Jeff G. Of All American Tattoo was recommended to me by friends. I told Jeff what I was looking for in a quarter sleeve upper arm tattoo. He drew up all the elements I wanted included, placed them in position on my arm and hand-drew the background to pull them all together. Wow, this guy, William Boston, designed this idea up for us and did the tattoo that day! He had awesome energy and made this a great experience for me and my son, who got his first tattoo! The price was great and the work was great! We will be returning :)

Quick & friendly ear piercing with Jeff for my 7 year old today. She was more than happy with the earring choices they had to offer and most importantly it was a great experience for her!

Went for piercings and had an awesome experience. Friendly and professional. Fast and efficient. I checked before I went to make sure I had all the right documents for my kids to get pierced, and had absolutely no issues. Will definitely be going back for future piercings and highly recommend.

Very rude young ladies that work there. Right off the bat gave me and my family a nasty attitude, not sure if they were discriminating us based on race, but it was unacceptable. A minor wanted to see if a healed piercing can be re-pierced, and without warning stabbed the needle at the piercing sight and made it bleed. Was told “you need to come back in 2-4 months”, with no explanation to why they decided to use force and use the needle. This was my second time seeing these ladies working here and no change of mannerisms.

Did some shopping around for my friend to get her tongue pierced after having mine done multiple times and removing it over three years ago. Being an expert piercer, Jeff was able to assess, taper, and replace (NOT repierce) my jewelry in just a minute or two. He has also done two tattoos on me that I am pleased with. Facility is clean and the shop decor is fun and entertaining. Desk staff was also knowledgeable and humorous.

Came in last Sunday as a walk in and Jacob was able to do a lot more than what I wanted to do originally. He did an amazing job on my knee tattoo. I went back to him Yesterday to get 3 more tattoos on my arm and executed it beautifully. I recommend anyone in this shop. Extreme precision and accuracy and a welcoming staff.

A family member had recommended Jeff for my first tattoo, which was a memorial and I’m more than happy with it, the experience was great the staff was friendly and professional. I’m definitely returning to add on to my tattoo as well as start new tattoo’s would recommend to others.

I’ve been here 2x now and satisfied doesn’t even begin to cover it. My most recent visit was with Jacob. He provides such a calming experience. His confidence and skill are hard to come by, he has really studied his passion! This shop is a great place for piercings. I have never gotten a tattoo here, but the artists at this shop are pretty dope. I got my lip pierced here over a year ago. I was comfortable at the shop because of how knowledgeable they are. If you want a piercing that is bad for your teeth etc, they wont do it. I respect that thoroughly. My piercing never got infected and I still love it to this day! I highly recommend this tattoo shop!

Piercer (I think his name was Jeff) was extremely professional and friendly. My piercing was in a more private area and he made sure I was comfortable. He’s also has a great sense of humor. He made sure to save me money since I was getting a re-pierce. Was extremely quick and even stayed later than his scheduled hours for me to come in. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed. Prices are great too.

Just got my tattoo with Billy, love it! Not gonna name a different studio I’ve gone to in the past, but the deficiencies of that studio became evident when I got this one today. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for more.

The other people working here are nice, but there is someone on the team that loves to belittle and patronize his customers 🫣 If you go here hoping to have a good and comfortable experience but end up with the man sporting a big brown beard, just leave instead!

Jacob pierced my daughter’s cartilage, we had a great experience. Jacob was very friendly and took time to explain everything as he was doing the piercing. The shop was clean and safe. I would recommend this place for piercings!

I went to Jeff after getting several recommendations, and researching who is and who is NOT licensed. The Virginia DPOR regulates tattoo artists. The person you see should be a LICENSED artist. Shop smart!!Jeff is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very talented. I am going back for at least 2 more tattoos.

Every time I have come into location to get a piercing done, Jeff has been amazing! He gets it done so quick and makes conversation so that you don’t feel so nervous. I walk in with anxiety and leave happy everytime.

