Ive been pierced here multiple times & each time has always been pleasant. Each piercer has been knowledgeable & informative. Asking questions along with answering them. They have always been patient & caring to ensure I was comfortable & understood everything that was happening. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Ive been wanting to get my nose peirced for the past 5 years but have been scared to do it. I went to Raw last night just to ask questions and ended up going through with it after all of my worst fears and concerns were put to rest. And I must say it was an amazing experience. It was quick and easy and all the staff is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all of your piercing needs.

I visited Raw Body Piercing today to get my oldest granddaughter a belly piercing (she has been seeking for awhile🥳). I liked the reviews that I read about this establishment and it was a VERY good visit despite my grand’ was unable to get the piercing due to her navel type☹️. Kat looked it over first and then Jonathan gave his unbiased and humble (which I deeply appreciated) opinion to forego the piercing process on my granddaughter.You probably wonder “Five Stars for a service that wasn’t completed?” But I want to acknowledge the care of their customers. Customer Service with being forth coming is a lost art, but these two professionals really impressed me and I recommend them for that & the happy faces I spotted leaving the facility. Albeit my grand’s hope of getting her long awaited piercing was dashed, I would gladly bring her back for future piercings if she so desired & will recommend others to Raw.Jonathan & Kat!!! Keep up the great work and service, you guys really rock.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve gotten my piercings and my daughter’s from Raw. Vertical tragus Piercing fell out getting ready to go out of town. They managed to have replacement jewelry for $21 and installation for $10. They were fast, professional and friendly. I recommend here for piercings and if you need assistance putting it in quickly.

I got my nipples pierced here with a friend and it was a decent experience. Super straight forward and they normally have a lot of deals. They were have a deal for nipple piercings that day which is why we came. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and I haven’t had any problems with my piercings afterwards.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing. The jewelry here will be a little more expensive then other places. Although I believe that is well and truly made up for by the fact that it is all surgical titanium. They have nice private rooms everything is well sanitized 👍

Emily is awesome! I got my daith and helix pierced here a year ago and my boyfriend got his lobes done recently. I’ve never had any problems here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and sanitized. 10000/10

The piercers are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and the facility is really clean. Great place to go! Greg was very professional. I wanted 14k gold for my ear piercings and he discussed what I wanted and ordered them for me. I felt very comfortable as he explained thoroughly what he was going to do. He also followed proper procedure, opening the packages in front of me, sterilizing.. I have been to other places in Columbia but this was by far my best experience!

Theres a reason there are many 5 star reviews. I made an appointment to have my nostril pierced. I got Kat. Im not a huge social person at all but I filled out my paperwork, picked my stud and waited for sterilization. Got in the chair, and she made me feel comfortable as I was nervous already. She went over the aftercare as she was setting up. In about 5 min I was done. She was talking to me and husband about her piercings because it made me comfortable. I love it and knock on wood... Ive done aftercare for the last week and so far so good. For those going in remember be patient. It takes 12 to 15 min to sterilize ur stuff. Id wait 30 min for sterilization if i had too. Tell them what u are allergic to. They are not mind readers. Youtube videos and research should tell u, just because they are clean and u are doing ok, doesnt mean u wont have up and downs during healing. It doesnt mean ur body will or wont reject it. If its that bad, go to the doctor. U chose to have it down, they didnt make u. For the love of God, GET ON THE WEBSITE! It tells u everything u need to know. Yes u are gonna have to pay for jewelry of your choice or upgrade. This should be common sense that u are not going to get a 14 or 18k hold piece included in the process. U have to do the same thing at those mall places. It gets busy. Even making an appointment, u may have to wait. If someone walks in 20 min before my appointment, why should the staff turn down that money? They have families and bills too. Most of the negative reviews were people looking for something free or a fight. If u want to get something done, go to RAW. They were outstanding!

Got 3 piercings done as soon as the shop opened! The staff was super friendly and helpful with filling out the right forms! Jon pierced me and did absolutely amazing, made me feel comfortable and safe explaining every step of the process for me! Definitely will go back to this shop and recommend them to everyone! Bonus points for the room I got pierced in for being pink!

