As a family who loves tattoos, we are highly satisfied with the friendly customer service, the service, and especially the beautiful permanent art.Mahalo Jonah! Awesome beautiful work! 🤙🏼🤙🏼Highly recommend him but there are also other tattooists there to pick from at your preference.CASH ONLY.Make sure to let them know where youre parked as you may get towed.We tried to get a tattoo on the neck but SC law says NO. so thats an important law to know if youre trying to get a tattoo around the face areas.There is a bathroom available.I suggest contacting them ahead of time or visit them to get a feel of what you would like.

I always go to here this is where I got my very first tattoo and this is probably where I’ll get the rest Jon does amazing work and is very talented great people and environment to be around as well !!!

My wife and I both went in for our first tattoo. We had received a recommendation from a friend of ours and decided to check them out. We are so very glad we did. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful answering all our questions. The shop was clean and never felt like a shady operation. Nicole was our artist and she did an amazing job on both of us!!!!! She was willing to change or adjust our designs in whatever way we wanted. She is friendly, talented, and just wonderful!! Whether you are getting your first tattoo or 50th, this is the place you should go!!!!!

I got a tattoo done by Ethan and I love it. Ive made an appointment for another one with him. The whole shop is fantastic. The work is on display on Instagram. Id highly recommend booking whichever artist you like. Couldnt have had a better experience. The building is clean, welcoming, and safe. Everyone was very professional.

Had a walk in today with Jonah. Was looking to get something smaller but I found something I liked and he absolutely crushed it. Highly reccomend going to see him. Staff was super friendly and inviting.

I would give ZERO stars if i could. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a tattoo. I was already nervous going into this, and Jon was the worst possible person to go to. He was so unprofessional. I tried to make corrections on the design to make sure that it was what I wanted, since it was going on my body FOREVER, and he was combative and yelled at me saying that I was the problem. He wouldn’t tattoo me because what I wanted wasn’t what he designed. NEVER GO TO HIM. Please find another tattoo artist that will work with you on what you truly want. I’m sure another person at this facility is great, but Jon IS NOT IT!!!!! He was literally awful. DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Just had my first experience at one of Columbias Legacy tattoo parlors and if youre interested in getting work done, I couldnt recommend this establishment enough. From the consultation to the actual appointment, staff, in particular Jon K., were very understanding and helpful and make sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Pricing was extremely fair as well, and shop policies were very customer friendly while still showing the art form its due respect. I can definitely recommend this corner of Columbia to anybody interested in body art who has the means, and the motivation. Five stars.

Clean shop, knowledgeable artist, nice people, highly recommend. You will want to go in to meet the people and set up a consultation. I have heard they have to reschedule often, but I have never had that issue. Darcy did mine and was great. This place is a must.

One Arm Willy to our rescue! My friend and I both wanted some ink - I surprised her with an appointment to handle our business & help heal our hearts. I called the same day & they had availability - wahoo! Hers was a needed cover-up & I had virgin skin free from any ink and was looking for something special. He did a fantastic job on both of ours. Her cover-up - he removed the remains of her no-good, two-timing, cheating spouses initials. A rebirth and a fresh start for her. Me - tiny & dainty - a perfect first tattoo - he delivered.We were both thrilled - work was good, the price was fair. Highly recommended. Clean, and professional, and both guys there made us feel welcomed & endured our 10,001 questions.Check them out & ask for One Arm Willy!

For my sons 18th bday, he wanted a tattoo. Jeremy at Sickle and Moon was great! He designed it beautifully and kept my son talking and laughing, making it a great experience. Will definitely spread the word have him as our go to guy! Thank you so much for the great experience!!

My 2 month old son passed away on 11/5/22 and I immediately knew I needed his footprint on me in his memory and honor. I went with an example and Nicole took my idea and made my appt a few days later to better let her prepare for my requests. The whole process was made to be easy and very professional. I would recommend sickle and moon to everyone. And Nicole is awesome! Ive had 12 other tats done elsewhere and this is by far the cleanest, most professional tat place Ive encountered. Very kind and very talented artists are employed here.

