Walked in for a double ear lobe piercing. Chad was great. Friendly and did a wonderful job. So good, in fact that my extremely nervous “mom” piped up when I was done that she wanted hers done as well.

10/10 would recommendNot only did Tim do an amazing job on my tattoo he also made it an extremely comfortable environment. The vibe and all around aesthetic of Primal Urge is fantastic and undeniably the best. The price was so cheap for the work he put in and he finished my tattoo way sooner than I had expected. How quickly he finished did worry me at first but oh my lord it looked exactly how I imagined it would. He is very gentle, precise, understanding, and extremely talented at his job. Tim now has a new loyal customer and I cant wait to go back. ^-^

I would fully recommend Tim! He is hands-down the best Ive ever been too. My mom and I came in last minute before she flew out back to California. We wanted a memorial tattoo for my grandfather and Ive had the idea in my head for months. Tim literally brought it to life in such a short time and very littleexplaining. Tim is amazing!! He was super cool to converse with, not too heavy handed, did both shading and line work in under 3 hours, and the shading is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been using his aftercare instructions and CeraVe moisturizer and it’s healed beautifully! I also appreciated that he took the picture I gave him and created something more original for me. Got my first tattoo, covered my full forearm and a heart on my other forearm. He does a great job, trustworthy and a good guy to be around. Will definitely be going back to him for my next tattoo.

I had went in for a walk in nostril piercing, I have one already and wanted to get my second done. I had the placement moved down twice and it still ended up very lopsided, I had to take the piercing out. I live 45 min out from Conway and wasn’t able to see how bad it was until the swelling went down and I was already home. Very sad.

Went in with friends to get piercings as a birthday celebration and was quickly assisted. Everything went very well and we were probably in the store for 30 minutes max. In total my friends and I got: 2 lobe piercings, a helix, a tongue piercing, and a septum. The piercer was very kind, calm, and professional throughout the process. It was an awesome experience.

I had an appointment to get a cartilage piercing (two other friends went with me to get piercings of their own as well: industrial & doubles). I went in SO nervous to get the piercing! It was not at all as bad as I thought it would be. Chad was so great! He was so calm (which helped great with my nerves) and did everything professionally. I enjoyed my time here, and if I ever get another piercing I will definitely be coming back!

Got my first ever piercings a few months ago from Chad! Septum, and my first lobes. It was an amazing experience, super quick, clean, and professional. Theyve all been healing beautifully and Im so in love with them. I have no idea who has done my piercing since he didnt say his name 🤣 whoever did my nose piercing today he did a really good job! I had to come in an hour before my appointment but they accomodated with that. Got a nicely professionally done piercing with minimal pain. More than satisfied! Will definitely come back someday for a tattoo! Their nose piercing was $45 btw. Good value for the price!

I was very happy with primal urges for my piercings. Chad was awesome and I definitely would recommend you go to him for your next piercing. I contacted him through email and he would reply back really fast. Im glad I did my research and made the 3 hour trip to get my piercings done here! If I decide to piercing anything else I will make the trip again.

I got a cartilage piercing from Primal Urge. I hadn’t gotten a piercing since I was a little kid and didn’t remember what I went through with them. Based on reviews and pricing I picked primal urge. I got a guy named Chad who did my piercing. First off, I was in and out of the building in 5 minutes. He didn’t give me any care instructions for my piercing except a printed sheet of paper for all piercings, not my specific piercing but all general piercings. He told me to wash the wound with wound heal twice a day and rinse it. He gave me 3 options for my piercing and I went with the small diamond option, but apparently it has come to my knowledge that the earring he gave me was too short for a fresh piercing which explains why it got infected 2 weeks after getting it. I’m a very hygienic person and I knew very well I was going to have to take care of my piercing but I didn’t know I was going to be doing it wrong. It was 6 weeks after my piercing and I called to ask when I could replace the earring with something prettier or more my style. I was told I couldn’t remove the earring until 6 MONTHS after the piercing. 6 months. Not weeks, months. I asked for clarification. They said 6 months without removal. The care sheet they gave me to read didn’t even say 6 months it said 6 weeks. I called a different tattoo shop (NVUS) and they fixed me up nicely. It turns out, all of the people I know which is 5 different people in total have had problems with this place and their piercings. They need to stick to tats and that’s it. Do not go here for piercings!!

