They were very patient very kind organized super clean. Very gentle and non-aggressive when it came to the piercings. They made you feel very comfortable. Very professional. Customer service was great. I have gotten a tattoo, an ear piercing, and my stepchild got her ears pierced as well. Will be coming back!THANKS BLACK CLOUD.

I had a really good time getting my second piercing here. I haven’t gotten a piercing done since I was a baby and I was a little nervous. They walk you through the process and are VERY sanitary which of course I appreciated. Also include aftercare instructions which help for someone who’s never gotten pierced or if it’s just been a while. This is a photo of my piercing a few days later!

EDIT: the earring they used for my third hole was not healing and I was following all instructions, I was in a ton of pain. I went to a tattoo parlor I’ve been to before and had to get new earrings with a flat backing and within the hour it felt 10x better. They told me to forget all cleaning measures this shop told me bc I was getting moisture pockets in my daith and it look infected, 30% chance it wouldn’t heal. With the care and instructions from the second place, it’s healing up great and no pain. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unfortunately. I should’ve been told the girl was new and had no experience, there was 0 communication and I had to spend the same amount of money on my new jewelry and for the girl to fix it. I’m pretty disappointed.Clean, cool environment. I got a daith piercing the other day, it’s really cute, healing up well, and I love it but the girl was new and it was extremely painful. She hesitated, she didn’t just go for it so it was drawn out longer than it should have been. Then she accidentally put it in backwards and someone else had to step in. I think she just needs more experience but I hope this helps in her training going forward, I also have small ears so that might’ve made it more difficult. I otherwise am happy with my piercing and the customer service was nice :) I’ve been there before and got a tattoo with them, it was done very well. Love their selection of jewelry!!! Piss poor customer service with crooked lines. Language barriers are their excuse for service. Tattoo minimums aren’t posted and weren’t shared. Had to repeatedly tell the artist to do straight lines via google translate. Coming from someone full of tattoos this was 100 percent the worst experience ever. Don’t recommend. The tattoo artist disappeared in the back as soon as the tattoo was finish & Manager has a crappy attitude as we stood there patiently waiting for things to be rectified. To make matters worse they don’t ID or get the names of individuals before doing these services. Asking my name and number before walking out the door. Can imagine what children have came in an gotten tattooed. Very professional. Video added as reference. We were customers 08/31 from 550pm - 730pm.

My daughter and I got our nose piercing done here. The shop is very clean and everything was sterilized and in individual packaging. The technician was very nice and did a great job and also guided us on after care and healing process. Two days later and theres no pain, swelling, or redness and it looks to be healing nicely.

My daughter is 14 and wanted her nose pierced. I was super nervous, as she panics when she get a shot. The staff was absolutely impeccable & made this experience amazing!!!! She didn’t even complain. Very, very friendly, warm and kind staff! We adore you ladies 👌🏾❤️

I hate to say I can remember the girls name that pierced mine and my daughter’s ears and I’m so sorry about that but she was truly amazing. It was well worth it. It’s been over a week since we’ve got our piercings done and both of our piercings are still in good shape good health and not infected whatsoever she also freehanded all of the piercings. She was truly amazing so sweet and so professional, I would definitely recommend seeing her for piercings. I’m so sorry. Refused to let my daughter get her nose pierced. I am her mother and just because she is small they didn’t believe her age. Do not recommend. Rude and no customer service.-Reply to owner. We went in once and wasn’t told anything about a birth certificate. We walked around a little and hustled to make it back in time only to be met with judgement and rudeness. No customer service in a place where I very much believe there should be. Discrimination just because my daughter is small. I am 35 years old and just above 5ft tall. Your workers should be better trained.

For a birthday gift, I was surprised with my 1st tattoo. The experience from start to finish was pleasant. I gave ideas of what I wanted and Maurico carefully hand crafted every detail. Im still in awe of it!Professionalism, creativeness and overall experience was great!

Geronimo did my tattoo and I could not have asked for anyone better! His attention to detail, sketching it out, coloring it in was the first time Ive had a tattoo artist take that much time making sure I liked it and even suggesting some ways to make it better. I would highly recommend this tattoo studio!

