We go in here about once a month just to look around really. Every now and then things are priced well enough that I buy them. Like today. Not only did they have the buy 3 get 3 free... they also had Christmas stuff 50% off. So I racked up on adorably cute earrings!

Went into the store with an issue of replacing an earring after having to take it out the day before for a scan; was asked for a receipt of payment after informing her that I got the piercing a year prior and a paper receipt would be almost impossible to find and it was not emailed to me. With all the information that was taken when I got the piercing, name, address, ph#, email address, etc., how is it not possible to take a second to look a customer up? I only got uhhh...errr...ahhhh. Since I got no definite answers in the store or over the phone, I contacted customer via email and left messages; STILL NO RESPONSE. Last time doing business at this place. The manager, Alissa, is a grown child and cant make a decision or give a straight answer. Horrible business. Do better, Claires!!

Took my two daughters to get their ears pierced and it took over an hr. When we got there, it was one person shopping and only one employee. Yes some would say, they were in there first or the employee had multiple customers and could only deal with one at a time. Thing is, they were still shopping when one of my daughters sat in the chair as the employee was about to pierce her ear. She had to stop to go check the person out. When she was doing that, other customers came in. When she was doing her ears, she had to stop again to go check other customers out. This happened multiple times and with my other daughter as well. Eventually we did finally get that done and at that time, another employee was available to check us out. On another note, my oldest daughter had to take one of her earrings out that next weekend because her ear was swollen because the back of the earring was put on too tight. With that being said, her hole closed up. Before it is asked, yes she was cleaning her ears as noted to do so. The employee that did them, my nose may not be like a bloodhound but it did smell alcohol on the employees body. I mean she was attentive on the things she were doing but, she did make a mistake and put the wrong earrings in my youngest daughters ears. We always go to this store to get piercings besides that one time when we went to the one in columbiana centre. Need to have more employees scheduled because one will not be able to do the register and ears all at once.

I love this store! It is very well organized and there is such a great selection. My daughter got her ears pierced and was very nervous, but the worker was very polite and funny. She claimed my daughters nerves down and it was quite obvious she was well trained and knew what she was doing (had experience). 10 our of 10 from me!!😁

Place was nice, however I felt like the staff rushed us the whole time we were there. Went to get my daughters ears pierced and they were pretty much on top of us as we looked around before getting her ears done. Got her ears pierced and many dollars later, we are happy.

Zarra was good but the Store Manager Laura is horrible! Laura fabricates pricing and tries to discount the total bill as if she’s doing customers a favor. I watched Laura hold and kiss a customer’s 3 month baby then pierce other customer ears without sanitized hands OR gloves! She seemed to be under some type of drugs/alcohol influence.

Excellent customer service from the time that we arrived until the time that we left! The staff did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s second ear hole! The staff worked very well together coordinating the timing to pierce both of her ears at the same time! She brags about how it didn’t even hurt:)

I REALLY like CLAIRES because, they have all things girls!This is truly a one-stop shop for the fashionistas & girly-girls accessories, trinkets, fashion flair, etc, etc! On the day of my visit they had the most fantastic sale: buy one item and get three free...SERIOUSLY!!! This was on the majority of items in the store with a couple of exceptions like, the new holiday items & specific name lined items. Boy!! Did I have a ball shopping for my little girls, and I even found a couple of items for my 1 1/2 yr old little boy, too, such as a very large plush doggy fitting for a little boy and a reindeer hat! Love it!!CLAIRES, thanks for a great sale and wonderful shopping experience! My pocketbook was happy, and so was I!

Terrible employees. pressured us multiple times at checkout to participate in a sale, i gave them my answer multiple times i dont want to spend more money, but again and again they ask if im sure.starring at us the whole time in the store. no greetings or how are yous. horrible service, i wont ever shop there again. dont go here unless you want to be berated about how much you spend.

Outstanding service and piercing from Destiny. She is very professional, down to earth, and gentle. She did my second holes and didn’t have a lot to work with, as my first holes were super far back. The piercings look amazing and I barely felt a thing. She also gave me detailed instructions for aftercare for both the piercings she did, and my helix, which I had done at another shop in town. Don’t think that going to Claire’s means you’re getting shotty work done. For $80 after tax, I got 14k gold balls, a second pair of sterling silver earrings, aftercare wash, and the piercing itself.

We were lied too and cheated at this store. We were told that all the earrings for piercings were the same. Once we were rung it did not seem right so I questioned her. She showed me the screen and it had a price for 56.00 and another for 76.00. I asked about the difference and she said it was for the birthstone earrings I picked out I tried to correct her and she said “we are not allowed to tell the customers the difference”. Absolutely dishonest store policy. I will make sure to let everyone know about their practices here.

Beware! The merchandize is cheaply made and the return policy takes advantage of consumers. I purchased earrings for $12.99 which broke immediately. I returned them the following day and was told that I would only receive $5.85 credit for the same earrings that cost $12.99 the day before. SHAM!!! AVOID.

My daughter got her ears pierced today, and the young lady pierced one ear wrong 😫. I’m so upset but I didn’t react in the store. She apologized for the wrong doing but I feel like if you’re not skilled to deal with a Squirming baby you shouldn’t do the piercing.

The sales associate were friendly and really helpful. Theyre having a sales right now and plenty of ear rings to pick from. Definitely going back.

Easy to locate. Parking limited at front, so go to the back and walk thru breezeway. Clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. Did great piercings ears for young girl, put her at ease and explained throughly want the process was and what to do afterwards.

Went in yesterday afternoon to buy yet another sterling silver nose piercing because I have previously bought 2 before and the jewel fell off. I told the worker what happened and she suggested I buy the steel nose studs but all they had were sized 20 mm when I wear a 22. She told me that their piercing sizes were inaccurate and told me that the 20mm would fit. So I bought they and they costed around $20. I tried one stud on and it wouldnt even fit in the hole....I went to Claires the next day and they said they dont take back body jewelry and I understood that but then I explained that the two previous studs I bought broke and they even had one in the case where the stud was broken off and I showed her. She then said she would exchange the piercings but they didnt have any 22mm piercings in the case that I could exchange it for. Therefore, their workers are obviously just trying to take your money and not actually help their customers.

Laura the new Manager is the best!!!! Love taking my niece here and to their sister store icing. Definitely recommend

Theres something for everyone! My little brother even likes picking out something here. Its very inclusive.

Came in on a Saturday night before closing and this store was understaffed. I waited over an hour to get ear piercings and other people was waiting longer. Management failed their employee assigned that night! Fix it!

It is quite expensive, the things are nice but of very poor quality, I think it is good to buy there only when there are offers
