I had the absolute best experience with Charles and would recommend his work to anyone. His work speaks for itself but he’s also a great conversationalist. I spent 4 hours with him today and although the last hour was pretty tiring (mostly from my arm being sore) he never even asked for a break through the whole session. I absolutely 100% will be booking with him again!

Got my tattoo done with Lindsay and I absolutely love it! She was super nice and it was a super comfortable experience! I highly recommend her as well as the shop and I look forward to setting up future appointments with her!!

Super clean very chill shop full of energetic people eager to accommodate for comfort. I’ve been coming here since they opened and they just keep expanding and getting nicer.

Drove an hour to visit Lindsay and get my nose pierced. Shop was easy to find and small but everyone was super cool and they are working on expanding. Lindsay was very nice and professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely be back for tattoos in the future as well.

Ruthie is THE BEST. Dont walk, run to her for your next tattoo! Shes so cool and down to earth and does awesome work while making you feel completely at home! Definitely going to go to her for all future tattoos! Thanks so much Ruthie!

Ruthie is absolutely amazing. I cannot express how great this experience was. I had two tattoos prior to seeing her for the first time and she blows them out of the water. You can fall asleep when she is drawing the outline. I will get ink no where else as long as Avant Garde is open for business.

Lindsay Mize was the first to give me both of my large tattoos! She has also done several on my husband. She’s our go-to Girl! 10/10 would recommend! 😊

Got a tattoo at their Friday the 13th event tonight from Ruthie! I will definitely be going back to her for all my future tats and to have my back piece fixed that I had done when I was 19. Her words, it can only get better!
