Had a great experience with Meech piercing my ears! She is super informative and up to date with all the current studies when it comes to the healing process. She was very professional and had a great personality! The whole process was quick and painless. She gave me her card in case I had any questions in the future. Great shop! While me & my wife were staying up in North Conway I did some research & recommended by a friend to get a tattoo from White Mountain. Mandy stood out to me personally from her fine line work & extensively artistic pieces shes done over time certain style similar to my former tattoo artist I used to go to in Rhode Island. Very welcoming staff, cute location, very clean, & comfortable. Mandy listened 2 all my suggestions & did an amazing job on my arm completing a half sleeve! I will definitely be returning to her in the future & highly recommend this shop! Great artists & great prices!

Went for flash tattoos yesterday- so MANY CHOICES!!! 😍 Everyone there was kind and curtious, even had free donuts and later brought in pizza for the waiting patrons. Ryan did a SPECTACULAR job on my very first tattoos and was gentle, distracting and took his time paying attention to detail. Very knowledgeable in after care and just made it an all around great first time experience. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

She is a fantastic artist and pays attention to detail and quality. She takes the time too make sure your tattoo is everything you want it to be, and she also takes the time to make sure your doing well throughout the whole tattooing process. If I could give them a 6 I would! I didn’t even get anything done here because I accompanied my best friend who was getting her nose pierced. Ryan was so awesome! His welcoming personality was so cool! He was very knowledgeable and funny!

They didnt know me from a hole in the road. Yet the whole process was professional and individualized. Treated me as a person and not just a paint by number dollar sign. The artwork is top notch even being below it. I would 100 percent recommend my words doesnt do this shop justice. Thx again guys

Ryan made the whole piercing process so easy and comfortable from start to finish. He explained everything, including aftercare instructions, so that it was complete but easy to understand. He was extremely approachable and friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. Not to mention I’m thrilled with the final product and he fit us in last minute/day of! Highly recommend!!

Ryan is amazing!!! My 8 yo was very nervous and he was beyond patient & gentle. I have been to many shops & have had many piercings myself and I have NEVER experienced such a fabulous, professional person. 5 stars isnt enough. If your kiddo (8+) has a low pain tolerance and youre looking for an artist who is phenomenal with littles... Dont hesitate to visit Ryan!!

Not even worth the one star rating. The lines on my tattoo are not solid, either too thin or too thick, no consistency. It is losing ink constantly. I asked for a topographic map of my favorite peak and ravine. The ravine is only 1/4 there, and the summit is cut off. I was talked into a diamond shape…. And the artist would not redraw to have the summit and ravine included, saying “This works best.” I was quoted 3 hours for the tattoo because of the line work. It was done in 40 minutes. Complete rush job. I will most likely be getting this covered up since there won’t be much left of it in a year.

So this was my first experience getting a piercing, and my god was Ryan THE man!! I sit well through tattoos but man was I nervous to get my nose pierced. Ryan walked me through each and every step he was going to take and it really really comforted me. We literally sang the song wanted dead or alive during the piercing to calm my nerves and it was awesome! Like a kid I grabbed a lollipop on my way out and couldn’t be happier! Pricing was totally fair and it actually left a pretty sweet gap for me to leave a generous tip which was more than well deserved. Thank you Ryan! You and everyone else we chatted with were so so nice, and that kindness is priceless!

I took my 8 year old daughter in yesterday to get her ears pierced for the first time and Ryan was amazing! He was so respectful of my daughter and gave her as much time as she needed to be comfortable. When she was ready he was very quick and she felt almost no pain at all! He was very clear on what to expect and the aftercare and was ready to answer any and every question that we had. I would highly recommend him for any piercings!

We came in to have our 11 y/o daughter’s ears pierced. Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with her being nervous, waited for as long as she needed, answered all her questions and made her feel so comfortable. He made sure to keep her laughing as well! Together, my family got 3 small tattoos and my daughters got nose studs (tiny!, just the way I like them). Mandy worked with my mom to make her a perfect first tattoo. My husband said Mandy’s art was “spot on” and exactly the way he wanted it, and Steve did a great job shading two small memorial paw prints. Ryan had a sweet personality and was kind and gentle piercing my two daughter’s noses. If we lived closer, we’d be back for sure.

