Krystal was great. In and out real quick (under 20mins) and accepted me as a walk in. Very professional and explained every step. The environment is clean and comfortable. Love the art on the walls. Love my two new piercings. Very minimal pain. Ill be back for more, soon!

I went in to get a new septum ring after I lost the ball on my original one- we all know how much that sucks. I called and asked if they had any 14g septum rings and they said they did. I thought they looked a little large but bought them anyway- lesson learned. I found out after putting one in that it was not 14g, but something bigger (another piercer guessed they were 12g.) My piercing started bleeding (it’s three years old) and I had to go elsewhere to buy one that was actually 14g. Another piercer verified they were larger than 14g. Might have been a mistake on their part but it cost me $60 on the wrong septum rings. The top septum ring in the photo is the one I got from here, the bottom is the 14g ring I was trying to replace.

I went in for my birthday and Krystal did an amazing job piercing my nose. I wasnt sure what beautiful stud I wanted but she sure did help me out by showing all the pieces they have. Plus answering any questions I had, even demonstrating how to put the piercing in and out. When it finally came to putting in the stud she was relaxed and professional through out the whole thing. Even reassuring me, as Im new to the piercing world, and telling me how to keep it clean. Besides all that, the inside is beautiful! I loved all the decor around the building. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be coming back, I 1000% recommend!

Krystal did an amazing job on my piercings and has since done 4 of my friends! All of us have been so happy with her.Brendon has now done 4 (soon to be 5) of my tattoos and hes the absolute best. Keeps everything very clean and relaxed. Listens to what I want and makes suggestions to ensure the art turns out looking perfect. Highly recommend going to him for your work!Overall, the entire shop is just the place you want to be and the people in it are the ones you want to be around.

Got my Friday the 13th tattoo and it looks amazing! Black Hare as a whole is such a great shop and they really care about their clients with any questions or concerns. My second skin left some residue on my arm and they were so quick to respond on a Sunday evening! I will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

Their front desk service could be better... But Hunter did an Awesome job with the girls tattoos & Krystal did a great job with my Daughters lip piercings, she was very kind & patient with her.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I got 2 piercings from Krystal yesterday. She was fantastic! Walked me through each step as she did it. My neice (over 18) got her ears repierced and she was nervous. She did them so efficiently, she had no pain a couple hours later. I will definitely go back.

Such a great shop! Got my nose done recently and was able to walk right in. The shop provides great jewelry and made my first time in years as relaxing as possible. Krystal was amazing!

I called Friday to get in to get some work done that was pretty critical to me. I wanted to make an appointment to get this done the next day. I was assured this would be just fine and to show up the next day at. I show up a touch early to see a line around the corner for a flash sale theyre doing for the eclipse. I call and ask if I should just come in and was told to just try another day. I rarely have time off... I scheduled this specifically because I had a rare opportunity to get this done... hence why I called. Who knows when Ill have another chance... It for sure wont be here. Pretty disappointed. Extremely unprofessional

Have been to two different artists here they were both amazing. They studio is amazing and everyone there helps hype you up when you need it

My wife and I came in and got a tattoo as a walk-in, the tattoo looked great but we paid $100 cash and the rest on our card as the price was $180.00 with $25.48 in tax so we should have only owed $105.48 but they didn’t take the taxes from the cash we paid on it and charged us an extra $15.00 Making our price $220.48. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Tattoo artist was cool front desk chick didn’t really understand the math there. Tax shouldn’t have been nearly 25% of the tattoo price.

Makenzie did a awesome job !!!!! I get all my tattoos from her and she never disappoints! This one isn’t all the way done ( got to go back for the color ) but of course she nailed the fist part like always !!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I’ve gone to separate times to get my ear pierced by Krystal. She is so fantastic. I went to another place here in Conway and it was so painful that I swear I would never get another piercing. So when I came to her I expected the same and was extremely nervous. I was SO wrong. The experience was a million times better. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable and it truly made a huge difference in my experience. She did my piercing so quick and painless. It’s healed so nicely. I will forever come back to her if I decide to get more in the future

