I just came across the Honolulu piercing company today while looking for a piercing place to have my daughter’s septum pierced.We came in as a walk-in and Summer help us at the counter. She walked us through all of the cost of jewelry, explained high-end and low options and even allow us to change our choice even after she had set up. She was highly accommodating!We waited about 10 minutes for our piercer to get Thing started in the back and Danila walked us through each step. She explained exactly what to expect, she was very patient and guided my daughter to lay correctly. She Gave my daughter time to get ready and measured things out so that everything would look as perfect as possible.My daughter does have a deviated septum so she did have to adjust the piercing but, we very much appreciated that she took the time to make it look it’s best and didn’t just shoe us out the door. She made sure she was proud of her work! We highly recommend them for any and all piercing needs!They treated us well and answered all of our questions!They were affordable and are there to help us care for and guide the healing journey.We can’t wait to brave our next adventure with them! They were fricken amazing!!

Danica was very sweet to my little girl. It was her first time and she was afraid, but Danica helped her brave up! Everything was very clean and professional. This was our third time with them and we would go again!!

Got a same day appointment with Tony for an ear piercing for my teen. The location was an easy walk from our hotel, and the entire store was so clean. The front counter staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. You are required to bring an adult ID, along with one for the minor that matches your last name.Tony was professional and walked my teen through the process and made sure she was completely comfortable. He took his time and made sure the marks on the ears were lined up and even before beginning. He was really friendly and made it a good experience. I definitely recommend Tony and this piercing studio.

Came in to buy new tragus jewelry and have it inserted. The piercer stretched my gauge without my knowledge or permission. It wasn’t until I mentioned pain afterwards that she replied “oh yeah we just stretched your gauge.” My ear was in so much pain for the new two days that I couldn’t sleep and I eventually had to remove the earring myself **see photo!**. She even put the jewelry in with a piece of hair stuck in the earring. $60 wasted on the most unprofessional company. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Stopped in to check out the only APP studio out here in Honolulu and I was so impressed. As the manager of an APP studio back home in New Jersey, these guys definitely know what they’re doing. I met their piercer Bronson and what an absolutely sweetheart. The studio is incredibly clean and has a beautiful selection of jewelry. 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for a piercing or body jewelry in Honolulu!

Bronson is a total professional, extremely patient and very humble. 10/10 suggest. Front desk is 10/10 welcoming, professional, and all around super nice. I came in for lobe piercings but because of thin scar tissue, wasn’t able to move forward with the piercings. Bronson set me up with multiple alternative placements that I ended up loving. Bronson also gave me a referral option to another shop that may provide the service that would best fit my scar tissue situation, thank you for being humble enough to refer me instead of taking a job that may have not have turned out.

I actually had my piercing done a few months ago while on vacation but had to come back here to make a review. The whole team here left a lasting impression! Hazel and Mel at the front desk were fantastic! Very personable and Genuinely seem to care About the folks that walk in the door. Bronson did my double tragus piercing and wow what a fantastic human being! Such a sweetie and so knowledgeable! I wish I wasn’t on the mainland because I truly wish they could be my regular piercer! (Just another reason to vacation to Hawaii for me)The establishment itself was clean and also just looked dope as hell!Thank you all so much

Brit was extremely knowledgeable and Hazel was super patient with me. I came in to get my right tragus pierced (I’ve had my left done for years ). I expressed my wanting this new piercing to help with my migraines and she recommended the daith piercing, so I got both done. I was extremely impressed by Brit, she had me in and out of the piercing chair quicker than it took me to decide which jewelry to buy. Everything was spotless and extremely clean. I will be coming back to get my industrial pierced at a later date. Also, if you’re local let them know and they’ll give you 10% off the Jewelry. The picture was taken about an hour after my ear was pierced.

