Tay was very nice and the process was quick. However the shop need to provide more information and cleanliness. No cleaning solution or any after care instructions although the sheet stated that it would. When questioned I was told that I would get it after and I did not. Piercing is a delicate process and should be handled as such.

If I could leave a zero I would! I got my belly button pierced a few months back and it has yet to heal. The man that pierced me didn’t get the needle all the way through the first time causing it to not heal properly. That is with properly cleaning daily! As well as a friend of mine, hers took 7 months to heal because they were not clean. My sister-in-law got her tongue pierced and had to go back the next day and get it taken out along with her money back because he pierced the skin under her tongue causing major issues. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND PIERCINGS HERE!!!

I went here to get my nipples pierced and they were done way too deep. I just had to have them removed by another studio and will need to wait 3 months to have them done correctly elsewhere.

Tay(my apologies if spelled incorrectly) did an amazing job piercing my almost 7 year olds ear lobes! Clean, quick, kind, and made it a breeze 😊 my daughter didnt even flinch nor shed a tear. Now my son wants his done as well. Will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you Tay!

They are fast. But the guy had put my nose piercing up to far. And I am very disappointed. If i could I’d put negative stars.

Alex did my finger tattoo and after going to get it fixed I noticed he did not clean my hand or use a needle out the pack like other shops. He charged me double his original quote with no changes on my end and he would only take cash, which is no big deal. Unfortunately he had bruised veins and everything added up in hindsight. I’m not willing to say what he gave me but he unfortunately passed me something I can’t get rid of. I hope this place gets shut down. Please consider a cleaner shop, I was a newby and now it will affect me forever.

Fast and painless! I love my piercing. It was my daughters first time getting a piercing and she even said that the guy that did ours was great!

Artist literally lost the drawing I left as I wanted my child’s writing. He tried to pass his hand writing off as my child’s and then we decide to only get the smaller tattoo as we planned on doing a lot more. We paid over 200 for drawings that never showed up and tattoos that took less than 45 min for both. Rip off and owner wanted me to feel sorry he can’t find good help! Next door drinking getting high even at the parlor I believe drugs are a big part of this bussiness. Sick I will never go back and please save yourself go to a reputable place.

I regret getting them done it bleeds and pus comes out it hurts. Also the earring is sinking in my ear the ear ring is very cheap like and just look at the backing on it when it was done there was no advice on how to car for my new ear piercing bad customer service disappointed wasted $60

WORSTTTT PLACE TO GO GHETTO AS EVER NOT TO MENTION I GET PIERCED AND THEY DONT EVEN DO IT RIGHT WENT TO TWO OTHER SHOPS WHERE THEY CLEARLY SAID IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY I HAD THE CHRISTINA PIERCING AND HAD to tak it out finally got a hold of the guy who did it which of course he denied everything calling around to the see who or what board is over them cause they simply don’t need to be licensed oh and he didn’t even sterilize the ring he put in for my friend be very cautious of going here

Probably should get a new receptionist for the piercing side. No table side manners at all and just assumes what piercing you want without asking. Also I definitely got duped out of $10 but that’s my fault for not paying attention to my change. Paid $40 for two ear piercings instead of $30. The piercer on the other hand was good and friendly.

I found this place to be a little bit sketchy upon arrival because of the cash only policy and minimal jewelry options. There wasn’t much chitchat from the staff save filling out a form, and nothing on it was explained. Luckily I have had piercings before, but it wouldn’t be great for a first time. The actual piercing was quick and easy and the process was sterile enough, but no clamp was used and it felt very “get it done”. There wasn’t a ton of chitchat and the only thing explained was to clean it twice a day at the end. Not the worst experience from what I expected for the price, but I don’t plan to come back again.

These guys are amazing. I got my second ear pierced and was a little nervous. But the whole staff was great. Just know they only take cash but if you forget they have an atm in the office.

