If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made an appointment for my son at 12:30 today last week. I arrived pier to my scheduled time to then be told I couldn’t get my child ear pierced until 3:00. No one called me to say anything! I will not be doing business with this company in the future. This was the Durham location in Southpoint Mall

Visited Streets at South Pointe Durham, NC mall location and the two ladies were super nice and informative about earrings and piercings. The lady who does piercings has 9yrs of experience and was wonderful with my daughter. Thank you ladies!

They don’t do quality piercing job. Please take care of your loved ones and your money well by NOT visiting this business. My daughter’s piercing was done incorrectly at the Charlotte location (university mall). We had to get that removed ultimately. They had to cut the earring to let the hole close. They also apologized for the horrible piercing work done and the manager at south point mall location told us in 2021 that we will do another piercing for free when it closes completely. We got the piercing removed and were satisfied that we will wait for it to close before returning. Now in 2022, they say we have to buy another pair and they can’t honor the free piercing promise made by an ex employee. Now we are buying it again, what a grand waste of time and money.

Yessenia Cruz and Aniyah La Rocca were amazing to help my friends with their second and third lobe piercings. They took time to place the piercings in the right location (dots) and allowed us (the family) to give advice on the location. The piercings turned out fantastic and the girls were so nice and kind. The customer service was fantastic and the facility was very clean and organized. We had previously had an uncomfortable experience at Claires and it was really comforting to get good customer service from Pagoda.

I went to the piercing place at Southpoint in Durham and had the best experience! The person helping me out was so kind and professional and I’m so happy with my piercing. :)

My sister and I went here to get our second piercings done and the people here were so friendly and helpful!! We both had bad experiences at Claire’s and my sister had an infection that caused her ears to close up. The people at piercing pagoda explained the proper care we needed to take and we have not had any ear issues at all. Definitely my new go-to place to get any more piercings!

I came to see about getting my nose pierced today. I walked up to the kiosk, and there was a younger man working with two ladies together and a woman writing in a binder in the middle of the kiosk. The man was finishing a transaction with the ladies so I stood aside until he finished. Despite him seeing that I was waiting there for help, he started up small talk with the ladies after their purchase without a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” or any acknowledgment even though he made eye contact with me several times. After standing there awkwardly, I asked the woman in the middle of the kiosk was she busy. She responded with “Do you have a question.” I proceeded to ask her about getting a nose piercing, but she continued to write in her binder and barely looked at me while I was speaking to her. I had to raise my voice for her to hear me since she stood in the middle and did not move closer to me. I stopped mid sentence to walk to over to the other side closer to her so I wouldn’t have to shout anymore. I continued to ask questions but received short answers and felt an attitude of annoyance directed at me. I told her thank you regardless and looked at the nose rings for a bit. I still was not asked do I need any help during that time and decided to leave, because I will not be a patron to such a company represented by rude employees. I’m not sure if it’s because I look young, but that does not mean I shouldn’t receive decent respect as a customer.

Got my second and third piercing today and Yessenia (manager) and Aniyah did me and my sisters piercings and they did SO amazing and they were so so sweet! They took the time to make sure that the earrings would be placed in the correct spot and they were just so amazing overall and such wonderful people!! Also, everything was clean and sterilized. Ps. Don’t go to Claire’s because the workers there were so rude and so we ended up coming to Piercing Pagoda and they were absolutely delightful.

Per the website, instrument piercing is free with the purchase of the earring. I went to this location today around 1230pm to get ear lobe piercing and was told that I had to pay $30 on top of the $80 studs I wanted to purchase. This is after I had to wait for the employees to finish their 7min conversation at the empty booth.

This location was great! Very appropriate in customer service! Manager Jessica was great! They definitely have a longtime customer❤️

This shopping mall is really nice and has a great selection of stores. The only issue we ran into was that we couldn’t find a single souvenir shop so it kind of dampened our trip through the mall hut well worth going