Scheduled a piercing apt via their website and they were able to get me in the same day. The entire staff and my piercer were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable! I’ve been to quite a few tattoo and piercing shops where I’ve felt very uncomfortable as a woman. This place went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be returning. If you’ve ever had bad experiences or are intimidated to go into a shop, I assure you this place will make you feel comfortable and welcomed! 🖤

Me and a friend went to get a septum piercing, due to the fact it was easy to hide for our jobs, the person at the front desk who assisted us in picking out jewelry KNEW we needed to flip it up and still let us get pierced and walk out with a curved barbell too small and close to our nostrils for either of us to flip up. So now both of us are stuck with it out, with work in the morning, trying to figure out what to do. Waste of 100$. The person who pierced us also was very short and sarcastic with us, and when my friend tried to ask for hers a certain way (hanging down lower closer to her lips) he was extremely short with her. Another part of the reason we’re now stuck being unable to flip our septum’s since both the workers we dealt with gave us too small of jewelry to work with. Also, I’ve had my septum pierced in the past with it being easy to flip up, and this is not at all my experience now.

Brit was amazing!! The entire staff were more than helpful in helping me with my first piercing, and Brit was great at making me feel informed, comfortable, and knowledgeable in how to care for my piercing. These guys are the best!

I was pierced by Tony and his apprentice Mel- let me tell you I can not hype this place up enough. So sweet, so professional with skilled piercers. Every last one of them are fantastic and I had a great time! Will be coming back!

Krista did my septum and helix piercings—all of which are healing nicely! She is very patient and is so good at making you feel at ease. I was quite nervous about getting my septum pierced but she walked me through the whole process very well and the piercing itself wasn’t painful. Even my helix piercings were a breeze! I’m so happy I went to them. Everyone I met at their piercing shop was sweet. I would give them a million stars if I could!

This is the BEST place ever! They are extremely hygienic and follow all protocols such as asking for ID. I took my 16yo for a Helix and Tony was very friendly (not fake kind), and informative during the entire process. We definitely felt at ease with his knowledge and not like it was a rushed job even though be was expertly quick. He made sure my daughter was ok w the placement prior to the piercing and shared he would even say if he didn’t recommend it. As a parent who has just traditional piercings and who has a mother with multiple, I felt extremely confident in Tony’s work, recommendations without trying to rip you off and his expertise. This is not one of those shady places where you feel leery of entering and if you’ll leave with some disease. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you Tony!

The kindest most friendly and knowledgeable help you could ever ask for. Everyone here is beyond professional. Every question I asked was met with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic response. All this helping guide me through a process to find the jewelry I wanted through a gorgeous selection.The real winner though, Danica saved my high nostril piercing that had gotten embedded. She is extremely talented and was able to effortlessly save this piercing.Honestly they’re the best.Come in, get pierced by the best, have a phenomenal experience, find epic jewelry and leave wanting to return for both more piercings and jewelry.

Was pierced by Tony tonight and he is utterly awesome. Every part of the experience was outstanding. Highly, highly recommend! Tony is fantastic, he did such a great job, worth every penny. I was instantly comfortable with everyone there and with the actual piercings. I got three piercings and Tony kept making sure i was doing ok through them all. I only wish I lived here because I would go back in a heartbeat for more. But Im so happy with everything about tonight. I honestly cant say enough good stuff about HPC and Tony.

I went in a month ago for an industrial traditional piercing for the first time and I was very impressed with their website at first, lots of content that taught me about the piercing I was getting and the care process was very impressive.I’ve put off getting my dream industrial piercing for years because I faint every time I have any needle poked in me. Lol. Tony was very knowledgable and put my husband and I at ease, he was very skillful with anatomy and seeing if my ear was compatible for the type of piercing.I appreciate that he would turn a customer away if it would harm the customer in the long run since their ear may not be compatible, was my first time hearing and grateful for the honesty.He guided me through the process with my husband at my side to help me through my fears, this piercing is actually not as painful as I would have imagined. I made it through and appreciate Tony for allowing me to take it slowly before I fully got up to move. His years of experience in making the process as smooth and end product was exceptional. It’s been a month and my piercing is healing comfortably and looks great!I smile every time I see it, it’s one I’ve been wanting for years that couldn’t get past my fainting fear and couldn’t be more thankful for Tony and the company for maintaining it’s sanitary and APP compliance standards for the best of the customer. I learned so much that most piercing companies out there don’t mention.Many thanks again and please visit this company, they deserve all the service! Brit is an absolute Queen ✨ I went in to get the other side of my nostril pierced because I already had one side done from another place years ago. Unfortunately, the old one wasn’t pierced correctly. But Brit sat with me (I’m a perfectionist so this took a while) as we tried to figure out the perfect placement. The piercers and reception I worked with were amazing! Made it easy to understand care, jewelry, and any questions I had. I loved being able to come in after one of my piercings grew in while I was switching and they resteralized my jewelry and reused it! That was super helpful saying I got a tandem nipple piercing both times. Definitely coming back!