My nose ring fell out which meant it was time for a new one! Loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately, I dont remember the name of the gentleman who helped. I have had two piercings done so far at the Broad River location. Gregg is very great with the piercings. The first piercing was my nose which I thought was going to be painful but it turned out to be just a little pressure. I also got above my left eyebrow which I think is really cute and no pain whatsoever. I will be returning for more as I am becoming addicted to piercings.

Just got my vertical labret piercing done two days ago, and Emely, who did it, was so kind and sweet! She answered all my questions and helped me breathe through the pain. Afterward, I went and bought some jewelry for the new piercing so I could swap it once its healed. There was a lady working the front where it had all the jewelry, and she was so chill and helped me figure out the gages I needed for it. Overall, it was a cool experience 10/10.

I went in for a septum piercing as a walk-in and had the best experience. It was super easy and quick. I cant remember my piercers name but she was great, very easy to talk to, and very sweet. probably the most comfortable Ive ever felt while getting a piercing.

Ive been to a few piercing places but this is by far the best. Super professional while still making you feel comfortable. Super friendly staff and the customer service is amazing. I wanted to change out my stud due to a mistake of my own and they have been super receptive and quick to answer. They even ordered me a new piece when they didnt have it in store! Also when my friend and I went, she was super nervous but they let her take her time and walked her through every step to make her feel more comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

I got my angel fangs from Kat and I genuinely couldnt be happier. I got the longer bars to account for swelling and then got them changed out for the short bars with the spikes a week later. Got my nipples pierced for the fourth time. First time at this location. Greg Caputo was AMAZING! Great conversationalist and professional service. After having my nipples pierced three times previously, I must say he did the best job! I’ve experienced swelling and irritation before. No complications this time and they’re healing better they have in any previous experience. It’s a plus that they can practically give you any color jewelry you want and make sure you like the color. They also do a great job at sterilizing everything. If you’re contemplating, GO HERE! I have extremely high anxiety. No I don’t freak out, I just sweat a lot. Greg was extremely accommodating and let me know it wasn’t an issue.

I went to Raw Body Piercing to get my nose done, and by all means, everything went really well. I was quite nervous being there as I had not had a piercing in about 4 years and needles arent really my jam. However, as soon as I got there, I immediately felt calmer as all of the staff there were extremely nice and helpful. I had a great experience at Raw today. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was pretty nervous as this was my first piercing using a needle, however Kat was amazing and explained the process very thoroughly and assured me the process would be quick and painless. With a gun piercing, I would still be in throbbing pain, but my ears don’t even hurt. There’s a little swelling, but that’s to be expected. Overall, it was an amazing experience! ❤️

I got my vertical labret fixed here. I got it done somewhere else and it was not at all what I wanted, even when I went back to get it redone!! I got my piercing done by Jonathan as a walk in. I waited 15 minutes for my jewelry to be sterilized and that is just one small part in how clean they keep the building and tools/jewelry. My initial septum piercing was a little forward on one side so I went back today and Jonathan fixed it for me. He was very kind, reassuring, thorough and most of all clean. I have been very pleased with the service that I received from Raw body piercing. Kat did my rook piercing and Jonathan initially did a flat piercing on me. I had to remove my flat piercing and have it repierced. Jonathan took care of everything and provided excellent customer service. The shop is always very clean. The piercers wash their hands before and after piercing & sanitize the surfaces between each customer. They also have a decent selection of jewelry in shop and on their website.

I had done some googling and saw this company had been voted best, I went in wanting a female to do the piercing mainly as it is my comfortablitly level but unfortunately one was not available, but the apprentice was female and offered to be with me during the piercing. I had gotten my old nostril piercing done back when they used different angles and she re-did the new one for me so they matched. Got my nose pierced Myia a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with it. I got it done about a year ago at another shop and there was always blood whenever I cleaned it. This time it did not hurt and there was never any blood. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!!