Got 3 piercings on the same ear (2 forward helix, 1 tragus) and everything went smoothly. They took time to help me design the placement and different types of piercing options. Other places I’ve gone use a fine-point sharpie marker to mark the placement. Here they used a purple type of ink that made the dots too large (imo) - the ink kept smearing and it took longer than I expected to get the markings right. But other than that it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

Miguel did a great job on my tattoo. It turned out so beautiful! He worked and communicated throughout the entire process. From design to implementation.He was very thorough extremely clean and precise.

I was a walk-in and they got me in really quickly. Girl was super nice and even gave me suggestions on where she thought my Cartilage piercing would look best at!! Highly recommend and they were pretty cheap considering I got my cartilage and third holes pierced!!

Wife and I came in for a quick tattoo each. Greeted quickly and very friendly. I had a small tat done as well as my wife. Process was very easy, very pleasant atmosphere. We look forward to stopping by again for more ink!

10/10 Fabio Perez Skull did an amazing job on my tattoo! He made sure it was exactly what I wanted and asked if I was okay during the process! I will be returning!

I showed the guy (didnt get his name) 3 pics of tattoos I wanted. I was hoping I could get all three for around $100- $125. Instead, I ended up getting one very small tattoo for $120 because there was a communication issue. He said $120 and I was thinking he meant for all three pics that I showed him. Instead, it was for a very small dollar sign. I should have argued with him after, but sometimes I can be an easygoing man. The right thing for the business to do to resolve this issue would be to pay me back a fair portion of the money I spent on this tattoo. In my eyes, this tattoo is worth $20-$40 max. So, a $90 refund would be in order. The lines are not parallel or equal in length and the thin lines of the S do not flow properly. There is even a blotch of ink sticking outside the thick part of the S. I also Googled how much a small tattoo should cost and the price can be as low as $50 for something with no color and as simple as a singular dollar sign. By the way, it took 10-15 minutes of the artists time- maybe 20-25 minutes if you include preparation.Edit: Heres my reply to the owner since Google isnt letting my easily reply back.You obviously didnt read what I said or you skimmed it, because I said there was a communication issue. If you want to charge whatever price for whatever service you have to offer, that is fine. BUT THERE WAS A COMMUNICATION ISSUE. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. I would have walked out if I KNEW it was $120 for that ONE tattoo and that the quality of it would be SUBPAR. I bet you side with the business 99% of the time with the way you responded. And whats a really sad practice is the QUALITY of the work you do and ALSO THE PRICING for how SUBPAR it is.

Cierra pierced my 4 year daughters ears, and also did my 3rd holes 😊 excellent customer service and was so good with my daughter! She was knowledgeable, professional, and sweet.

Went there to get an industrial, stood at the desk for 15 minutes while the tattoo artist sat there through the glass parallel to me on his phone where I could see him and he could see me. He finally decided to come talk to me only after my male roommate had come in and come up to me. The female piercer was busy with someone so no fault there but I have a sneaking suspicion that she has to handle the front desk a majority of the time because the male tattoo artist seems to be lazy or maybe the workers here just dont want business.What makes no sense? The bad customer service here? I agree it doesnt make sense. Although given past reviews it seems like its everyone at this location with poor customer service skills.

Fabio was the artist who tattooed me and my wife. He was very professional and kind. Fabio took my vision of a tattoo and made it even better. He is creative and knows his color pallet very well. The environment was clean and sterile. I saw each artist clean up and sterilize their respective environments multiple times throughout the two days it took to complete my arm sleeve tattoo. The place looks fresh and modern but thats not as important as the safety and quality of work. I highly recommend Fabio and would get another tattoo from him. I hope that you find this recommendation helpful.

UPDATE:: it has not rejected I get tons of positive comments on it, red is gone I love it more everyday! Cant wait to go get another!Cierra gave me a nape surface piercing and was PHENOMENAL!! I havent had a piercing since I was 18, Im 34 now was nervous and feeling old but man, she made me comfortable, was clear, essentially held my hand every step of the way and made me feel weve been friends forever. Super clean and painless. I love it! Ill be going back for more from her specifically

Saw a review from a year ago with the same problem (shout out to Mariama Parks) but I came in here a few days ago to get my helix piercing switched to a smaller bar. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and didnt even care to talk to us until we had already been standing at the desk for like 5 minutes. When i said I wanted the jewelry changed she stood up, got irrationally close to me (less than a foot away), stood there for about 30 seconds, and then just said no and sat back down. We asked why not and she said that it was obviously infected (there were no bumps or any sign of infection, just a slight irritation from the long bar) we asked what we would have to do to get it changed and she extremely rude and began telling us that we would need to spend $30 to buy a piercing bump solution (there wasnt even a bump) and that the only place we could get it was at another location almost 30 minutes away. Overall, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and refused to do her job for seemingly no reason other than so she could go back to playing on her phone.