I wanted to make sure to leave a review here about my experience with this Piercing salon.I believe the first time I came in was when I was nine months pregnant, I needed to get my piercings out because I knew I had to go and have an MRI done after my baby was born .I came back after she was born and had them put back in after this. I’ve probably came back. I don’t even know how many times to have them taken out and put back in because I had so much medical stuff going on. I had the same person helping me which was Tony. He took the time to get to know me and understand my situation.I didn’t see him since early August (had to go to Cali for radiation) and just went in last Friday . I was away doing radiation & wanted my piercings back!I went in and he immediately remembered me. 3 months no contact and he remembered how I get overwhelmed and always has worked with me to great detail to ensure my comfort. He must have pierced thousands of people and that shows he really cares, to make sure to remember so much about a client really demonstrated to me how he will tailor his work for each and every client.I over the last 20 years I have had piercings I got all over & I’ve never experienced an artist who went so far to ensure I was ok.To help you understand - I was discharged from the hospital following my craniotomy and shortly after I had my the piercings put in by Tony & even my partner commented on how empathetic , gentle and kind he was.Tony didn’t have to go out of his way all these times and he now has a customer for life.Once my daughter is old enough to say she wants earrings, he is the only person I trust , she will be seeing him.If you happen to be scared or nervous about going in, GOif you’re feeling embarrassed by anything (I haven’t done speech therapy yet , so I’m embarrassed talking in public and Tony was so reassuring to me), GO!if there is any worry or anything - if you go into this salon all the staff are so gentle & kind with their customers (I’ve been in there several times and just watched interactions while waiting for my apt), just go!I greatly appreciate that Tony and the other staff care greatly about the whole experience and do everything they can to make sure clients are comfortable and happy.I literally hugged him and cried before I left HPC last Friday - THAT is how much his kindness words and kind treatment meant to me. Now I’m tearing up as I write this so time to wrap up!bottom line: amazing place with even more amazing staff. I couldn’t recommend this place enough . Thank you Tony and the rest of the HPC staff for everything you do !

I’ve had several of my piercings done here at Honolulu Piercing Company, and they’ve been amazing every time. They are the only piercings studio on the island that I trust, they are APP members and follow safe piercing practices. Their anatomy consults are thorough and they are always helpful with questions or concerns.I wanted to write this review for Danica specifically because I just got pierced with her. She made the whole experience great, along with her assistant whom unfortunately I didn’t get her name. It was the same amazing experience that I’ve come to expect from them knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. And even though I was nervous getting my piercing, Danica’s calming presence helped me through it. So thank you Danica and HPC, I love my piercings 😄. I highly recommend HPC for any piercing you want to get.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a piercing shop. I went in to get simple jewelry, no piercings nothing extra came out to be over $200 just in jewelry when I went to get my tongue piercing installed the piercer clarified with me if anything wasn’t right or I didn’t like it just to bring him back in its original bag and they can take care of it. 30 minutes later I realize that the gem I chose rubbed my mouth raw, so I went back to complain and get a regular bead on my tongue piercing and was rudely rejected by all the staff who originally told me it would be fine when I left. They will not substitute other gems to mix and match for your piercing, even though they are compatible. Ended up having to call their manager to straighten things out who was lovely by the way. She told her team to get me a new bead for my piercing. When I went to pick out which one I want, the staff continue to argue with me how I can’t have that one and I’ll have to pay an additional amount for it. Absolutely false advertisement. Never cried in a tattoo shop before but I was livid. The original bead I bought was $45 and all they could do was substitute it with a $10 stainless steel ball. I will never return to this shop again, even though they have great ratings and reviews. Don’t let the façade fool you. You will get ripped off for all your money. Never waste a penny here. I am so disappointed. SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

Bronson was awesome! This was my first time at a piercing shop and let me tell you as an introvert, this sounds so intimidating, but everyone was so friendly. Bronson is very knowledgeable and will explain everything to you during every step. The shop is clean and has decent jewelry options too! If I decide to get another piercing I will definitely be back here.

