The only place I will go or recommend for a piercing. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very patient with answering any questions you might have. My daughter and I feel completely comfortable here, and even had matching double helix piercings done together. Great selection of jewelry, and if Sarah doesn’t have what you want in stock, she will place a special order. Highly professional, and I highly recommend!

We had a really great experience with Van. My 17-year old daughter wanted a Daith piercing and every precaution was taken to make sure things were sterile and clean. Van explained everything to us before doing anything. The piercing went well and looks great. We are so thankful we came to Immaculate Piercing and highly recommend them.

Second time here and both times I had a great experience! First time was in 2020 when I got a Vagus piercing. It was a great experience and perfect healing process. This year, I took the plunge and got my ear lobes pierced after not wearing earrings for about 10 years. Van was so nice and thorough, talking me through everything they were doing. I cant express enough how smooth the whole process here is! I highly recommend Immaculate for all your piercing needs!This picture was taken day after getting my lobe pierced! No redness or swelling.

Ive had a total of 4 piercings done here, and the staff, service, and quality of jewelry are all amazing! I had my nose pierced several years ago, and a couple of months ago, I added a forward helix and a conch to one ear, then went back recently to get a daith. Sarah Wooten did all of my ear piercings and she was truly wonderful! She changed gloves and washed her hands often, which showed her commitment to sanitary practices. She also walked me through each step of each piercing, which helped a lot. If (when!) I get more piercings, Ill definitely be going back to her!

Everyone is friendly, kind and patient.Ill admit the jewelry prices are a bit steep, but absolutely worth it. I am sensitive to metals and their jewelry hasnt aggravated me at all. The quality is amazing. They also have some great designs.Van did my triple helix piercings. I love that they used the breathing method before piercing instead of the countdown. They were super supportive and have great attention to detail. Van walked me through each step of the process before they did anything to my ear, and then again with each piercing as they did the steps. If I needed, I could take a short break between each piercing. Van also just has a great vibe - friendly, personable, considerate.Immaculate has been around a while and has a wonderful reputation. I went here originally for a naval piercing. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get one due to body anatomy. HOWEVER, I so appreciate that my piercer (Van) was upfront and honest and advised against me getting one. They were honest and didn’t just take my money because they knew the piercing would eventually reject. I instead got three other piercings that worked better for me. I had such a good experience with Van and Sara both times I went! I’ll definitely be back in the future :)

My experience here was great and I highly recommend getting piercings done here and i know for a fact i will be coming back in the future for more. My piercer, Van, was phenomenal. They were very kind and professional and walked me through the entire process step by step. All the other staff members were also nice and they had a great jewelry selection. Love love love my experience here. This is my second time going and it was just as great if not better than the first. The lady at the desk was super helpful and kind. She made great recommendations for jewelry and when my phone wouldn’t work, she said even helped me with my paperwork. She was kind and patient.I worked with Sarah who is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She checked my anatomy to make sure a naval piercing would work. She explained exactly what kind of jewelry would fit my belly button shape perfectly.I went somewhere else in Charlotte almost two years ago and not only was the placement off, it was crooked!! They gave me a ball end but Sarah said I needed a floating ball. Sarah took her time tracing where the piercing would go and it really assured me that it would come out perfectly! She explained every move she made before she made it and it made me feel apart of the process. She made good conversation and I had a good time. This time around , my piercing is so much more comfortable and it doesn’t stick out. She also helped change my jewelry for my cartilage piercing and recommended I use smooth jewelry without ridges because it is more secure than the ball.I always highly recommend coming here! I will be back for all my future piercings and never cheat on immaculate ever again ❤️

We got my daughter’s ears pierced in June and Sarah did an amazing job as my daughter has anxiety and sensory issues. The staff are amazing and take great care of their clients. Her piercing had some complications with swelling after flying and when I called to explain what was going on, we were told to come in and they would take care of the problem. Van did an amazing job explaining the options and explaining what she was doing during every step for my daughter and what to expect afterwards as well as when to come back and text them if we have questions and pics to determine next steps. Van and all of the staff we have worked with have been outstanding. I highly recommend Immaculate Piercing.

My daughter & I went a few weeks ago for piercings at Immaculate. We loved it there so much we went back for more today ! Very clean & super friendly! Van did my nostril and flat today . They were very helpful from picking out my jewelry to calming any fears . I HIGHLY recommend them ! We have been to other places in the past but only Immaculate from now on ! I was pretty nervous to get my nose pierced. This place is super professional and take their time with each person that comes in. It’s very clean, you wear a mask, any air filters are in the shop. The piercing went so fast! It hurt a bit but it is beautiful! They let me see where I wanted the piercing to be placed on my nose and I got to look at how a few nose studs would look on by holding them close by my nose area, which gives a great idea of size and appearance. Will only come back here again if I need a piercing.

I’ve been relying on Immaculate for any and all of my piercing needs for a few years now! Troubleshooting, downsizing and new additions! Fantastic experience! I had an old cartilage piercing that I decided to have re-done; Sarah gave me the advice I needed and even allowed my teen daughter to join us because shes thinking of having her ears pierced for the first time. After observing Sarahs calm, gentle approach, my daughter now says that when shes ready (soon!), shell want Sarah to pierce her ears. As others have mentioned, the staff is very cautious about providing sterile conditions and keeping the place clean. The cost was a little more than what I expected, but you get what you pay for (and for me, this will be a one-time deal). Highly recommend this business!