Bre did such a great job with my septum piercing. She was super nice, made sure I knew exactly how to care for the piercing afterwards, and happily answered any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great piercing and amazing experience :)

I took my 15 year old in last week and they had their septum pierced by Cierra. Cierra was wonderful, she really put my kid at ease and was extremely proficient and kind as well. The studio itself was very clean and we were checked on by multiple people while we waited to be taken back. It was a pretty short wait for being a walk in as well. Im excited to go back to get some more piercings myself. Very impressed by this studio all around.

Price was a bit high imo for what was done, but they were professional and did exactly what was asked. I got a tattoo on my finger and they made absolutely sure I was committed to the idea before starting, and they worked at an expeditious pace. Thanks BCT

The receptionist were excellent. The guy that did my tattoo was 👍🏽 GREAT. I honestly forgot his name but it begins with the letter J. He was thoughtful and courteous. He inquired about my 😢 on one tattoo and I told him my youngest son was deceased.

I got a nose piercing and it was super easy! My piercer was very gentle and I highly recommend her, and I would definitely go back! The prices are great too!

I went to Black Cloud and got a tattoo the other day with my friend as a walk in and we had an awesome experience! George was our artist and was amazing from start to finish. We stopped in on our lunch break to see what their shop minimum was and what scheduling looked like for the day, and he said hed be happy to take us once we got off at 6! We added him on Instagram and sent over our tattoo ideas and he had everything drawn up in multiple sizes for us to choose from once we came back that evening. The shop itself is really cool, very clean and organized. The staff if great all around and the tattoos came out absolutely gorgeous. Its hard to find an artist who has the ability to do perfect line work, and George is your guy for all line work and also more detailed pieces. Hes got a soft hand when tattooing and pays attention to every little detail. So If youre ready for your next piece, I encourage you to look no further and head to Black Cloud and ask for George. You will not be disappointed!!

A friend and I found this place and decided to get pierced her on an impulse. They had great reviews, and accepted walk-ins, so it seemed perfect. My friend got lobe piercings that he had a great experience with. They healed well, and the person who pierced him was great.While I was with him, I decided to get a piercing as well. I wanted a daith piercing, but the woman who pierced me looked at my ear and said I didn’t have the anatomy for it. I decided to get a conch piercing instead. My experience itself was great. She was quick and I was excited about the piercing.After a few days, it started to become very swollen, red, and the pus was not a normal color. I called the shop and explained what I was dealing with to see if I should go to a doctor. I was told it was normal to have swelling and redness this early on and to keep cleaning it how I was. The next day, the swelling started to swallow the bar, though, so I went to a doctor. She prescribed antibiotics, and it was after a few days of that.Once the swelling went down, however, I realized it was pierced with a curved barbell which I had not seen before. Since coming here, I’ve gone to three other piercers for different piercings who all said this should never have been done with that type of jewelry. My newest piercer (APP certified), who I will continue to go to explained why this was bad for the healing, and I now have an appointment with her to switch out the jewelry to help the healing process. She explained that the curved barbell was also the cause of the piercing bump on the back of my ear, as it had migrated due to the curve of the jewelry. With this, she informed me that I actually do have the anatomy for a daith piercing after completing a more thorough anatomy check.All this goes to say that I would not go here again for a piercing. The experience itself was good, but I wish I would have been more careful with who I let pierce me and looked more into their certifications prior to getting it done. It is the only piercing I have ever had issues with, and I do think they could have been prevented if I had just been more careful in my decision to get a piercing that day.

These artists know what theyre doing and are very good at what they do. I trust going here also cause its a very clean and sanitary place. The 4 tattoos I have, have all been from here.

I went in for a nose piercing, as a walk in. Emily was the one at the front, she checked me in and pierced my nose. She was very efficient and informative. I literally was in and out, in less than 20 minutes, and that was on a Saturday. Overall, I would definitely recommend Black Cloud.

