I love this place. The process of getting my septum pierced and my belly button piercing tapered was so easy, and they made it so comfortable. The piercer, Stef, was absolutely awesome, so nice, and made me feel at ease. She made the piercing a lot easier and less painful than I thought it would be. Love her and this place!

Got a tattoo by DAngelo for my birthday. It was a great experience from the beginning. Hes very professional, not heavy handed, and his line work is great. Highly recommend!

Keem was great. Chill guy, quick tattoo. If youre looking for cheap tattoos, go elsewhere. If youre looking for great tattoos for a good price, than youre in the right spot. Ill be returning in the nearest future to work on my sleeve and childrens names. Thanks to the guys here again, looking forward to future appts.

Im from out of town and was craving a tattoo so bad ... just ink about it had the best reviews so i stopped in to get the vibes and do a quick consultation and im so glad i did ... from the moment i walked in PAT and the very nice lady who took my deposit where very welcoming and informative.i came back the next day to get my tattoo by PAT and everything went smoothly and i enjoyed his conversation very much ..he also played good music while the tattoo session moved along ...i wish i could get the same vibes back at home but if im back in the area i would mist definitely return for more .

Jerome was awesome, he did phenomenal work and his personality is great! We’ll definitely be back to see him! There was a hiccup in the scheduling, but it wasn’t their fault (technology is our worst enemy sometimes), but they got it figured out and still got us in for the date and time we wanted, which was amazing! The front desk was very polite and sweet! And while we were sitting in the waiting area, the piercer (I’m guessing) came out and spoke with multiple people and she was very professional, helpful to the clients, and seemed great! Highly recommend Just Ink About It!

I was not satisfied at all with my recent tattoo from this business. I was charged $100 for three small stars and they required me to pay before the tattoo was even completed. Once completed at first it did not look too bad but of course was hard to tell as it was all red. Over time once it fully healed it looks terrible as the lines are uneven and the ink bleeding to the sides. For three simple straight line stars I feel it should have been a pretty easy straightforward tattoo to complete and the cost was too much especially for the way they turned out.

I am sooooo impressed with the cleanliness of the venue and professionalism of the staff! I am also shocked with their willingness to go above and beyond. I arrived close to closing time, having traveled from Charlotte. I never felt rushed, or as if I inconvenienced them in any way. They were upbeat and fun! I will definitely be returning with a couple of others. Thank you so much!

Service was awesome. Everyone is so nice and kind and willing to work with whatever you want. I had Davien as my artist and the amount of detail and realism he put on my tattoo was outstanding! He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Im so happy I was able to get a tattoo from an amazing place with great staff, very talented artists, and a chill vibe that makes feel at home.

I had the BEST tattoo experience ever!!!My artist name was KEEM. He was extremely PROFESSIONAL and TALENTED! He has the “lightest” hand, I literally fell asleep while he was tattooing me. I am here visiting and was nervous about everything! Keem as well as another artist and the shop manager made me feel very welcome and was instrumental to me being able to calm down. I will most definitely return for another tattoo. I HIGHLY recommend this clean and professional shop with talented artist!

Steph pierced my 16-year-old sister’s septum. She was really nervous especially because it was her first facial piercing. Steph explained the whole process and was super sweet and friendly. Piercing was quick and turned out great-my sister is a premie and has a narrower nose to work with. 5/5 experience for cleanliness and professionalism

Return customer. Got some ink by Pat a while ago and loved it and still do! It still looks great! It was just a random spare if the moment drop in for a friends birthday. She got a piercing and a little ink as well and is satisfied. I stopped in again on June 13,2024 to have a piercing fixed I had done a while back that didnt take so well due to a shallow piercing in my Dathe However you spell it lol its ok, it happens I guess. Found it odd I was never offered anything in return to make it right. (As a business owner I correct my work) but its cool no biggie, whatever.. But as I was getting 3 new piercings randomly and had the pleasure of getting help by Stephy which was great BTW. Buttt my only complaint is the pricing was a bit crooked. And the needle seemed dull compared to other piercings I have had. No one has ever had to rip through through my skin. The piercings stated each Orbital, Flat, Helix were $50. ok, cool, no biggie. Stephy showed me some cool earrings I thought came with my piercing, but did not. I was charged $20 extra dollars per piercing and the jewely is not even real gold or silver so I think personally that was a rip off.. I was not told that I was going to be charged $60 extra dollars ($20 added to each piercing). My total purchase was $245.70 and I tipped $40 cause she did a great job. She was patient, friendly, and did a great job placing my piercings. She was patient and helpful while I was figuring out what I wanted. My only complaint and the only thing I would change is to be more open about prices and what your offering people so people dont feel taken advantage of or have a shock at the end. The price was a bit over board in my opinion and I seen better jewelry than what I was offered for the price I paid. They have a full wall with a big selection of jewelry. But all and all I still give them 4 stars. Clean facility, friendly staff, and professional.