I have gotten multiple piercings at immaculate and every experience has been a 5/5 for me. From the moment you walk in the staff is very nice and inviting while maintaining professionalism. They require masks for anybody inside the store which I like as it keeps the store clean and germ free, which is very important for piercings haha! Immaculate has a good selection of quality jewelry for multiple types of piercings, including solid gold and titanium options. They take time to sterilize all of the equipment & jewelry before your piercing and practice consistent safety procedures. I have been pierced by Sarah Wooten and Van Bass and both are proficient piercers. Both piercers take their time with explaining the process of the piercing and letting you know each step that they’re taking during the process. They’re quick and accurate with the actual piercing, leaving little room for discomfort which is awesome!! Absolutely love immaculate and while my wallet hopes I don’t come back soon haha, I can confidently say all of my future piercings will be here. (The included picture is my nostril piercing that was done yesterday by Van, less than an hour after getting it!! No swelling and practically all redness was gone with no soreness. It’s the next day and it looks and feels like I’ve had the piercing for years!)

I went to immaculate for my helix. At first I was wary of them not having prices on their website, but with a quick call they were more than happy to tell me the price range! I know some people think its pricey, but I would rather spend a little more for a higher quality piercing than something that most likely won’t heal. When I entered I was greeted by Van (I believe that’s their name? I overheard Sarah say van! ), who was incredibly nice and helpful. They thoroughly explained the healing and cleaning process and helped so much with jewelry. Sarah, the piercer, was AMAZING. Since I had only gotten my ears pierced as a kid, I was a bit intimidated ! However, Sarah fully explained the whole process and was so kind and patient. Everything was super clean! Sarah opened everything in front of me to ensure sterile equipment. I will 100% be coming back!!For those wondering about pricing: I got my helix done and chose the 3mm white opal. I also purchased their cleaning spray and tipped 22%. All together, it was only 83.52 ! ( 35 piercing fee, 24 for earring and 12 for the backing, 10 for the saline wash, which is all super reasonable! You can get a cheaper jewelry option if you’d like! )Update: I got my rook done here today and it went great!! Love this place. 10/10

I have had an amazing experience at Immaculate Body Piercing! I initially came to get a consult on a piercing that has had trouble healing and Sarah was well educated on how to help me with it healing. I then came back to get a rook piercing and Van did an amazing job. They were very professional and walked me through what was going to happen step by step and gave me plenty of time to lay down if I needed to from feeling light-headed afterwards. They will be my go-to place for future piercings.

I met with Sarah for a consultation on piercings I had done at another studio. Sarah was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to remove the incorrectly placed piercing (which was done by another studio) and guide me on the next steps. I will definitely be returning to have my piercing redone by Sarah, once the old piercing has healed up. I highly recommend Immaculate and had an amazing experience.

The best expericence of my life!! they are so sweet and kind not just for shows, that is their true character! they make sure everything is IMMACULATE! nothing is out of place and the process is very comfortable and van bass (the piercer i had) talked me through the whole thing and was absolutely the best! as for the front desk people TRUE ANGELS they are very caring and welcoming, i felt at home there and not scared at all!

This is by far the most professional piercing place in the Columbia, and possibly a big area of South Carolina! They definitely have a very extensive process of making appointments and are not ideal if you’re trying to just walk in and have a piercing done. Though for me, the whole extensive process made me feel very at ease and sure that I was in good hands. The actual piercing process was super quick and almost painless! They have also welcomed me in whenever I have questions regarding piercings. I often see badly placed septum piercings online but mine is perfectly placed and healthy!

I had my helix pierced by Sarah and she did an amazing job! The whole experience was great, from scheduling the appointment, to picking out my jewelry, and actually having the piercing done. Sarah and the girl behind the front desk (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!) were both fantastic and helped me with any questions and concerns I had. This will be the only place I get pierced from! Van was my piercer and was great!! She told you exactly what she was doing each step of the way and was very nice! Then I return in a month for a jewelry change with Sarah. She is amazing!! I had another peircing that I needed to change as well......it didnt want to come off! I seriously thought I was going to have to go to the ER to get it cut off BUT Sarah was relentless!! After using every tool they had it finally let loose!! What a relief!! She didnt have to keep persisting but she did and I am so thankful foe that!! Will be back for sure 🤗

My entire experience at this place was amazing. It was honestly top tier. From scheduling an appointment to arriving and leaving, everything was professional and went smoothly. I came in and Van at the counter was so nice and professional. They explained everything very well and knew what they were talking about. I picked out my beautiful jewelry and then Sarah pierced my ears. I was very nervous because I was getting my rook pierced, but she was so genuine, funny, and made me feel a lot better about it. She talked me through it and that helped a lot. The piercing did not hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would and overall I just had a great experience. Thank you so much! I’ve always gotten my piercings done at Immaculate but recently got 2 new piercings at a place closer to my home - big mistake! My piercings from the other place both fell out within a couple months. Sarah at Immaculate saved the day both times they fell out. Lesson learned, I’ll never get piercings from anywhere except Immaculate.

I purchased a tiny $190.00 nose ring that broke. I was told my warranty doesn’t cover breaks or things of that sort because jewelry breaks that’s what they do. So they offered me 20% off another ring instead of replacing the ring. That’s a lot of money to spend and then tell your customer I’m sorry but my manager said we can only give you 20% off on your next piece of jewelry. Not 40% Not 50% but 20% off. GTFOH it broke that morning but no one ask and also you didnt explain in detail in person like you did in the reply. Its ok I just took business else where

Everyone is polite and thorough and I love some of the unique jewelry options! Shout out to Van doing my first step in ear stretching. I never thought I’d do it but honestly the jewelry for stretching was super cute and the ones I wanted I only have to stretch my ears a little bit to get. It works I loved wearing dangling earrings growing up. I feel very empowered and reassured in their company. I have a lot of gratitude for every single staff member I’ve seen at this shop!

