Winnie was very personable. Loved the sanitizer routine of the chair and equipment. Winnie was training an employee at the time and she was very patient . loved the service. Did not agree with the cost of the aftercare treatment fluid especially since I did double piercing but I know that was the companys pricing regardless of how much business I did.

Heather was amazing. Very patient and accommodating. And we are super with our second earring purchase for half off.

I got my ears pierced here on a whim but it turned out great. Winnie was so helpful in the selection and the piercings were free with the purchase of the earrings. The area was clean and the piercing gun didnt hurt as bad as I thought!

I am very upset by the customer service i received here today. Came in today at around 4:55 pm to get a piercing. While I am aware the mall closes at 6 pm, i still believe there was plenty of time for a simple piercing. When i asked the lady if she does piercings she proceeded to give us a very dirty look and stated that they were “about to be done piercing”. She then told us to look at the studs and while we were deciding, she pointed out that we did not have “the right type of ear shape for a fourth piercing”. She went into detail as to why it would not work on me and my friends lobes and we then decided to leave. Out of curiosity we stopped at lovisa to see what they thought about our ears. The lady claimed our ears were fine for the piercing and proceeded to pierce them with no issue of our ear shape and they came out great! It seems the first lady only said that because she didn’t not want to go through the trouble of piercing our ears. Safe to say I will never return to piercing pagoda after that unfortunate customer service.

I took my two granddaughters 7 &9 here to get their ears pierced and they were absolutely amazing. From picking out earrings to making sure where they earrings were going to be placed. They did both ears at the same time and they were so assuring to the girls as they were getting ready. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped by today to find a new nose ring, and Cat was just fantastic. She went through all of the various sizes, and styles. Answering all of my questions and swapping rings every few minutes. She really went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best piece. I LOVE the piece that we finished on and really like the warranty plan, especially as i purchased a clicker ring.

Trash service! Absolutely horrible! I complained to the manger and she was trash as well so I see why her team is trash. It starts with the head and trickles down. It’s takes all of a smile to make people feel welcome. Had I had an alternative I wouldn’t have given them any of my money. It wasn’t the name that needed to change it was and still is the personnel.It’s Christmas and NO ONE had any holiday cheer. Dry dry dry

The location by jc penny is small but great!! I found a great present for my sister and even found a little something for myself. Everyone there was super nice and made me feel welcomed in the store!! Went on Friday on my lunch break, and didnt catch the 2 ladies names but they were so kind and so helpful!!

Just went there to do a warranty exchange and the manager with purple hair was very rude and unprofessional. She said “I can’t help you, I’m doing something right now.” I asked when do you think you will be finished? She then said “The more you talk to me, the longer I’m going to take.” This place needs new management or should be shut down. She made this company look absolutely disgusting. I shopped with Piercing Pagoda for over 5 years and this never happened. This is my last straw with them I am absolutely done spending my money here.

Shannon pierced my 9 month old daughters ears yesterday and she did an excellent job! She made me feel confident in her and I needed that! Earrings placed evenly and my daughter cried for less than a minute!!! I was RELIEVED it was over and so glad we came somewhere with experienced staff. Thank you, Shannon!!

My 5 year old wanted to get her ears pierced so we decided to try the mall. All the associates at the Piercing Pagoda were professional and friendly and very courteous! London was patient with my daughter, got her to feel very comfortable and was just wonderful to be around. I was soooo happy with my experience there. Would recommend 100%! Thank you, London! Oh, by the way, this is the location right across from the Sephora on the 2nd level!

I had bought my wife a neglace for mothers day among other things. I picked up the wring charm, so with my receipt, within a 4 day period i needed to exchange the charm. I was told that i can not. I would have to buy the entire chain and charm. The associates were rude and angry for no apparent reason. I think I will stick to the upper end jewery stores. In particular KAYs

Worked with a dark skinned girl. She was super uninterested and was more involved with the conversation with her coworker. I was like whatever I’ll just look around on my own. When I was ready to ask questions she rolled her eyes and just seemed rude. Like i interrupted her day. Decided to go somewhere with better customer service.

Layla was excellent! She made my shopping experience so easy and stressless ill be back again to this Columbia location for layla!

My daughter had her ears 👂 pierce as a child and need them repierce. The young lady was very gentle and professional.

We had a similar experience to the previous two reviews. The woman working there was rude and dismissive towards us, even as we tried to make a purchase. Unfortunately this seems to be a repetitive issue at this location. I would suggest going elsewhere. There are plenty of options for low-cost piercing/jewelry throughout the mall with better service.

Went to purchase a necklace. The representative that was working the evening of 2/25/2020 was holding a conversation with someone she clearly knew and did not acknowledge my presence. They held a conversation so long, I decided to leave & take my money elsewhere.

Horrible place. I went to get my ears pierced as birthday gift. The girl with thick fake eyelashes assured me that she was doing piercing ears every day. In the end I realized she had no clue to do piercing. the process was very painful. She pierced one of my ears multiple times which caused intense bleeding, pain, a lump of tissue inside my earlobe. One month later the earlobe is still bleeding. Never do your piercing at this horrible place and avoid that girl with fake eyelashes. She is completely incompetent.

I stopped here to pierce my daughters ears based on a friends recommendation. I was a bit surprised to know that I needed to buy the ear cleaning fluid separately.But the customer service was great.

Very rude African American woman. She was more interested talking to her friends in security then she was me. I told her I was just looking and she walked off . Then when I need her assistance she point in the direction of what I was looking for while continuing her conversation. I assumed she didn’t hear me which I know she clearly heard me. I asked her again and she looked up as if I was irritating her and responded with I SAID IT WAS RIGHT THERE YOU DIDNT HEAR ME.unprofesional and lost a sale because of her attitude

When I got my cartilage pierced here they did it with a piercing gun, which at the time I didn’t think anything of it, but after only 3 months of having it and cleaning it at least 3 times a day with both warm water and salt and also the solution they gave me, it continued to get infected over and over again. Finally I gave up and took out the earring and let the piercing close. Now I have a small bump on the back of my ear, where I got it pierced, all because they used a piercing gun which is 1. hard to clean the inside of the piercing gun so it is easier to transfer bacteria from person to person but also 2. it damages the cartilage because the difference between a needle and the piercing gun is the piercing gun uses more power to force through the ear, which is why I was left with the bump, and although the needle hurts more it is more sterile than the piercing gun and is better for your ear. I would suggest to go to a tattoo shop that does piercings with a needle instead of here if you are looking to get your ear pierced.

Went to the mall planning to get a second piercing and when I got there it was one person in front of me but the customer service was great I didn’t have to wait a long time she made sure my holes were perfect I’m planning to go back to get my 3rd piercing.

The jewelry consultant, Kat, at Columbia Mall was very helpful as I looked for a type of jewelry for my goddaughter with which I was unfamiliar.

My wife thought there should be more styles of earrings to choose from and more of the hypoallergenic ones so that no one experiences additional discomfort after the piercing due to the bodys reaction.

Center isle tiny booth of all types of stylish earrings and studs or posts. Not too bad on prices but nothing like Macys.

The manager at this location is so rude and unprofessional. Mind you I am a card holder with Piercing Pagoda. I am contacting their corporate office to make a complaint. Do not give this location your business.
