I went to Savannah for my first tattoo and it was a great experience! Prices were more than fair, facilities were clean and comfortable, and Savannah was very professional and friendly! There is a reason this place is on the busiest business street in concord with the most foot traffic. Over ten years now and it’s because of QUALITY WORK by artist who care. My wife and I both just got 2 tattoos each by Scott & Beth. They were extremely professional. Gave input on placement and their thoughts as to why you’d want it there or even a better location due to body movements etc. High level of detail. Highly recommend. We are going back in Sept 2024. I also know of at least 10+ other people who have been here and continue to go back.

First visit here on 5/28/24 for a charity event to benefit Darbster Doggy. I got one of Nicolles pre-set designs. The booking process was easy peasy, the shop was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Nicolle was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with my lil tatt and hope to re-book with her soon for more!

Liz did an amazing job on my tattoo. She was very responsive during the design process and was receptive to my feedback and changes. When I arrived she was very professional and friendly. Her space was kept very clean. The flower bouquet tattoo she designed for me came out beautifully and is healing great.

Customer service was 100%! Asked to get squeezed in for a couple family members as a birthday gift. Beth and John did an awesome job! They had awesome attitudes and were a joy. I know we will definitely be back for more ink!

My mother and I both wanted a matching tattoo of each others handwriting and didnt know the process in doing so. We had Anna Small as our tattoo artist and she was amazing. She took us through all the steps, and designed our tattoo using personal writing and it looked just like the exact replica. She made sure we were satisfied with everything and made sure we were super comfortable. She also introduced us to her cute dog. Overall it was great and would strongly recommend her!

Ive been twice, both times seeing Liz, and Ive yet to be disappointed. Shes great, takes her time & you can see she loves what she dkes in her work. Both times Ive wanted a special design and each time shes blown me away. I will continue to come back to her always!

I love it here! every artist is so incredibly nice, inviting, and most of all talented. i personally have only seen Savannah L so far, she’s done the majority of my tattoos now and they are always so well done. she’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you’re comfortable through the whole tattooing process. i will definitely continue to see her, and will very likely start seeing some of the other artists as well :) highly recommend it here!

Absolutely love this shop. Everyone is approachable and it’s not your typical tattoo shop “vibe”. I see Scott and he is insanely talented, gets his pieces done in a timely manner and has regular hours which is really important as someone with kids in childcare.I have many tattoos and often feel uncomfortable or “not cool enough” in these shops but I feel so welcomed at CCT. All of the artists are awesome and I will continue to give them my business for years to come!

I have gone to Nicolle on 4 different occasions for my ink. She is so fun to talk to and makes the time fly by, and her work is AMAZING! Her lines are so clean. I get compliments on her art all the time. She does work more in the black medium and her stipple work and detail are stellar. I highly recommend Nicolle for your tattoo needs. She does have an instagram page that showcases her work, and this is what drew me to her as I was looking for someone that specialized in black ink specifically and she has not dissapointed, which is why I have gone back to her time and time again!

I went to Nicholle after reading her reviews. I had a cover up tattoo done and its amazing. Everyone is telling me youwould never know it was a cover up. It went from a heart to a paw print and I love it ! She also touched up my foot tattoo and it looks so much better now. I will be booking my next one soon with Nicolle !

I have been tattooed by Nicolle three times now. The first tattoo was a cover up I had her do on my forearm and I am soo grateful I did! You cannot tell it is a cover up and its a beautiful piece. She is professional, but also very fun and out going. My little brother had passed away on 2018 and after having her do my cover up, I wouldnt have trusted or wanted anyone else to do the memorial piece for my brother! She puts her whole heart into it and that is what I needed! (On top of being my therapist during the time hahah). I have recommended Nicolle to many people and will continue to do so! I walked into to set up an appointment and very luckily had Savannah Burney up front. After going over my idea and the size and location she was able to help me then and there with a walk in appointment to put an amazing tattoo of my wifes hand writing and it might as well been pasted on my chest from the reference page. In between we went back and forth a few times via email, tweaking little things on paper, to get my piece just right before my final appointment. Was looking for a shop one day to get a matching tattoo with my mom and thats how I found Nicolle. Since then she has been my go to artist. Her work is incredible. Ive had to do 2 reworks for me as well as 6 other pieces and currently doing a sleeve for me. If you want black and grey specifically or realism she is your girl! But she also does a killer job with color pieces. Always friendly and welcoming. Definitely someone you want to book with.