I have been going to Knotty Headz for 2 or 3 years now and the second time I went the dude overcharged me by $20 claiming the piercing I was getting was $40 not $20 as listed online AND IN STORE! I let it go because I loved the piercing and honestly was just annoyed but it wasn’t a huge deal. Well fast forward to Tuesday December 20, 2022. The one guy with long blond dread locks stole $20 from my friend. Both of our piercings together cost $30 she accidentally handed him $60 realized right away asked for $20 back and he told her she only handed him $40 and handed her a $10 back after I watched him fold the extra $20 back into his hand so she couldn’t see. One time I can let go twice is not an accident. They are stealing money from young girls and gaslighting them into thinking otherwise. Be extremely careful. If you go in for $10 Tuesdays make sure to leave your wallet in the car and only walk in with $10 in your pocket. Every other day standard piercings are $20! Never go in with more than what the piercing cost and your ID.

Just got my lip pierced here. These guys are great! Very sanitary and professional! I like the atmosphere here as well! Very down to earth, and the piercing tech is very fast and accurate. I will definitely be returning soon!

Got two nostril piercings, the piercer was patient with me when I was dealing with the piercing pain. He even gave me a paper towel to help with the eye watering! The place looked sketchy, but they disinfected the area and used sterile needles. I will definitely be going back if I’m in the area!

Would not recommend ear ring was very cheap got my second ear pierced there 2 days ago and my ear ring sink in my ear it also cause redness and a lot on irritation. DONT GO THERE

I came to Knotty Headz with no expectation of professionalism because of the reviews some people have left. I couldnt have been more wrong. Rudy was absolutely awesome with a very professional, laid back kind of fella. Which is the perfect attitude for a piercer in my opinion, because alot of folks come in scared but he has a calming aura about him that makes you feel instantly comfortable.My only negative comment is the place needs a new paint job. Its an old building and its very apparent..but still very clean and double glove changes when he switched to the next piercing. Rudy, you should raise your prices. You are worth it!I have been back three times. Each time I get the same type of service.

Start off with a shout out to Duran, he was prompt and courteous. Everything was straight forward and didnt take any time at all. Yes, because of corona the number allowed inside at one time might make you have to wait outside but you wont wait long at all. Great place with plenty of experience which makes it perfect for veterans or newcomers.

Duran was AMAZING!! VERY PROFESSIONAL, talked to me throughout the entire process and he took his time. Very calm and relaxed gentleman. The entire station was sanitized with clean needles and a strict adherence to DHEC and covid procedures. All my piercings have been done here. No pain! Quick and reasonable prices! I understand they’re much cheaper than most piercing parlors and maybe today was just a bad day... However, there customer service is TERRIBLE. At the end of the day, you’re in a business of serving people. You should try to keep some point of professionalism at all times. I appreciate them being open on Sundays, which is convenient. But I’ll never go back to this location.

Anyone interested in getting an industrial piercing, do not go there!!! I got one and it never healed!! Took it out. Later on I went somewhere else. They told me with the anatomy of my ear, I was not supposed to get an industrial piercing. Go somewhere where the piercers are not about the money!!!

I went and got this piercing today . The guy was very respectful. He invited me inside and asked what I was getting. He was very light handed and made me feel very comfortable. Ive came here twice and they have a clean place very sanitary . The pain was a 5 out of 10 . Didn’t really hurt just felt like a bee sting.

Ive been here twice and the guys are very friendly and very nice. I got my nips and my smiley done. I will tell you be aware that the nips hurt lol I was literally in shock when I got them done. Also Im a bigger women and they look great!

First off customer service was amazing, however this was my very first experience with Knotty heads and I choose to get the Monroe Piercing the very first photo is where the bar and ring was embedded in my skin/lip which was painful I called twice to let them aware and explain the situation. I was told that this was normal and keep applying ice which I did and clean piercing daily I did that as well. Well next day ring was deeper in my lip and I could t eat, drink, or barely speak so I called again and came back to shop come to find out my bar was extremely too little Guy changed it free of charge and the second picture is with bigger bar. Swelling immediately begin to go down. I’m happy with outcome just still in a little pain from prior short bar being embedded in my lip cutting off oxygen.

