I have to say Kryptonite is AMAZING! I have been getting an old tattoo removed, and they are doing such a fantastic job! Their service is impeccable, and I am so glad I have chosen them to help take this very poor decision off my ankle!

Joe and Martell have always been great, kind and knowledgeable. I shopped around before making my final decision and I am glad I chose this place! They have worked hard to get a really difficult tattoo off! Their Ruby laser has removed a very dark purple tattoo! (Beware of other pushy companies telling you they are the only ones with a ruby in the Springs, simply lies) Joe and Martell are honest and fair priced. If you are looking for a great place for tattoo removal look no further. These guys are kind, genuine, and talented.

I’ve been through about 5 sessions now and the tattoo has significantly faded. Expert and very caring team - from the detailed introduction to every monthly session - I’ve felt supported every step of the way. Always a great experience!!!

The guys are great! Very knowledgeable and considerate of life changes. We moved and they were great at getting me in when I was back in Colorado Springs, CO. Ive never had burning and no scaring. Even though we dont live in the springs (military family) I will continue my removal there. 8 sessions with the patch and my twice recoloured red and black, back of the neck, tattoo is almost gone and definitely light enough to cover!

Highly recommend Kryptonite to anyone looking for tattoo lightening or removal. I wanted my tattoo lightened so that I could get it covered up. It was great to work with Joe. He was very professional and honest and made the actual lightening experience quick and easy. He checked in on me after every session to make sure everything was healing okay. I usually never write reviews but I have to review this place. I first started coming here to get my tattoo removed and Martell is amazing! Hes always making sure Im comfortable, letting me know when hes going to start and always talking me through the process. After a few sessions I decided to try the laser skin resurfacing (I hope thats what its called) the day leading up to my appointment, I was very nervous but more so that it wasnt going to work. After getting my face numbed, joe talked me through everything that he was going to do and also talked with me through the procedure to get my mind off the bit of discomfort that I felt. After the procedure he gave me everything I would need to help me heal, including the ointment, the face wash and lotion thats needed. After getting home I didnt realize how bad my face was going to look. I didnt even leave my house for a few days, I thought it was never going to heal . However after only a few days of healing, I can already see the difference it has made. I always doubted these things but I cant stop looking at how well the sun spots of my cheeks faded and how much my scarring from my piercings faded. Im so in love with my results so far, I thought I would never be able to leave my house without make up again. Thank you Joe & martell!!!

Martel in Colorado Springs was very knowledgeable and informative for all my questions about the process. I got my first treatment right after my consultation and excited to make progress towards the removal of my tattoo. It felt like I expected. The CO2 laser treatment for my acne scars went great! The healing went exceptionally well. It helped my scars pretty dramatically, even after one treatment. I will probably need one more treatment to get the desired results—professional, timely, and knowledgeable.

Both guys here are amazing at what they do! I highly recommend coming here to get any regrettable tattoos removed like I am. They take their time and do a great job! No scarring or burning after.

I live 3.5 hours away. Joe worked with me to fit me in so I wouldn’t need to make an extra trip. I was blown away after the first session (which took 3 minutes). I had my lips tattooed and my body pulled the color in a weird way that was unbecoming. I will need one more treatment but im already SO thrilled with the results! The pain was minimal, very reasonably priced! I can’t wait to go back! Removing the tattoos may be a bigger addiction than getting them❤️

My entire experience with Kryptonite Laser Professionals has been excellent! Their customer service is wonderful! There is seldom any wait; when there is a wait it’s a very quick.We drive just over four hours each way, and it is definitely worth the trip!

Really great experience with these guys. Kind and knowledgeable! We went way past what I was originally quoted sessions, but it is hard to tell how deep the ink is until you start the removal process. Other then that everything has been great. I’m still in the process well after a year of getting it worked on so I can’t report on final results.

I had laser resurfacing to my face and neck. Joe explained everything and answered my questions during my initial consultation. I scheduled for a week later. After I arrived, Joe talked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure went smoothly..it was painful in spots but Joe went slowly and didnt rush so it was definitely tolerable. Today is day 5 and already much of the extreme redness is gone..just some splotches here and there. I would definitely come back if I need more areas done or a touchup.

Kryptonite laser professionals are amazing! I got a tattoo wen I was 18 or 19 and I’ve hated it and hated looking at it on my body. They gave me a consultation fast and started my removal processes fast. They are very knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable. They call a day after your appointment to make sure everything is still going well and I appreciate that! Would definitely recommend!

