A couple weeks ago, I suddenly realized that my nose ring of 7 years had fallen out and disappeared! I decided to stop into Decorum to see if they had any availability to set me up with a new piece of jewelry, and I had a wonderful experience. The shop was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and good vibes all around! The staff was super welcoming and eager to help me out, and so incredibly friendly with helping choose the right jewelry sizing. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality customer service and gorgeous jewelry/piercings! Thanks again!

Truly could not have asked for a better experience. My 8 year old got her ears done and I would recommend to any parent looking to get their kids ears pierced. Every part of the experience felt better than we could have imagined. Just cannot speak highly enough of Decorum!

I saw Zoe tonight for my first ever body piercing (I only have some in my ears). So naturally I was anxious but super excited! The shop is SO cute, clean, and chill. They have an amazing assortment of jewelry. The whole process was easy and smooth, from making sure my jewelry was sterilized and I saw it happening, to the piercing itself. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your piercing needs!!

Zoe was amazing! Very thorough with explanations, the service was lovely, and she was willing to have a conversation with me and the person I came with to help me through my nerves! I got both of my nipples done and the process was very easy thanks to everyone at Decorum. Could not recommend enough.

Zoe is, with utmost emphasis, amazing! I had an appointment today just to buy new jewelry. She was detailed and transparent in her explanations without being condescending. She was also very consent-minded which, to be honest, in the moment felt silly (I mean, I was there for the specific reason to have her to help me with my piercing), but as I reflected on the way home realized showed true caring and empathy. I worked with Zoe last year to get my first piercing ever, and started at an 8g, and from there we have been working my way up to (soon) a 00g. Im really grateful for the teams professionalism and the energy theyve devoted to helping me feel comfortable along this journey. When Ive had questions or concerns theyve always been quick to answer, or give me advice about my piercing concerns.

My experience was so lovely. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, considerate and the place is clean! The aesthetic is airy, refreshing and relatable. I’ve gotten 2 piercings from Zoe here and both are incredible. Healing super fast and the jewelry is so much cuter than anywhere else I’ve seen. I was so excited when I found out I didn’t have to get a plain silver titanium barbell in my septum. I also didn’t catch the name of the person working the counter last Saturday but they were so kind and helpful!

I got two lip piercings by Zoe today and she did an amazing job. The shop itself is beautiful and clean with a great jewelry selection. Ive had piercing services at many other shops and this is by far my favorite. After I went home I had a question about my swelling and they were very responsive. Will be going back for several more piercings.

Nichole was recommended to me to check out an issue with my current piercing (done at a different shop) and she was so kind and gave me her professional advice on what I should do. She gave me tips for how to care for it and what not to do in the future. 10/10 service and atmosphere! :)

Amazing. So clean, going so far as to show you your initialed test strip that goes through the Autoclave verifying your jewelry and piercing tools were sterilized. Myself and my friend were talked through every step and asked how we were doing through out our piercings. Moe and Nichole at the counter were insightful and helpful with our jewelry choices, my friend was pierced by Zoe who was bubbly and outgoing, and Mikayla(so?) pierced me and I was deeply appreciative of their mellow, gentle and friendly personality.

I got two anchor dermals on my sternum here. I had an absolutely amazing experience. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean, thorough, and personable. They made sure I was comfortable and 100% happy with the placement and jewelry, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was feeling okay throughout the piercing process. I will absolutely be going here from now on for my future piercings!

Book your appointment now! This place is perfect, they make you feel so comfortable and it’s soo clean and organized! They have plenty of beautiful jewelry pieces, it was so nice to be able to have so many options. I got my nose pierced and I only had a bit of pressure the day of, and no uncomfortableness after day 2-3. After 2-3 weeks it’s fully healed and I can bump it and it doesn’t hurt at all or feel uncomfortable! Highly recommend this place. Zoe was amazing!