Came in here yesterday 10-27-2023 for my birthday as a walk in to get a ring tattoo. I own a business as a arborist by trade so its a danger for me to wear my wedding ring while working but i still wanted something so i finally decided to get a ring tattoo with some trees. I was introduced to jessica one of the resident artists. She was very kind and pretty professional. Having been my first tattoo i wasnt really sure what to expect with the whole process or pricing. We went back to Jessicas booth around 2:20 and she was totally done by about 2:45. Although i wanted a little more detail she recommended more simple and ultimately i respected her opinion and the tattoo is not bad but also i wasnt totally impressed more just maybe a little underwhelmed. I was definitely taken back by the cost however. Initially she mentioned maybe 100-150 but afterwards i got on the website i realized she charges 150 per hour and it took her about 20-25 minutes in total waiver included (maybe 10 -15 minutes of actual tattooing. I paid 170 and i tipped her because Im just that guy but to have paid 200 dollars in total definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Specially after speaking with several friends and a couple other local to Russellville artists afterwards. Everyone of them gasped at what i paid for what i got. I definitely think i was taken advantage of being as this was my first tattoo and honestly its a little embarrassing. I have a full sleeve plan that Ive been thinking on for a very long time but not sure i will do that at black hare tattoo unless its with Teryn as Ive been looking through his work. I know this experience probably doesnt represent the business as a whole but Ive already had a few people ask where I went specially because Ive talked about getting one for so long and they have heard this same story with the same gasp reaction. Anyway I guess lesson is know what to expect if your a virgin tattoo recipient at black hare tattoo.

I had been searching for over a year to find the right place and artist to turn my arm into a sleeve. Thought I had finally found it when a friend of mine had a beautiful tattoo done here. I reached out to the artist via Instagram and she quickly responded. We started a conversation and I told her my ideas. She asked if I would come in for a consultation so we picked the day and time. I show up and she did not. This is why we make appointments plus I live 25 miles away! I was met at the front desk by a nice lady and told her who I was there to see. She informed me that the artist had to take off that day. Well, I was hoping she would at least reach out to me with a reason or I am sorry, a lets reschedule even maybe? Well its been two weeks. It literally takes a few seconds for a simple text, message or phone call. Poor way of doing business if you ask me, very unprofessional.

Krystal Ashlock did an amazing job on my industrial piercing🖤Although Ive had lots of piercings, she still went through each step, and told me why/what she was doing .The piercing was quick and less painful than my previous industrial done at another shop & she got it exactly how I wanted it (more vertical)The shop is nice & super clean. Krystal, Logan, and everyone are very friendly!

My appointment was at 12:30 with MacKenzie. She didnt come out until 1:15. She walked around twice. I could see she was pacrastanating she was taking her time. She had to look at the picture about 200 times. And it was a stencil not free hand. It took her till 3:30 to finish my tattoo. It was small and it was a lotus flower with no shading except in the middle. She over charged me. She charged me 450$. It should have taken her about a hour and a half. I approached her about being late. She told me I wasnt here on time. Which was a lie cause the other artist was the tattoo ing my boyfriend. Everyone was nice but I dont recommend Makenzie because she will over charge then lie about you being late. Im very disappointed . I could have gotten this tattoo for about 200$. I will never get another tattoo there. And I was visiting town for my birthday. Wow what a birthday present.

Krystal did my septum piercing today and was so kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend her. The shop was also very clean and had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Logan did an awesome job, he did my best friends and my tattoo. They only took a couple of hours each and he made sure we were comfortable and ready before he started. Their shop is nice and very clean. Ill be going back to get another soon!! Thank you Logan for the great tattoo 😁😁

Nikki first gave my daughter her “Always” Deathly Hallows tattoo to match mine, but then added the watercolor to hers! It was my gift for her 18th birthday/graduation. Then I went back the following week and had Nikki do my “Hamilton” tribute tatto, and had her add watercolor to it because I was so impressed with the job she did on my daughters!! It was an absolutely AWEEESOME experience both times! I would highly recommend her and all their other artists! Another artist(Teryn, I believe) did a tattoo for my ex husband a few weeks ago, too! Serotonin composition compound! All of us are highly satisfied with our results, and I will for assure Be returning for more!! They’re all great artists, but Nikki gonna be my go-to for sure!! 😁😍 Even if she’s a Slytherin! 🤣🤣

Absolutely beautiful shop. Teryn did a cover up on my leg, did amazing I must say. Ill be getting my whole leg done by him now. By far the best shop in Conway and Ive been to a few. One of them was just covered up by Teryn. Again must go check him out if your looking for a local artist.

I travel from Cabot to come up here to be seen by Emily. She is everyone’s tattoo specialists dream. She envisions your pieces with you, offering great details to enhance the look and design, without being overly pushy or cocky in a “my way or the highway” like attitude, like many artists can be. She’s got a gentle hand but her talent is incredible, shading is on point, and her eye for symmetry is perfection-istic. What she charges is MORE than fair for the quality you get in her artistry. I have many tattoos -being military and moving around a lot, and she is hands down the best artist I’ve seen; in creativity, talent, and bedside manner. I refuse to see anyone else since I’ve found an artist that checks ALL THE BOXES! So happy!

Emily and Tyran are both very welcoming and professional. They dont just throw a Tattoo on you, they make sure that what you are getting you will be happy with for years to come and the quality is Beyond compare.