I had previously gotten my industrial done at a different shop in a whole different town and had trouble with it barely a month into having it. It was extremely tender and developing bumps and where it was it hurt to wear regular masks and bumped EVERYTHING... I met with Robbi and they explained to me why it was acting up and how it was improperly placed as well as the bar being way too long, advised taking it out and having it redone in a month or two. They laid out a good plan for redoing it if I chose to come back in and have them do it again and was very professional about it. I came in yesterday, 01/10/2022, after work and described my first experience with the piercing again as they looked at the old site and we went ahead with the same ear but definitely placed better. They were very punctual about my appointment, the whole thing took no time at all!They were awesome and really good at making sure I knew everything they were doing, that the actual piercing process hurt as little as possible (literally was 100x less painful than the first time I did it), and was very VERY good at explaining and making sure I understood the aftercare throughout the entire process! They were also great for advice on my stretching journey. Ill definitely come back for them and recommend them to friends and family in the area that want a piercing done. 10/10 experience. I shouldve come here the first time. Its only my first full 24 hours with the new piercing and honestly I dont notice its there unless its time to clean it or Im changing/doing my hair. The whole experience was professional, comfortable, and easy.

Everyone there is super nice and very informative on how to properly care for your piercings. They answer any questions thoroughly and they treat everything seriously. A little on the pricey side but you can never be too careful and you get what you pay for! Doug is a super great piercer, very knowledgable and takes his time getting placing right. I had not had my ears pierced since I was an infant and was really nervous so i went with my friend who also got her ears pierced. Van and the rest of the team was so amazing. They were helpful, polite, informative, and most of all, calming. They were all really good about informing about after care and next steps. Really helpful with trying to pick out the jewelry as well as pricing. Van took a lot of care to make sure we loved the placement of our piercing before going forward and also to make sure they were even. Van was also really good about making it a calm and relaxing expierence and letting us know exactly what they were going to do. An amazing expiernce, I HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve already left a review from my other google email but, they are so fantastic, I had to sign into my old account because I wanted to leave another one.I’ve had several piercings done at Immaculate Piercing and have not had a bad experience yet.Today I went all out and had my nipples pierced. This is something I’ve been contemplating doing for the last several months so a few weeks ago I had a consult with Maggie to discuss the piercing process, aftercare, etc. She was great. She was very thorough with her explanations, and extremely helpful at answering any questions I had, which finalized my decision to get the piercing.I booked an appointment and, today, I finally got my nipples pierced!Sarah was my piercer and I don’t even have the words to begin to describe how amazing she was. From the time I walked in to the piercing room until the second I left, I could tell her top priority was making sure I was okay. She has such a calming demeanor and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything she was doing, step by step, and did not continue with anything until she made sure I was ready. She is amazing at what she does and I promise you will not regret going to see her. My husband stayed with me during the procedure and she was kind enough to answer a few questions he had about one of his previous piercings.I also want to brag on Anne at the front desk. They had such a friendly attitude and did an awesome job of explaining the different jewelry options, aftercare, and pricing. They were also super patient with me while deciding which jewelry I wanted to go with. While I was waiting, I watched them interact with the other customers and their kindness never faltered.Last but definitely not least, I want to give a shout-out to Van. I didn’t have much interaction with them during this visit, except for a brief “hello” in the waiting room, but they have been awesome during all of my other times at Immaculate Piercing. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to make sure they’re satisfied.Everyone here is absolutely amazing and give off the best energy. I’m already deciding on my next piercing just to be able to interact with these individuals again! A million stars for real. I recently went to get my second lobes and a conch piercings done by Van while they are doing their apprenticeship. Van made me feel incredibly safe, reassured me when I was anxious, and did an absolutely phenomenal job with all my piercings. I plan to go back to them for more! I had a piercing emergency when my husband bumped into my 7 month old piercing and caused trauma which resulted in me taking the jewelry out and when I tried to get it back in the next day it wasnt happening, so I reached out to them to see if the piercing was salvageable and thankfully Van was able to see that it hadnt closed yet and was able to get my jewelry back in!! Honestly such a life saver! She was so thorough during then entire process and I appreciate her patience during my appointment. I was specifically looking for a piercer whose part of the Association of Professional Piercers to pierce my septum after a less than ideal experience a couple years ago. The shop was really clean and staff were very welcoming. They explained the aftercare clearly and answered any questions I had. Sarah talked me through the process and really helped put me at ease. I love my new septum piercing and I would gladly recommend Immaculate to anyone.

I had my ears re-pierced last night. 1/32024Van was available and did a fantastic job. They talked me through every step and answered all my questions. Easiest piercing I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend Immaculate for anyone wanting any work done.I was able to choose earrings that match the daith piercing I had done there a while back! 💜

I have had 5 piercings done here now. 3 by Poisson (triple helix) and 2 by Maggie (rook and conch). I have also purchased new jewelry from them. I drive 1.5 hours just for them to do my piercings. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite! The owner is also very responsive and helpful with any questions asked…we spoke thru email. I couldnt have asked for anything better.Very helpful with the dos and donts of piercings. Honest and open about any questions asked. I love this place and cant wait to be back. Sterile techniques and just an overall comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place! I cant speak enough great things about this place.

Made an appointment online and got my nostril pierced here last Saturday. Making the appointment was very easy, and it was full of information on what to expect and procedures (i.e. masks mandatory, but provided, arrive early, will take about 30 min , etc).When I got there, the associate at the counter was very welcoming and super friendly. They went over my check in information, my jewelry options, and aftercare. After all that was done and my jewelry was selected, they let me know to wait a few minutes while the jewelry and equipment was sanitized and that I would be called in shortly.Sarah was my piercer and she did an amazing job. She was very friendly and informative. She told me exactly what to expect and walked me through what she was doing before, and as she was doing it. She took time to make sure I was happy with the placement. The piercing itself was very quick and practically painless. She made sure I was feeling alright before leaving.Overall it was probably my best piercing experience. The studio is very clean, the staff is very friendly and informative, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend coming here!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Doug pierced my daith back in 2019, and I was really nervous. He cheered me on and even cracked jokes! He also helped me customise my own earring after it healed (no extra cost) because none of the ones in-store were just right. If youre going to wear something all the time, youve gotta love it! I love mine. These guys are clean, professional, and know what theyre doing.