Davien did a fantastic job on both of our first tattoos. I did let him know i’m very prone to passing out, he made sure to have great communication and talked me through the entire process. He kept checking on me to make sure i was okay during the time. He was very light handed and gentle throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend for first timers !

I love I live I love I love the atmosphere everyone was so nice and when I tell you, I felt so comfortable everyone was checking it out and this meant a lot to me because it was a cover-up of an old ex name that shouldn’t have been there after so many years when I tell you, his artwork is amazing. I cannot say enough wondeful things about Ana... she was reccomended to me by family members that have gotten piercings from her when I was sharing with them that I was unhappy with the placement of one of my current piercings from a different piercing place. I reached out to her and she was so sweet and willing to get me in as soon as possible! Once I was there, I spontaneously decided to add a few more piercings than what I had originally told and she was graciously on board for whatever I decided and let me talk my vision out with her until it felt ready to be created. She brought the vision to life perfectly and gave me such a relaxing piercing experience! It was clear that she has a lot of expertise with piercings and was able to help me find the perfect placement for each piercing and totally fixed what was previously bothering me from my other piercing experience. I’ve had 2 tattoos there as well as my both sons has had several. I can’t tell you how much I adore them. From the time you walk in and from the time you leave they make you feel so comfortable. I’m going in soon so get my 4th tattoo in honor of my mom❤️🦋

Ive had the pleasure of working with Eli a few times with my own piercings and my daughters. He is so talented and down to earth. My piercings have healed better with him than any other piercer I have used. Bonus, he is now tattooing and has mad skills with ink too! The shop is always super clean, has a nice vibe, and everyone is welcoming with great personalities. They definitely have all of my future business for piercings and tats. Would highly recommend to anyone.

On yesterday my husband and I decided to surprise our 13 and 16 year old with piercings. The staff here was so helpful and so nice, the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, although they were nervous, they were calm and relaxed because of the surroundings. It was very clean and sanitized and the young lady who did the piercings on our son and our daughter she was so nice & very informative. I have never been to a tattoo/piercing studio here in Columbia that was so nice, so respectful, and so helpful and joyful. My husband and I will be back and I thank them for making my childrens first experience of getting a piercing so nice and so wonderful. I dont know the young ladys name that sits at the front but she is the best person and has the best customer service that I have ever seen. My wife is from the Canadian Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. - a beautiful land with fun loving people with history & culture that goes back to the Viking and beyond. For our 41st wedding anniversary, Keem tattooed a beautiful map of the island with its provincial flag overlaid on it. Keem did a great job and she LOVES IT!! The facilities look & smell clean, the staff was personal yet professional. I STRONGLY encourage you to try them!

Went in for my first tattoo of a drawing I did of my guinea pigs. I was quite surprised it was going to be the owner, Davien, doing it. So, while I was a bit nervous, my expectations were high. But, after researching the establishment and Davien and the other artists work prior to going, I was confident in the final result.The day of, he took his time making sure of both the size and correct colors. A good artist always makes sure ttheircolor palette is just right. It was a unique experience being the canvas instead of the other way around.The vibe of the studio was very relaxed, chill, and very clean. Davien seems like the type of person who doesnthave a mean bone in his body and takes his work seriously, if how he interacted with myself, staff, and the apprentice. Good qualities for a boss.The tattoo came out just the way I wanted it at a fair price. Im definitely going again for future work.

The place it so clean & professional looking ,I never seen a tattoo shop like that! all of the staff is friendly, the pretty women at the front is nice, straightforward & pleasant to deal with. Karriem did my tattoo here & it’s AMAZING 🤩 I had got a tattoo in remembrance of my grandparents ,I was a little nervous but he said he put his heart in this tattoo & I believe him !! The lines is so crisp & I love the details EVERYTHING ! the experience was great ,he let me play my music on the Bluetooth which helped a lot with you know, distracting me from the pain lol & said I sat great!! which I like hearing from my tattoo artist. I sat comfortably the whole time & I’m visiting from Chicago for the week but id definitely come back to this shop to get tattooed by him again I love my tattoo so much & and my mother also decided to get a tattoo next day at this shop!!

Working with Karriem was a great experience! I was in town for a short period and he was able to get me into his schedule. He worked with me on a custom design and was very patient with interpreting my vision/concept into art. He understood the significance and connected with me which can be a challenge if you don’t already have rapport. The shop was clean, spacious, and each artists’ space provides privacy. Overall a great experience. So much so I’ll be going back before I travel again!

