This was my first visit and after a few minutes feltlike I had been going for years. Everyone was welcoming and chill. I can tell that Leslie is just as invested in the work as I was getting it done on me. I’ve found my home shop for all future tattoos

So so friendly and amazing at what they do!!! I’ve been tattooed by both Leslie and Wayne and they are insanely talented. Such a great environment and experience. I’m over the moon in love with my pieces. 10/10 recommend you go see them!

Got my vertical labret pierced here, piecer was so sweet and did an amazing job piercing it and answered all my questions I had about it. Id definitely come here again!

READ BEFORE GOING Made a $80 deposit for a cover up. My appointment was rescheduled due to the artist being sick. Once my appointment finally arrived I was devastated to find out my money was stolen by a loved one. All the money for the very expensive cover up I needed. I spoke to the shop and told them what happened. It was near Christmas. I called today to see if I could get a single ear piercing with the $80 deposit plus a cash tip. NOPE. They just take your money and say have a nice day. Even with what happened and my original appointment was rescheduled due to their artist...I figured some good cheer could still come out of this. They have no desire to work with you. Theyre all about the MONEY $$$. No customer service at all.

Awesome place!!! Leslie and I are great friends now! Leslie was my artist. She spent 5 hours with me, and the majority of the time it was just laying the stencil out and getting it right. She was a pleasure to have. While I was waiting for Leslie to work her magic I chatted a little bit with her husband. Shame on me for forgetting his name, but he is an awesome guy! I will definitely be going back when I want to get more ink done.

I went to get my child a piercing. Im in a wheelchair. No ramp. An employee was very nice and I had to get out of my chair so he could pick it up and over a lip. I fell. But my child got what she wanted by a very friendly employee. Everyone there seemed to be nice. Just needs to update the building for people like me.

Always my go to stop for tattoos. Took some work to find a good shop here, but Im glad I did. Leslie does amazing work and I love every piece shes done for me!

Awesome service here. I walked in for a tattoo and my artist drew it up, gave me a set time to come back same-day and when I did, promptly did my design. Facility was super clean and hygienic and my artist was very professional. Love my tattoo!

I went in expecting to have to wait considering their parking lot was full, but they were able to get me in and out fairly quickly! I was there maybe 20 minutes max, got 4 piercings, and some aftercare spray. Rockwell did my piercings and was super professional and friendly. Definitely coming back for any future piercings

This is a small place, very clean. I had an appointment with Rocky. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable. His work was great, Im very happy with the result. Great price too. I do recommend giving them a try!

Honestly such awesome a calm and quick service.Me and my three best friends went in with a design, Eric, the tattoo designer who worked with us, was so calm and chill. He out our idea together just like we wanted.One of my friends also got her nipples pierced while there. And that was also the same calm collected manner.Definitely can’t wait to come back 😁

I went in today to get a pricing for a tattoo, which was a waste of my time and gas. I tell the receptionist what I’m looking to do, and he goes to the tattoo artist “Rockwell” and tells him while I’m pretty sure he’s in a room with a client, and I can literally hear this man laughing and saying “some people need Christ” when not everyone is even Christian to begin with. Then comes out and doesn’t take me in serious because I’m defending my tattoo. The tattoo wasn’t even satanic or wrong. It was small simple and straight to the point. A tattoo artist is supposed to be supportive and make you feel confident, instead I left being angry and humiliated I tried to deal with it but I’ve never been so disrespected. I talked to another shop and they were super nice and very welcoming to my idea so they now will be getting my business. I wasn’t even going to post about this but i left and cried because I felt stupid over his reaction. Take your business to integrity tattoo if you want to be respected. I was already having a bad day and he ruined it when I was trying to make my day better.

Leslie was amazing and made the piercing experience smooth. However, the jewelry they use is not the best. The stud I had fell out spontaneously and I couldnt find it. I went back to the shop and paid to replace it and have it put back in. I made sure to tighten them every time I cleaned them to prevent it from happening again, and... it happened twice more. So now I have to go buy another one, again, and of course this increases the risk of infection and prolongs the healing time. Also, the lady that replaced my piercing the second time was not welcoming and was pretty rude.

This is the 1 and only place I will ever get a piercing Hard Knox is the best. They are so quick but not rushing you they are very clean and sanitary as well. I got my conch done today and my nose redone and without being rushed it was over from start to finish in around 5 minutes by Rockwell (not sure how to spell it) and I plan on 14 more piercings in my ears done by him. They did NOT hurt they are in the perfect spot and even hours later not sore. Its not just him either every employee was so kind and helpful so if you want a piercing this is where you go. Just went back and got Rockwell to do my daith and he was so kind helpful and unbelievably gently and I love it!! Im having him do tons more once this heals and my conch that he pierced 2 months ago healed perfectly. I honestly could NOT be happier.

Went in for the Christmas special theyre having on tattoos, there were a lot of different choices and the art styles are great. I didnt have to wait long and the staff are very nice. Leslie did my tattoo and she did a fabulous job! Will definitely be going back.

