I had a fantastic experience at Piercing Pagoda in Concord Mills Mall! The two ladies working there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was dealing with an issue where one of my earrings was starting to become embedded, and they helped me find a long post earring that was just what I needed.They went above and beyond by removing my old earrings and replacing them with the new ones, all while providing thorough cleaning and aftercare instructions. Their expertise and kindness completely alleviated my anxiety about the situation.I am so grateful for their exceptional service that I have decided to get my nose piercing from them as well. I cant recommend this particular Piercing Pagoda enough! If youre looking for a place with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, this is the spot.

Eros was absolutely a joy to work with! The service was so friendly and I never felt like I was being rushed, they genuinely wanted to find me the right piece of jewelry. I was surprised they told me they weren’t the manager! They were so attentive and knowledgeable. I didn’t know too much about jewelry, but they were patient with me and answered all my questions. Savannah at Concord Mills was amazing , she pierced my 6 month old daughter’s ears . Prior to having them done I spoke to Savannah as to what to expect, she was very knowledgeable, smart, sweet, and kind she assured me that everything will be fine. My husband and I were very impressed with her work. My daughter’s ears are healing beautifully.

Wanted to get cartilage pierced on both ears and did so.This place is extremely friendly , clean, and I had no worries about getting them done when the lady (Sonya/ Tonya [my bad hearing which name it actually was sorry] spoke to us.I recommend for ear piercings if your looking for a place. Never had a doubt she couldnt do her job and unlike some places which Ive heard can shatter the cartilage from improper piercings, I knew this place wouldnt be a case of that.11 out of 10 will get pierced here again should I want another piercing.

Took my 3 year old to get her first piercing. The staff was very friendly and made my daughter feel relaxed. We wanted both ears done at the same time. No problem. They even hid the piercing guns from her sight as not to scare her. My daughter did not cry. Though she did give mom the evil look. The staff was very friendly, even on a busy Sunday.

Called in and customer service was rude over the phone. She kept stating I recommend the 14 karrot gold. And I kept stating over and over why I wasnt buying my niece gold. She then stated they could not help me. She lost money because I probably would of came in, gave in and bought the gold earrings if service was great, even though I knew my niece would lose them regardless.

Please dont get pierced here! I got 4 ear piercings on Nov 15th and every single one was done at a bad angle and refuses to heal. I had the jewelry changed at a reputable piercing shop and will now have to remove them completely and get them repierced in the future. Money, time and health down the drain!

They forgot our free earrings. We got one and was supposed to get two ace the mall was closing. My daughters earring lost the gem on day two. They are the ones they use to pierce her ears with so we are stuck with it.

The ladies at Pagoda provide an excellent ear piercing experience for my daughter.

I would give them a zero but since that’s not possible I give them a one. Manager was very rude and short. My issue was not resolved and I am the one taking a loss with no regard from this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had my neices ears peirced at a pagoda in Fl, all of the equipment came out of fresh sterile sealed bags. I took my daughter on Sunday to get her ears peirced and they just pulled the guns out of a draw, no cleaning them, no nothing. As a mom thats where I went wrong. Got the ears peirced and went on our way. I bought screw back earings. Well today is Tuesday so 3 days after it being done one of the earings has fallen out, I call the store and they ask me if I got the warranty! What warranty? I was not offered a warranty. So now Im crawling on my hands and knees to find this earing. So mad they wouldnt accommodate me in any way.

Would give zero stars. They pierced my nose and the piercing literally went through my nostril and stabbed into my septum had to take it out a day after getting it done. Literally pierced it with an earring and a piercing gun. Waste of $50.
