Kelly Krantz is a beast! He has done 3 different pieces for me over the last month and has knocked them out of the park. He’s great at listening to exactly what you want while also giving you his professional opinion on placement and the way things will interact! The entire staff has been super awesome each time I’ve been and I’m looking forward to many more appointments at Hero!

First time at this spot. I was greeted by a super nice guy (dont know his name, sorry). He worked with me and the pic I wanted the went to Chris for the ink.Great guy. Understood why this tattoo was very personal to me. Great job except there is a little something that needs fixing if possible. Ill pop in there one day to speak with him.

A group of us walked in to hero, not expecting service, but the Hero team activated and catered to our requests. The 4 of us were very happy with the results and extremely happy with the service we received as no reservations were made.Thank you HeroPlace was clean, organized and Here team welcomed us as if we were friends!

Probably one of the best tattoo experiences Ive had. This was my first tattoo since I moved to SC. Everyone I talked to said to go to Hero! Now I know why. Heath was awesome. He took my ideas and made them better then I could have imagined. Hes very personable. The shop is very clean. The staff all support is each other and love seeing each others art. I would recommend Hero (Conway) to anyone that is looking for a tattoo.

I have been getting tattooed by the same person for over 10 years. In fact I still fly to another state to get work done. For sentimental reasons, I needed a tattoo this past weekend. By word of mouth and reading reviews, I chose Hero tattoo in Conway. I was not disappointed. The young man at the front counter was so nice and helpful. Everyone in the place said hello or hey how are ya. The place has a cool vibe. The artist that took care of me his name is Lou was a guest artist from another shop in FL. He was meticulous and checked so many details with the stencil on my wrist like what it would look like with different movements. Being a little OCD, this guy was perfect for me. I love my tattoo. I loved my experience here and I will be back some day. Thank all for helping to memorialize my friend on what would have been his birthday.

I love getting tattooed here! I got my first tattoo done here and I love it! And every tattoo that I have I’ve gotten it done at Hero. This place is filled with super talented and friendly tattoo artist! I love the atmosphere and how welcoming it feels when you walk in. I never feel uncomfortable here and everyone does their very best to make you feel comfortable. One of my favorite things about this shop is that there’s always music playing and everyone’s in a good mood. It’s such a humble tattoo shop and that’s so rare to find. I would recommend this place to everyone who’s looking to get a new tattoo or even their first one.

Best tattoo shop I will ever go to the staff is always Nice and helpful and Jeff the owner is the best - they can do anything for you they can redo tattoos or do a cover up I have been going to him for a few years and don’t recommend anyone else

Hero has the best tattoo shop in Myrtle Beach . The staff at hero is very friendly and will make you feel very welcome. Both shops are very neat and clean with a comfortable setting . I just recently had a tiger done on my leg by jeff . I highly recommend hero to anyone whether its your first time or youre a experienced collector. , Just had my back done by lenny at hero . Absolutely love it here. I have been living in the MB area for almost 4 years now and its taken me some time to find an artist I love and trust. I Found Molly not too long ago on Instagram and absolutely fell in love with her style. I went to talk to her about 4 different pieces for my arm and recently just got the first one done as a cover up on the back of my shoulder. She listened to what I wanted in the tattoo and also added her own unique style. I did have her change the design and she was totally cool and accommodating. Nothing but 5 stars for this girl! She is so talented and works pretty quick without compromising quality. I cant wait to go back for my other 3 tattoos!

I went there to get my first tattoo. The tattooist were very friendly and welcoming. the environment was amazing. Mr. Ian did my tattoo and it took him max 10 minutes and it turned out great! very quick and steady hands! i recommend this parlor to anyone!

I found this place and I must say it was a hidden gem! We were greeted immediately! They have great customer service and Emily was quick and efficient! It was my partner’s first tattoo and Emily’s lightheartedness made the process so easy! We were in and out before an hour was up. We both got 1 medium sized and 1 small tattoo. When I come back to Myrtle Beach and want some work done, I will be coming here! Heath did a great job! I had a bad tattoo from years ago that I wanted to deal with. He listened to what I wanted and came up with a couple of ideas. We settled on one and he did an excellent job. Nobody would ever know the other tattoo existed and I really love how the new one looks. Everyone was nice and supportive. The price was reasonable and the results were terrific.

Best place in Myrtle in my opinion. Have had several tattoos there. Lenny is a really cool guy and does exceptional work! Staff at hero has always been the best in the Strand. Molly did a small walk in piece that turned out PERFECT! You cant go wrong with this shop in Conway! Id give it higher than a 5 if possible.

Very nice guys, very talented staff, very accommodating to customers. My friend and I came in to get our tattoos done and the guys were so nice and patient with us. Their pricing was fair, and they still took the time to do our tattoos even though we didnt have any appointments made. My tattoo artist did my tattoo BEAUTIFULLY and identically to what I wanted, and the other artist who did my friends tattoo was the same way with her. The next time that I am in Myrtle Beach and wanting a tattoo, I will definitely return to Hero.

First time at Hero today and the staff was very friendly. Jason did GREAT with my tatt. Came out exactly as I wanted! Even got a touch up on an existing piece for a great price since I was already there. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to hero tattoo back in January to get my first tattoo. Ian was absolutely amazing with keeping me calm and walking me through everything from the actual tattoo process, to the care afterwards. I got a memorial tattoo for my pet and it maybe took him 5 minutes. The shop overall has an extremely friendly and professional environment and I would recommend Hero to anyone looking to get a tattoo done.

Wonderful doesnt describe my experience well enough!! I went for my first tattoo. Zach explained everything, listened to my visions, looked at my pics then created the most amazingly perfect tattoo to memorialize my parents who both passed away in 2016. I never wore sleeveless shirts before but I sure do now!

Emily was my artist and she was fantastic. She took my idea and gave me exactly what I asked for. Sterling at the front desk was also great. She was very courteous and helpful. Price was also very reasonable.

My best friends came to visit and we planned to get matching tattoos. a couple years ago i got my first tattoo here at conway location and it was a wonderful experience, so i knew things would go smoothly for all three of us. i submitted an appointment application, called and left a voicemail, and received no response from anyone. i’m disappointed for not even being acknowledged and hope for the future, to at least receive an email.

People there were super polite and nice. I like that when i showed Molly my tattoo, she printed out 3 different sizes of the tattoo and gave me the price for each. I got the one that fit my budget of course but i absolutely love it!

I have been twice and both times Heath has tattooed me. He listens and really makes my ideas come to life. The establishment is very clean, the staff Is friendly and easy to talk to. The prices are exactly what you should be paying, they dont charge you more than is appropriate.

This is the only place I get my tattoo from. I’ve had 6 tattoos done by Mike or Jeff. The work is phenomenal, pricing is very fair, and the shop is very relaxed and easy going. Lots of pictures of work to see and guidance from professional artists to help you visualize and achieve the best possible tattoo for you that will look great for years to come. I went in with a faded tattoo that was a at home mistake. Donavan fixed the messed up writing and really brought the tattoo out like it was meant to be to begin with ! Definitely happy with the results of it !! And right in my price range !Im so in love with it now ! ❤️

How you treat people goes a long ways. The owner is very nice and professional. I dont believe the artists at this shop make mistakes very often, but I do know if a mistake is made the owner is quick to resolve any issues.