Sarah has a tremendous amount of experience and did a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing. She had very clean procedures during the entire process. Their staff are all so friendly and helpful when picking out your jewelry and explaining all the processes and aftercare.

I made a spur of the moment decision to get pierced after seeing an IG post with details about a new apprentice appointment. Van was absolutely fantastic, they (along with Sarah) were attentive, caring and intentional with how they explained the process, and best of all safe and skilled! Van also included me in the conversation when deciding on the placement of my conch piercing, which I really appreciated. Immaculate continues to be unmatched!!

Worth every penny. I felt safe, I knew what was going on and that they would take care. While the environment was well sterilized the vibes were not, my piercer was hospitable and well versed in the procedure and aftercare. If you are looking for a reputable shop this one is it!

The staff are always so helpful and nice!! Van is very meticulous and spends extra time to make sure your piercing(s) are perfect. They are very respectful of body autonomy and talk you through the whole process. They special order the jewelry I want all the time which is awesome since Im pretty particular in what I like. Amazing services!! Everyone here is beyond professional. From picking out jewelry, to going over aftercare, the whole staff is amazing. Maggie, my piercer, explained everything she was doing step by step. I was so comfortable with her the whole experience. I wasn’t feeling the best afterwards just due to the pain, and she made sure I was 100% ok before I left. She didn’t rush me out or make me feel like an inconvenience. Truly exceptionally!!

Why are you in the dead center of a tourist town and do appointments only when there was literally 0 people in the shop. It takes 30 seconds to pierce someone. Its not a tattoo shop(ex tattoo artist) where I would understand it takes hours to tattoo someone. Congratulations on losing business when it isnt necessary.

Wonderful experience! The young lady in the front was kind and very helpful. I was nervous and she made me feel at ease and explained thoroughly aftercare to me. Sarah was my piercer and she was very professional and equally kind. My service was very quick but not rushed. Loved it!Update: I knocked ring out of my nose and unknowingly replaced it with an inferior product, Sarahs apprentice was able to get me straight even though it was trying to close a little. Then a few days ago I knocked the top off my nose ring when my ring caught the top. Fortunately the post stayed in my nostril and Van was able to put another topper that I purchased. I love how serious they are about disinfecting the jewelry prior to putting it in and they focus on quality.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I was very nervous to get my first facial piercings (double nostrils), and I immediately felt at ease at Immaculate. The receptionist/jewelry specialist, Van, had a very welcoming and professional demeanor. The jewelry selection was vast and unique. Ive now had two piercings & a jewelry change done with Immaculate and I genuinely could not be more impressed with their work! Excellent customer service makes clients feel extremely safe & well-informed as they cover every detail of placement, aftercare, jewelry choice, etc., to get incredible results. Hands down the best in Columbia, and even worth traveling if you want to guarantee an awesome piercing experience and healing process. I love the way Robbie was always sure to tell me what was about to happen and made me feel so comfortable by practicing how I should breathe during the piercing beforehand.

I had a wonderful experience today at Immaculate Piercing. Van at the front kindly helped me pick out my jewelry and went over the aftercare with me in detail (a very sweet person). Ms. Sarah who pierced my ears, made me feel really comfortable and welcomed as she did my industrial piercing (it didn’t hurt at all). Everyone was super nice there!! They answered all my questions and walked me through all parts of the piercing & what was going on. All the piercers and staff also made a point to try and use costumers names once they knew who you were which made it feel a lot more personal than other places I have gone to. The manager there was awesome! She was there on her own until about 7 and there was about 8 people who were getting multiple piercings and she handled it with grace. My sister and i entertained the other clients so it wouldnt seem so long of a wait but she was super cool about it. And even thanked us for being patient and helping to keep everyone laughing and cool. We both plan on going back for more piercings!

I saw Maggie on 2/19 and had an absolutely wonderful experience! She was extremely professional and sweet and immediately put me at ease, even though I was feeling really nervous. She made me feel safe and respected, and she walked me through every step! My piercings came out looking fantastic, and are healing up very well. Through the whole experience I felt confident that I was in safe hands. She was quick with the scary part but never made me feel like she was rushing. I have nothing negative to say!The others working in the shop were also very nice, especially the person working the jewelry counter. They were very sweet and talked to me about their own experience with the piercing I was getting. While Maggie was getting her station and the jewelry set up, I was able to chat with this other employee, who also made me feel safe and comfortable!10/10 would recommend Maggie (and the shop) to any of my friends (and already have)!

I’ve been going to immaculate for about two years now, and I cannot recommend enough! They are all extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. There are no stupid questions with them! Will walk you through aftercare no matter how many times you’ve been pierced (which I find helpful)

I highly recommend Immaculate Piercing! I came from Greenville to have my nose pierced. My daughter has had a few different piercings here. She had nothing but amazing things to say about Sarah and Van. From the moment I walked in, both Van and Sarah explained everything. Van was very thorough telling me about the aftercare. Sarah took me into a room and explained every tool, what to expect during and after the procedure. I will be back in about 6-8 weeks to recheck the site. I cant wait to make another appointment!

I had an appointment on 12/18 at noon. Both people in the shop were amazing- the front end, patience in picking jewelry, explaining, comparing- superb. My piercer was amazing. She was patient, kind, and explained everything. Also extremely clean and organized. Received complete after care instructions and made to feel very welcomed. Highly reccommend.

