I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Removery. Everyone there has been so sweet, professional, and easy to talk to, while at the same time being total pros at the job. My tattoo is already noticeably lighter and it’s only been a couple of sessions. I will tell anybody who asks to go here with no hesitation.

Love the location of the Colorado Springs Removery. Tons of parking. Close to other stores for errand running. The staff are sweet and knowledgable. Hands down 5 stars. ✨ Tattoo removal really is an awful experience. It’s so painful and expensive. Location of the removal area depends on how painful it’s gonna be… my removal area is center back. Either way the staff are kind and do their beat to make you comfortable. There is no numbing and they dont recommend it. I am thankful to be working with the best in this industry. No lasers are stronger or more technically advanced. I’m on my 4th treatment, out of a minimum of 12 and I am seeing results. Definitely getting lighter. Know: as you progress the removal of your tattoo, Removery strengthens the intensity of the laser therefore creating a longer recovery time. Now after my fourth session, my recovery time is now 10 weeks. This means my appointments are minimum of 10 weeks apart! This is a lengthy process… be ready for it.

After years of trying to accept some of my tattoos that I just genuinely regret, I finally scheduled my first removal appointment. I appreciate their payment plan options and every person I have had contact with from the consultation to completing my first appointment has been so kind and knowledgeable! I love Removery. They have the best laser for tattoo removal, hands down! Ive removed my old powder brow/microblading and Im almost done with my wrist tattoo. Every treatment I get, I see a noticeable difference and Im so excited to start my back tattoo removal. Just moved to Colorado Springs, and am now receiving service here at a new location. It’s never fun getting laser removal but these ladies are so kind and welcoming. They gave me tips at my first appointment here that my technician in LA didn’t mention for my last few sessions and these will hopefully speed up the process. I definitely feel like I’m in good hands!

Just finished my second session of my tattoo removal process and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the staff at Removery! I was able to do my first session the day of my consultation. They are all very nice and informative. It’s a very smooth and fast process. Excited to see how much my tattoo fades from this go-around!

I’ve been seeing Ashley for four tattoo removal sessions now, and every time I go in she and the front desk girls are so professional, courteous and accommodating. They really have listened to my concerns about having my tattoo completely removed before my wedding next April, and have done their absolute best each session to make that possible from laser intensity, to after care in between sessions and have been transparent and honest about the whole tattoo removal process works and what I need to do to help them as much as possible. I would highly recommend this company but specifically this location because of the amazing women there.

Initially I was worried about starting my eyebrow removal journey. I had my eyebrows done (permanent makeup) and continuously touched up for over 15 years. But wanted to go natural. Ashley ( laser tech) was amazing from the start. She immediately calmed my thoughts. She explained everything with patience and was honest. She answered all my questions and even shared information I didn’t think about. Her optimism on being able to remove my tattoos has always been high. She’s knowledgeable and truly loves what she does. I love her honesty and that she communicates clearly. More importantly she has been amazingly kind. If your thinking of getting permanent makeup removed … go to Ashley!! Jen ( works the front desk) is so sweet! She has an amazing energy and alway has a smile from ear to ear, that’s so contagious! This specific facility has a great team! The two take care of you and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I’ll share photos of before and after in a future update to this post. But so far the progress is great and on track to what Ashley had predicted. Very happy with result thus far.

This was my first tattoo removal ever, and I was so pleased with how informative my laser tech, Ashley, was throughout the whole process! Didn’t hurt any more than getting a tattoo. I was feeling nervous about removing some of my old tattoos until I found this place. They’re so clean and professional! My laser tech Ashley made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was nearly painless. The customer service at this location is incredible!

Today was my first session for a tattoo removal and I must say I was nervous coming in, especially after hearing from numerous people that tattoo removal hurts worse than getting the tattoo itself. As soon as I walked through the door the energy from both Ashley and Jen was AMAZING, they are very personable and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped through the door. The office is very clean and up to date, it also smells like heaven. Once we began the actual treatment I couldn’t believe how minimal the pain actually was, I hardly felt anything at all. Getting the tattoo hurt worse than this, and if it couldn’t get better, my session was over in maybe one minute. My tattoo is very small but I couldn’t believe how fast and almost painless the entire process was. I am beyond happy with my results after one session as well as choosing Removery. 20/10 I would DEFINITELY recommend!

The staff is awesome and the office is always nice and tidy. The laser techs always do a good job and as someone whos been getting face tattoos removed above my eyes they do a great job at keeping my eyes protected and make sure Im as comfortable as possible. Been wanting to remove some ugly finger tattoos Ive had for a while now , and after years of contemplating it....... today was the day. I called the office and had a consultation and 1st session done all within a 2 hour span! The office is very professional and knowledgeable about the process and walked me through it step by step. It was very easy and an inviting experience to say the least. The pricing was upfront, honest and not pressured at all which I appreciate. The removal process itself was no more then 10 mins and the method they use was very attractive to me. Ive seen horrible scaring on some folks on the internet which is why I have waited so long to do the procedure, but the method they use does not create scaring or pigmentation discoloration. After reading reviews and seeing before and after pictures it was an easy choice for me and the right one! 10/10 recommended. The staff is A+.

I’m impressed by the initial visit and after having a free consultation and being able to talk about my personal experience with a tattoo and how I feel about removal; I’m considering getting it removed and it was very helpful and eye opening. If you even have a slight thought of removing a tattoo from years past, get a few price from someone! at any place even, so you can make sense of the process of tattoo removal and ink interacting with skin is like.