I saw Krista almost 2 weeks ago to get my septum pierced and it was such a wonderful experience. The vibes at the shop is also so warm and inviting. My Septum piercing was not even painful and have been healing so well without any problems as well. I took my friend as well to my appointment and she also got new jewelry for her nose piercing as well. They also have a beautiful assortment of jewelry and it was so fun picking out which jewelry I wanted for my septum and I settled on a solid gold barbell!! Definitely recommend this shop!!

Just got my septum pierced today by Jamie, a lovely guest piercer from CA who helped me from the beginning of my septum journey. I’ve been wanting to get a septum and was debating between getting it in Hawaii or New York (I consider both to be home), but I couldn’t wait and kept researching providers. I found HPC and thought the website and reviews looked trustworthy, so I decided to stop by to check out the studio before committing. HPC made an incredible first impression on me - the studio was clean, there were a lot of quality jewelry of all price points, and the staff were simply phenomenal.. I spoke to Jamie at the front desk who answered ALL of my insane questions and was so patient in explaining everything and even wrote out my jewelry options so I could sleep on it. I also spoke with Jamie, the guest piercer who was also so friendly and answered more of my questions. I was so comfortable with their expertise that I decided to make an appointment for April. But again.. I couldn’t wait!! So I moved my appointment up by a week (you can make appointments online without putting down any card information, and you can call in to change your appointment at anytime. Just don’t do a NO-show without calling or they will ban you). Today was my appointment, and while my original appointment was with lovely Krista, I decided to go with Jamie instead when I saw him in the shop because he’s helped me from the start and I found him so kind and calming. They didn’t have a problem with switching my piercers and my piercing was again moved up by an hour! I had a difficult piercing (due to my anatomy) and Jamie so expertly and professionally navigated fixing the piercing while making me feel comfortable and non-judged (I am unfortunately terrified of piercings and mildly panicked). I love my new septum and I will only visit HPC if I get another piercing. Thank you!!

This was my first time at this shop. I went in for a Monroe piercing. When I made the initial inquiry - the person that answered the phone had a very welcoming tone. She provided answers to my questions and just from that initial conversation - i figured Id give them a try. The estimate she provided was about $80 for everything - piercing, jewelry, necessary supplies, etc. I got to the shop and just the smell of the shop was even more calming. It smelled clean, sanitized and everything was neat and organized. Both ladies were fantastic. I could go on and on providing them an awesome review. I left after my piercing was done - happy with the service, the excellent treatment provided by both ladies and the atmosphere in the shop - and of course the piercing was the icing on the cake. Thank you so very much for making my visit worthwhile and I plan to get more piercings done each time I come to Oahu!!! Be safe and keep up the awesome outstanding customer service! This shop is incredible. Krista did my nipples and was so professional and kind and really made me feel so comfortable. Very well educated and is so good about communicating every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone. Contemplating another 7 hour plane ride for my next. Can’t stress it enough: Krista did so well with everything. Even before the appointment and after she offers direct help and answers to any questions. I can’t get over how great this was and am so glad I did this!

Had the pleasure of meeting Danica and Jam today regarding a Helix earring piercing for my 70th birthday. They were both fabulous great information I felt very confident and comfortable it was very easy. I am very pleased it looks fabulous.

I had an amazing overall experience here. My situation was weird; my earring lobe was ripped a long time ago and it healed so wanted to see if I could pierce another hole near it without jacking it up further. So with that in mind I explained it to my piercer and she was all in, and gave me her advice. So I got 3 total lobes piercings, and Taryn provided phenomenal service. She talked me through everything, she answered all of my questions and concerns, she took the time to map out and measure my ear lobe piercings and then when it came time to pierce, she ensured that it’d be quick and easy. Amazing service! Ask for Taryn to do your piercings :) I am so happy I got my ears reprieved! 10/10 would recommend. I already want my next piercing. Place was also very sanitized!