I came to the shop yesterday to get my second holes re-pierced. I had a very positive experience with Jonathan who was highly knowledgeable and very polite. He made me feel very comfortable and expertly placed the piercing with minimal discomfort.My brief interaction with Cat was not positive, but that’s fine as she didn’t pierce me.The shop was clean and had Covid protocols in place. I would recommend Raw and return in the future if I needed another piercing.

Went here today to get nipple piercings, and could only go for one since two was a bit out of the budget at the moment, but Johnathan gave us a $10 discount since they have a deal going on, since I wanted both done and he didnt want us to have to drive so far back just to get the other done. After that, he allowed my fiance to come into the room with us, and talked very professionally about the process, and had patience with me through the process. I had an appointment for a double piercing with Kat. This was my first time at RAW, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the whole facility. I love getting pierced here. All of the attendants are super friendly and supportive, they take really good care of you. Shout out to Greg who we always end up getting to pierce us! I am always left happy and educated about whatever I get done as well. I’ve had my nostril , my septum, and a vertical labret done, all of which healed very nicely. I definitely recommend!

My 15 year old daughter and I went in for piercings, she got her nose and I got my labreth done. Our piercer’s name was Johnathon and he did an amazing job with his work and with calming Elizabeth’s nerves. I was impressed!!

I was so nervous and shaking but Jonathan coached me and helped me through it. Ive never experienced anything like this with any piecer he asked me about my day which led to tears because I was having a rough morning he could tell. He gave me instructions on what to do and what not to do. How often to clean my piercing and how to sleep. I got a labret by Jonathan! (Sorry if I misspelled your name). He was very nice and made me comfortable the whole time and even cracked a joke or two. I rambled my little heart out about my concerns and he answered all of them. During the process he made sure I was comfortable, worked me through breathing and explained what he was doing right before and as he was doing it. He is extremely friendly and i definitely will come back after my visit today. I had a great experience at Raw Body Piercing.I drove nearly 30 minutes because they were the closest shop that offers dermal anchors.I visited as a walk in and was greeted within minutes. The studio is very tidy with a nice selection of body jewelry, all for a reasonable price. The waiver is completed by conveniently scanning the QR Code on the counter with your phone.All of the staff seemed to have a friendly demeanor. Kat thoroughly answered all of my concerns while detailing piercing aftercare. She was super patient, quick, and easy.It has been a couple of days and my piercing looks great. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Late post, but I got my piercing done last summer. Staff was super nice. Almost passed out lol, but they had me to sit down and drink some water until I was better. Plan to go back to get my ears redone and jewelry changed out

My daughter recently received her first piercing from the Two Notch Rd location. Staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Emily gave me Angel Fangs, but she was the real Angel! I had such an amazing experience and a fun time! Minimal pain, and she didnt rush through. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect.

I got my septum and vertical labret. They’re my first piercings ever and I was incredibly nervous but piercer Emily was so kind and patient and funny throughout the whole process. The piercings didn’t even hurt! I will definitely be back in the future.

Jonathan has done almost all of me and my friends peircings and he does such an amazing job! Raw body peircing has been my go to peircing place for 1 year now. I have had 8 peircings done here and am on my way to get my 9th and have never had issues, their services are great.

I went there mid November 2021 to get both nostrils pierced at the same time. My piercer Johnathan was very kind and talked me thru the entire process. He made me very comfortable. I chose my own placement and he pierced them quickly (I was in and out.) He informed me that if I wasnt happy with the placement, I could come back in seven days to get a new placement free of charge. Fast forward to March 2022 I didnt like the placement of the right nostril so I went back. I was fully prepared to pay for a new piercing because I was way past the 7 day mark, but he did it for FREE. Great service, cant recommend Raw enough!

