Artist was amazing! Ink bubbled up bad & came out few places. with good care, not my first tattoo. Not sure I would go back . People were friendly & like I said she drew it amazing with fine lines

The people were extremely nice but the work is pretty terrible. They were running a black Friday special so I went with my sister to get some early tattoos for our birthdays later in the month. They couldnt even get the simple line work right. My lines are shaky, crooked, and half of them dont even show up. Ive got quite a few tattoos and have never had someone be as rough as she was with me. My sister didnt have any better of an experience. Her tattoo also has shaky, crooked lines and her artist (different from mine) was way too rough with her. I thought going during a deal would be a nice treat for me. (Being a single mom and trying to splurge on myself for once) I guess you get what you pay for. Save yourself the trouble and find a different shop.

I asked for a flower tattoo with lines, my flowers are so blurred together you can’t tell what it is. None of the line work is clean. I have about 50% maybe more of my body tattooed and this is the worst and only tattoo I regret

ETA:A new artist at Psycho Ink contacted me and offered to fix both of our tattoos for no additional charge. They do both look better now, but there are still pieces on each that need to be fixed, because they were not completed during the second session. Honestly, were both still frustrated that these incredibly simple pieces will require at least one more session to look decent. However, I would like to add that the new artist, Ty, was very nice. The owner was much nicer this time as well.Ive debated whether or not to share this review since the incident occurred, but after seeing several other people post bad experiences with this shop on Facebook recently, our experience obviously wasnt just a bad day - apparently thats just how these people do business, and I feel like I should warn others.My partner and I decided to stop by Psycho Ink a few months ago to each get a super simple tattoo. We checked their portfolios in the shop and all of the work we saw looked good, so we didnt think to really research them. Big mistake - thats on us. I honestly dont think the work in the portfolios is actually theirs, after this experience.The entire experience was pretty bad. The artist (Carlissa, maybe? I cant remember her name) who did my partners piece, was very openly annoyed immediately during our initial interaction. That should have been our sign to leave. However, once again, these were such simple tattoos, that we didnt think we would have any issues.Both of our tattoos are outlines of characters face and hair from a TV show. They were each $150-200, so not super cheap. And literally, just an outline of the face - no facial features - and their hair shaded in. The artist who did my partners tattoo completely butchered it. She shaded in what was supposed to be open space around the mouth, instead of the area that was the beard. She realized her mistake and immediately ended the session. She didnt try to fix it or rework the design to save it - just bandaged him up and said sorry. So this character looks like he just has giant O shaped lips now. The owners daughter told that artist to try and call the owner to see what they needed to do, as she had just left a few minutes prior. We were there for about another hour while my piece was being finished, and the owner never showed back up or called them back. My tattoo also didnt turn out great, but it wasnt quite as bad. The character in my tattoo had long hair with bangs and two buns on top. The outline was jagged, there was a lot of empty space that didnt get covered, the buns were misshapen and one is bigger than the other, etc. Unfortunately, because of the blood and ink, I wasnt able to see all of these details until it had healed a bit.The owners daughter assured us she would have her mother call that day to work out how they would fix my partners tattoo or if they would just give a refund. She never called. It took several days and calls before we were able to reach her. When I finally spoke with her, she said they would do a cover-up and give him another tattoo for free. When I asked if it would have to be done by the same artist, or if we could request someone else, she immediately became rude and confrontational. I told her with how badly she botched his first tattoo, there was no way he was willing to trust her with another. She continued to be incredibly unprofessional and kept referring to my partner as your little boyfriend. At one point, she apparently thought I had laughed at her and flipped out even more. (Psycho Ink, indeed.) I ended up hanging up on her. We chose not to go back due to how bad both of our tattoos turned out and how disgusting and unprofessional the owner was. 100% DO NOT recommend this place.

I have been going to psycho ink since I was 16 and never really had a bad experience until today. There was literally probably two artists in there, the owner and some guy I’ve never seen before. The owner(artist) agreed to do my tattoo, she’s done decent work on me before, but for some reason she just completely forgot how to tattoo loll. All I wanted was a spiderweb with a spider coming down it on my knee. She did not understand the assignment. The pain was like a seven and the outcome was a -10/10, the lines were terrible, I kept having to point out spots she missed etc. I just respectfully said thank you once she got done, and I left. I do not recommend psycho ink if you want a tattoo.

Zero stars if I could. Came in, paid for 2 piercings. Tipped the piercer.Long story short, they mess up my piercings. Alignment is off, the new piercing is basically placed on my old one.I called ahead, explained the situation. They said that I could come back in and they would handle it.I show up at the shop after driving from Little Rock, which I mentioned, and they tell me that they cant do anything until the piercing is healed. Not mentioned over the phone when I called. Already aggravating.Then they say that they have to take the piercing out to reuse the jewelry because then they would lose money, mind you THEY messed up my piercing. I would then have to wait for my hole to close, and then repierce it in the right spot or I would need to pay for a new piercing.If youre looking for trash customer service, a terrible experience, and a way to waste $150, this is the spot.

