Primal Urge Piercings

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Chad was so great with her. He made her feel really comfortable. The next morning she got her earring hung in her backpack and we couldn’t find it to put it back in. I called Chad and he was able to get another earring back in with very little pain. Thanks Chad for making my little girls first piercing such a great experience.

Took my wife in to get the daith peircings done for her cluster headaches. Chad was nice and asked if it was too bright or too loud from the music. He could tell she was having them at that moment. After the piercings were done (got both ears done but you don’t always have to) there wasn’t any relief at that moment. When we got in the car to leave she could feel relief and then four hours later, they had practically gone away. She is looking forward to getting sleep tonight. Thank you Chad!

I went to Primal Urge yesterday to get a third hole pierced on my lobes. First thing when I walked in I was greeted by a really nice man. I was taken back to the piercing room and was pierced by Chad, who by the way, did an amazing job on the placement. I’ve only ever had piercing gun piercings (which are terrible), so I didn’t really know what to expect. However, it was almost 100% pain free for me. Another thing I really enjoyed was how sterile the whole shop felt. I’ve been to some really shady piercing shops that didn’t have the most sterile environment, so walking into a sterile shop made me feel a lot better about my experience. Chad did an amazing job on my piercings. And they were relatively cheap to get. $40 before tip. As of today, I have noticed in comparison to the piercing guns, that I have almost NO blood around my piercings, no “crustys” around them, nothing. They aren’t even that sore either. I 100% recommend coming here. I will definitely be back for some more piercings, and hopefully some tattoos!!

Had a great experience at Primal today! Chad was really great answering my questions, having patience with my nerves, and talking me through the process. I got three ear piercings and it went great! The place is very clean and well lit. I felt super comfortable during the whole experience. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone I know

I mean I really cant complain. Walked in, was greeted by a guy (the tattoo guy?), waited just a minute, the piercing guy (Chad) came to the front and brought me back, then boom, boom, ears pierced, heres how to take care of em.Id never had anything pierced before; I kindof expected to be asked about that and whatnot. But to be fair, I didnt really ask any questions. Plus I only had lobes done and I assume lobe piercing is as workaday as anything for Chad.He does not use a piercing gun, quick and clean process. I expected it would hurt because theres no numbing or anything that they do, but it didnt really. It was like I got stung by a buff bee.But yeah I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes and 5 of it was waiting in the lobby. Pierce job looks good. Was not the experience I expected, but as I said, cant complain.

Update: He messaged me and apologized and offered to make things right and I appreciate that!Really missed up my nipple piercings. He didnt mark me and one piercing was improper placement, and the other was crooked.... I have never had a piercer not have my stand up and mark me for a piercing. I did a review on his Facebook page and he deleted it and blocked me!

Chad took the time to explain everything and kept me relaxed. Everything is clean and sanitary - definitely a major improvement over other tattoo/piercing shops Ive seen. Best of all, the piercing looks fantastic!

Dude was was over an hour late!Just to tell me couldnt pierce my daughters ears on Fridays that I had to come back on Tuesday...
