The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in, Penny and Kristina are happy to provide the best service possible and are very forthcoming with their vast knowledge and experience in the industry.I had my consult and one removal session. And although there is mild discomfort with the removal, Penny and Kristina were comforting through the whole process and very informative with the after care.If you are searching for laser tattoo removal, I recommend Removery. And if you are near the area, the Grand Rapids location with Penny and Kristina is lovely!

I initially scheduled a consult to just get pricing….but with their amazing unlimited treatment package and awesome staff, I wanted to start right away! They are welcoming, personable, fun and ironically make this process enjoyable! Penny and Christina are phenomenal, they are empathetic to the pain endured by tattoo removal and do anything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I am so happy to have started this journey at Removery.

Great customer service! They do all they can to help you reach your goal of your unwanted tattoo with realistic goals/time. They have monthly payment plans if you cant pay in full. Also can choose unlimited sessions for the tattoo or pay per session! Very well priced compared to other companys! Being in the room was comfortable & everything was talked through! WOW!worked with Penny on a consult to remove two tattoos. Penny took time with me and explained EVERYTHING. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, almost like I was chatting with a close friend. Super friendly, informative, and patient people here. Its not as painful as you might think. A tattoo that took 45 minutes to do, the first session of removal was seriously like 4 seconds long. Might need 8 sessions, but that would be 32 seconds of pain vs 45 minutes. Not bad at all.

Great staff. Very informative and fun to work with. I’ve had 5 treatments so far and have seen great progress and. It’s hard to find this level of customer service these days. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could because they not only have state of the art equipment but wonderful people to work with. I get the same staff every time I go in and that goes a long ways for me personally. I can’t say enough good about the staff. If you’re hesitant because you’re not sure of the level of service you’ll get that’s one thing you don’t have to worry about.

RESULTS!! I waited 6 months to write my review. Arielle and Penny are 1000 stars but I was more wanting tattoo removal. I can say without hesitation that the process works. I have a color tattoo and after 6 months there is marked reduction in the tattoo appearance and know that it will continue to lessen. Removery has simply changed my life. I thought I was stuck with my tattoos that I absolutely hated, and that reminded me of my past. This review is about Arielle and Penny at the Grand Rapids, MI Removery location, and my consultant Payton.I cannot speak on the technology used as I’m not familiar enough with it, nor am I able to make a comparison, however the service I received from these three professionals was of the absolute, utmost impeccable experience I have EVER received in ANY service organization, EVER!!!From the consultation Payton was professional, personable, patient, and incredibly informative explaining to me *in detail* the entire process, the technology used, the comfort/discomfort to expect, and the approximate amount of time & number of sessions to remove my tattoo!My first session I met Arielle who was (is) quite friendly and of course very professional! She explained the process again for me, making sure I understand *before* beginning the process with the laser. She was immensely patient and understanding with me as I had not properly mentally prepared myself (even though I was *fully* informed!) and squirmed like a child! 😆My second session was also with Arielle, but this time I had the great experience of meeting Penny! She was also very professional, provided me with a Removery aftercare balm (large because of the size of my tattoo) and explained to me the importance of aftercare.The facility is incredibly clean!! Usually tattoo studios are very clean, as well as doctor’s offices and hospitals, this place RIVALS the cleanest of these places!!!If you need laser removal, this is by FAR the BEST place to have it done by the MOST professional and friendly professionals in the laser removal profession!!! 😍

Kind, no judgment, efficient and organized with appointments, and as comfortable as tattoo removal could be considering youre lasering ink out of your skin 😏 I started out someplace else that was much more expensive and Id often spend half an hour in the waiting room for a treatment that takes 5 minutes. I have been driving to chicago to get the removal and learning that the same place was in Grand Rapids was great for me. Not only were the ladies very nice and informative but they made it easier for me to be able to make this removal happen. There was a lady there when I showed up she was the regional manager I think and she suggested a few things that made it better for me . Love the whole experience. I wouldn’t go any where else . This company is great and their employees are very attentive and knowledgeable .

I went into Removery for a consultation on 3/29/23, and was greeted by two nice ladies by the names of Arielle and Penny. Penny did my consultation, which lasted just over 30mins, she was professional and knowledgeable regarding the procedure to remove tattoos. I left feeling that Removery will proved me with, what I am looking for, which is the complete removal of all my tattoos, Renard.

The girls were very personable. They felt like friends during my visit, so I felt comfortable and confident. The process was communicated simply and effectively. The building is clean and comfortable. I drove over an hour to go to Removery for my services, and I’m glad I did!

Let me begin this review by saying WOW! I cannot sing the praises of this facility and all of its employees loud enough in this brief review. Absolutely amazing all around!I am beyond elated to have been their very first client in Grand Rapids. I was given a warm welcome, very patient and detailed consultation, and multiple payment and package options to reach the goal I was seeking for my laser tattoo removal. This place is leaps and bounds better than the other places I have found in the Grand Rapids area for removal services.The process is quick (once you begin your treatment schedule, each treatment will have you in and out within fifteen minutes!).I would love to tell you it is pain-free but thats person-dependent unfortunately. For me, its far less painful than getting a tattoo itself (contrary to what Ive always read that removal is twenty times more painful). I barely noticed it being done and couldnt believe each tattoo was done within a minute! Honestly, Im really looking forward to my next appointment!The aftercare is simple, but make sure you follow it! 30,000iu minimum pure Vitamin E Oil after 48 hours, and Massaging the area after five days (to increase blood flow and speed up healing).I have discussed pricing and plans with other local facilities and never liked what I heard. I did my first treatment at Removery within minutes of my consultation because of how I was treated, listened to, and payment options I was given.This place is worth every minute of your time. If you truly want to proceed with erasing a peace of regretful ink (mine were the ever-so-classic 90s nautical stars, haha) then definitely schedule your consultation here! Itll certainly be something you wont regret. 😉

Went in for my first treatment and staff was so friendly. The procedure was over a lot faster than i expected and recovery just feels like having a sun burn. The staff at Removery was great. There were friendly and very informative. There were several payment options to choose from. The laser portion was quick. The only con is the location as it’s on the busiest corner in Kentwood (East Beltline and 28th Street).