Love picking my artist and working with them to design something unique to me. Would recommend and I plan on going back for more once healed.

I just got my first tattoo at capital city and I am extremely satisfied with the results. My tattoo artist Ben was super patient with me because this was a new experience for me and I’m super thankful. While I was there all the other artists that were taking off for the day came in and complimented the work and they were all extremely nice. Ben was and has been super helpful before and after the tattoo answering all my questions.

I have gotten 6 tattoos from Jimi so far, and he is my go to when anyone asks for an artist in NH. He gave me exactly what I asked for, was very clean and friendly, and all of my tattoos have healed incredibly. The studio is always clean, and everyone is so nice. I will be coming back to see Jimi for the rest of my tattoos.

Great experience!Savi was very professional but also personable. Its not always easy to achieve that balance!She told me right up front that she was an apprentice but I noticed that she didnt seem to need much reassurance.As she should, being an apprentice, she was overseen by her mentor who was close by and confirmed that everything was as it should be before she started - right down to the length of the needle. She had it all right, by the way.The tattoo sensation was...a tattoo. Not the white-knuckle pain of an unsupervised apprentice in Canada that never should have - but I digress. It felt the same as every other tattoo Ive received from seasoned artists.She, herself, was really cool. She has the bartender vibe. We talked half the time and the other half wasnt awkward.She also checked in every once in a while to make sure I was ok.I guess people would want to know that everything was sterile that should be and that all precautions were taken to insure our safety. Check and check.All in all, really good experience. I would go to her again without hesitation!

Ive known Nicolle since middle school and she has always been talented. She has done amazing work and Im so beyond happy with my ; suicide awareness quil, a cover up, my cheshire cat and the floral forearm sleeve. I have a few more plans for her in the future and I just know they will be more than I imagine. ;)

Got a tattoo here a year and a half ago by Nicolle and it was done terribly. It was my first tattoo so I didn’t know how bad it was at the time, and figured her 8 years of experience would be plenty for my simple number tattoo. $100 as required for shop minimum plus $20 tip for my 2in tattoo. Finally got a touch up done this week and was told that she went too deep which caused scaring. My tattoo is still raised over a year and a half after getting it done and it always will be. I followed the aftercare to a T given it was my first and I was paranoid. Do NOT recommend going here. Attached is a photo of how it looked before I got a touch up, from an actual GOOD artist.

I got my spine tattooed a few days ago by Beth Sikes and i couldnt be more in love with this tattoo. She was so nice, I dmed her on instagram and the next day i had my appointment scheduled. She let my friends join me for moral support, the vibe in the studio was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, overall she was extremely accommodating. The tattoo came out better then i ever could have hoped for, if i could give more then 5 stars i would. This was my very first tattoo! Was nervous, scared. I picked out a large piece for my first one with lots of details! I ended up getting Nicole, as they said shed be the best for this piece. Showed up appointment day, Nicole was very professional, friendly answered all the questions I had, made me feel totally comfortable. She allotted 6 hours for my tattoo, she finished in 4!! She was incredibly genuine, and incredibly talented, her detail work is amazing. Look at her page, you just may see mine... I am going back I want another one, and no one else but Nicole will do it. This was my first experience at Capitol City Tattoo and I have found my forever parlor! I have been wanting my third tattoo for awhile and once I knew what I wanted I reached out to Nicolle! Her response time was unlike any other and her communication all the way to the appointment was amazing. She listens, gives killer advice and her artwork is brilliant! Had a beautiful memorial feather tattoo done on my forearm by Nicole. She was wonderful to work with, listened to my ideas and concerns, punctual with the appointment, clean office, great website appointment platform to use which is so good for those of us that work late shifts. Healed nicely by taking Nicoles advice using tegaderm. Id go to Capitol City tattoo again and I recommend everyone.

Scott is a pretty cool dude. First tattoo with him and he was reasurring even when I wasn’t worried that much. Stepped out of his usual type of work to do my piece. He executed perfectly and I love it. We sat and talked about a hobby we shared. Shop was nice and clean. If I decide to get more work done, I’ll definitely try to stay at Capital City.