Walked in to get my navel pierced and was told I had the wrong anatomy. Customer service was awful. I went to Black Cloud on the Plaza and got my navel pierced, which has healed perfectly. The one on the Plaza is so much nicer and has better customer service.

I have always loved the people at the concord mills location my husband and I’ve now had 2 tattoos done there each and I got my nose pierced there the people are great the tattoos are and look amazing and we always get complimented on them

I went here to get a quote last year and forgot to leave a review!!! I got quoted 450.00 for a 4 inch black tattoo of a feather if that what u change no way I be back it probably only took like maybe hour or less and charge this I thank not

It was a blast it was the most fun I had in a minute. I fell asleep during part of it. I want to commission red more work and a touch up plus Ill send him clients he’s got a lot potential to grow as an upcoming artist. His story just Speaks to my heart. I saw his arm tats, we all get by the best we can. I recommend he section his wrap just in case he does more hand tattoos and wrap it like boxing wraps. I would have give even more but I had business in the city and elsewhere. You can see he did an incredible job with shadowing.

Came into shop inquiring about a tat lady at front desk seemed kind of off! When I asked about getting a piercing I asked if it could be done today was told yes told me I had to wait until she go to the food court because she was hungry.. When I asked what time she would be back she said I don’t think we could do it today… I felt a certain kind of way I will not be returning.. She was very weird

Did not like the attitude of either the front desk or the artist. Very rude and uptight, so not recommend.Way too expensive and don’t like the service.*response to the owner/manager* This is a platform to express my opinion on your business not for you to come on here and express what you think fairness is. If you want fairness then you should offer industry standard pricing and not try to upcharge and rip people off. On pricing when I call 15 other shops and get prices and yours is the only one that is ridiculously overpriced then yeah your prices are too expensive. Same with the service, when people walk into your shops they should feel welcome and feel the atmosphere and culture that is tattooing and piercing but when I have come into your shops I got nothing but coldness from not on the receptionist who is the face of your business but also your artists. A lot of people come in and it is there first tattoo/piercing and they are excited for it but with customer service like that it puts them off and can damage the image of the industry.

Sam was very polite and knowledgeable about the industrial piercing I received. Piercing was just a slight sting and done quickly with no lingering pain!!!

So first I will say that Diego did an amazing job on my tattoos. He has a steady hand and within an hour I walked out with exactly what I wanted and done beautifully.The downside was that the receptionist was not particularly pleasant. I texted to inquire about a quote because the website listed a number to do so. After not hearing back for a day or two I decided to call and ask. The receptionist then informed me that they could only give quotes in person and it was walk in only. That is not a big deal for me but the information was conflicting.The shop technically opens at 10am on Fridays but when I got there I was told that the artists dont arrive until 11am.I would go back for more work with Diego and absolutely recommend him but I feel that the front needs some work.

Came for a piercing, the two girls at the front were super friendly and were happy to help. I hadn’t had a piercing since I was a baby, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or what would look good. They were helpful with suggestions, and patient with me when discussing the placement lol All in all, it was super easy, and I love how it looks. It’s been almost a week since I went, I’m following the post-piercing care advice and I have no issues. Very tempted to come back again.Thanks for a great experience ☺️

Lady at the front skinny and super tatted up was rude and did not seem to care about servicing me and my friend we discussed piercing placements and she looks at me and goes nope we can’t do that on your lip and did not explain why we had multiple questions abt after care for my friend who wanted one as well and she looked at us like we were dumb and barley answered our questions so we went somewhere else and they did it for us and it looks great

This time I went in to get a snake tattooed on my leg, and not only is he super communities during the process, but very accommodating. I 1000% recommend getting tattooed by George at Black Cloud! I took my 16 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and they were very professional and friendly. They expertly identified that my daughters ears couldnt be re-pierced, but just needed a simple push through. $20 per ear and boom, pierced ears again.Im so glad we came here, because who knows what would have happened to her holes if we had gone somewhere else.Im wanting a nose piercing and another tattoo soon, and this will be my place. Nov 11th, My daughter and I walked in while visiting the mall. On a whim we both decided to get our nose pierced. We were greeted by a very nice person named Emily. She immediately helped us. You can tell right away she is a very friendly and a genuinely nice person. She helped me step by step with the waivers, which helped a lot. My daughter got hers done first. Emily made her feel comfortable so she wasnt nervous at all and it was quick. Emily took the time to make sure my piercing was symmetrical with my right person and she nailed it perfectly!Our experience was great and I will be returning. The artist who did my piercing was very professional, I had a very good experience even though it was painful, she did help accommodate my needs. I was very happy that she was able to adjust the chair so I could lay and calm down during my anxiety attack after the piercing and was offered a lollipop which was very helpful in distracting from the pain. Overall very good experience for a double helix piercing. Thank you so much for your service