Signing up for an appointment online was easy. The instructions sent to my email and on the website were clear and made me feel prepared. I felt safe and confident going in during COVID as everyone was masked, and only I and the other staff members were in the building. I was given plenty of time to pick my jewelry. Maggie did a wonderful job helping me decide on the placement for my second lobe piercings and made sure I was satisfied with the placement before piercing my ears. She made me feel less anxious and explained every step before, during and after the piercings. She made sure all of my questions regarding aftercare were answered. Knowing my ears were clean, the sharps and jewelry were sterilized and we both understood what I wanted gave me so much confidence. Maggie even showed me the indicators for the sterilization. It’s clear the staff members go above and beyond to make sure their clients will be and will feel well taken care of. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated and I left feeling beautiful. Thank you to Maggie and all of the staff at Immaculate. If I ever get another piercing, I will be coming back here!

I got my nostril pierced at a different piercing place and it was done at an angle, so I always had pain and trouble changing my own jewelry out. I forgot the name of the gentleman here, but he was always amazing in getting it changed out almost pain free. He would take the time to explain each step of what he was doing and make sure you were okay throughout the process. Super clean and respectful!

I recently got my nose pierced by Doug at Immaculate and it was a wonderful experience! The website contained so much awesome information, and the scheduling process was very easy. After I scheduled, I received a lot of follow up information to help me prepare for my visit and know what to expect after my piercing. On the day of my piercing, I felt very safe with all of the COVID protocols in place and Doug was extremely thorough in all of the information her provided, both before the procedure, during, and after. If I could give this place 10,000 stars, I would. After being rejected for a septum piercing two times prior, I was recommended to come here. I drove from Fayetteville and it was every bit worth the drive. Doug was my piercer and he was amazing. Not only was he able to do the piercing, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and was extremely professional. It was by far the best piercing experience I have ever had. The environment was clean, everyone was really nice, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had my septum pierced twice at another reputable, local studio. The first time it was crooked and the second time it was misplaced even worse and I had to have it taken out just hours later. I gave up on having my septum pierced for five years, thinking I must have a deviated septum and it just wasn’t right for me. In the back of my mind, I was hoping that one day I would find a very experienced piercer who could tell me whether or not they thought a septum piercing was right for me.On a whim I looked up Immaculate’s piercer bios and saw that ALL had above average experience and training. I booked an appointment with Maggie and explained the issue to her. Among every other sign of professionalism, Maggie took her time lining up my piercing before she was satisfied. To say that I am satisfied would be an understatement! I am so happy to finally have this look that I have wanted for so long! I can’t wait til it’s healed so I can buy some more of the amazing jewelry they sell.Please note that there are several steps to booking your appointment online! We called regarding piercings and related questions, we were then told they accepted walk ins. When we arrived we were told that they were booked for the day and only accepted appointments online. When we went to boom the online appointment there is an associated $15 booking fee. So we drove 25 minutes to be told to pay $15 to book online. Beyond disappointed, definitely wont be attempting to book after their 100% mask policy, assanine booking policies, and being told conflicting information over the phone.

Great shop!! Everyone was professional, clean shop, everything well explained.I think it was Tyler who checked me, went over the paperwork, and explained the aftercare process. He did awesome and was very thorough.Doug was the one who pierced me. I got a double helix/cartilage. He helped me decide the right placement and size/length of post for my jewelry for my piercings. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He made me feel comfortable and welcome. He also went over aftercare instructions very thoroughly. He also made sure I stayed for a couple of minutes after the piercing to make sure I was feeling alright.And then Ryan (I think...) was the one who checked me out before I left. He went over the last bit of paperwork and made sure I knew how to contact the shop if I had any questions.Overall best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Will definitely return :-)

Ive had two great experiences with Doug at Immaculate Piercing. He did my industrial in 2017, and pierced my nostril yesterday. Both times I was impressed by how kind, energetic, and professional he was. He took time to answer my questions and explained why they had certain policies in place. For my industrial, he measured my ear to confirm the piercing would be a good fit. For my nose, he explained why it wouldnt be a good idea to start with a hoop, and helped me pick out a stud to begin with. I know I can trust them to help me make informed decisions. I appreciate how serious they have always taken safety, but felt extra grateful for their COVID policies.

Walking in Robbi was super nice; He explained everything to me and made sure that I understood how to take care of my piercing. Everything was sterile ( Ive never seen anyone make sure everything was so clean in a piercing place before.) I went the cheapest way when I pierced my ears it was around 140$ expensive but well worth it. Over all the best experience Ive ever had in these type of places! Highly recommend 👌

Without delay, let me first say that this was an amazing experience! I walked in a bit afraid to get a nostril piercing, but the fear dissipated quickly once I met Robbi. Robbi was reassuring, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. He coached me through the entire process and provided helpful advice when choosing the jewelry, etc. I walked out a satisfied and informed customer.

This was my third time at Immaculate. Doug was great, super professional, and it felt very safe during the pandemic craziness. He was very informative and made sure I understood everything before proceeding and helped make professional suggestions on my jewelry. Once we were ready to pierce he was super calming and talked me through every step so that I wasn’t nervous and even helped with breathing exercises before and during the process. Great studio and great piercer, I highly recommend them!