Went in for Mother Daughter tattoos last night atmosphere was very relaxing .It was my daughters 1st tattoo she was a little calming. Kenny explained what he was doing in a very calm soft voice and it completely eases her mind .We both had a great experience and will definitely be going again for our next ones

I got a tattoo done December of 2019. It looked really good as soon as it was done, but the artist had pushed down fairly hard and it led to my tattoo gradually bleeding over time. The lines are very thick and now it looks incredibly muddy just a year later. They were super kind, sanitary, and timely, but unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the tattoo I received.

I highly recommend Nicolle!! She does an amazing job! I get so many compliments on my tattoos she did.

I recently visited Capital City Tattoo in Concord, NH with the idea of getting STAY GOLD tattooed on my fingers / knuckles. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Shiloh.Shiloh was incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in every way.Over the next hour and a half to two hours (i lost track of time) Shiloh completed my tattoo. Her work was great and I look forward to visiting her again for my next tattoo.CCT is reasonably priced, very clean, and the staff are great. As well as extremely talented. I give CCT 5 stars. I will definitely be visiting Shiloh again for my next piece of work.

I wasnt much into Tattoos, but I decided in a pulse move that I would get one and so I did. I got roses on my side and it came out beautifully, then a month later I got a bird on my shoulder not that long ago and it came out better then expected. I am defiantly looking forward to getting my third tattoo soon. I never review on google so this is a first, but I defiantly would recommend this place. I defiantly dont regret the tattoos that Ive gotten and am in love with them.

The place is clean and gives you confidence that they are a reputable establishment. The owner, Scott, is the ONLY person I will EVER allow to tattoo me. He is one of the best I have ever seen. I had a terrible botched tattoo by a larger reputable studio in Manchester. I was not happy so I gave a leap of faith to Capital City. Not only did my artist perfect and correct the new tattoo but she impeccably added another I was looking for. I appreciate that my artist was so focused and didnt settle for anything but perfection. I look at the tattoos from her everyday and they are absolutely flawless.

I have gotten a few tattoos there, I wanted to do some touch up work, when I had called they said the girl was leaving and Anna was taking over her clients and was told to schedule it online. I scheduled it and left my description of what I want done and it was set for a week out. However the day I was going they had texted me and off the bat said she couldn’t do it today and I explained I couldn’t do it for the day she said cuz I had already that day off of work for it. She was completely rude and unprofessional. All this because of poor communication within their shop and I wasted my a day off when she could’ve let me know when I scheduled it a week ago. I’ll no longer go back there.

I am really not the type of person to write a negative review about anything, but I had such a terrible experience here with my piercing. My friend and I came in on Friday the 13th get piercings (which I know, I probably shouldn’t expect much from a cheaper piercing)- but both my friend and I have had terrible reactions. I have a ton of work done and plenty of piercings on my face, so I really didn’t think twice about getting my daith done. My friend got the same as me. We went into a really well reviewed tattoo shop after to get hers changed to some different jewelry, and the piercer insisted on taking hers out. He had me take a look, and the reason was because the piercing was done so close to the outside of the ear, you could see the bar through her skin. He let her know she couldn’t keep it in or change it because if it got stuck on something (clothing, hair, etc), it would literally rip out of her ear. I decided to leave mine in because it didn’t seem too bad and I’ve it for a while now and have developed THE worst infection I’ve ever had from a piercing. I went into my local shop that took my friends piercing out, and he immediately took it out, letting me know it was done pretty sloppily, super slanted, and done with the worst quality jewelry possible. I’m really disappointed by this place. Like I said, I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I decided to come here because of all the positive ones and just want to let people know that not everyone had a fabulous experience. I would suggest maybe looking elsewhere for piercings.

Not happy with the service. Right from my consultation this person has an uninterested attitude before I even described what I wanted. After he said he couldnt do it he did not suggest any of the artist there that might have been able to do something with what I wanted. Waste of time.

Had my nose pierced here. Piercer was very friendly and helpful. Healing process went without a hitch, it was so well done it needed the bare minimum for aftercare. Very impressed.

My daughter got her first piercing today (helix). Tiffany was wonderful, knowledgeable and very professional. We will be back again. I highly recommend this establishment.

Got a nose piercing about two years ago but they pierced with a 16g and had a 16g stud in and it’s affected my healing and I had to size down it’s never fully healed…you are supposed to pierce a nostril with 18g and use 20g jewelry, and he went right through scar tissue on the side I said I didn’t want so the wrong side, and it cost $125 for one nose piercing…everywhere else it’s $50.