Sickle and Moon is the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. I honestly feel so blessed to have found such a safe space and brilliant community of artists. Everyone at this shop is immensely talented, and I trust all of them. Jon and Ethan are the artists that I vibe with the most. Ethan has an incredible style and everyone can recognize when I have an Ethan Chandler tattoo. Jon is an amazing artist and can do anything you ask for. He is the most passionate person that I’ve ever met in my life and I trust him with my life. Get tattooed by these amazing people!

I have gotten work from 4 different artist at Sickle and Moon, and all were amazing.More, every artist has their own portfolio and style, so no matter what you are looking for there is someone there that can accommodate your request, and can leave you with an amazing piece that you will enjoy for a lifetime.

Got a piece done by Alex there & it couldnt have come out more perfect to my idea of what I wanted and from the basic sketch I had. He was great and everyone else was super nice!

Nicole did a great job with a hand piece I asked for. She was thorough in asking what I had in mind and then drew up her own custom rendition of it. Her prices are incredibly affordable and with her quality of work, she could certainly be charging a lot more. The shop is clean and adequately socially distanced and they are following sanitation guidelines to a t. Next time Im in Columbia, I will certainly be back for more ink.

I had an amazing experience here with my first tattoo with Jeremy Lewis. He was so kind and worked with me to make sure I was confident in my design before getting the tattoo. Super friendly and very nice the whole time, I definitely recommend him and this shop in general for your tattoo! They only take cash just heads up!

I’d rate a thousand stars if I could! Ethan has done 3 tattoos for me (and counting) and he is always so professional, courteous, and fun to be around. Couldn’t ask for a cleaner, better place, or artist!

All artist are great. Best shop in town! You can get amazing tattoos of any stylel from these guys. You can walk in with no tattoos and no one judges you. They are always excited to give people their first tattoo and take a tone of pride in their work! Honestly some of the best work in sc and are much more professional than many other shops in columbia! Very family oriented.

So being new to SC and wanting a new tattoo, I was on the search to find a place to go to. I normally had an appointment with a different place but the guy tells me that he cant do the picture, so I give him four back ups and he tells me Sorry those arent my style. to a picture of a skull and the most simplest things. I ended up cancelling the appointment and then found Sickle and Moon, went in and talked to them and made an appointment with Jeremy. When I got my tattoo today, they were very nice, and Jeremy made sure the tattoo was perfect and how I wanted it. I was even indecisive about getting color, and told Jeremy the reason and he helped me to decide on getting color. I felt bad cause it normally was gonna be all black, and even though last minute I choose color, he was so nice and cool about it. I already love this place and have an idea for my next tattoo on my other hand, so you can bet Ill be seeking out Jeremeys help again.

0 stars if possible..This was the absolute WORST tattoo I have ever received. My 3 year old cousin could have drawn a better picture on my back. $80 for a single line MESSED up and CROOKED tattoo. Line work was terrible, really next to nonexistent because none of them are straight. Please do not go to this establishment to spend way too much money on something permanent that is far from art. First one (single line and connected) is what I was cursed with. Second one is the example or what it was SUPPOSED to look like.

Jon is great! I sent him an idea and he drew up a tattoo that was better than the picture I gave him. Very professional studio with excellent work!

We keep coming back to see Darcy. Hes a wonderful artist, and is a really professional, personable guy. The whole shop is the same way, cant recommend Sickle and Moon enough.

Worked with Artist, Ethan... What a class act. I came to him asking to get a tribute piece for a friend that passed this weekend. I described what I was looking for and gave him a few pics from my phone of my friend. When I went back the next day, what he drew was close. But you cant always see what someone else envisions. Well, let me tell you, we worked and tweaked at it and BAM, he nailed it. His patients was amazing. Every time he made a change, Id add / change something else. Hed run in the back and redraw it up and I actually felt bad like I was driving him crazy. But he said, No dude, this is a tribute to your friend... I want it to be right and you to be happy with it. What a class act. I will be back. Great Job Ethan!!!

Ive been here multiple time, I have gotten on tattoo and gone with a friend to get one. All of the artist are extremely dedicated to putting the best art wok they can on someones body. I cannot wait to go back.