Nice clean shop! The staff and artists are very professional & talented. Have gotten several tattoos from the owner best I ever had. The peircer did really well. Did snake bites and nose within 10 minutes. No swelling or pain afterwards and Im on day 2. Previous places I have been caused swelling immediately. I am very pleased with my service I received. The consultation from earlier this week, the staff, and conversation (even with other artists that were in there) was super solid! It was very obvious that I was in good hands. I got a quarter sleeve done with lettering work. I havent been able to stop looking at it all day. Extremely pleased with the work- all at a phenomenal price point. If you want to book Davien, wait until after Im done. I will be booking two more appointments this summer! Get in line.EDIT # 2: I had my third appointment here with Davien last week- we did my shoulder area. The session was 6 hours. He was super patient and his attention to detail is immaculate. I am super happy with the work, it doesn’t even feel real. I’m looking to book my fourth appointment sometime soon. Three successful, comfortable sessions in a row. I don’t even consider the pain now. I’m just happy to show up. Ready for the next.

This is hands down the best place Ive ever been to to get a piercing. The whole staff was so friendly. My mom and I went to get our nose pierced and Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. This is definitely my go to for piercings.

Eli was so professional and patient with my nose re piercing. I have been to three places over the years and he was the most kind, and the most professional. He explained his every move and made sure I was comfortable. The time he took to explain the after care also showed he has a passion for his job and his clients.I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Davien who was was very welcoming at the front desk. After viewing his art work through his social media and meeting him in person I will be back for more ink.The set up is very clean, lots of work space for each artist and cool vibes.

I visited the shop a couple weeks ago to get some new jewelry for my helix piercing. This was my first visit and it was very welcoming ( i thought). A guy helped me pick out some jewelry and he installed it. I was very happy with my visit so I made it sure to him that I would return for more services . I invited some friends from out of town to join me getting a tattoo on 8/6/22. When we arrived at the shop nobody really spoke it was many people sitting at the window and one lady spoke once I spoke to her. I told her I was interested in getting a tattoo and she asked to see a picture and I showed her. She then told me she was sending someone to speak to me. She sent out Mr. Pat and I showed him what i was interested in getting and he told me it would be $300 (totally not worth it, will be pictured below) , my friends show them ideas he told them it would be $300..he wouldn’t have time to do them , not all three of us…we tried to negotiate by showing him something smaller (palm size as he can say) and he never told us a price lower than $300…saying he would have to draw it out…just very dismissive and discouraging. We left the shop and got service somewhere else because Mr. Pat was not very pleasant to people who have never had a tattoo and was interested in letting him give them their first. I really was excited but unfortunately Mr. Pat ruined it with his discouraging statements. If Mr. Pat didn’t wanna do it Mr. Pat could’ve just said that. I will never refer or recommend anyone to you guys for anything because one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Thank you Mr. PatI showed him that as a reference but I only wanted two butterflies and smaller than that & it was still $300

Took my son here for his first piercing. I went in advance to purchase a gift certificate and that was an easy process. The piercer was SO GOOD with my son (10) and walked him through everything and even remembered he had a birthday. She was great!

From the time we walked in the door, my mom, daughter and I were greeted by Sandy with the most pleasant smile and friendly attitude. She and Pat helped us with our designs and turned them into true works of art. The entire facility was sparkling clean and everyone treated us like family. Pat did an awesome job on my daughter’s tattoo. Davien did mine and my mom’s, which were both first tattoos, and he delivered!! We couldn’t be more pleased and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Just Ink About It is the most top notch tattoo studio with the best artists in the area.

I had looked at a couple of other tattoo studios in the area and this place was by far the cleanest and best quality and value. The employees were very friendly from the moment I walked in to when I left. I did not have an appointment, but Karieem was more than happy to do my tattoo. He is very passionate about his work and I could tell he really cared about doing my tattoo perfectly. It was great quality and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here for my next tattoo.

But lets be honest you go to a tattoo studio for the work, and I have gotten tattoos by some famous names but NOTHING compares to the tattoo I received from Davien! I had found Karriem on instagram and was immediately amazed at his work. I sent him a direct message and he responded in less then 48 hours. Appointment set up took minutes and we thoroughly discussed what I wanted. Came to the appointment signed paperwork and while doing so he started drawing. Once finished with my paper work he was ready and set up. He made me comfortable with a massage chair, conversated and played soothing music. During the tattoo session he took his time with detail and didnt take him long at all. He gave me suggested aftercare instructions along with other benefits to keep my tattoo perfect! I had an appointment somewhere else originally. The person with whom I had the original appointment canceled on me at the last minute. I searched all around Columbia and called several places, none of which were taking walk-ins. I called Just Ink About It and was told that they were taking walk-ins. I went in, I explained exactly what I wanted, I was set up with Caleb, and he put exactly what my idea was on to paper. He was very professional, very clean, was very helpful, responsibly priced, and talked with me during the entire session & made me feel so comfortable!! Definitely recommend him, his work is AMAZING! It was by far the best tattoo experience I have ever had and I will definitely be coming back to him for my future work!

Clean, friendly - not exactly the tattoo I wanted. Showed a picture from my phone. Bigger then the one on my phone. Too many interruptions (artist was checking text messages when phone dinged, he was interrupted by walk-ins asking questions, etc.). Needs to focus on client.
