Jess is amazing she is my FAVORITE eyebrow girl. I’ve always had trouble at other eyebrow threading location’s because they make my eyebrows to thin but not with her. I would call before going to ask if she’s there she only works in the morning but trust me it’s worth it. Been getting my eyebrows threaded for nearly 10 years and would 100% recommend her, she really knows what she’s doing.

Im a regular customer of this brow shop, Ive been here over a dozen times. Itd always been a rather decent experience, the last visit was not so. There was a new lady Id never seen before and she hurt me. I literally had to ask her to stop, it felt like she was pinching my face. Ive never had it feel so painfully. Might be time to find a new brow shop for me

Make sure you tell them exactly what you want. I went in for a simple clean up and once she was done, the width on my brows was gone! They were super thin and soooo uneven. I told her they were uneven and her response was “from where I’m standing they don’t look like it”. I’m so upset!

Jasvir was great. Originally came in for henna brows, but after Jasvir threaded my eyebrows they looked awesome. No longer needed the henna. My eyebrows look great. Definitely will be back. She was fast, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

My brows were very thick as they had not been seriously groomed in some time. The woman who did them was very accommodating and quiet, which I liked. My brows were done exactly to my liking without having to say a word.

Its okay for a quick brow touch up if you cant get in with your usual brow artist. I just wish they were a little friendlier and paid closer attention to what you really want to do with your brows. They dont Really spend the time to ask questions or to a consultation. If its my first time getting my eyebrows done with someone I expect them to take the time to really see what Im looking for and try their best to make it happen. But the good news is theyre good at what they do in terms of the actual threading, theyre not going to mess you up or make you look bad. I also wish there was a little bit more reading material while youre waiting in the waiting room. I do like the decor they try to make it really happened fun and fabulous which is always appreciated no one has ever been rude to me theyre really nice not very talkative though.

It’s affordable and they don’t close until 8pm which is so rare to find for an eyebrow place. I only like thread because wax always breaks me out. Preet did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She kept a great conversation going, I love her stories. She has a very friendly and welcoming smile. We just did a clean up on my brows and boy ol boy I look like a decent woman again. She’s new there but I’ve been to this place so many time so I knew my brows would come out amazing no matter who was doing them. Thank you so much! I am obsessed with my eyebrows and I’m going to keep coming back!

Sarb did an excellent job with my brows for my upcoming wedding. She took her time threading and made sure to clean them up nicely. Definitely will go back and ask for her specifically!

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded! It was just for a clean up & when it was done one of my eyebrows was lifted to high & with no shape! I tried calling & they said to wait for it to grow well that’s obvious since there isn’t much you can do! When I came I had shape all I asked was for a clean up but I guess they can’t do there job. Can’t even give me a refund!

Without having to say a word, the woman did my eyebrows perfectly. Nobody knows your body more than yourself, right? You always feel like you have to point something out to somebody performing services on your face such as a stubborn hair that you want to leave because it humbly adds an arch look to your brow. Well, this lady is the master of brows because she was able to take a glance at my brows and know EXACTLY how to shape them. I will keep coming back! Polite, quick, relaxing, great quality work and only $12. my brows went from choppy bush to JUST DO IT✔ in 8 minutes.

Supposedly u guys are meant to be good at cleaning and shaping brows. I had full eyebrows and when I was don’t half of my eyebrows were gone I didn’t know that I was asking to go back in time in the 2000s these eyebrows are too thin. In addition my ear piercing started bleeding because of how harsh and fast she wanted to finish.

Horrible experience I went in for an eyebrow threading and lip and I got charged 30$She said bottom lip includes chin ? I didnt even tell her to do my chinThen my bank was having issues and they legit wanted my phone or ID.never ever going backFor some stupid 30$

Preet threaded my eye brows and I have very thick brows they were so bushy when I went in she left them amazing no complaints! And shes super sweet felt very welcomed :)

Worst worst place!Firstly the women working there did not even smiled or greeted when I entered.Place was stinking.I told the girl i didnt want my eye brows thin just clean and messed up my eyebrows made them so thin and it felt very obvious that she wanted to ruin them.Air conditioning system was switched off and it was suffocating.

Well I tried to be a customer and make an appointment but she just said no I couldnt make an appointment that day and when I tried to find out what day I could she got busy and hung up on me ! I guess she dosent need new cilents / customers

So, I usually go here to get my eyebrows done but this one time I have gone in sat down and the employee was sitting on the sofa on her phone did not acknowledge myself for my daughter and we sat for about a minute and she still never got up from the sofa we stood back up for another minute, then walked out and she still never knowledged or attempted to help us. -mother of two girls

They used to do so great, it’s was worth the wait but not anymore. Never the same lady. Every single one performs differently and not so great all the time.

Sarb did a AWESOME job. She knew how to keep a conversation going & was very NICE. I would recommend her to anybody!

My go to place for threading. They will simply clean your eyebrows up if you wish, no crazy thinning of them(unless thats what you want).

Preet (i’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name) is the best !! definitely go with her, not so sure about the other lady’s but definitely ask for PREET!!!

It was my first time there today and she did a good job. It was also quick and fresh in there.

I asked for a clean up and they did a horrible job took way too much off and very uneven never coming back