I got my septum pierced here and my friend got her eyebrow.Bre was very fast and very clean! We loved her and both our piercings are placed perfectly and the healing is going well :)Edit:Came back to get snakebites and my fiance got their septum pierced, this time we got Alex and they were AMAZING. My fiance was very nervous due to a bad experience with a past piercing. Alex did so good making them comfortable and helping them when they got woozy after the piercing. They got a lollipop, a bottle of water, and a wet paper towel and their forehead and was super patient with them while they recovered. They did so good with my snakebites i appreciated their attention to detail so much! they took the extra time to make sure they lined them up perfectly and made sure i was happy with the placement.

I didnt have an appointment. I walked by and decided to just pop in and get an estimate on a tattoo Ive wanted for years. It was crowded but the staff was really hustling to serve everyone. I spoke with an artist, showed him what I wanted and he gave me a price. It was less than expected so I got it done immediately. The atmosphere in the shop was incredible. The staff was friendly and the customer service was immaculate. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience.

I went to black cloud to get my tragus pierced (which is my first cartilage piercing) and had a great experience. It was done by Cierra who was super friendly and informative. The place was also very clean and sanitary. I would definitely come back!

Cierra R helped me with changing out my earring from a piercing I previously got here. She was amazing, went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of the process and then some, and was extremely kind throughout. I have been to this establishment two times before this about a year ago, and both times was met with rude and non friendly staff. The only reason I went back was for the cleanliness of the place. But Cierra was a breathe of fresh air in that stuffy place.

Went in for an upper lobe ear piercing and it was the best experience I’ve had. Everyone is so professional and so helpful. Bre was the artist helping me that day and she is the sweetest! So so nice and knows what she’s doing. I instantly felt that I was in great hands and would recommend anyone interested in a piercing or tattoo here.

My son and I are new to the area and were looking for an artist in the area that could provide a specific style of tattoos, and Jhan jumped on the opportunity. He was incredibly helpful even more importantly patient while working with us on creating the exact artwork we wanted. Due to us not being local (we are in the process of moving), everything was done via phone. Upon our arrival for our appointment, the shop was very clean, calm, and of course, Jhan was very welcoming! He took his time to ensure everything was perfect before starting both pieces of work. With this being my sons first tattoo, he was very good about making sure he was doing OK throughout the process and ensured he took quick breaks to give my son a breather. Overall, both my son and Is experiences were great, and we are BEYOND pleased with our final tattoos. I will definitely be back for more as will my son.

Alex did my septum!! I had some scar tissue from a previous attempt (different piercer), and Alex helped me feel comfortable, and reassured. They were so sweet and didn’t overcharge me for something simple. Their assistance and tips with aftercare and their efficiency was comforting.

In the last month I’ve used both artists. They are both awesome and friendly! I wanted to get a memorial tattoo for my mom that passed, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I strongly recommend using either artist!

Alex did amazing with my septum piercing! It was a very on the spot decision so I didn’t mentally prepare myself but they were so nice during the whole thing and it was a very fast process.

I got snakebites done by Lauren and she was amazing! She walked me through the process and her actions and since it was my first piercings, it made me feel a lot better and more comfortable about what all was being done! This visit was my second time visiting a tattoo shop in the mall. I am writing this because once someone had an opinion of this concept.I like it because each time that I have walked in and waited no less than 20 minutes to receive a tattoo that I wanted on a whim and was able to get it done.The first one was the infinity symbol for my 50th birthday and this one was a collaboration of myself and my daughters.I wanted their names in their handwriting inside of a heart tattooed on my heart. Not because they don’t know but I have a visual representation of what they mean to me.They were able to take this art, create a transparency and tattoo it exactly like it was. Yay!!!No complaints, give them a try. If you want something more detailed or that may take longer, this may or may not be the place but who knows the artist in residence may surprise you.

