I went there to get earrings and saw they had a sale. the lady at the front desk did not help me at all and when i chose the 3 earrings i wanted for free; she never told me its the more expensive ones i have to pay for. my total came out to a hundred dollars. awful service.

I took my 15 year old daughter to Claire’s a week ago to get piercings. She received 2 piercings to her cartilage and a second hole in each ear. Trinity, the girl who pierced her, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The piercings are even and are healing nicely. Overall it was a great experience and we will return for piercings in the future and we’ll be sure to ask for Trinity.

I was not pleased with my last visit to Claires. The selection of jewelry was ok and thats the only good thing to report. The exchange policy they have created is nothing more than a scheme to rob more money from its patrons. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!! I simply wanted to swap 2 pairs of earrings ($9.99 & $7.99) for 2 different pairs ($9.99 & $7.99). Easy and simple, right? Well, because I took part in a buy 3 get 3 sale, thats when the madness started. They wouldnt simply swap the earrings which were the same price. Instead, they devalued the $9.99 pair to $5.55 and made the free pair $4.44. So the only way to make the exchange WITHOUT spending money was to return both of our earrings for one of the new ones. STUPIDITY AT ITS FINEST. Heres a thought Claires, if I or anyone bring in items to SWAP, NOT RETURN, and its an EVEN swap....DO IT!!! Quit trying to squeeze more money from hard working individuals.

Got pierced with no complications after, initial wait was long because their check-in system went down

WENT TO CLAIRES FOR A PIERCING ON A CHILD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED WAS HORRIBLE THEY WERE OUT OF EVERY EARRING AND THE LADY WITH THE ROTTEN TEETH CHARGED 90.00 FOR ONE EAR RING SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SEEMED STRESS AND OVERWORKED I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CLAIRES AS LONG AS SHE IS WORKING THERE WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT BUT PROMISED GRANDSON A PIERCING FOR HIS BIRTHDAY FORGOT ALL ABOUT ICING WENT THERE PRICES WERE MUCH CHEAPER AND STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY

Today my daughter got her ears pierced again after a very traumatic experience in another Claires a few years ago. The ladies who pierced her ears made her feel so at ease and I cant thank them enough. (I wish I got their name to add here as they both were great but one went above & beyond.)- She even stayed a late so they had 2 technicians on duty to conduct the piercings at the same time. Actually less cluttered than most Claires stores. Got a nice small purse for my daughter that she loves carrying around. Felt bad for the staff because they had some upper management in the store telling them they were all doing everything wrong. Unfortunate because the staff seemed real over it while being barked at by a higher up on a busy weekend.

Normally OK, but this visit was different. Store was OK condition but the lady at counter gets negative 5 stars. Work at work and leave other business out of the site of customers. I would of left without purchase but son needed $8 lip balm.

Got my girls ears pierced today. She loved it so much she cant stop smiling. The lady who helped us was very professional, she made my daughter felt so comfortable. We will come back if my youngest decides she wants her ears pierced too.

I arrived to do a simple return to the store with my daughter. I was met at the door by a rude associate who refused to let us enter because they were taking a 45 minute break after the people were done shopping who were already in store. So instead of letting us complete a simple 1 minute transaction, where we probably wouldve done an exchange, we were turned away and forced to wait an hour for them to return from their break. We came back after their break, got a full refund and will NOT return! Theres too many places to get girly stuff that my preteen loves to spend her allowance on to be treated so rudely.

We went to get my 4y/o nieces ears pierced on September 11th at West Town Mall in Knoxville TN, and there was only one gentleman there. He handled the whole store like an absolute pro, with no complaints, and so much kindness. It was BUSY and he remainded calm and made it to everyone it turn. He deserves a raise!! Thank you for an awesome experience for us and also my niece.

10/26/2022 5:00pm zero starsI was referred to Claire by icing employee bc they didnt have clear jewelry. Employee at Claires showed me 3 different types of clear jewelry for my ear in a case at the very bottom. I asked to see them twice. She said cant see them unless you purchase them. I said Im not purchasing them if I cant see them. Im not buying something I dont like or dont think will work. Im not a thief, I want to see what Im going to buy before buying it.

Very good for ear piercings. Very professional. The studs that you get to choose from are super expensive. The cheapest being 27$ for stainless studs. The piercing was 25$.