I had my helix pierced by Greg, but I was pretty disappointed in the professionalism of the shop. The lobby stinks of incense, the staff were very foul-mouthed, and I felt like they were making fun of me for not knowing a lot about piercings. For the actual jewelry, the choices were extremely limited (3 to pick from) and the staff was rude about me asking and being indecisive. They didn’t offer me different sizes until I prompted them. Even they they said “oh I guess we have smaller ones if you want”. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip before I had any work done. Also, no aftercare solution is included. They didn’t talk me through aftercare or the timeline at all.They told me not to go to Claire’s for my second holes. I went to Claire’s same day, and they were so much nicer, more sterile, more professional, and more gentle.This might be a great shop for specialty body piercing, but it is not the most professional or high-end shop. You get what you pay for. $35 for the piercing, $10 for a rhinestone stud.

Got the Christina piercing, definitely could’ve been an awkward experience. But they warmly welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable. Thanks again. Will definitely be back !

I took my daughter here to get her septum pierced. Everyone there was amazing and the shop was immaculate! This was the best piercing place Ive ever been. I 100% recommend them above all the others especially in that area of Columbia! They are the best!!!

This is my second piercing at Raw. My first time was with Jonathon and I liked the result so I went back. Damyia did my second piercing and then an adjustment to that piercing the next day. She was as sweet as she could be and very professional. I like that this shop lets you bring your own jewelry. I will be back-Ive been to other piercing establishments in Columbia and Raw is hands down the best. The only minor complaint (not really a complaint per se) is that there isnt a wider selection of jewelry. I would have liked to have more options.

Today was my mother and I first time at Raw Body Piercing (received tragus piercing) and we are OBSESSED. Everything was very neat and clean, and the staff was super friendly. I had my tragus and conch pierced last week, and it was a very nice and laidback experience. I decided to wait a couple of days to review, just to make sure there was no reaction to my jewelry. So far both piercings are doing very well, and the jewelry is absolutely perfect. Kathryn was extremely kind and worked me into her schedule. She did a fantastic job making sure both piercings lined up. Everyone in the shop was super helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had.

Great place! Raegin, the owner and head piercer, is fantastic. She was so helpful, experienced, and sweet. I had a few questions and concerns for her and she handled it beautifully. I got my navel piercing almost a month ago and I am in love with it! It did not hurt and it looks perfect. The prices were very reasonable and the shop was very clean and organized. I cant wait to come back in a few months to get my custom belly candy :) hehe.

Got my nose pierced recently and it was a spectacular experience. My piercer was London and she was great! She was super bubbly, made sure to clean everything thoroughly, and the piercing itself was super fast! I will definitely be recommending Raw and returning when I decide to get my next piercing.

Everyone here was very professional and friendly. I tend to get anxious about EVERYTHING, but Raegin and her team made me feel at ease. They told me everything they were doing, and made sure I was ready for it every step of the way. Before the piercing, they made sure I knew all about the aftercare and had no questions. This is my 3rd time getting my nose pierced and both times were extremely painful with the second time being the WORST. Jonathan was so calm, professional, and friendly he made this process so easy and smooth. Before the piercing he reminded me of the care for my piercing and asked me several times if I had any questions. When he finally did the piercing I was soooo nervous but he was so gentle and calm I swear I didn’t feel a thing it was such a pleasant experience. I got my bellybutton pierced today. It was very good quality and overall a great experience. I was nervous at first but they kept a professional attitude and before I knew it i had the piercing. It didn’t hurt bad at all and i have a very low pain tolerance. Everyone’s different. But I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone to do a piercing!

Myia did an excellent job on my two piercings! I got a rook, a flat, and a change of jewelry change from her and barely felt anything. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and answered all of my questions about after care!

I went to get my upper lobe pierced at Raw, and I wasn’t super impressed. The staff there are super nice and everything is sterile and clean, but they do not have nickel free jewelry. If you are allergic to nickel or have sensitive skin, do not go to Raw. The receptionist told me I wasn’t allergic to nickel, but I actually am... My ears have been swollen and keep bleeding when I try to clean them, so they’re for sure infected. The room we went into had water all over the floor, and one of the staff members walked in and mopped it up while we were sitting in the chair about to get pierced. It took almost three hours to give four people one piercing, and they weren’t super busy at that time. It would’ve been better if they had just cleaned everything and done them back to back. We waited probably 20-30 minutes in between each piercing. If you want a cheap piercing then go to Raw, but if you’re trying to get in and out fast, I wouldn’t recommend. Nobody is perfect, but I’d rather go to a more professional piercing place and pay a little more.