The signup was easy the staff friendly. Monae was great. I sent her the idea, and she came up with the concept. There were certain aspects that I didn’t like and she worked with me as we found the perfect design that I wanted and then she gave me options for different placement. She’s very patient with me as this is my first time getting a tattoo, she made it seamless and painless. She said the mood with the music it was all around a good experience, and as someone who works with high resolution images, her tattoo was very crisp and Sharp. The lines are very sharp and I like that.

I came in the other day to simply have my nose jewelry changed. There were two girls at the counter and when I came in I said hello and one was leaned back with her feet up and the other didn’t even look at me until I said something. I told them about the service I wanted and let them see the jewelry and they told me that the jewelry was too big and they wouldn’t do it in the driest and most uninterested way possible. There was no alternative and nothing was said. I felt uncomfortable and strange so I left and came back today with the appropriate jewelry. It was only one of the two girls in there this time. One with long black hair. I said the same thing I said before. Explaining that I wanted my jewelry switched out. First she told me no because my jewelry was “flat” or something was wrong with it and was attempting to turn me away again but I had other nose jewelry with me and she did it even though she seemed like she really didn’t want to. These two girls seem like they really did not want to service me and it was very uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcome. My mother was with me and she felt it too. I probably won’t return here as this is the second negative experience I’ve had and they would have gladly turned me away as many times as they possibly could have. This profession is not the one where people should be made to feel uncomfortable and if they don’t like their jobs, they should definitely look for jobs elsewhere. Wont recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing I could say is that my artist had a very heavy accent, and I’m really hard of hearing enough as it is😂However the man was very kind and highly sanitary. I’m very terrified of needles and have a very low pain tolerance and he made it feel like a breeze. He was even courteous enough to ask if I was ok, and because of him I finally got my first tattoo.

I kept hearing about Black Cloud, so i went in and checked it out first. Then when i decided i wanted my septum pierced i went back. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, she never got agitated by my millions of questions! Darrin was honest, when i asked about pain levels and other things. He was very clean opening everything in front of me, and the service was quick. He talked me through it and made sure i was comfortable and okay the entire time and after. Definitely would recommend checking him out for piercings.

My overall experience was great. I received my first tattoo from a different place, I was told nothing about taking proper care, and even ended up with texture on it. I came to Black Cloud Tattoo & Piercing to seek advice on proper care, I was informed by the artist I may have Keloid from my first tattoo artist going too deep; Jason not only informed me of my first tattoo concerns, but I actually trusted him enough to get my second tattoo from him. I am absolutely obsessed with my tattoo, it did not hurt, and he was very reassuring. I will most definitely be coming back.

I walked in to purchase a new nose ring, with a smile and a pleasant hello; however both of piercers were sitting at the desk engaged in conversation. Neither one of them greeted me and my family when we walked in and even continued to converse when we approached the counter. Both young ladies had the driest, unwelcoming, unapproachable and bothered attitudes. When they finally decided to engage me, they both had the tone as if they were annoyed that I was even standing there and their body language screamed “go away.” It was unprofessional and disrespectful to represent that business in such a manner. I’d never feel comfortable allowing such energy in my space to get a tattoo or piercing service, let alone a simple nose ring purchase. So I kindly took my business elsewhere. DO BETTER!

I got my first nose piercing with them in November of 2021 and I was very pleased. I also just got a tattoo on Friday April 1st 2022 and once again I was very pleased. They are very progressive and knowledgeable about their craft. They are a company I would recommend to everyone in and out the concord area. I would literally drive hours to go to them.

Ive been here on 3 occasions. The first time to get my septum pierced and they incorrectly placed my piercing. The second time I went they refused to do tongue piercings. I went in today and they clearly didnt care about my business. The tattoo artist (2 of them) did not show any interest in helping with a design. They were completely uninterested and did not help at all. One just kept rolling their eyes as soon as i mentioned creative freedom. I am not returning.

Bri was incredibly helpful and made me feel extremely safe as she did my piercing. She also didn’t let me just get my belly button pierced as I originally came for and let me know the risk of infection because of the way my belly button is shaped instead of putting me at risk for infection just for a profit. I opted for just getting my nose pierced and it’s been healing very nicely. Definitely will be back!

My experience with Black Cloud has been awesome every time. I’ve gotten three tattoos from three separate artists and they all did phenomenal. They accept walk ins but are first come first serve receptionists are all super friendly and welcoming.