These ladies do not get paid enough!!! They hustled for sure with a line out the door and over 9 ear piercings back to back. Clean and very observant of the clients needs even with a large waiting crowd. NOURA? I believe her name was. She was very patient and helped a difficult customer become a happy customer. The other lady that worked sunday was very efficient as well. Please tell me they are being paid what they are worth cause good help is hard to find and i truly believe these ladys deserve a raise!!! We will be back.

Lots of cool things for children and teens! I found everything from jewelry, hair accessories, stationary, to backpacks! I always find something cool for my granddaughters here!

Found the jewelry for my sensitive skin that contain no foreign material. I.e nickel,copper, etc. The customer service in helping navigate my options was top notch. I feel very happy with the results

The two employees were outstanding. Understaffed for this time of the year so one star for Management. However these ladies managed to have a positive attitude and multi-tasking.

Unfortunately I was extremely dissatisfied during my visit. My time in the store was kept at an absolute minimum. This was entirely based on the their COVID 19 Best Practices or should I say lack thereof. Anyone who has ever walked into a Claires knows first hand that even at its slowest you barely have enough room to walk without bumping into something or someone. You can imagine Christmas Eve....yeah that bad. I noticed several stores in West Town Mall had employees counting and limiting the number of customers in the store, big stores! So I was shocked to find 3 employees inside but none at the entrance. It was actually scary but our love for our children knows no bounds so I shopped as quickly as I could and got the H*** outta that petre dish. Only time will tell just how much the lack of care will truly effect me. Fingers crossed.

My daughter had always loved shopping but shes now at the age that she enjoys shopping at Claires. The ladies working were friendly and the store was very well organized.

Customer service was good. However I did find some of the items rather pricey and hi was disappointed with the selection of little girl earrings. I was also disappointed that there were no jewelry boxes or earring trees anywhere in the store.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Claire’s in west town mall. I went there and got my ears pierced a couple weeks ago and BOTH of my ears ended up infected and I had to take them out. I also made sure i cleaned them as I was instructed to and it still didn’t help. Not only did they get infected, but I also paid 65 dollars for them which is ridiculous. We have also had problems in the past with Claire’s, I know I will not be going back there to get my ears pierced

This is the place to go for any and everything that comes to looking awesome! I consider it The Cosmetic Jewelry Capitol. Great prices, great assortment and it maybe cosmetic jewelry for the most part but it will not turn your skin green or cause your ear to get infected. My tweens that are now teens absolutely love this place!

Looking to get a quick piercing? This place is good CAUTION PLEASE however if you get the lower cost 3mm earrings. Your ear will naturally swell up due to the piercing so UNLESS you have THIN earlobes DO NOT GET THE 3MM. Your earlobes will swell up and almost push the earrings into the peirce hole. In fact, the post is very short and will not heal properly. I was fortunate to be able to change my newvearrings to another longer thick post my daughter got 3 months ago once they were disinfected. My ears are doing SO MUCH BETTER. I had asked the experienced tech if they would be too short for my ears and she quickly said there wouldnt be a problem. NOT TRUE. Even though they are more money, get the longer and bigger studded earrings. Please. Save yourself the pain.

Poor service representative. No greeting, no smile. The only thing clerk ever said is do you have 6?If youre unhappy with your job, find another!!

Well....if you want to make a 7 year old girl the happiest person alive, this is the place to come. As a dad I get to listen about the stories about the 22 makeup kits that match the JoJo bows. 5/5 because if shes happy, Im happy lol

We love Claires we go there as much as we can but was a little disappointed to go in the last time and find out that they no longer had most things in the store buy three get three free it was just a few select type items

I dont really buy stuff from here but girls seem to enjoy it. I just go in there to good off and try on the hair extensions and take funny photos with friends. The staff must think Im a crackhead and I deeply apologize (not really)

Did awesome with piercing my daughters ears at 15 months along with giving me instruction on how to car for the fresh piercings. Lots of jewelry to choose from and friendly workers.

What makes this clear so great staff there theyre really great there on top of everything and they have great deals you get buy 3 get 3 for free you cant beat them deals this place is Greg take your kids especially your daughters guys Im recommending and sometimes the girlfriends can find stuff they really like theyre too young recommend this clears over all the other players cuz the staff is just so great there

Went there to get my ears pierced 2 days ago and I was getting my second hole.Hurt pretty bad and wasn’t sterilized. Two days later I am in so much pain with them so I decided to take them out. When I took them out I found the persons HAIR who pierced my ear. I will never go here again and if I could give 0 stars I would

They let me make an appointment to get my ears pierced at 9:30. Store doesn’t open until 10. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