This place was awesome! I went in last night for my first tattoo and Brandy was amazing! She took care of me and made it an excellent experience. I also love her story of how the shop came to be. I will go back to her for sure for many more! What a great place!

Annoyed because my bellybutton piercing isn’t healing because they put too short of a bar in right after piercing it. I have 14 other piercings, I know what I’m doing. The bar is simply too short.

They can’t keep good employees for some reason. There has only been one artist that I’ve liked their work since the pervious owner joe; however when I went back he Chris was no longer there. I went ahead and received a tattoo from another artist and was very unsatisfied especially since I paid a few hundred for it and didn’t receive good quality work. An went back for a touch up and still the same results. I will never go here again.

Called, asking for nostril jewelry changed to a flat back piece similar to a labret and was told, We dont do that. I asked why, expecting a legitimate reason, and she got snarky with me, WE dont do that! So, I called another shop. Chad had the jewelry and fixed me right up.

Super clean place, and very nice people. I had to get a daith piercing changed out because the ones I had in was bothering my ear. They did it fast and it was painless. She told me every little step as she went along so there were no surprises. I will come back for new piercings and tattoos!

I went in about 3 years ago to get a personally drawn peice and saw Sally. First Id like to mention how friendly the entire staff was even after the person I was there with caused a huge scene the night before. They still were kind and professional the next day when I actually got the tattoo. Even after all of that it was made sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Highly recommend these guys!

I went for their Friday the 13th special and had such a great experience! It was my first tattoo and my artist, Randall, was very kind, helpful, and did such a great job! Awesome people and awesome work!

Had my belly pierced at a different tattoo parlor, and it got infected called and called I had gotten no response so I called psycho ink, and was told to come in so they could look at it. They had gotten me all fixed up with new jewelry at an amazing price, and needless to say they are amazing i am no longer in pain. So this will be the only parlor I go to from now on. I definitely recommend them they are very clean, very nice, and very professional about!!

Got my septum pierced about a month ago and got my nipples pierced last night. Cody is amazing! Hes super patient and understanding and knowledgable. He knows what hes doing and knows how to make you feel comfortable while getting stabbed with a needle. His station is super clean as well. 10/10.

***Great personal experience (Psycho Ink)***I just want to brag on and highly recommend Psycho Ink and Lewis whos the artist there. I had gone in with my best friend and gotten matching tattoos of dandelions on 3/17. The ink had fallen out of mine and hers both to varying degrees due to location and healing process. Bc of the 90 day policy that the shop holds we were able to get our tattoos touched up together and at no cost. The artist who had done our tattoos was no longer there. Lewis did both of our touch ups. His art and technique is phenomenal. He was warm and friendly; a pleasure to have met today. We deeply appreciate him making sure our work was beautifully fixed up. Even though the artist who had done our tattoos originally had left with a moments notice, the shop honored that artists tattoos while working under their shop name. I greatly appreciate and recommend Lewis and Psycho Ink. Amazing work and outstanding people. Thank you!

The only shop i will go to in the future! My first couple pieces Sally did and when I went this time I decided to go with Brady and he did such a fantastic job!! Super funny guy with a super light hand! Definitely recommend any of them up here though!

I love coming in whether it is for tattoos or piercings.... I know Joe always has my back. Lewis is pretty awesome as well when it comes to tats. Mine and my daughters didnt hurt while getting them or during the healing process!!!

Sally did my nose piercing. She was awesome! When I sat down I panicked hard core but it didnt even phase her. She calmed me down, explained every step as she did it, and went for it before I could panic again. Definitely knew what she was doing. And now I have an awesome nose! :3 Totally recommend!

I went in for an orbital piercing, and I should have walked right back out when no one in the shop seemed to know what an orbital was. Also, their after-care kit is a joke. Its expensive and even though I knew better, I still bought it. I think its $8 for a small pouch with a few Q tips, salt, and antibacterial soap in a dollar store travel container. The soap irritated my piercing and dried it out. I switched to cleaning the piercing using Wound Wash as other piercers have recommended.

Wanted a tattoo of an old time Singer sewing machine. Stopped in and took a look at some portfolios and I liked Kevins work. He did not disappoint and was professional and yet funny. The shop was clean, bright and overall it was a great experience.

Theyre great and will be back for more ink! And I love my unalome.....