My husband, sister and I decided to get our noses pierced while we were in the area. Ryan was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough in providing information about the process and the after care. We had a great time hanging out and chatting about music while getting pierced. Probably could’ve spent all day hanging out and discussing bands if time permitted! Great experience and we will absolutely return to Ryan for future piercings.

This place is great over all. Clean, good vibes and replies and works with you promptly. Very professional, but also cool environment. Ive been getting tattoos here for a while by both Steve and Mandy, and had piercings done by their piercer Ryan. Always leave happy with their work. Never any issues. Highly recommended 👌

Steve did fabulous artwork. I wanted a scorpion tattoo with my favorite flowers. I don’t think that is easy to render. The entire session was perfectly comfortable and went fast and was actually painless. We took short breaks between stages of lines, shading, highlights, and he rubs your skin with A & D throughout the process. I am literally Pain free and no soreness at all would go back to him in a heartbeat.

This was my 1st visit to White Mountain Tattoo. Adam was my artist and was extremely helpful. The design I wanted had a lot of personal meaning to me and Adam hit a home run. He did such a great job!!! As this was my 1st tattoo, I was very impressed with how friendly, clean and welcoming White Mountain was. I would recommend Adam without any hesitation. I had Nick Blanchette as my tattoo artist. He was a great guy to work with and did a great job. I cant recommend these folks and specifically Nick enough. I will be going back to him for my next few tattoos after this one finishes healing.

I received a memorial tattoo, to honor my brother, which was designed by me and conveyed to my artist, Jess. She took my idea and created such a beautiful piece of art that I had not even envisioned. She was professional, warm and made me feel comfortable. I had never gotten a tattoo before and this one was pretty large for a first timer. But she made me feel so at ease that I was relaxed the whole time. The studio was clean and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend White Mountain Tattoo and Jess!

Five of us were visiting from out of state and went to get tattoos. 3 out of 5 have issues. The artist was supposed to do an s. for me. He only broke the skin on the top half of the s. By the time I rinsed off my hands at home, and the transfer ink washed away, I could see that the bottom was not tattooed.I contacted the shop and the response was that they were fully booked, couldnt help me, finger tattoos always come off/arent guaranteed. This is not my first finger tattoo. It would not be shocking if its fading began after several months or a year, but not before it even heals!!After debating for far too long, the manager tells me that I can come back that evening, but they are making no guarantees that they can squeeze me in, so I should be prepared to wait awhile. That sounds like youre discouraging me from coming.My plans did not allow me to make it there before closing, so I went back the following day, shortly after they opened. I showed them the error and was given the same excuses. The other two tattoo artists that were there claimed to only be apprentices, so they couldnt do a letter on my finger (interpret that as you will.)Being that Im not local, I asked for A PARTIAL REFUND, to help cover the cost of having the tattoo fixed back home, but they refused. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I am very disappointed in the service. Its not even two weeks later and the tattoo is almost completely gone.

I stopped by since I had a gift certificate. The receptionist, who is also one of the piercers there, was very helpful in getting me set up. I will revisit this review after I have my appointment.

I have never left a review of anywhere in my life but I felt I have to for this one. I received a tattoo and I am now going to have it laser removed because it looks so bad. The shading makes absolutely no sense. When I would say what I would like they decided to do what they wanted instead. I’m very upset and just want to caution people from going here. Also I have nothing against people needing a smoke break but taking 4 smoke breaks each lasting 30 minutes is very unprofessional. My friend was in the car and mentioned they were eating pizza as well on the porch outside while I waited. The pricing wouldn’t have been half as much if they didn’t equate the smoke break time into the time of the tattoo and wouldn’t have taken as long to complete either. I will say the man at the front counter was very nice but everything else made it a bad experience.

Daughter had called a couple of days prior to us actually going, as it was an 1.5 hour drive, and she was under the impression that the facility took walk in.When we arrived, we were sadly informed that they had nothing available for the day.After we explained the drive, the call...there was a young lady apprentice who was kind enough to inform us that if we wouldnt mind waiting, she would help us.This young lady finished a tattoo of my daughters with a beautiful mountain scene, it looks as if you are actually looking at a picture.She started to do turtles for me, but her husband wound up finishing, as it was and is my last tattoo, and I was very anxious.All in all, I would highly recommend this establishment

Mandy did an amazing job! She had a tough job of incorporating an older mandala tattoo I had behind my ear wrapping it around onto my face. She was quick but at the same time took her time. She made sure everything was perfect and very precise! I know I won’t have any regrets wearing this!