I have now visited Immaculate Body Piercing twice now and both times all I have to say are great things. The first time was about 6 years ago and when someone came in and started messing with their piercing (like one they had for a while) and was being pretty unsanitary about it the staff member at the time was extremely professional and let them know not to do that yet and wait for their staff member to assist them and to sanitize their hands. I was just blown away at the standard of cleanliness and professionalism.When it was my appointment time, I was greeted by Robbi who took my back to the room to get my septum pierced. He was beyond professional and walked me through every step of what was going to happen. I felt so comfortable and trusted him immediately even though we just met but it was how he handled himself and did everything I knew I was in good hands.My experience was beyond perfect. After that, I told myself and countless others that I would never get pierced anywhere else. Fast forward to the a couple of days ago.At 17, I am now 31, I went to a different shop (I will not say the name) and got a really unique ear piercing that it like an industrial bar but it looks like a staple in my ear. Over the years my ear has slightly changed and grown and the bars that I had no longer fit comfortably of at all. I was then just wearing little hoops in place of the bar to keep the holes.I reached out and message Immaculate about my situation and asked them if they did custom jewelry (which I saw they did but I am one of those people who like to triple check everything) I explained my situation and everything. They quickly got back to me and I made an appointment for a consultation that night for the next day.When I got there I was greeted by Robbi and Ashe. They confirmed it was me there for my appointment. They were very nice and welcoming. I was asked to sanitize my hands, which I loved especially given what they do it needs to be very clean. I let them know everything in my appointment notes and he asked me to show him my ear and I told him that I brought my original jewelry that I got pierced with and the other bars I had. I did have them in a new small plastic ziploc bag. He looked at it and we walked through everything.They were both extremely professional and helpful. I told him my issues and what I was looking for her told me everything that could do and what that process would be. He was excited to work with me and help me. What I needed was simple enough that he was able to go ahead and customize and create my new bar right then!I was then asked by Ashe to sign a new waiver that allows them to touch me and insert the new jewelry, again something that I very much appreciated. Robbi told me every thing that he was doing every step of the way even down to figuring out what he needed to do to get me the correct bar. He showed me after he bent the bar and showed me the comparison next to my old one and then that he was going to shine and sanitize the bar.He explained that the jewelry that I was using in place of the bar was smaller than the bar and that he was going to work up to that size to see how it fits. Like I was just so pleased with absolutely everything every step of the way. He told me what to expect and what to look out for and what to do.I CANNOT wait to go back again. 100000 out of 10 recommend. Thank you Immaculate and thank you Robbi and Ashe!

Absolutely the best! Ive gotten two separate piercings done here over the last few years and the level of cleanliness and professionalism is fantastic! I was a little nervous and Doug patiently explained the entire process to me. They were also very responsive on their Facebook page to some questions I asked. They allow you to schedule your piercing appointment online and Ive never had to wait, even on a Friday night. This is definitely where I will get any future piercings.

Cannot speak highly enough of the folks over at Immaculate. They were extremely professional and kind. I was pretty nervous for my septum piercing because I had never had any type of piercing done before, but they were super patient and explained the entire process to me from how the piercing itself would work, to what to expect with healing, and all the do’s and don’t’s. They helped me pick out a piece of jewelry that would suit my needs and budget. Robbi did an incredible job, and radiated such a positive and collected energy that it truly calmed my nerves about the piercing. He cleaned everything off and showed me that everything was sterilized; he cleaned the site of the piercing several times with alcohol and iodine, and the whole entire time I had no nervousness with regard to the cleanliness of the facility or the tools. He was quite efficient, and he did a great job with the placement and everything. The whole process went incredibly smoothly, and I will make sure to go to Immaculate for any future piercings I decide to get. A bit pricey, but you’re paying for the top notch quality and ease of mind. Overall an incredible parlor with a great atmosphere. We took our 8yr old to get her ears pierced. You definitely get what you pay for. The entire staff there are amazing, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Doug did her piercing and he was fantastic. We have had absolutely no issues with anything. We have an older daughter who went to the mall store and had lots of complications from it. We will be visiting immaculate again when she is ready to have them done again. Thank you guys for making this a fun and safe experience!

I got my first piercing, a nose piercing, by Maggie in June. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I came back six weeks later to change my post to something I would be less likely to fiddle with, because I know I am not taking good enough care of my piercing. Robbie is very knowledgeable, and also very condescending. I felt as if he was scolding me, rather than talking to me as a grown 48 year old person. I ended up with a hoop, which I genuinely feel I will not mess with like I have the post. I have every intention of getting other piercings, however, I will schedule with the ladies in the future.

I had a great experience getting pierced at Immaculate. I didn’t catch their name, but the person at the front was really friendly and helped me with jewelry and paperwork. Doug did my piercings. He was awesome. I appreciate that he cared about my piercings and wanted to set me up for a good healing process. He took the time to make sure the marks were perfect and afterwards went through the details of aftercare. I was pretty nervous, but he was encouraging and positive while talking me through the whole process. I love my new piercings and would highly recommend Immaculate to anyone looking for high quality piercings and jewelry.

Very friendly and good at calming my anxious nerves! They are thorough in making sure you understand what theyre going to do and that you know the aftercare procedures. They are also body positive, which was very very much appreciated. :) I never once felt judged for my size or choice of piercing. Also, they go to great lengths to make sure everything is sterile (and to make sure you know it) before the piercing happens. You can tell they care about their customers. If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will return here. Thanks for a great experience!

I got my belly button pierced on saturday by maggie. she was absolutely amazing! she helped me pick which jewelry was best for me. she talked me through everything from beginning to end and really calmed my nerves. she was so sweet and kind. she answered any questions that i had and told me how to care for it. she did amazing and it was super quick. very friendly environment! i love my belly button!

I loved absolutely everything about my visit here. They were very professional and friendly. They are also very clean and walked me through the whole process. Even though I didnt have the anatomy for an industrial, Maggie showed me a different piercing which I ended up loving just as much. I definitely recommend this business to anyone thinking about getting any piercings.

I had my second lobes and conch pierced by Maggie. She was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything thoroughly, and really took the time to make sure both lobe piercings were even (especially after I told her that I had my seconds done twice before but took them out b/c they were uneven). I am extremely happy with my piercings, and will get any future piercings done here!!