Got my daughters ears pierced and the staff were so kind the WHOLE way! They guided us and were respectful of my daughters choices. It was empowering for her to be able to say no or yes on her own accord when it came to her body. Professionals through and through! Plus texting instead of calling was a feature I loved. Expert advice at my fingertips and convenient on both ends. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Through no fault of their own they had to reschedule us twice. They were super nice and squeezed us in right before close. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Great selection of jewelry to choose from in all price ranges. I got my conch and flat pierced.

All the glowing reviews about this place are absolutely true. The shop is beautiful and clean. The staff are professional and kind. I came here for my nipple piercings and the experience was perfect. Zoe was very knowledgeable and transparent about the piercing and healing process and gave me as much time as I needed to acclimate to my environment beforehand. I was very involved in the placement process; she drew like 20 dots on my nipples until I was happy with the placement.I would recommend this shop to anyone, especially anxious folks or for your first piercing. Loved my experience at Decorum!! They were very helpful with assisting me in picking out jewelry for my nostril piercings. They were also SO patient with me since it took me a little bit to decide. Everything is so beautiful in the shop, very clean and organized too. Zoe made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was gentle while removing my existing jewelry and putting in the new ones. These ladies are the best! I’ve been seeing Zoe for piercings and jewelry for years before they opened this shop. I’m thrilled that they’re in my neighborhood in their own space now. I’ve referred this shop a hundred times over. Especially to friends who haven’t had a piercing before, as I’m confident their experience will be great. Every experience I have had myself with Nicole and Zoe has been wonderful. They’re always so patient and helpful. Nicole helped to squeeze me in for a piercing removal before a last minute surgery, sacrificing her own free time to do so. I got my helix pierced here, which is that higher up ear piercing in the picture. It’s a very nice studio and very clean. I had Zoe do my piercing. She was very nice and got it done quickly. Overall would definitely recommend coming here and getting any piercings done.

Wow! I couldn’t recommend Decorum enough!! Zoe and Morganne were the absolute best—super fun and sweet people. They were so understanding, payed lots of attention to the placement of my piercings, and made sure I was comfortable and on board every step of the way. First of all, the space is amazing. CLEAN, the decor and vibe is next level. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their commitment to safety and hygiene practices are the best Ive ever seen. Zoe was the person who changed out my nose ring and made me a customized blue captive ring with a blue jewel. She took perfect measurements insuring a great fit and look. It is honestly everything I wanted. Additionally she was so kind and fun to work with, a true professional with a passion for her work. Ive gotten two nose piercings here now and I cannot stress how clean, professional, and kind the Decorum staff are! I never write reviews but this place was amazing! I took my daughter here for her earlobes and they were so nice. It had a great vibe, nice people, clean, and most importantly they treated her with care and respect. Absolutely would recommend.

I went in for a tongue piercing, but didnt have the right anatomy, so I got a septum piercing instead! Zoe pierced me and was so nice, realistic with me about my expectations, and helpful! As someone that can only wear titanium jewelry, I often feel like my options are limited - they had SO MANY options for me to choose from and I could not be happier! They are a little expensive, but so worth it for the quality of care, honesty, and confidence you have in their abilities! I will for sure be back!

Zoe pierced the other side of my nose today and it was absolutely phenomenal! They are so so adamant about cleanliness and sterilization which was very nice to see. She made me feel extremely comfortable in the studio and throughout my session which was so so refreshing. Ive gotten pierced in other studios and none of them have topped the experience I had today at Decorum. Went it for a set of high nostril piercings yesterday and had such a wonderful experience. Working with Zoe was so pleasant and she took extra time to make sure my marks were super symmetrical and always took time to check in on my comfort levels. I came here quite a while ago but wanted to leave a review none the less! I traveled from Kalamazoo to come here because I was looking for high grade jewelry in a safe space. I totally found that here! Jess was great and helped me pick jewelry. I spent $800 redoing my whole set up.I specifically came because I had 4 set of piercings all done at the same place here and no matter what I did they were just angry. After doing some digging I was convinced it was the low quality surgical steel that is consistently used in shops.Jess was very concerned about the health of my ears, as was I, and she took great care switching the jewelry out. I brought my husband and kids thinking it would be a quick trip but my husband at one point had to check if I was alive still cause it took two hours, but it’s whatever for great service.6 weeks after changing my jewelry my ears were like new! No more pain, oozing, or hardness. I will always come here for my piercings from here on out! It’s clear the quality and care made a huge difference for me!