Alex was very professional, courteous and friendly. My vision became his challenge and he exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Hands down one of the best in the business. I have had two nose piercings and ear piercings. There is a 2 person limit in the shop at a time so a little wait but still moves pretty quick. Hes straight to the point and knowledgeable of his craft. Inexpensive compared to other shops.

Came in for a helix, surface tragus, and the horizontal labret. Total was $70, which wasnt pricey at all however, idk how these people are working with the public. The person at the counter didnt really speak to me at all he just handed me the paper and said fill out this and u know the rest. The piercer didnt make conversation either. I told him how I came to them to get my 2 nostril piercings and how great they were and excellent with being patient with me to pierce exactly how I wanted them, especially since I went to Korupted in Sumter 2c and both times they got them crooked and told me they couldnt do it the way I wanted. All he said was mhh... the one that did my nostril pericings the 1st time had dreads and was AMAZING, but he wasnt in today, it was someone different. My lip was pierced with a bar u put in after its healed, it isnt for swelling. So now my lip feels squshed and Im taking it out when I get home, and its very crooked. I traveled over a hour to come here due to the piercer before. This time was awful, Im not coming here again. My helix was also pierced with a butterfly back, I asked if they had flatbacks and they said no. They told me to use ice on my lip for swelling as well, no piercer I ever went to suggested that bc they used the correct bar size.

Did a great job on my earring piercings and my sons lip piercing. Will be going back to get my other anti helix piercing when the 1st one heals.**Update** Went back and got second anti-helix piercing. It went quickly and he did a great job as expected.

I go to this place for piercings and i love all the men who work there. they’re so sweet and always make you feel welcome. they’ve all healed beautifully. i’ve never had a problem.

I got my first tattoo about 14 years ago but not here. I have wanted to get another for a long time.I finally worked up the nerve and so glad I did. Shawn was great. He really tried to work with me to come up with a design I would be happy with. You can tell he takes pride in his work and that is the kind of artist you want. The shop isnt huge and fancy but it doesnt have to be, what matters is cleanliness, service, and skill. I am very pleased and will definitely be back!

Place looks suspicious upon arrival, and the staff doesn’t have the best customer service, but my helix piercing from here healed worlds better than my multiple lobe piercings I got done elsewhere (for those unfamiliar, the risk of cartilage piercing is way higher so this shouldn’t be the case)! Got another piercing done there today. Definitely do your own research online for the most up-to-date aftercare but the piercing process is well done here

Would of gotten 5 stars if they wasn’t 20 min late today opening up shop tho wasn’t that excited to be chillin outside for 20ish minutes being swarmed by wasps. But I get life sometimes happens. And folks be late.It’s not the most fanciest place in the world. But they are pretty clean. Guy that did my medusa used clean tools gloves etc and was very gentle and nice. And VERY decently priced. I would come back.

I didnt know how to get there so i called them and they gave me and mother perfect directions. I was kinda nervous but, when i got there they were very friendly and helpful. Everything i was very clean (including the room, needles, etc) they gave me lots of information and made sure i felt okay. it was a success. i got my belly button pierced, didnt hurt, and when i woke up the next day i forgot it was there. Went to get my belly button pierced for my birthday and it was very quick and painless.. the shop was very clean and the people were super sweet ☺️

I got a tongue piercing and he suggested putting the metal bar in my mouth after I said I wanted the plastic piercing to start with. The bar was extremely heavy and long in my mouth. The metal bar after three days started to turn a different color and resulted in a painful jaw infection. After realizing that I was undergoing unusual pain in my mouth I took the metal bar out , examined it, and saw the discoloring. Thankfully, I bought another piercing from them just in case something like that happened. I did switch bars thankfully. It was very painful because I had just got the piercing approximately 4-5 days ago. To leave on a positive note, it was fast paced and the two guys were quite funny.

My friend has cerebral palsy, which makes her body twitch at times. King was so patient and kind with her and actually took his time and listened to her which is so different from pretty much everyone who she goes to talk with. If I could give him a 10 star review I would.