I had a great experience.. I called ahead 8/13 to see if I could get my both of my tragus pierced! I heard it was pretty painful, however after getting there I had the pleasure of service from Jeff. He was really cool, really thorough and let me tell you, I barely felt a thing except for trying to get the earring through which happens to be my ears fault! I have very small ear which make my tragus Cartilage a bit thicker than most. Still he got both of them pieced under 15 min. In and out and Jeff was very pleasant!PS.I had no trouble sleeping and my ears feel like I’ve had them in for years. Cleaning is a breeze! Right when I walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. I had previously gotten my nose pierced a year ago and also remember having a good experience. This time I got my stomach pierced and it was all great. Very nice and friendly. I recommend 100%.

Very professional and amenable! Was searching for somewhere to get a tattoo same day-- All American took me right away. Wanted a small tattoo so wasnt keen on the idea of making an appointment somewhere. Jeff knocked it out in less than 10 minutes. Got it on my ribs/back, was worried itd hurt more than my previous tattoo, wasnt bad at all--he was gentle and quick. Price was good, clean facility. Highly recommend and would return

I did like this place a lot ! Jeff is great however JACOB HAS NO IDEA WHAT HES DOING! Over charges me and then double charged me for a transaction and then Jeff had to let him know he was over charging! I’d return but not with that person there … don’t even bother going tbh

Got my snakebites pierced here and my bars were WAY too short to accommodate for swelling. i had to remove the jewelry because the back had completely sunken into my lip. the staff is cool especially since one of them walked me back to my car after i got harassed by a super creepy guy outside but my experience with the piercing just wasnt great.

Jacob did my second piercing and highly recommend. so painless and he has such an outgoing personality!

Called and saw Jeff the same day. We set up an appointment for the very next day. I arrived early and he had my art all ready for me. It looked great. Sat down and it took him about two hours. Walked out completely satisfied. Looks great!

I have 18 piercings and Jeff has done 14 of them (the others were before I started coming here) Jeff is always so funny and makes jokes to ease my anxiety (yes i have a lot of piercings but I get anxious EVERY time) Every time i havw a friend that wants a piercing I recommend Jeff!

I got a tattoo a couple of days ago, everything went perfectly fine. Everything was clean and done fast. My only issue is the fact that it was rushed and some of the shading is done outside of the line, AND some of the lines don’t even TOUCH the other. Safe to say i’m never getting a tattoo here again. I shouldn’t have even tipped the guy.

I got my daughters ears pierced there. Shes 1 and a half. They were great with her and didnt make us wait. They pierce with a needle as you should and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Had 2 tattoos done & very happy with the outcome. However, had an appointment to get a 3rd & Darren cancelled on me the day of, when I worked my plans around the time he told me. I’ll go somewhere else where they keep their appointments.

Can’t say enough about this place. Darren has a heart lot of gold. I came to him after I got a botched nose ring that had been bent all wrong and I had tried to rebend myself. He was very gentle and told me how irritated my nose was and even told me about a special spray to help with the stinging and also about putting on tea tree oil to help heal the bump that had formed by my nose ring! Thanks, Darren! Would definitely recommend this place again.

Piercer didn’t have a nice attutuide, the tattoo guy on the other hand did.i’m from richmond and usually prefer women piercers, i don’t want to be talked down to or made uncomfortable in intimidating environments such as these.

Jeff was awesome, 4 yr old daughter had ears pierced, didn’t flinch or shed a tear, in fact said it didn’t hurt at all. 💯 recommend and will be back.

I went to All American for my rook piercing and it was a great experience. I walked in and they greeted me, had me sign my paperwork, and took me back almost immediately. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes for Jeff to finish up a pretty tattoo he was doing for a woman (also looked great btw). In the chair, everything was all set up and he got right to it. He said okay deep breath and it was done. Fastest piercing Ive ever gotten. Placement was perfect and process was simple. Doesnt get better than that! Paid $30 for the piercing. Will definitely go back if I want to get pierced again!

My daughter was supposed to get her belly button pierced and we called and the piercer was supposed to be there 4-8 and we drove 1 hour and 20 min and we got there at 6:48 and he had just left.

I called because I had a question about one of my piercings and the person was rude. I would be mindful if you call on the phone because I’m not the only person who’s had this issue.

Don’t know where to start, first I get there at my scheduled time & they make me wait an extra hour - then tell me they wouldn’t have enough time to finish my tattoo that day and was very rude about it.