A truly one of a kind experience. I’ve never had a piercing approached with the care and honestly kind tenderness the staff of Decorum exemplifies. While not actually painless (no piercing is) the entire experience top to bottom was easy, supportive, knowledgeable, and lovely. It was easy to set up an appointment, they had a great selection of jewelry, the girls were all very professional, and Jess put in a lot of care making sure my anatomy was right and I got exactly what I wanted. Just got my daith pierced here by Jess and could not be happier with it. She is the only piercer I have trusted for years now, but this whole shop is incredible. Zoe helped me pick out the PERFECT piece for my new piercing and helped with the install when it got a little tricky. Jess did a great job with the piercing as well as helping me know what to expect through the whole process. The shop is clean, beautiful, and they are all so nice and fun! Decorum was highly recommended by locals and they did not disappoint! Zoe was so friendly and informative. She gave great suggestions, explained the process step by step, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. It may appear a bit pricier than your “traditional” shops, but the large array of jewelry + the additive steps to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are every penny!

I’ve had my fair share of piercing but I’ve never had such a great experience as I did at Decorum. The shop was super clean and nice, also the only place I’ve ever been pierced where they absolutely assure you, even with a test strip, that everything is sterile. I had my septum done by Jess and it was the best time. She was very reassuring and incredibly professional, as were all the ladies there that night. She even wiped my tear after being poked. I loved it there and will 10/10 be coming back for my next.

Welcomed to sit in a pleasant sitting area ,while I waited for my jewelery to be sanitized. The best experience Ive had with a piercer and shop, hands down. Everyone at the shop was incredible in every way. So so so genuinely nice and fun to talk to. They were very knowledgeable on anatomy and piercing placement based on how it would look and how it would heal for each person specifically. They had great suggestions but respected my choice and bodily autonomy. And I was fully respected as a trans woman to the point where I didnt even think about it. I.e. they just treated me as the woman I am.

I had a nostril piercing done a couple weeks ago. The space was exceptionally clean and I was really happy with my piercing. What makes Decorum really special is how they treat their clients! I had an unexpected MRI of my head that required me to remove my new piercing. The ladies at the shop were very quick to reply to my email for help and made time for me to have it placed back in. Despite the swelling they were able to get it placed back in without any pain. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Decorum to anyone!

Got my nostril pierced by Jess the other day, both the people we interacted with there were chill and made it easy. Super respectful, made sure we were aware of risks and how to take care of the hole in my face while it heals.The getting the piercing part was fun and they made everything comfortable, even offered to not tell me what they were doing while they were doing it in case I was a wittle baby. Also, their hair color was pretty sick so that alone made the experience worth it. 10/10 would let them put more holes in my flesh.

This is the safest, best piercing shop in West Michigan. Every piercer is APP certified. Jess took extra time to explain the piercings, jewelry quality, my past piercing issues, placement of my new piercings and aftercare. She rubbed out scar tissue which I never knew I had, and explained how to help it properly heal! She throughly sanitized everything through a medical grade sanitizer, and helped me choose safe and beautiful jewelry. They have a TON of piercing grade jewelry that is both beautiful & safe. The shop is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. They are extra careful and follow COVID regulations to the book. I will be a forever customer!

I came in today and hady septum and conch pierced. Jess was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through everything and was so knowledgeable. The piercings look wonderful!

Zoë is amazing. This is my second time being pierced by her and she is an expert. She was supportive every step of the way from getting excited about jewelry with me to thoroughness with the safety/COVID precautions. I got my septum pierced here it started off great but my jewelry broke and after a few months I finally got the replacement but the new ball (as they only gave me a replacement for the end that broke) seems bigger than the other. They say theyre the same size but one is bigger. I dont know of its because they were made at different times but the ball hangs lower from the claw on one all they said was they can open it and itd fix the problem or I can spend more money on my already $160 piercing and get new jewelry.