I drove an hr to get the Christina piercing. When I got home I notice the piercing was crooked so I called the guy to let him know. He told me to come back so I had to drive another hr there. He had to take the piercing out and pierce it over. That piercing hurt!!! Why wouldn’t you do it right the first time?!! That area is nothing to play with down there. He did corrected it the second time. I ask him for a refund and he said he couldn’t do it because management will think he’s stealing! Are u serious? He should have called management and tell them what happened. I will never go there again!!! Raw Piercings was my first choice but they was closed when I came to Columbia. I should have waited.***UPDATE*** okay so I went to a DIFFERENT PIERCER to get my helix done. I told them about my my so called Christina piercing which they took a look at it and guess what?? It’s not a Christina piercing at all!!! I just told them to take it out cuz I’m pissed. I ask the guy why the piercing was not showing on top and he was coming up with all these excuses. They need to do better!!! So now I have to one to two weeks to get my CHRISTINA PIERCING DONE RIGHT!

Ive just got my 5th piercing from them, & every single one except for one was done by Rudy. They are all very friendly, welcoming, comforting & non-judgemental, as well a very experienced & extremely professional! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and have never had a bad experience with healing or anyting!

I was super nervous but was so happy with everything. I was walked through it and even though my piercings hurt like crazy, talking through it was very helpful. Mostly certainly recommending and will go again for any further piercings.

This probably has to be one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Professionalism and customer service is completely non existent. To make matters worse the business smelled like marijuana so it’s evident someone either had it on them or was around it. My piercing is crooked; will not return and do not recommend.

Got a walk in piercing done and Rudy was the guy on the spot to get the job done! Took just a matter of seconds in and out very quickly with zero issues. Good customer service and would go back.

Never again. The boy who was paid to simply switch my nose ring to a hoop (which I also purchased there), Epic Fail... Less than 24hrs, the hoop was NOT clamped together, therefore it fell out & I now have to get a whole new piercing. But, the guy w/the dreads who initially pierced my nose, now he was on point! Too bad HE wasnt there that dreaded day... Smh

Ive been here a few times and have had great work. Piercings are very resonable an he explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Going to get my tattoos i was walked threw an wasnt pressured or lied to. I needed a few breaks an the artist had no problem working with me an talking me threw my ink work. If you come here- ask for Alex, he did an excellent job! I needed a cover up and Alex was the one who made it happened! He took his time and invested in a magical piece of art on my shoulder. I cant thank him enough.

I went and got my first tattoo done here by a guy named Alex. i was really nervous because it was my first tattoo but everyone was nice and the guy that did my tattoo made me laugh and feel comfortable. they are kind of pricey, because i got a rose tattoo on my back and it was $150 but it was worth it because my tattoo was nicely done. i am getting a second tattoo on my wrist soon and will definitely be going back here for it.

They’re pretty laid back dudes. However.. when I went there I was kind of skeptical about how the place looked and smelled.. but I went through with it anyways. I told the guy my tattoo idea and I felt like I was being kind of rushed like he wanted me to hurry up. Then he was ripping and running everywhere and drew the drawing so fast then was like “this is ok? Ok” and then I got the tattoo done. At the time I was like “oh yea this is some good work” but honestly I’m kind of skeptical about it now.. The size is too big, the letters are kind of crooked and stuff so I might be getting that one covered up..

I didnt bother getting work. Shop was unclean, piercers werent knowledgeable, and from my research theyre prone to poor placement. A lot of these other reviewers blame it on clamps, thats not the problem, theres plenty of good freehand piercers out there. I wouldnt bring my business here no matter how cheap they are.

Duran was my piercer. Very patient and professional. I got my tongue pierced. The scoop piercing. And he did it amazingly well. Super fast and simple. Definitely recommend!