After being pierced and going with friends to get pierced at several other shops in Columbia and surrounding SC & NC, I finally checked Immaculate out. My only regret is that I hadnt gone to this shop any sooner. The jewelry selection is amazing, the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. The shop is always kept very clean. They truly care about their customers and their well-being. I had my nostril re-pierced for the 3rd time by Ryan 2 years ago. It was the best piercing experience Ive ever had, hes also changed my jewelry out for me twice now, one being as recent as last week. Ive gone in several times over the years to buy jewelry from them. I recommend this shop, and Ryan to anyone who I know who is wanting to get a piercing done. I came in today to check on a helix i had done a while ago, and left with a brand new daith piercing! This is the most professional and cleanest piercing shop in SC. I’ve been wanting a daith for a long time but my anxiety held me back. Robbi made me feel super comfortable and calm the entire time. They were very kind and understanding and walked me through the entire process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to pierce me. Thank you for creating such a safe and welcoming environment, i will be back.

Suggestions: 1) I called because I was driving but if youre wanting to get a piercing for your minor there is an entire section on that specific topic on their website. Biggest take away is that the minor will need a State issued ID. 2) I am from the camp, If Im on time, Im late. . This characteristic did not benefit me this time. I figured wed arrive, be able to browse, and then just wait inside for our appointment but thats not the case. We were told (in a kind manner) that they werent ready for us and that we would receive a call. Ill admit I was a tiny bit frustrated because we had already walked around downtown and it was 97 degrees but I got over it, went to my car and turned the AC on high. Not sure if that is always the case, the day we went, there was only one person working, so, It makes sense to limit the foot traffic.Experience: Robbi was FANTASTIC! My 11 year old had already had 2 bad experiences with piercings so she was nervous but really wanted her ears pierced. Robbi immediately made her feel comfortable and safe. She wanted gold earrings but mama doesnt have gold money so Robbi guided her to the less expensive options. She found something she liked and then Robbi offered to paint the silver to look gold (Im sure thats not the right terminology). Robbi was thorough, gentle, and patient. My daughter did a great job and walked away from that appointment with confidence and a swagger because she totally felt like a badass! Thank you for an excellent experience!

I’m from Michigan, so I stumbled upon this place by chance and I’m so glad that I did! I was really nervous to get my nose pierced, but the front staff was so helpful and friendly (I didn’t catch her name) that I finally decided to go through with it. Doug was awesome and made sure that I knew how to care for the piercing properly even through all of the nerves. He was so friendly and full of good vibes and if I lived in the area I would love to come back. Thanks so much again and I love how the piercing turned out!!

Sara was amazing- she had a difficult time removing my existing nose stud but never showed frustration and continuously asked if I was ok while she was fighting to loosen and remove the stud. The studio is super clean and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry. 10/10 recommend Immaculate and Sara’s stellar skills!

I got an early birthday Septum Piercing today. Of my 8 (now 9) piercings, this was by far my best experience. Tyler at the counter was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions I had and was extremely professional. Doug , who actually completed my septum piercing, made sure i was aware of the process and took the time to make sure I understood aftercare. Will ALWAYS go to immaculate. I went in today for a tongue piercing, & for them to look at my 2 month old nose piercing (because it developed a bump). The place I normally go to was closed (which I’m thankful for..) Long story short my tongue was pierced HORRIBLY years ago. Ryan reassured me that it could be done again minus the excruciating pain I had before. He also changed out my nose jewelry for a better fit to help clear the bump. Yes their prices may be higher, but you get what you pay for. Also Immaculates cleanliness is SUPERB! Many other shops in Columbia do not seem as clean..He also showed me while he was sterilizing my jewelry. I will strongly recommend them to anyone. They made me feel welcome & I had an awesome experience. I wish I could remember the guys name at the counter (I’m horrible with names). He was so nice & welcoming as well & very thorough with aftercare instructions. Thank you guys so much!! Words cannot describe my awesome experience.

I initially made an appointment to look at some BVLA jewelry pieces since they are one of the only shops in the area who carry this brand. I ended up leaving with 2 beautiful studs installed. Ry is super knowledgeable and was able to accommodate all of my jewelry needs, as well as guide me on a helix piercing that I thought had closed up years ago but to my surprise was still open.While some people may be annoyed by the appointment-only system due to Covid, it is honestly my preferred shopping experience. It’s definitely the safest I’ve felt shopping during the pandemic. Plus, you get one-on-one time with someone who is clearly very passionate and an expert in their field.I had a great experience at Immaculate and will definitely be back!

I totally understand why everyone in Columbia says you have to go to Immaculate for piercings. Robbi did my nostril piercing and was SO kind, informative, and incredibly encouraging before, during, and after! They made me feel amazing. I will forever recommend this place now.

I had my septum pierced yesterday and everyone was super helpful. They are all really good about making sure you know how to take care of it and take extra care to make sure you know everything is super clean. Doug did my piercing and I appreciate that he took his time to explain the process and made sure it was good and straight! It was as painless as possible and would def get any another piercings I’d want from here! :D

Had a rook piercing here on my birthday when visiting Columbia a couple months ago. Super experience—everyone was professional and approachable. I’ve followed the aftercare guidelines, which were well communicated, and I’ve had no issues with the piercing. I’m considering another piercing and would come back here if it weren’t so far from home (Virginia). I appreciate that the piercers here are members of the Association of Professional Piercers, and I plan to contact them for recommendations of reputable piercers in my area. Def recommend this place!