My daughter and I went a got piercings today, her ears and my ears and nose. all questions we had where explained and fears or concerns where eased. There was also a little after care and TLC that was very appreciated. Was a very exciting experience. Loved it. Very recommended.

I got my ears pierced today. I took less then 5 minutes and just felt like a tiny pinch. I’m a huge baby when it comes to pain so I was very surprised how little it hurt! Definitely would recommend anyone coming here for a piercing!

Ive gotten my nose and cartilage piercing done by Chad. They are very professional, sanitary, gentle, and all around amazing. Never had any problems out of my piercings and will only go to Primal Urge for any further piercing.

Wasnt even allowed into the building. Their Google page says they open at 10:30 I got there at 10:55. A man stopped me at the door and rudely asked me what I wanted. I told him I was hoping to buy some jewelry, he wouldnt even let me in the door and said that their lobby doesnt open until 11:00. It was literally 10:55. When I told him I wanted to buy body jewelry he said I would have to text this number and pointed to a number on the door and then shut the door in my face. Texted the number then got a call for a response and that person wouldnt even be there until 11: 30. The guy on the phone seem nice enough but said he couldnt help me unless I knew what Gage my piercing was. Since this is my first piercing I dont have that much experience, he said I would have to call the shop that did it to find out. I told him they dont open until 2:00 he basically said he couldnt help me then.

Love this place! Very clean and very polite people. I got the daith piercing for migraines. I had a migraine when I went in and it was instant relief. I thought it was just because my ears were sore, but still no migraine and I had them daily! I am a believer so far...if it helps my migraines at all, then that will be worth it to me! Thanks so much!

Changed my septum jewelry that was done wrong by a different parlor. He had a hell of a time due to it being pierced crooked and in the wrong spot. Greatly appreciate the patience and willingness to help a lady out! Will be coming here in the future!

Im giving 4 stars due to only getting a piercing. I do not know about the tattoo quality. But as I read on Googles reviews, Chad is the man when it comes to piercings! Great guy and he took care of my wife and I nice and quick, it only cost $60 to get both of our lips done. If ur lookin to get a piercing go see Chad!

I took little red here to get her ears pierced. Chad was great with her. She had a little break down before she got them pierced and he was so patient!I would recommend this place to anyone!- side note. I found out several hours later that she had no idea that a needle was even used. 😂- photo note this was taken in the parking lot after we left. No redness, and according to her, hardly any pain at all.

I have several things to say. First off; Chad was super professional, calming, and made sure I was 100% good with everything he was going to do before he even touched me. Second; the shop was immaculately clean. Third; I was put at ease by the amount of knowledge Chad has about his profession, the specific piercings (Daith) I wanted, and the after care. Chad gave me his card and said if ever I have questions or problems with the piercings, give him a call and hell help me out. Im sure he does this with all his clients, but it is comforting to know I am not getting a piercing and shoved out the door. I have somewhere to turn if anything happens with it. And forth; the cost, $45 plus tax for each Daith piercing, including jewelry. I would have paid sooo much more for the relief I am experiencing. Now for the piercings; I had my Daith on both ears pierced for migraine relief. I went in being hopeful, but reserved on weather or not it would work. IT WORKS! I had a severe migraine when I went into the shop, when I left, it was already down to a lower level than my migraines have been in years.. over 25 years. I have exhausted all medication paths, including botox, with little to no effect. I am over the moon with how well these piercings work. It is advised to pierce the Daith on the side you have your migraines, I pierced both since I have them on both sides (left predominately). I am so happy with this decision. I highly recommend Chad for piercings. I am so happy!

Asked for nostril jewelry to be changed to flat-back stud similar to a labret stud. Chad had the jewelry and fixed me right up.

Had to take my septum out 30 minutes after getting it. Was pierced wrong, bad quality jewelry, and poor service. Sold me the wrong sized jewelry & wouldn’t trade it out.Wrong placing for my septum, no count down, completely rubbing against my cartilage. Went to Electric Panther to have it removed and setting a new appointment there to get it repierced.

I called primal urge last Friday wanting to make an appointment for a half sleeve tat the next Saturday. They told me to email them a picture and they would email me back with a time and price. Seven hours later no reply back, so I called. I talked to a girl who didnt know anything about booking an appointment and told me Tim was busy. I waited another day and still didnt hear anything back. Needless to say, I went to lucky bella in Maumelle and couldnt be more pleased with my tattoo.This place seemed very unorganized, who wants to do business with a shady company?? They lost a long term client and I wont waste my time with them in the future!