As for the great customer service, i wish it was more sanitary. they take the piercing needle out of the package and don’t sanitize it, like you’re supposed to. i’ve been here twice, one for my nose and one time for my forward triple helix. both times i’ve cleaned my piercings adequately and they still get infected :( so now i have two keloids on my triple helix that i have to get a shot for.

Knotty Headz has good customer service. I got my belly button, helix & front helix pierced there n was very satisfied. When I get my rook, daith & surface piercing, theyll be the place I go to bc they are so quick n efficient.2 👍⬆The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt have enough seating.

Now let me tell you why I gave them one star . I went here to get my nose pierced, not only did the guy pierce my nose crooked but also put a piercing in that was too small and would not compensate for my nose swelling. Even after I asked him for a nose ring instead of a stud. Over time the stud started to dig into my nose and a big red bump appeared on my nose I looked like Rudolph the red nose reindeer. Finally I got rid of the bump with a sea salt remedy, But before I got rid of the bump I tried to call in and get some type of answers or help with the nose piercing because it seem to be getting infected even though I cleaned it every day, multiple times a day the people were no help they told me I would have to pay for extra jewelry even though he pierced me with a bar that was not long enough they were very very combative, rude, and counter productive. It’s cheap But I got exactly what I paid for cheap horrible service. If you want good service and a professional to pierce you DO NOT GO HERE.

Don’t waste your time. Ratchet. Rude. Ridiculous. You wanna pay for good service, especially when somethings getting punctured in your body, not rude a$$ people. Drive 100 miles before you come here

Make sure you are charged the correct price on Tuesdays or maybe their specials have ended. Friendly staff. Wait maybe a little long but Services were smooth fast and friendly.

Been here twice and its only gotten worse. I had my belly button pierced 5 days ago. When he did it he told me that if I needed a larger ring to come back in and he would put it in for me...well that told me that he messed it up. I went and had another piercer look at it and he had pierced too deep and wide that a standard belly ring was too small. Because of the ring being too small I have an infection and its very painful. I went back yesterday to have them give me a longer bar and the guy acted pissed about it telling me that it was just swelling and that the other piercer didnt know anything. He was pretty rude and rough when he changed the bar out for me. I understand them making a mistake but they did not want to right their wrong so I wouldnt recommend anyone go here.

Tongue piercing was crooked. Three days after getting it my tongue bled non stop. I took the piercing put and it formed a big black and blue bubble. Waste of my money and time. Years ago it was way more professional and never had any issue. But now they are slack.

If i could give them zero stars i would. they werent professional at ALL when i got my nose pierced and something started growing above my piercing and i called them and they said everything was fine. well when i called another store they told me that i should get it looked at. its a ripoff and i wouldnt trust them.

They did my snake with just a needle and did it crooked told them they need to fix it said it was just swell when you can see that wasnt the case

Love this place... Just wish they could have pierced my kids ears........ Ended up having to go all the way across town to Claires bc Knotty Heads said they were too young..... I am there mother, and just like I did at Claires, I would have been more than happy to sign any paperwork to have them do there.... Which I would have preferred!!! Hate they lost my business that day bc they do top notch work!

The are ghetto . The short black pierced my smiley crooked. I called the same day and told the guy who answered the phone (another guy). He said come on back we’ll fix it. When I got there the original piercer was there and said no he’s not redoing it. I’m trying get over on them. Worse customer service ever. I’ll never go again.

Brother man was nice but don’t sit here in tell me someone is 30 dollars and I hand you 40 dollars and not hand me my change back it’s all good tho I’m not hurting about it but someone may not be so nice about it.

Got my tongue piercing done and it’s horrible. He used the standard bar instead of the longer one and my piercing in crooked. The bottom is on the side past my web and it’s too far back at the top. He didn’t even use all the correct tools such as the marker or the tongs. Now my tongue feels stiff. I hate this

I have received 6 piercings from them and they are always professional and knowledgeable if what they are doing. One of my piercings came off and they replaced and tighten them with no hassle!! I will continue to use them in the future.

Poor customer service , I would never ever in my life recommend this place to anyone or come back. The employees werent paying much attention & what they said on the phone didnt match what they were saying. I wish I could not give them a star at all , because thats honestly too much credit.

