Alyssa has done 6 of my tattoos now, and I will continue to go back for more anime inspired tattoos. Her work is really well done, and she makes you feel incredibly comfortable during your appointments. I recommend Alyssa and any other artists at Kansas City Tattoo Club. I follow all of their pages individually and they do great work as well.

I got my tattoo done by Alyssa and she is the absolute best and a kind sweetheart! She absolutely cares about her clients and all of her stuff is super clean! I definitely recommend her if you’re wanting an anime tattoo and the shop is super clean and has a great atmosphere too!

I came in late June and I had a great experience in the shop and love the tattoo Alli gave me. Vibe was chill, super clean, plenty of space for my partner to hang out too, and Alli answered all my questions. Over 2 months healed and it is looking beautiful, the color held perfectly, the work looks great and I couldnt be happier with it (her fresh picture is better quality and lighting than my healed photo). I get compliments constantly, everyone asking who did it. So far I only have one tattoo from Alli but I want to save up and get some more pieces from her, and everyone else in the shop is so friendly and does impressive work. Thanks KCTC!

Alyssa gave me such a great experience! after my tattoo she baptized me. later on I was caught in a fire, Alyssa appeared out of nowhere and carried me out of the flames, heroically saving me. I have now made her the godmother of my 14 children. God bless America.

One of the best Tattoo shops you can go to anywhere in the country. Super clean, great hospitality, better artist’s.I’ve gotten two different pieces by Forshe. The work speaks for itself.

My girlfriend and I have been religiously getting tattooed from the artists at this shop for over a year now and WOW oh wow! They have an artist for everyones style! I can honestly say that when Im at the shop I feel like Im just hanging out with a bunch of friends! The shop is always super clean and homey and on top of that EVERYONE is extremely talented and genuinely just great people! Josh is insanely talented and professional. Ive gotten all my ink through him and cant recommend him enough to others. You can also tell hes very passionate about it and that just makes it all the better.

I visited Nick this fall to get my first tattoo- a portrait of my beloved cat. I had a million ideas and he sat with me and helped refine the image into something truly beautiful. His bedside manner so to speak was really excellent for a first-timer, he checked in with me often and took breaks to make sure I was doing ok. The art is definitely next level, and Im glad I made the drive from Omaha to go there. I took a picture of my finished tattoo and my phone moved it to the auto-album of the cat! Its so realistic and Im so proud to have this with me all the time.

They advertise open 24-hrs. Arrived around 7pm, the young lady didnt want to open the door. When she finally opened it after rolling her eyes, she rudely said they were closed. I asked if she could atleast give me an estimate of how much the small flower tattoo I wanted would be. She barely looked at the photo & said if she was to do it, it would be atleast $800. People like her give these local businesses a bad name. Told her she was really tripping and walked away. Dont waste your time going there, especially if your a person of color.**YOUR ARTIST LIED! YOUR AD SAID 24 HRS, WALKINS WELCOME! I SAW NOTHING ABOUT APPOINTMENT ONLY! THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I KNOCKED ONLY ONCE TO ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE OF A SMALL FLOWER TAT. I WOULDNT HAVE KNOCKED IF YOUR AD DIDNT SAY 24 HRS. YOUR ARTIST WAS STANDING AROUND TALKING & LAUGING WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHEN I LOOKED INSIDE TO SEE IF IT WAS OPEN. SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE & ROLLED HER EYES AT THE DOOR. SHE STATED THEY WERE CLOSED. WHEN I ASKED HER IF THE SHOP WAS OPEN 24-HRS SHE SAID NORMALLY YES, BUT NOT TODAY. I ASKED IF SHE COULD ATLEAST GIVE ME A QUICK ESTIMATE OF THE SMALL, SIMPLE, LITTLE FLOWER TAT I WANTED. SHE STATED SHE CHARGES $800...TOTAL PRICE GOUGING!!THE RESPONSE FROM THIS OWNER IS A TRUE REFLECTION OF THE KIND OF BUSINESS IT OPERATES, THE PEOPLE THEY LIKELY PREFER TO SERVICE, & AT LEAST ONE OF THE ARTISTS THEY EMPLOY. I DONT HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO SEE THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU OPERATE, SHE SHOWED ME AT THE DOOR, & I CAN CLEARLY TELL JUST FROM YOUR RESPONSE SIR!APPARENTLY, YOURE THE ONE EMBARASSED, IM JUST DOING AN HONEST REVIEW! BEWARE POC, HE DOESNT NEED OUR BUSINESS, THERES PLENTY REALLY GREAT TATOO SHOPS IN THE CITY THAT WILL WELCOME US! MY FAVORITE WAS CLOSED SO THOUGHT ID EXPORE OTHERS.

Absolutely recommend this place!! If I could give 10 stars I would. All the artist are so nice and their artwork is insanely good. The place is very clean and overall a relaxing experience. I’ve been going here for 2 years to see the owner Josh and I won’t be going anywhere else. He kills every piece he does and I tell everyone who says anything about my tattoos to come see him! By far the best tattoo place in KC.

The owner is the most talented and detail-oriented artist in Kansas City. He cares deeply about his work and makes sure each piece is perfect. He only allows the best and most passionate artists be a part of his shop. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I always feel taken care of. I could not recommend KC Tattoo Club more!

Best of the best! My husband and I have been going to Josh for a few years now and he’s just the best all around. Ultra professional, courteous and talented as heck! Hands down the best artist around. Literally get compliments on my tattoos daily.Have also had a couple from Alyssa! She is so talented and it’s so fun to watch her learn and improve. She is so fun to chat with and super chill.The shop as a whole has an incredible vibe and is always very clean.Would give 10 stars if i could.

Josh is an amazing artist. He is very friendly and works to incorporate your ideas. 100% recommend to anyone asking about getting a black and white tat. Crazy how many people will stop and ask where your tattoos are from when you wear Forshe ink.

Josh does INCREDIBLE work. Hes so sweet and easy to work with, and the other artists there do amazing work too. I will forever only be going to KCTC for all my tattoos.The studio is awesome, super laid back and clean. Booking process is easy and they are all very good at communicating. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Josh turned it into a work of art. Theyre super booked but its 100000% worth the wait.

Josh is one of a kind artist and one of the most kind and genuine humans I’ve met. Super talented and I don’t think there’s anyone else like him. Amazing human being and amazing artist who truly puts his passion into every project and cares about his clients in a way that just hits different. His work is phenomenal and not a day goes by that people don’t stop me to admire his artwork. If you get a forshey original just know you’ve been blessed with the best of the best in kc. If you like dirty, unenthusiastic, unoriginal tattoo shops this place is NOT for you. i love the vibes here, all of the artists are incredible. i’ve been tattooed twice here in the last year and plan on returning until i’m broke and covered in their original works. whether you’re looking for black and grey or color this shop is the answer. i will not be giving another shop my money for the foreseeable future.

The owner and all the artists are super nice and very professional. 2 tattoos done by Alli, with a 3rd and 4th appointment already booked. I wouldn’t hesitate getting a tattoo from any of the artists here.

We have been going to KCTC for over a year now. All the artist are absolutely amazing in their work and their personalities! Always so kind and understanding. When I go there It feels like home and I am never uncomfortable. I will never go anywhere else again. There is never a dull moment when you are there. I have never been disappointed! Man this shop is the best in the city! All of the artist have their own unique style and the owner is very professional and mature for being so young, let alone talented! If you don’t think so then you probably haven’t even been tattooed by this shop, but you should!
