Love this place! So grateful for affordable tattoo removal. Too many places in the Bay gouge you for tattoo removal services. Not here. Everyone who works here is so nice, too. They give you an ice pack after every session and send you convenient text notifications and reminders.

How did i get so lucky! Miss Rosalyn is a god send. I was so nervous going in for my first appointment. She immediately welcomed me with her kind heart. She assured me every step of the way and let me take as many breaks as i needed. Touch of an angel if you will! If you have any tattoos that you’re no longer in love with i highly suggest unchained from the cave. I have had 5 treatments so far. The pain to me is similar to rapid rubber band snaps or bacon grease splatter at 100mph lol completely worth the end result. Thank you so very much Rosalyn and family. I will forever be grateful 🥰

This place is absolutely amazing! For years Ive been looking into getting my tattoos removed because Ive been very unhappy with them. Ive gone to a few other places for quotes on how much they would charge per session and one place told me that for my full back piece would be, not joking, $33,000 for THREE sessions. $11,000 per session! I of course did not go there and continued to search for more reasonable prices. I first found one in San Jose that was a great price and nice people and while going to them I found unchained from the cave was closer to me and their prices were even better. After being quoted $11,000 for a single session and then finding unchained from the cave, I was ecstatic! I would bet money that you cant find a place that will beat their price. But the price isnt even the best part! Rosalyn and her staff are absolutely amazing! They Always happy to see you, treat you like your friends from day one and make you feel extremely comfortable during the process. I have kind of long sessions lasting upwards of 15 minutes and Rosalyn is constantly making sure that my experience is going well. She knows what shes doing and shes a great people person. Very easy to make appointments and I have never had to wait past my appointment tome. Actually most of the time, shes called me back early. So, If youre wanting to get tattoos removed for a great price and by someone that will take great care of you, unchained from the cave is THE place to go!!

Stay away!!! You get what you pay for. I had 7 previous sessions at other clinics with no problems. At Unchained from the Cave she turned the intensity of the laser up way too high. My skin instantly boiled and bled severely. She didn’t provide any aftercare. I had a puddle of blood seeping though my pants by the time I got home. 3 months later and I now have a large scar.

I’m on my 8th removal session with unchained from the cave and let me tell you! My appointments are always on time, she’s very informative and through covid has adapted new procedures to keep the environment clean and safe for customers. I’ve had no scarring and my tattoo looks so good and is almost completely faded! I still have a couple more sessions but I’m so happy with the results I’ve received so far! If you’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo removed I HIGHLY recommend Unchained from the cave. I promise you’ll feel so much better once you’ve started the process.