Ms.Raegin is very sweet and professional! I messenger her letting her know I went to knotty head and did my snakes eyes pierced in the tongue I explain to her what was going on. She inform me that her shop was closed on a Sunday she took her time out of her day to come to her shop and fix my pierced . Thank you so much I highly recommend

This little unassuming place on the side of the road is a gem! On a Tuesday afternoon, there were people waiting out the door and despite not being able to take a break everyone who worked at Raw were professional and stayed calm and collected. The piercing experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

I had a 1:00 appointment with Johnathan and he was on time and professional. I got a belly button jewelry change and an industrial bar. I was very nervous to get the industrial bar but Johnathan helped ease some of the worry. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. My friend and I cam during their apprentice piercing specials to get our septums done. The facility was very clean and everyone was following COVID guidelines (wearing masks, limited customers inside etc.) Everyone was so nice and made sure we felt comfortable and understood how to properly care for our piercings. I havent had any issues with mine since. I would 100% go back for more piercings and would definitely recommend to others!

I was there today 6-25-21. I came to get my septum done. They were very clean and friendly. I was pierced by Greg. He is awesome. I was very nervous he told me everything that was going to happen and it would be quick. I use to go to knotty heads which gives me a uneasy feeling. I didn’t have that with raw. Thank y’all so much. Raegin is very professional! My sister and I both got piercings back in October. Booking an appointment was easy. Raegin pierced us both; she did so in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with our piercings and knew how to take care of them. She even went out of her way to quickly look at another piercing my sister had gotten to ensure they were healing properly. Jewelry is great quality as well.

I walked in and was serviced quickly. I think I had to wait 20ish minutes from the time I got there til when I was actually serviced but thats including 2 people who were before me. Cat did my piercing. She was fast and funny and talked me through the whole process. The shop is very clean, everybody had on masks and they disinfected between customers. I would recommend them to anybody.

I love this place. I go here for all my piercings. The staff is so nice, they always answer any questions I have and it doesn’t hurt that they always have some kind of special going on! Wanted a piercing after the pandemic and their booking site and photo gallery is what made me decide to trust their business. They are extremely professional, made sure I was screened prior to entering the building. They explained what to expect after my piercing and gave me contact info if I had any questions or concerns afterwards. They also explained all the sanitation procedures for the jewelry I had purchased. Great service and professionalism.

Love this place. Myia pierced my daughters ears this afternoon, she was soo nice and friendly. She explained everything to her and made her feel very comfortable for her first piercing. My daughter was already talking about her second piercing with Myia before we left 💙.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The place is absolutely spotless. I went in for a spur of the moment double nipple piercing. The procedure rooms are so clean and all of the equipment is sterile. My piercer, Greg, even changed his gloves multiple times just to maintain a sterile environment. I would give Greg a 10/5 stars, he was AMAZING! I got a little light headed and he was so helpful. I will for sure be back!! (they also have a rewards program, like um yes please!!)

I went in to have an intimate piece of jewelry changed out and the young lady that helped me was AMAZING and friendly. Anyone with genital piercings knows its a little awkward whipping it out in front of a total stranger but she was cool, pain was beatable, quick, and I would HIGHLY recommend.

I visited once for a jewelry replacement for cartilage, and another time to get my nose pierced. Each time, staff was knowledgeable and professional. Piercing isnt really my thing and I visited a different business in the past that messed the cartilage up, so Im not super trusting. But I feel comfortable here.

I was a piercing virgin until about a week ago and I decided to get some snake bites. The woman who owns the shop is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After the initial piercing, I went back to have my jewelry realigned and she did all the work for free because it was still within 10 days of the original piercing! A new hole and new bars all for free! I cant say enough nice things about this place and Ill be back for any piercings I decide to get in the future.
