Way Gone Laser literally changed my life! I had a botched eyeliner tattoo from 5 years ago that I needed removed. I was terrified that the laser would make me go blind, but Nikki and Rene did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. Nikki and Rene are true professionals; the process was super quick and effective. I only did two laser removal sessions and my botched eyeliner is now completely gone! Excellent service overall. Nikki is not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about her professional training. I was getting my eyebrow tattoo removed, she made me feel very comfortable entire the session and less painful as she was pressing the ice cube on my treated eyebrow before and after. Ambiance is Chic and very relaxing 👌 The waiting room is cozy and perfect vibes when you’re just about to get a treatment!Nikki is super knowledgeable and makes you feel relaxed. I just started the process to remove a tattoo and also remove brown spots. I’ve had both procedures done elsewhere, and let’s just say I wish I knew about her earlier! Very professional, Ive tried my first time at a place in FL and this one was less painful for tattoo removal, I will definitely come back again. She addressed the area evenly, I didnt get that from the other place. Im happy with the results, well worth it.

With 20 years of experience behind her, she really knows what she’s doing. The shop is very clean and OSHA certified.They also have a doctor on staff and provide outstanding aesthetic, medical treatments, Botox, fillers Facials that can remove dark spots, etc.I refer all of our clients there when they want to take off their badly done permanent make up so we can start the the correction process to be done. I went here to get my brow tattoo removed (the brow lady I went to did a horrible job and I absolutely hated it). I’ve had two sessions so far and the brow tattoo is slowly fading away. I may need a third one but we decided we give it another two to three months first. And then from there do a three session which would line up with my next Botox session. In regards to the brow tattoo removal I’m very happy with my results. I do have to use concealer over the tattoo part but it’s slowly fading so it’s getting easier with covering it up. I have always recommended this place to everybody the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and do a good job explaining the procedures and after care. Along with getting this done I got my first Botox session. I focused more on my eye area (I do have a bit of crows feet when I smile) and that went great. I liked that I could get multiple things done in one appointment without having to drive back and forth. The Botox session was practically painless I didn’t even feel anything. I’m so excited to see the final results. I definitely recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

I had Dysport on face lines. Forehead, lower eye and frown lines. Nikki is wonderful and she knows my scar areas to avoid. I will be going back for filler and neck strings! And the decor is adorable!

Nikki and her staff are the best, they treat everyone like family, listen to your requests and try to educate you to make the best decisions to achieve your desired results. I had a large tramp stamp removed from my lower back, it’s not completely gone because it was a layered Tatoo (I was covering an older one) but it continues to fade. I also get Botox and fillers and other treatments to keep me looking youthful. At 53 most people think I am 43, love this place!

I just went in for a consultation yesterday and was very pleased with the process. After filling out a few forms a staff member gave me a private consultation. She was professional which allowed me to feel at ease. I knew that after consulting with a few other places that I wanted Way Gone Laser to remove my 26 year old tattoo on my finger.Done professionally at Aloha Tattoo and retouched about 15 years ago.While they explained everyone reacts and heals differently to the treatment I decided to set my expectations fairly low since other places noted how having a colorful tatt would take a while before I would see any changes.Im not going to lie. The procedure is painful. Perhaps a little more than getting a tattoo. However the bonus was that treating 1 square inch only took a minute to do. I would guess 3, 20 second intervals? Maybe less. Add the time of applying ice after each zapping interval for 20 seconds. I would say from start to finish was a whopping 5 mins. (2 min procedure, 3 mins of me ooh-ing and aw-ing).I am very pleased with my first treatment.Here are my before and after 24 hrs pics.***UPDATE***I went in for my second treatment and was forewarned that I would definitely blister after this treatment. Im glad they did because boy did I blister!The only disappointment was that I was advised several times to apply ice. Ice that I thought they shouldve provided. Instead I had to walk over to Starbucks and ask them for ice. I then had to wrap a few of my free cubes in a paper napkin and apply it myself. I just felt like a simple thing like supplying customers with an ice cube or two would have left me feeling well cared for. Instead I was left to fend for myself while dealing with the pain of the aftermath of essentially a 2rd degree burn on my finger.I blistered within 2 hours after treatment and the blister grew for about week. It eventually just oozed liquid on its own and I allowed it to air dry until a scab formed. I will spare you the photos since some may find it disturbing. Within about 10 -14 days the scab fell off on its own and this is what it looks like now after the second treatment:Im pleased with results but I will wait 3 months before I go in for my third treatment.

Please Consider somewhere else. Two technicians Permanently scarred my arm on more than half of the area the procedure was done on. Large raised scarring. if the technician felt the procedure wouldnt work or that it would cause damage they should have advised me, instead they took my money and did it anyway. Unprofessional.Two sessions of laser tattoo removal and I just got more damage done to my skin. Horrible and extremely expensive compared to other places. Not only not effective, but also made it worse.