Joe is fantastic. He was upfront about the procedure (tattoo removal) and cost. The first session took about 15-20 mins. He even followed up the next day. I have had several sessions now, and I’m very satisfied with the service.

I have had multiple tattoo removal sessions with these guys now and every time it has been exceptional service. They have it all - cleanliness, professionalism, courteous & informative and always right on time. They are also very concerned with my comfort level and do an amazing job!

Joe is great! I think he is knowledgeable and well priced. I attended I think 4 sessions for 2 tiny tattoos. My last session he recommended we use the brown lasted because there was such little black ink left and it seems like the ink is completely gone possibly. It did leave some burnt skin that scabbed a little then fell off and it has a minor scar.. maybe that will go away with time. My overall experience at kryptonite was exceptional! My experience was definitely a positive one. Joe and I spent a good amount of time simply chatting while waiting for the numbing cream to set in. I appreciate the fact that he has a background in healthcare as I am also a healthcare provider. I’ve already made an appointment for follow up treatment. Prices are fair considering the alternative of having work done at a dermatology office, which is generally 25% higher (or more). I have no qualms referring friends to this business.

These guys are fantastic! Professional, friendly, and fast! Ive been going for almost a year, and although its not my favorite appointment, its definitely my favorite appointment. The guys are so nice and they laugh at my stupid jokes...most importantly, my eyesore tattoo is becoming a thing of the past. ❤️ I HIGHLY recommend Kryptonite. UPDATE: 7/27 The eyesore is fading nicely after a year and I still love the service. 😊😊

Super nice staff at this office, I was nervous coming in but it was a really easy process and they explained everything from the science behind the laser removal to aftercare instructions. The removal process itself was slightly uncomfortable, but with the cooling that they did it was definitely a tolerable level of discomfort & it was very quick. I’m really impressed and looking forward to my next appointment! I should have done this years ago!

They offered very affordable packages and first time service for my face tattoo was only 95$. While it was painful and that cant be avoided during removal, they were extremely informative and great about following up with me. Ill be purchasing a package from them in the future and visiting them in the future.

Great place and staff!Had a free consultation months ago, where they answered any and all questions.I had my first removal session last year at a different clinic. They burned my skin, resulting in a scar, and I wasn’t nearly as comfortable.For my second and current sessions, I’ve been going to Kryptonite tattoo removal, and it’s been SO much better.They explained the science behind the removal and had me fill out a questionnaire about my skin and skin type. The purpose of this is to ensure something like burning and scarring DOESNT happen.My experience is MUCH better here. The healing process is a breeze and my skin has accepted the treatments just fine here. Joe and the rest of the staff are always really nice and professional.I won’t mention the clinic’s name, but I don’t recommend any other laser removal clinic that ISNT Kryptonite tattoo removal.

The staff is always friendly and very informative. I’ve had a great experience so far. I always receive a follow up call from them a day or two post removal session just to make sure everything is healing properly and to make sure I don’t have any questions. I really appreciate that.

Ive had three treatments on my rib cage and they have been so accommodating. Ive had to reschedule multiple times, they added cream to help when it was rough the first time. Ive had treatment done elsewhere and it was a terrible experience but Kryptonite is fantastic. I would highly recommend!

Kryptonite Laser Professionals are helping me remove a small tattoo on my wrist and it is going great! They sit you down and explain the process, costs and what it will feel like.

I have had several sessions done on a full sleeve of black linework and I am very happy with the results we arw achieving. The staff is great! They are honest, fair, and well educated on the process. I am also an artist here in Colorado Springs, and have referred many of my clients to them to help in the cover up process for new tattoos.

I got my eyebrows microbladed and was beyond heart broken when I saw the results. I called Kryptonite the next day in tears and Martel was so sympathetic to my situation, I ended the call feeling a million times better than I had before. When I went in for my consultation Joe and Martel were completely transparent about the process, any possible side effects, and my expected results. During the removal process they go above and beyond to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible and I noticed a big difference after my first session. Once the process is over I hope I won’t have to go back but I hands down recommend them to anyone who needs to remove a tattoo. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

So far so good on a medium size all black ink and grey shades tattoo! It’s a comfortable clean environment and professional when it comes to answering questions and giving out advice on how to make the process be more effective with staying healthy and other factors.

Had my first session with Joe today. He was awesome, I felt very comfortable. I am looking forward to getting this tatt off and Im happy I found such a awesome place to do it!
