on my Adams apple. Go to Inked Expressions or anywhere other then here. She also wants to tat what she wants to tat. If you make any changes then shell stop replying after taking your deposit. Shes also OK with going against her consent form and allowing you to be drunk while being tatted on.

To say I’m more than satisfied is an understatement!Ali was AWESOME! Very outgoing, approachable and professional. Her line work is the best I’ve had out of all of my other tattoos. She talked to me through the tattoo and I truly enjoyed our conversations. This was my first time using this shop and I will be back most definitely!!

Was there for 3 hours with my friend getting a tattoo- they switched my artist 3 times- finally the owner volunteered to do mine- she put the stencil on and disappeared for almost 30 minutes. All I wanted was a dainty cross with flowers on it, all three artist had the stencil already, there were people going ahead of me and I was there longer. Very unprofessional on the owners part. Although my friends tattoos turned out great- I was very upset at the amount of unprofessionalism from the owner.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I have a current tattoo needing work, and contacted Samantha via their Instagram site, she responded back in like 2 minutes, had me set up for a consultation that same week. When I went in, she saw me immediately, gave her ideas on what to do to fix the tattoo, and spent time with me to study the Tattoo. EXCELLENT Customer service, and extremely professional. Very happy with them so far! Very Pleased, i will recommend them to everyone i know. Thank you Samantha!

10/5 stars! Came in a couple weeks ago and they did such a great job on my tattoo and my friends!! In fact bringing more friends in to them soon and will go back myself! Would highly recommend! Easiest tattoo I’ve ever gotten. Looks great and healed up great!

Love the tattoo and the artist (Joseph) that did it! All the people in the shop were very nice and friendly. I was so comfortable during my tattoo, and was treated with nothing but niceness! Very cozy setting. 10/10 would recommend

Staff seemed really nice and place was clean. However our artist JD was not. He showed us paintings and tattoos posted in the booth that was his work and multiple had different names/ signatures on the bottom. We went for matching flash tattoos and both turned out different and my gfs tattoo ended up scarring and looks blown out completely. Im sure the other artists there do great work, but do your research beforehand...

Came in as a walk-in and Ali took great care of me! Definitely coming back I loved this place and Ali’s work- photo is about 2 weeks after. Couldn’t be happier with my first tattoo experience

Great spot to go get a tattoo! Got my second tattoo here and Zac was awesome. We walked in, it was super reasonable pricing and he did a great job. They really make you feel at home and are very personable

Just had Ali do a leaf on my hand for me she did awesome. My first tattoo and definitely will be back for more already booking the next appointment.

Well. I put a deposit down on April 19th. It was a $50 non-refundable.I feel a little used because their were 2 different times where I had scheduled an appointment with them and both times I was given the run around.2 months have gone by and still nothing. Very poorly ran business and seems disorganized.I went ahead and decided to just go somewhere else. I could definitely fight to get my deposit back, via the Better Business Bureau, especially since THEY were the ones always changing appointments but I’ve learned that folks like this, will never be able to take their business to the next level and it’s just not worth my time.I have $1,500 put aside for a nice tattoo, I’m totally positive another tattoo place will be more respectful of my time and money.

Not impressed with the black blob Sam tattooed on my sons arm. She also did a rose that has lost all its detail and now runs together after a year. I wouldnt recommend Samantha if you want a professional looking tattoo.

Allie was the sweetest! We should up with a group of 6 people at 9:45 on a Saturday night and they took us all, and we all left happy with some pretty great tattoos!

Very well managed, I go here every time I need new ink. Reasonable price and a very relaxed environment. The skills here are unbelievably good! I just previously had gotten a thigh piece and I’m in love with it!!! Couldn’t ask for a better shop.

The staff at the Painted Lady was amazing. They were able to accommodate our party of 8 with very little notice and did absolutely beautiful work. Thank you for giving us a night we’ll never forget.

Sam was prepaid for a large job. After canceling several times she assigned another artist then makes you feel unwelcome, and uncomfortable after causing more delays. Then when requested to return the prepaid amount which was for a full day session that still was not scheduled after a two week delay the request was denied. Now I have to take legal action against her and the shop.

Wife and I visited and both got tattoos from Joseph. He was awesome, did great work. Very happy with our experience, highly recommended.

The service was incredibly we came in for a walk in tattoo and not only were they friendly they got us done quickly. The tattoo looks so amazing! I can’t recommend think of any better place to go to!!!

Wish I could give it no star. Starts off the appointment by pushing it back 2 hours cuz she had a software update does like an hour and a half out of a piece in told tells me to come back to get it finished and I pay the whole thing. I try to come back to get it finished and she tells me to find another artist

If I could give 0 stars I would. So the guy with the slicked back hair who did my tattoo royally messed up. The skin underneath still looks bruised even after healing. He totally busted a capillary while doing my tattoo. Now I’m going to have to pay to somehow cover up the bruised-looking portion. What a mistake.

Got an amazing tattoo from Kelsey! My friends and I came in and picked tattoos for each other and they played along with it. They were so kind and careful and did amazing work! Shoutout to her for my first leg tattoo!

Ernie was my artist and he is incredibly skilled!! Also very kind and easy going. I love my new paw print tattoo. He took good care of me :)

Great customer service on a late notice request. Did a wonderful job on a lip tattoo and did it very fast as well. Absolutely recommend.

This tattoo parlor is by far my favorite in Chattanooga.The service is top notch, the people are warm and welcoming and the tattoos are phenomenal.Ali is by far my favorite, she did my favorite tattoo!!

I was planning on getting more work from her.I put ONLY 2 stars because it is not finished and she will not honor her words that she would finish it without further charge. (Her assistant even stated this was her practice in the early texts)The pictures show the conversation of her business dealings with me from screenshots from my phone. I added a few details for clarification.This is not good, or even honest, customer service.Be warned. I still feel disappointed and lied to

Called wanted a small tattoo nothing extravagant just a small letter....lady on phone rude said yes if you come in you will be turned away.....like really it was 7:00 for a small drawing..definitely not what I expected on our 1st time in Tennessee.