I have been in for several laser tattoo removal appointments. Everything has been fantastic so far. Only a couple sessions in but I am already seeing significant fading. Ashley is amazing and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was quick, my appointment start was a little behind schedule but overall not terrible. The technician was professional. The facility smelled nice but it was a bit overpowering.

It is always a pleasure to see the ladies that work the store in University Village. Jen and Ashley are the best.Previously, I had undergone tattoo removal sessions at a tattoo parlor that left me with significant scarring. The ladies at Removery were very empathetic and understanding. They hooked me up with a payment plan to make it easier to afford the treatments, and they are always happy to see me. Removery sessions are quick (5 mins under the laser max. for 2 tattoos) and less painful than what I experienced before. They give me a stress ball and make sure to ice the area before using the laser on my skin. They always put safety first and make sure that I am comfortable before they begin. And the store is always clean.I am going to California for 2.5 mo to undergo more on-the-job training for the Air Force, but I dont have to stop my Removery sessions because they have locations nationwide, and there is a location near where I will be TDY.

I had micro-blading done on my eyebrows that was way too dark and ot left them grey/blue... I wanted to have the tattoo ink removed as it if never happened. It’s been embarrassing.I found Removery online and made an appointment to see if it was possible to have my bluish grey eyebrows removed. The staff was very fried and attentive. They assured me it could be done based on the color of the ink and my skin tone.I was able to get in for my first treatment at my first visit, the staff explained what they would be doing, iced the area and it was very quick. I was in/out.I just completed my second treatment today and the ink/shading from the micro- blading is reduced by 60% percent. I’m completely happy so far with how quick their amazing laser is working. No scaring, minimal discomfort and I’m hoping that I’m only a treatment or two away from looking like I never had tattoo ink on my eyebrows. I highly recommend Removery! They have one of the best laser machines on the market.

Ashley was my technician. She is absolutely amazing.I recommend her hands down. She recommended some vitamin E about after about aweek to help heal. She made the whole experience worth driving down from Denver for, since I had to change my appointment last minute. Who knows, maybe I’ll get more tattoos just to come back. Went in for a consultation, paid for a removal plan and had my 1st Treatment. The team at this location were VERY friendly & helpful and Halli is WONDERFUL!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Such a pleasure to work with. I have had two tattoos treated here and the results have been wonderful, to say the least. I am also a tattooer and owner of a tattoo shop, and we keep a stack of their business cards and flyers on our table in the lobby. While we pride ourselves in being able to handle most coverups or fix it jobs, having Removery as our ace in the hole when the rare unfixable mess comes in really goes a long way into helping us make happy customers. I tell anybody who asks to go here.

The people are wonderful at the Nevada Location. I’ve been primarily working with Joe and he’s really great! He’s very informative and easy to talk to, which really makes the sessions go by that much faster! He really cares about his clients too. I met Halli on my most recent visit, and she’s also very nice! The process is definitely a slow one, but of course good people can make it more worth it.

Im glad I came across this place. Joe did an amazing job explaining the process. I was a little concerned because I have a large area to remove and expected it to be costly. He helped get me set up for a plan to reduce the overall cost. Halli was my laser tech. She was very kind and considerate through out the procedure. Very observant to body language as well. Every time I tensed up she was quick to ask if I need a break. I wasnt in any extreme pain after, not much after care needed. I still have a long way to go, but I am definitely confident in the people here :)

After reading the reviews Ive decided to go in for a consultation to see how much will cost me to remove a small tattoo on my wrist. Joe was very detailed about the process and the different treatment options and costs. He patiently listened to me and told me the best options base of what I wanted to achieve with the removal. After deciding the treatment and paying for it Halli took care of me and explain the before and after procedure. She also was very detailed about the things that I needed to do and the things that I need to avoid so I didnt compromise the area. She then told me all the after care that I should do for the next 6 weeks until my next section.I cannot recommend enough Removery, if you are still deciding if this is a good place to take care of you please take the step and do it. Halli & Joe are incredible, the prices are very reasonable and the treatment super quick, it was less than a minute and it was done.

After my online consultation with Nancy Nguyen I was told by a scheduling representative that I can’t schedule an appointment because it says I have rheumatoid arthritis when I never told Nancy that during the consultation.I was told I’d have to get a doctor’s note to prove that I don’t have something that I never said that I had?

I strongly recommend Blackout Laser. They are extremely professional, kind, and I love the coziness of the office! I received a fractional CO2 laser treatment to treat fine lines and some adult acne, Im in my early 30s and want to get a handle on my skin before its too late. There was such a HUGE difference in the fine lines and texture of my skin. The laser didnt tickle but the pain was definitely manageable and Joe was very patient with me. I live in Denver but Ill continue to make a trip to the Springs specifically to continue my treatment with Blackout laser.

I have been on an uphill battle with adult acne for years. I have had hormonal acne, cystic acne, inflammation, dry/oily skin, clogged and enlarged pores, all of the above, you name it. It had diminished my self worth, and self appreciation as a woman immensely. I made an appointment with Blackout Laser after hearing a friend rave about them and now Im here to rave. Walking in I was embarrassed and frustrated, but Joe was very knowledgeable and listened to every single concern of mine! He recommended an initial treatment of a Hydro Facial (I did have doubts because of past hydro facial disappointments). But Y’ALL, I was GLOWING right after, and my god the facial felt so nice and soothing on my angry and inflamed face!!! This deep clean not only removed my dead skin cells, and unclogged all the dirt and oil from my pores, but it also plumped my new/healthy skin with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and all the good stuff my skin was deprived of. A month post facial, and my acne has cleared up so so much. I am stunned by my reflection in the mirror, and I AM FAN.
