I went to Skin Vitality for an Ultherapy treatment after noticing that my skin was getting slack. During the consultation Dana took the time to listen to what I wanted the treatment to achieve and also to analyze my skin both on the surface and with an ultrasound. I said that I know shes a beauty professional and that I was open to her opinion. Wow did I make the right decision when I said that! She recommended that I only do Ultherapy on part of my face and that I get LED treatments for my redness. I didnt even know my redness was something I could get rid of. She told me all about the procedures and gave me time to research it before I decided. No pressure. I am happy to say I went with her plan and Im THRILLED with the results. My skin tone is so much better and my skin firmness is back to what it was years ago. The only downside is that Im not going to see Dana again for a while because I am so happy with how I look right now!

Used their services for the removal of an old tattoo and some ultherapy skin tightening. I’ve had three treatments so far and I couldn’t be more happy with how things are progressing. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They make it feel like I have a whole team helping me. They genuinely care about the results!

Big shout out to Sigrid York! I can’t express how much I love my eyebrows!! Sigrid was referred to me via my dermatologist who was very impressed with her work. Sigrid’s technique and knowledge of what works for individual face shapes actually, makes my face look younger!

I went to Sigrid for micro needling. Sigrid is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I was unsure what approach to take for an older scar that I was feeling insecure about. Sigrid explained everything well and made me feel comfortable and confident in the approach to helping this scar be less apparent. The overall experience was great and I will definitely be back to see her!

I always look forward to going to my appointments at Skin Vitality. All staff are wonderful aestheticians and they give great and reasonable advice on procedures and skincare. I always feel comfortable that all of my questions will be answered and that my skin is in the best hands. Dana is wonderful and I trust her with anything from a peel to Ultherapy and microneedling. Their skincare products have never disappointed. I have out of town friends who request (read demand!) to get appointments at Skin Vitality when they visit!

I’ve been seeing Dana for years for Ultherapy, peels, lasers, micro-needling, microblading and anything else she thinks will help my skin look better, because I trust her. She knows I’m a natural skeptic and doesn’t push anything on me but again, I trust her. I know she doesn’t perform any procedure that she hasn’t fully educated herself on, and she is without a doubt passionate about what she does. She enjoys continuing education...When I’m in her chair I get treated as kindly as her other clients but I don’t get the same “treatment” because we all have different needs for our skin.And finally because of Dana on most days I can just get away with wearing tinted sunscreen (Elta MD) and no foundation. Freedom!On to Sigrid, oh my permanent makeup.Brows and eyeliner. My eyeliner is the perfect color and it looks exactly as I requested. This place is the best - literally! If I had to narrow it down to the top 2 things I love about this place, its that the team really cares about their clients and about the science. They always customize your treatment based on your goals and what is best for your skin, and never try to push you to more expensive procedures when theres a less expensive option, even though they can do pretty much everything.Theyre also all about that science! I ask a lot of questions, and always ask why when they recommend a new product. Each time, theyve had a science-based answer that includes information about the ingredients and recent clinical trials. I think they like the question because it gives them a chance to talk about the nerdy stuff behind the curtain.Ive seen huge changes in my skin, thanks to their team, and cant recommend them highly enough.

Sigrid and Dana are the best in their field and know what they’re doing. They are nice and genuine people, I couldn’t recommend this business more!

I have been calling this office for days leaving messages trying to schedule an appointment and no on ever answers the phone or returns my calls. Horrible customer service! There are other locations that answer the phone and provide better service to their customers!