I went in a few weeks ago to see if I can get a memorial piece for my gma who recently passed away and he took time N drew up the picture witch took him about 45 min to a hour of his time to get me a price 400 the quality looked amazing and well worth it I will be going back to get it when I get the money they all were sweet and very perfessional thanks

They will over price you if they do not want to do the tattoo, and then if you ask for a different artist that they have that might want to do it they will start using foul language and kick you out. There is a couple that runs the place. I believe the ladys name is brandy, they are constantly verbally abusing each other in front of clients. I have been to a lot of places to have work done on me. By far the worst shop in arkansas.

Terrible customer service! Walked in and no one said anything until I said somethin5-10 mins later . There were 4 people there. The lady that was running the shop April 1st around 12:30p was very unprofessional, racist, and just all around terrible

The owner and her daughter were so rude. Cussed out me and my mother. Tried calling the cops to get us off the property so they didn’t have to do a refund on a tattoo Tht was never even started. DO NOT GO HERE! I promise there are better places.

Well if they mess up on your tattoo and they have you wait until its healed to do something about it you still have to pay for it. You dont get a refund or anything for your wasted money and pain and suffering for having to wear their mistakes for the rest of your life. Especially when its noticeable and illegible. Its ok though yall got one star bc I couldnt go lower. I will not be going back nor recommending yall to anyone. Pathetic excuse for a tattoo shop. Will not be back for anything.

Guy freedhanded the stars and has apparently been tattooing for 17 years. The first time I called they where nice and calm and said that the owner would be calling me the following day. Next day I called back and the lady was rude and aggressive. I paid $300 for a touch up and they complete ruined it even more. Another note they are very unprofessional they was making fun of other customers wanting tattoos even the owners daughter was making fun of other customers. All in all would not recommend this highly unprofessional under qualified tattoo shop

Absolutely amazing sally did an amazing job on my dream catcher and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Sally is amazing and an awesome person, I love all her tattoos. Definitely will be going to her in the future for more!!!!

Walked in told them what I wanted they drew it up and then gave me the tattoo for a great price and the tattio exceeded my expectations will be coming back for future tattoos 100 percent recomend everyone was so nice and the place was kept clean

I got a tattoo from brady and it was a simple tattoo. line work with a bit of shading and he dug so deep into my skin there is scarring. i have 4 other tattoos done by other artists(not from psycho) and NONE of them look or feel like this. i’m disappointed and will not be going back. my tattoo is raised and all while following their “tattoo care” sheet.

Adam, the artist did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. The owner/manager on the other hand was very rude and unprofessional. I feel bad because the artist are so good but have to work for a lady that is rude to customers.

The artist in this shop have no professionalism at all, grabbing papers out of customers hands when we said we didn’t want to get a certain size tattoo, an shoved papers in our face (literally) just to prove her point that she was not a talented enough artist.Would suggest not to come here.

Had my nipples peirced. The lady who peirced them was very knowledgeable and was teaching another young lady how to peirce. The needle was the worse part of the experience and that my boyfriend couldnt come back with me because of COVID ☹️

It’s called psycho ink for a reason. The owner is insane do not let her touch you with a needle. The other artists are good but she is unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. They rip you off with the prices you’d be better off going somewhere else.

I go here for piercings and tattoos and not once have I been disappointed. The staff is AWESOME!!! I recommend them to everyone who asks me for great service in a clean environment.

I got a tattoo here about 8 months ago from Kevin and I absolutely hate it! It doesn’t look how I wanted it to and I was told I would get a touch up when/if it faded. I went in and showed them how bad it’s looking and was told it would be a minimum of $80 to touch it up! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Worse place ever. had to have 2 tattoos re done and charged for it. .. got 2 microdermals done by the lady there and she messed up on one and wouldt fix it unless I paid her another 40 dollars for one. very rude. would not recommend this place.

I just wanted a small campfire mabye 4 inches without light details (literally just shapes), and the artist say he cant do unless its 15 inches and costs 450 dollars. What a scam, my 10 year old cousin can do this with her eyes closed. DO NOT GO HERE! The guys name is Lewis btw.

The lady literally told us to get the F out because we felt like we were being over charged for a very small tattoo.. 250. For a tiny hand tattoo without detail. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I will not return to that shop at all.

I went there for the first time last week and got a tattoo of a blue heart on my wrist and followed he sheet they gave me on taking care of but 2 days later it got infected and has a fever. Now it’s peeling off and pussing.

Super over priced. And no one there looked liked they was happy to be there and when we asked any questions they would huff and just roll their eyes super disappointed to the point we just walked out.

The chick at front fesk looks like her tats r from prison!!!she basically said that they dnt have the skills to do anything but semi-colons...she has no people skills. And i wouldnt give them the opportunity mark ur body.. Scary to think they give those folks the chance to mark ur body.. BEWARE.. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE!!!