Got my ear pierced twice (helix) very happy with how it turned out. Went back in August and the healing process has been fanatic. No complaints. Mr. Bronson was the piercer and Mel was behind the counter. Both awesome people. The jewelry is also gorgeous, tigers eye. Couldnt be happier. Now I have a forever memory of my trip!Everything was clean and I felt that I was in good and professional hands.

My partner got his nose pierced here today! We’re visiting from Australia and had the most amazing customer service experience.The piercer (we didn’t catch her name!!) was so clean and professional. She went through the entire process and made the experience as anxiety-free as possible, she thoroughly went through the aftercare procedures and was so pleasant.Also, in conversation, my partner mentioned it was my birthday, and it was pure coincidence it was also one of the other worker’s birthday! He even gave me a little cake, after saying he had received a few!Cannot recommend this place enough.

Got my septum pierced by Tony, and it was soo quick and I dare to say almost painless. I literally barely felt anything! Literally he was extremely thorough with explaining everything he was about to and very calm the entire time. Definitely will be going back for any of my future piercings and referring friends/family. The shop is very clean and the front desk staff Mel & Hannah were soo friendly, welcoming and answered any questions which definitely put me at ease. They also have amazing HIGH QUALITY JEWELRY!! And loads of options to choose from.

Tony is amazing! I first went to him for my belly button and he made me feel comfortable that he was very knowledgeable, talked me through the whole process and very detailed on cleaning. I really enjoyed my visit so much that I took my group of friends to him for piercings which ranged from tragus, to nose to cartilage and we all love the piercings we got from him. He even saw me when I had a concern about one of my piercings and put my mind at ease. He is very nice, professional and knowledgeable; I would recommend him to anyone. My favorite phrase he says is “Are we still friends?” after he puts the needle through lol

Have had multiple piercings here now. Wonderful piercers and front desk workers. Bronson and Tony are absolutely fantastic and take such good care of you. Unique shop and art to browse while you wait. They carry BVLA jewelry and are the only ones here in Hawaii.

Usually don’t write reviews but i HAD to for this experience because it was 10/10. If your thinking about getting something done here just do it because everyone is so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so so comfortable when i was veryyyyy nervous. THAT GURL BRIT IS A LEGEND SO MUCH LOVE FOR HER. Made something so painful so fun. XD

My piercing experience with Krista was hands down the best piercing experience that I have ever had. I got my septum re-pierced for the fourth time in 12 years with (I rocked it incorrectly placed twice for about 10 years total, and then went to get it redone the third time and it was done crooked so I took it out). She immediately mapped out my nose, which all three other piercers had NEVER done, and showed me that my septum is actually deviated which is why its hard to get in the right place. She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through everything with such professionalism even though I was honestly nervous after going through a bad experience so many times. The piercing itself was the least painful, I didnt tear up like I normally would during the procedure, didnt bleed like I had before, and I was expecting the twisting to put in the jewelry to be super painful but again: no pain. Oh and also! I had a super tiny nose and she chose the most perfect little horseshoe ring for me instead of the standard size ring that doesnt suit my face. I am so beyond impressed and will honestly fly to Oahu just to get pierced here. Thank you again for your outstanding work and finally helping me have the septum piercing of my dreams!

My 15 year old wanted a second ear piercing. Tony was very professional and efficient. The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful. This was 3 weeks ago and her ears have healed nicely, no issues. I highly recommend them!

Great place!! Super clean, sterilized everything right in front of me. Girl at the front desk (forgot her name) was so sweet and hospitable. Tony was so informative and thorough in his explanations as if I had been getting my first ever piercings done. They were very quick and efficient and would definitely go back there for their other services. Only downside was it took a while for me to find parking lol. Other than that, I highly recommend!!

Everyone was super friendly and gives great advice from selecting jewelry to aftercare. There is a wide range of jewelry available and they accept credit cards, which is a huge convenience. Taryn is very professional and makes you feel comfortable during the process. The actual piercing was really quick and painless.

I get all of my work done here, and its the only place i recommend to anyone. Love all the people here, everyone is so sweet and has the best attitudes. I am very anxious and autistic, and i have always felt right at home while im there. Recently got my lips done and it was my first time going all on my own. Great place for body piercing even as a last minute decision. Very well trained piercers available till 10p at night. Even you took out jewelry and needed to put back in, they are able to assist and change out body jewelry.