Just got a naval piercing done today. First time, Rudy walked me through everything. I was already breathing like I was about to give birth ahah then he told me to breathe and I did. Hurt a little but its all good. Stings a bit but thats the Iodine he used. I would go here again. I was so nervous.

I recently went to get my ear... industrial redone (that I let close for work reasons) at this location because it was originally done here and I had such a great experience the first time. The original experience is the only reason the review isnt a 2 or 1 starThe peircer was rude and unprofessional. She actually made me so mad that I had to decided if I would be able to relax and trust her to give me 2, 14Gauge peircings in a row. Lol no!I went to a more professional shop on two notch that has done a majority of my work. Should have gone there originally but tried to keep the business brown. SMH...

Very unprofessional & I know for a fact that I dropped some money here & I called to see & they told me that it wasn’t there. When I was getting pierced , the needle was just about through when he decided to tell me to take a deep breath. 0/5 would definitely not recommend.

Yes 18 year old daughter got a Jose piercing. She had.a great experience. The guy was very professional and he was very nice. It only hurt for a second and the piercing looks very good.

Had nose pierced. The piercing was pierced at the wrong angle therefore the cz stud was angled towards my face. Its been 6 days and I have since removed. Then after removing, I noticed the straight part of the corkscrew that attaches to the gem was bent!!! Buyer beware!! Piss poor from the rip!!

Some guy pierced my forward helix without me signing any waivers or anything, piercing rejected and now my cartilage is split. What do I even do about this?? A different more refutable piercer told me he pierced me with the complete wrong gauged needle. He pierced me with a lobe gauged needle instead of a smaller one for the cartilage. Never come here.

No. Just, no. For some reason Ive gone to this place several times over the last few years and Ive never had a piercing done correctly there. Every one of them has been crooked. Their prices are low because their quality is low. For piercings and jewelry, Immaculate is the only place Ill go.

The prices are very reasonable. The staff is cool and place is clean and hardly no waiting. I got nose pierced and guy talked me thru it cause he knew I was scared and nervous and he did it fast so I didnt feel nothing.

The only reason I didnt give a five star was because I was knicked during my faith piercing in an entire different area. I was not offered a discount or another service. She did apologize and tried to stop the bleeding. Other then that everything went well. What I went for REALLY helped me so much and for the 1st time in over 5-7years I didnt wake up or get a migraine ALL DAY even without taking my meds! It truly worked for relief for me. I had another piercing done and its perfect! Ill be going back for sure and just prayerfully I wont get half pierced in an area I didnt want without some type of compensation. Now I have to Pierce that area so it wont have that scarish look.

I got both sides of my nostril pierced and my conch. And let me just say I will most definetely be coming back for future piercings. They dont overcharge and the guy who pierced me was very nice, calm, and gentle. I got my nose pierced 3x at Korupted in sumter and it hurt way worse there and korupted wouldnt place it where I wanted. My BFF and I went about a year ago. She got a tragus piercing. I got a conch, daith, and tragus piercing. We both were quite nervous since this was our first experience. Both the guy at the counter & the guy who did the piercings were super-nice and made us comfortable and our fears went away. I was very impressed with the piercing room. It is like a surgical room. Sterile and everything was packaged individually. I couldnt have chosen a better place. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

NOT a fan! Got my nose done. Shortly after I developed a bump, and I called to find out if I had been doing everything right per what the guy told me. Well, the girl acted like I was dumb.... First error. THEN she tells me a bump just doesn’t develop. So I’m lying???! Then she says keep cleaning it’ll be gone in a week. IT IS A WEEK!! I called back (same RUDE girl) I asked for a different jewelry- she says we don’t touch them when it has a bump. MAN IM SO DONE! This is DUMB

I walked in told the man i wanted my Ashley changed he pulls 2 diamonds out i pick one since choices were low the ball is so short that my whole lip covered it it’s stuck in my lip he should have asked how long i had the piercing first before playing with people lip clearly he don’t know what he doing.