I went to go get some piercings with my friend, and it was an amazing experience! The artist that pierced us was really kind and did an amazing job, she explained how to clean everything and when we could change the piercings. Over all a great experience! The tattoo i got here was pretty simple so they did fine on that all tho the artist did cut me with the razor and did not bother to clear the blood from my leg, more importantly don’t ever get a piercing here. they are not friendly to those who are new to piercings, and they are dirty. they lied about the medal that they where putting in my daith piercing and they placed a front helix piercing way to close to may face had it retired a month later because it just was ugly positioning. i kept trying this place out to give them another chance but not anymore there are plenty of good shops in charlotte no reason to go here

I stopped by Black Cloud on a whim yesterday and got a tattoo that I had been wanting for over a year but was dragging my feet on scheduling an appointment for. It was great to just be able to walk right in and be in the chair within half an hour, instead of scheduling a consult and then getting put on a long wait list. I did go right as they opened on a weekday, so I’m sure they have their busy times and can’t always see clients so quickly. @furiousgeorgelefler had an impressive portfolio and was extremely professional and welcoming. He was sure to confirm that the design and placement were what I wanted every step of the way, and the price was very reasonable. The pain wasn’t bad at all and my tattoo looks amazing - it’s exactly what I wanted and I can’t take my eyes off of it! I’ve already gotten so many compliments too!

Services provided at this location was great. My tattoo artist Felipe was amazing. Felipe knew exactly what I wanted, and even went beyond by touching up an older tattoo. Felipe’s art was very detailed and tedious. I love my new tattoo and was happy to show it off. Will be going back for more artwork.

My sister and I walked in and were seated within 20 minutes with a sketch and everything. We both got a small matching tattoo and they both took about an hour. I loveee it! The piercer was amazing! She sat me immediately and I was done in 10minutes. The prices are exactly where youd find elsewhere. It is in the mall so I recommend going on a nonbusy day like the weekday and before school lets out because the parking can be scarce.

Wanted to get a few fingers ink in black simple lettering and was quoted 400. That’s an amazing ripoff I don’t care how good the artist is. Better get quotes from other shops before checking this one out.Edit: I appreciate management trying to correct the situation but I’ve already had the work done at another location. I have to stand by the review as I got quotes from 2 other local shops for less than half what the “artist” quoted. In fairness to the management I will amend the review from 1 to 2 stars but customers in the area should still double check quotes from this shop.

The young female piercer, pierced my daith and provided real, constructive feedback as well as exuded professionalism. I would come back to get more cartilage piercings.They provided cleaning care instructions, gauge and length of the jewelry, which no other piercing place has done for me.

Was there to get a tattoo touched up by Felipe, he is an amazing tattoo artist, I would highly recommend him.. Once I was done with my tattoo I decided to get the other side of my nose pierced. All the piercers there are very professional and keep all their areas and equipment very clean. The woman that pierced my nose lined up the piercing she was doing on the left side of my nose perfectly with the one on the right side of my nose and I was very satisfied. Extremely disappointed with the customer service quality today. My boyfriend and I went in to inquire about nose piercings, when we walked in there was one female associate with dark hair, she didn’t even look up from her phone until we were standing right in front of her. She proceeded to be short with her answers and had zero hospitality. Asked which size stud we wanted and put them in front of us, we said the smallest one, she asked again “ok so which one?” Made us point at it as if our answer wasn’t obvious. We wanted piercings today but we turned around because the terrible customer service. We will not be back.

I came in as a walk in for a tattoo and he was able to get me in, in the last 40 minutes and finished the tattoo in 20, there was a bit of a language barrier don’t let it stop your from trusting him his works awesome! but he made sure I knew everything he was using and why he was using it and even used a translator when he couldn’t put it into words what he wanted me to know to make sure I understood! Definitely get him to do your tattoo if you can he did a even better job then the reference photo I showed him.I definitely plan on going to him again when I decide what tattoo I want next.

On the spur of the moment, I decided to get a tattoo. When I came to the Concord location, I realized I had to make an appointment and wait 2.5 weeks. It was enough time to get what I wanted and to give George time to design it.George was awesome!!! I gave him pieces of images that I wanted integrated and he made it happen, in a creative way, for me to memorialize my father. George was down to earth and connectable. He is my tattoo artist!