Ry did an amazing job on my piercing! He is clearly a pro in his craft, but explained everything about the jewelry and the piercing process in such a way that made the whole experience a lot less intimidating for a first-timer like me. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, just informed. Worth every penny and then some. I’m already thinking about my next piece (and I know where I’ll be going to get it!)Side note: I chose this place specifically based on their response to COVID. They stayed closed longer and continue to implement stricter measures than what is required. My sister and her wife made an appointment for me to get my nose pierced and my mom went with me, i’m transgender and with my mom not being accepting, Robbi continued to call me Oliver even when my mom deadnamed me. this made me feel so welcomed and made me so so happy. Robbi also went over absolutely everything and made sure i knew exactly how to take care of the piercing and when to come back to get it changed. everyone there was so welcoming and amazing

I had the pleasure of experiencing two piercings with Ry last night and I was blown away! The COVID precautions, the cleanliness, the gorgeous jewelry to choose from and Ry himself. Being clean is their first priority. Its amazing that they take the time to make sure its clean, because honestly, who wants to go to a dirty piercing parlor? Staff was great, making sure I understood everything, went over things with me and explained once more before I left. Doug was gentle on each of my piercings hes done. They always ask me to sit, take it easy in case i were to pass out. They care loads for their customers. They may seem a bit pricey, but its location, and for the amount of skill Ive witness while coming, I think it deserves every penny. Havent been dissatisfied yet, and highly doubtful I will.

This was my first time at Immaculate Piercing and I had a troubleshoot appointment to see Doug. He was very clean, professional, and covid-safe. He also set me up with a new nose stud while I was in. The stud is custom fit to my nostril and the shop had so many cute options to pick from. Will definitely be back here for all my future piercing needs :)

After the nightmare I had at a different studio, I turned to Immaculate, because they were APP. I made an appointment the day before, filled all the paperwork out beforehand, and today I went to get my surface tragus done. Mr. Clark was so knowledgeable and yet so easy to speak with. My questions were answered, the jewelry was anodized to be a golden color, cleaned, and off we went.I had gotten this piercing done a month ago at another place in Columbia, and it was a nightmare of an experience that left me a little traumatized. Now I dont know if he does this with everyone, but Mr. Clark specified every step of the piercing process, and promised me he would not pierce me without telling me first. This really helped with my anxiety!!Now, somewhere on their site, they mention a gentle piercing experience. I had no idea what this could mean until the piercing was done. It was not painless, but the pain was easily manageable! The process was fast, but skillful!All in all, so highly recommended! All that along with the safety precautions they ACTUALLY stick to because of the pandemic, I cant rate this place, or Mr. Clark, highly enough.

Immaculate Body Piercing is a very prestige but NOT pretentious shop. Ryan was great at correcting a problem created by a different shop. All the staff was very kind and considerate. I will definitely be going back for any further piercings and 100% recommend to anyone. ALSO, they have great jewelry.

I went yesterday for my first nostril piercing. They took care of me really well and I felt safe despite having an intense fear of needles. It was almost painless and I’m really happy with the results. They explained the aftercare well and I look forward to coming back for more piercings in the future!

Ive been here twice - once for consultation (with Doug) and again to get pierced (by Ry). They understood what I wanted and why, we had a great conversation, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Doug is the absolute best!! He came highly recommended by my sister who he pierced previously. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I was a tad bit nervous going in, but it didn’t last long. Got my nose pierced here and came back to get the stud switched out to a hoop. Doug worked with me both times and i was super pleased with both interactions with him. He and the rest of the staff are all super friendly, curteous and helpful! Everything was very clean and i could not have asked for a better experience at both of my visits!

I NEVER leave reviews, but I just couldnt sit back on this one... Amazing experience! Ive gotten pierced by so many different piercers. Its amazing how oblivious we are to the things weve done when we want what we want and we settle! Not realizing the potential harm we are exposing ourselves to. From the cleanliness, professionalism, aseptic techniques and the concern! My septum piercing was effortlessly painless! Davy (my piercer) cleaned my nose with alcohol wipes, AND with iodine. Being a nursing student, this was HUGE! He used sterile gloves, and showed me the packaged equipment was sterilized by the proof of the sterile strip indicator. He was very postive, the energy was beautiful. I wish I would have gotten pierced by him and this wonderful establishment with all of my piercings. You truly get what you pay for and for a little bit more, it was WELL worth it!

This place was AWESOME!!! i its a little bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you paid for. i got both my nipples pierced and i was super extremely nervous. but the staff was extraordinarily well informed, they were funny and calmed my nerves, and they answered all my questions. the procedure was done quickly and efficiently. i definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants professional piercing. they give you all the cleaning supplies and are super conscious about safety. 2 giant thumbs up for Immaculate Body Piercing!

I visited Immaculate Body Piercing, today 01/23/2020 to get a nostril piercing. I made a appointment online, upon entering the door I was greeted promptly by Tyler, he explained the process to me in depth, and answered ALL of my questions nicely and with such knowledge! Ryan was my piercer and he made the atmosphere calm and inviting, he talked to me throughout the whole process and at the end of my appointment made sure to answer any questions that I forgot to ask. Overall, my experience here was Immaculate :)

I have trusted Immaculate with my piercings for years. The staff is professional, educated and helpful. They have also done piercings for my daughters. I wouldn’t have trusted anywhere else for my kids. During the pandemic, I have been wanting to change out some of my jewelry. I will wait until Immaculate has reopened because I know that by staying closed for the past few months, they are being smart and protective of their clientele. I trust Immaculate completely, and their dedication to safely and health is what keeps me loyal. Yes, they are temporarily closed with good reason. They will be reopening when it is safe to do so; and until then, I will wait patiently. Immaculate puts their clients’ safety first and I respect that.

Van completed a downsize for me and was amazing! Then Anne helped me pick out and quote my next piece, giving me all the info I could ever need. Thank you for all of your help. I will definitely be back.