Have been going to get my piercing there for awhile now and I love them... but the African American dude who works there (I don’t remember his name), I don’t know if it’s just his personality or what but he comes off kind of rude every time I go.

I came with my 2 sisters 2yrs ago and got my hood done and was so nervous. Im da youngest and dey made me go first but it wasnt painful at all...maybe a lil shocking, bt thats it. Came back with da middle sister and got our septum done. It ws black Friday so we stood n line for a lil while and by da time it was my turn, I had been n line for so long, I was just like go ahead and do it and get it over with. Not too painful bt made my eyes water/shed A tear but thats it. Thinking bout goin back for my nipples but I gotta get up da courage

I went to the one by Dutch Square Mall and they are terrible. I got my tongue pierced and the man didnt look under my tongue or anything. I looked to make sure he didnt put a dot over a vain. And when he did pierced it, it wasnt stright because he didnt use a clamp. Then my frienf got hers done the same day and he didnt pirced her belly botton right nor he didnt use a clamp. So no more Knotty Headz for us.

Came in and got my tongue Pericles I was very nervous but the guy piercing me helped me feels a lot better and everyone was very nice they got me done in under 5 mins and it was like butter didn’t feel a thing :)

Place looks and is dirty. Had my tragus done here and it immediately became infected. Never had any issues before. Had to take it out and heal before going to my go to shop to have it redone and have not had a single issue with it. Watch out for this place

I went there a few months back to get my nipples pierced and at first I was happy with my service and my piercings, however my piercings were crooked. Then I recent went to get my belly button and nose pierced and he nose piercing is okay but I have a lot more redness than normal and Ive been following the aftercare instructions religiously, however my belly button was horrible. I had to take it out because it was also off center and wasnt even through my belly button!!! It looked like a surface piercing above my navel and it also looks to be infected. And my piercer didnt even use clamps. Never ever go here. The price was low but I would pay 5 times more for it to actually turn out right. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had my eyebrow pierced there a few years ago, and my piercing rooted out of my skin during my sleep. Left a dent in my skin where no hair will grow now. More skin should have been captured in the piercing, I think. The parking lot is incredibly small at the Decker Blvd location. I have watched 3 car accidents happen TODAY while waiting in my car for someone to get a piercing. Unfortunately, one was a hit and run. This is Knotty Headzs liability.

Very tight quarters. It was quite crowded the day I went for a piercing and was hard to tell process for checking in. However, it was a wonderfully discounted price. Staff was nice and friendly.

The young man provided good customer service he politely asked me to wait while he cleaned after a previous customer, and talked to me while doing my piercing.

I got my navel pierced here and it was higher than it should have been, on my stomach, not even close to my belly button. it rejected horribly and now i have a giant scar there and probably won’t be able to get it redone. will not be coming back.

RUDE. Completely empty shop, went in not even looking to get pierced, just looking for a piece to a piercing and the guy acted like I had asked something completely out of his capabilities even though it took him less than 5 seconds to find the piece. Go to immaculate.

The artist are rude, one artist refused to do my tattoo. The one that did my tattoo spend 30 mins trying to talk me out of what I had my mind set on, but good work just rude people!!!

I went on 2 separate occasions. The first time I had my tongue pierced, followed all the aftercare instructions and it still got infected. The second time I went I had my lip pierced, followed all instructions and it also got infected. Never again!

I normally let the owner or dread head do my piercing however the guy that was there today was rude if I am telling you I know my skin inside my mouth is going to grow over my piercing in I request for another curb bar instead of the normal one I shouldve been able to sign a waiver form in still got my piercing done

I went there today and wanted to get my piercing reopened. I told the guy working multiple times that my hole was still open but he still gave me a new hole. I wouldn’t go there again.

I came in to get a nose piercing as soon as I got there I was welcomed, I picked out a nose ring, he sat me down and boom it was done. Everything was clean and done right.

They were very professional. They made me feel at ease and my piercing looks great and didnt hurt.