I have been many times. The current owner makes everyone feel welcome. I find the people that will be taking over the business, have talent for sure, but Ive been a few times and unacknowledged. I highly recommend seeing Adam. I was highly impressed with his dedication to a rather boring piece I wanted done. But he nailed it

I didnt get a tattoo myself, but I went with a friend who did. He has gotten about 10 tats at this location and is very pleased with the artist and his work. I will say the ink is well done and the prices are reasonable. The facility is clean and comfortable, easy to miss if you havent been there before. If I ever decide to get some ink I would definitely go here.

The photo isnt blurry - thats how terrible my tattoo came out. I went in knowing that hand tattoos only last about a year or two, but it looked like this three days later. I honestly believe that the artist doesnt know how to do hand tattoos but did it anyway for the money. I shouldve waited to get tatted by the better-rated shop instead of conceding and going here. Lesson learned!

Ive been tattooed in many places in both NY and Florida and White Mountain Tattoo is by far the best. Very clean and well kept. You can tell they invest in their shop and pride themselves in the way it looks. Im currently having Albie sleeve my right arm and it is by far the best work on my body. I highly recommend them, whether you are getting your typical Mom tattoo or looking to cover your entire body in art. This is the place to go. I do not work there or have any ties with them, Im just trying to help people skip the shitty shops and go straight to a legit Tattoo shop.

Albie did my first tattoo two weeks ago. I was crazy nervous, but he just has a away about him, that gets you listening and chatting along with him, next thing I knew he said you can go take a look. Well although they seem like a clean and professional place, my experience was far from satisfactory.I took my daughter for her 16th birthday, to get any piercing she chose, above the neck of course. She chose to get a double conch piercing. Not only did they threaten to not let her get it done because of her indecisiveness but also told her she was basically a bad kid for not wanting to get what I thought she should. I wasnt upset she didnt want her nose done, I just suggested it. Then the women at the front desk said If youre going to be a brat we wont pierce you at all. First of all, thats my child, dont tell her how she should be behaving towards me. Secondly, she wasnt rude at all.At this point I was already annoyed with this place. I didnt want to go up to watch her get it done, but I was there to help pick out the jewelry she would put in, She chose a spiral with a captive ball at each end. I asked about the pros and cons of captive rings (spiral ring) compared to just studs. The man there high recommended the spiral because studs were hard to clean and could be covered with skin if you swell after.All was fine and dandy and my daughter went home happy with her piercing. For a while, she seemed happy with it. She cleaned it everyday, twice a day. Then finally she realized what an idiot this guy was. Did he not realize that she has hair? Her hair CONSTANTLY gets stuck in the spiral, causing her to have to pull and tug to release it. This irritates the piercing making it tender and sensitive, therefore more prone to infection. Its now been two months later and even though it gets better, then of course her hair gets stuck in it once again.This man should have warned us that if you have thick hair like she does, it WILL get stuck no matter what. Im unhappy with their judgmental attitudes and clearly their lack of educating the client of whats to come. I was finally starting to open up to the ideas of piercings but this place definitely ruined that.If you want to be judged and misinformed, this will be the place for you. If not i suggest you steer clear.

I got my tattoo from Jonny Bullet and it came out awesome. I sent him some pictures of what I wanted and was very happy with the outcome. The place was Very clean and he was very nice.I will be going back .

Brought a friend here for a tattoo. Im not sure what the problem was but we were met with judgement and criticism upon entering. I hung back while friend checked in and went to use the restroom. Not impressed by the trash talking while she was out of the room. I had just picked up a portfolio to check out the work and instantly put it back down upon hearing the snide comments being made.Sad to say this left a sour taste in my mouth. I had been thinking about going here for my next piece but will head to another shop now. Too bad because it seemed like a nice shop.

Called on a whim and was able to get my two friends in for a piercing. Both complemented the piercers professionalism, cleanliness, and relatablity. I will definitely be back for the next piercing i get.