Taryn and the lady at the front desk was nothing short of amazing! I went in to pierce my 3rd & 4th ear lobe & Tragus! So in love w my piercing! I got my septum pierced here by Mr.Bronson! I honestly went in not knowing much… just that I wanted my septum pierced. I’ve heard of so many horror stories that I wanted to make sure I was going to the right place. I was referred here and I’m so happy I was. Bronson was so knowledgeable, calm, gentle, informative, & present. I went in w my cousin but when it came to piercing he was all focus on the task at hand and who he was piercing. I felt like I was in very experienced hands. It’s been a couple weeks & I swear it’s healed! Haha… I’m sure I still have more time but it’s not tender or sensitive to touch. My favorite piercing shop on O’ahu! All of the employees at Skin Deep Tattoo & Honolulu Piercing Co. are friendly and professional. They are the only shop that carriers BVLA, my favorite jewelry brand because of the high quality materials used. If you see something on their IG, or BVLA website, then you can special order with Honolulu Piercing Co.! They ordered an earring for me, and I was able to pay half when you order and the other half when it arrives.I have been helped by all of their piercers, and everyone is amazing! They talk over with you what you had in mind and if that’s the best option for you. They’re so considerate, honest, funny, and helpful. Every piercing I ever had here had no problems. Tony is the best, some of my easiest piercings he’s done.Overall, I have 8 piercings done by Honolulu Piercing Co. No problems, and healed well. The employees are very professional and make sure everything is sterile and cleaned! I love this shop and will continue to support them.

CHRIS MILLER is an awesome artist! This was my first tattoo, and I was very concerned about a long flight to the mainland, the next morning. Chris explained everything from start to finish...provided me with supplies IF I should need them when flying...and responded very quickly when I asked questions post tattooing. This is the best place I have ever been to. Please note I received my nose piercing from Taryn a year ago. The staff was amazing and dealt with all my crazy questions 😂. The shop is very clean and safe. Taryn made me feeI at home and talked me throughtthe whole process. I did EVERYTHING she told me! No problems with healing or anything. Since Fully healing I needed to change my nose ring and have visited some colorful a.k.a horrible places and have lost my post. I called today and not only did they listen to me, they are going to help me find the right piece of jewelry I need. Oh and I dont live in HI!... If you want your piercing or anything they offer done right... Go to them!!!! No need to second guess😍

Ive had more than 20 piercings in my lifetime.. not all of them have been straight. When someone takes the time to draw, measure, remark, then remeasure, it makes me feel important. It made me feel like she didnt just want to stick a hole in my nose amd send me on my way. She made sure it was straight, made sure i liked the placement, then walked me through every step. Went to get my girlfriends dermal anchors removed. Pricing was way less than I thought it would be. Bronson did an excellent job! Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a piercing or removal.

My 4 y/o decided it was time to get her ears pierced. Tony was absolutely amazing with her, he explained everything he was doing or going to do. I love the calm and gentle approach he had.

Jose is so professional and awesome! He dermal punched my conch to 4G and my helix with a needle to 8G. They fit my ear perfectly! I’m so happy with it and so glad to have had Jose as my piercer! I had two nose piercings done by Bronson, he was supper kind and answered all my questions! I felt really comfortable and I’d definitely come again if I was in the area! :)

Called before going and drove an hour to be held outside in blistering sun for half an hour when there was only one customer in large store inside. These people have no idea how to run a business. They aren’t selling emeralds, their security measures are ridiculous at best. They then lied after an hour and a half that’s it’s by appointment. Save your time and self respect and order somewhere else.

They were wonderful! Wicked knowledgeable about the different jewelry, placement for piercings on ears, and the do’s and don’ts of aftercare. My friend and I went in picked jewelry and got out ear piercings within 40 minutes.

We went here to get our 3 year olds ears pierced. They were great! They do a tandum piercing for the littles so it is one shot, one kill. That way if the piercing scares them both are already done, if you dont you will have to come back later to get the 2nd ear pierced. Tony was awesome before, during and after ensuring she was calm. I will recommend them to anyone getting their keikis ears pierced.