I would not recommend doing any work with Seve. I went in and set an appointment up to get a tattoo and told him I could only do weekends, he set me up for the tattoo convention never gave me a time I paid him $100 to reserve it. Upon contacting him the day of letting him know I was on my way he tells me it was too late to start tattooing it was 2pm and the tattoo convention didn’t end until 11pm. Remind you he never gave me a time just told me to show up. He told me to give him some time to get to the shop so he could reschedule me. Never heard anything had to contact him over and over just to get a appointment he finally gave me one I go in and he says “I thought that was for Sunday at 2pm” by that point I just said okay and walked out the door. Dude set me up just to get free money for no work. If your in Knoxville and want a tattoo stay away from this shop.

I got my very first tattoo done this past week. I love it! Wayne was awesome and very professional. I definitely recommend him, especially if you are a first timer. I have received many compliments especially on the coloring!! Thank you Wayne, I hope to come back for another one soon!

I’ve gone to hard Knox for two flash tattoos. I’ve loved both artists who did the work, and plan on coming back for larger pieces! Leslie is wonderful and does a great job, as does the rest of the staff. Super sweet folks, area is very clean as well!

Just got my very first tattoo done today by Erik. He was so understanding about my nervousness to get a tattoo even though I’d been wanting one for years. He told me if we needed to we could take a small break but we just kept pushing through. He did an amazing job and was so comforting and very informative about everything. Would highly recommend going back to him and I probably will to get another one.

This place is great!! I had a friend come in from out of town and they managed to fit us in to their busy schedule. Dee worked with us on what we wanted and did amazing work!! My friend ended up changing her design last minute and he worked with her to get what she wanted. Very professional and very clean. Will for sure be going back!!

My wife got a tattoo from here a year ago and tattoo I finally got mine! Dee did a very awesome job and took my very rough idea that I had and made it look awesome! He worked with me so I got exactly what I wanted! The staff is always friendly and the environment is nice!

I was well pleased with their service. Pricing seemed reasonable. I had taken my child to get a tongue piercing. The staff was very informative about process also before and after care steps. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They did an awesome job on my back to back piercings nose and septum. Definitely recommend. Only issue was i called to see if they sold jewelry and lady who answered said they did and then made special drive to be told they didnt...not sure who needs updated either phone lady or lady in store.

Tanner done my tattoo cover up back in February great line work and I was going to wait two weeks to have the color done and then the pandemic hit and shop was closed so had to wait till June before shop opened back up then after opening up was told that his manager said he could not finish me up until July because he was taking only new appointments. Ok so I was patient first week in July I sent a message then was told he would get back to me the very next day before 5p to see if it was ok with his manager if he could finish my work (mind you I have already paid for the entire tattoo and even tipped generously) next day came still hear nothing. That was a month ago now have sent a couple messages with no reply. Now here I am with nice line work and no color to my tattoo and at this point I definitely don’t want him to finish it with him being so unprofessional. I don’t know if it will do any good or not but tomorrow I’m calling the shop manager.

Cheap but extremely unfriendly staff I had to struggle to get the guy at the front desks attention when I went in and everyone seemed like they just wanted to leave despite the business being open for another hour. The guy that pierced me didn’t even introduce himself or tell me anything about the piercing I was getting. I had to google how long I needed to leave my piercing in because he didn’t tell me. I had a much better experience getting pierced at the sleeping giant and don’t plan on going back to hard Knox again.

Worked to get me a tattoo without an appointment. Accepted 100 dollars for the tattoo included in the picture. I am happy with my artist and they guaranteed the work for a week so they happily are touching it up as needed. Will definitely recommend this shop!

Ive gone into Hard Knox to get not only my tongue but also both of my nipples pierced and I will return to get any other piercing I may want. The environment is nice and the people are extremely friendly. They made me feel comfortable around them and I definitely will return when I get my next tattoo as well (Ive yet to get one from there but Ive heard all good things about their artists and would love to receive a tattoo from them!)

My first Tattoo done by Eric. Me and my two daughters got the same one just a little different with the colors. When my niece gets back from her over seas duty with the Army she will be getting the same one. Thank you Eric we love it. You do amazing work.

I now have 7 piercings, all of which were done by Rockwell. I was in and out in less than 10mins, every time, and they were all done perfectly and healed up just as they were supposed to! will only go through Rockwell for any future piercings! 10/10

1 Year Follow-Up - My wife had contacted Jeremy for a touch-up on my shark tattoo (which I still love). I was extremely careful with the care post tattoo and it held up pretty well but it has faded and some of the finer lines are almost gone completely. My wife contacted Jeremy via Facebook and setup an appointment with him yesterday (Monday) for me to come in for my touch-up. I drove 45 minutes there as the shop is quite far from where I live/work. When I arrived I let them know that I was there for a touch-up from Jeremy. The guy said that hed be busy for quite a while and took me back there to discuss it with him personally. He stopped working on the girl currently getting a tattoo and asked to see the shark. He proceeded to tell me that it held up pretty well and he didnt think that it needed touched up. I pointed out the almost invisible lines that I was most concerned with and he said that the finer lines would and are supposed to disappear...WHAT?!?! He said that if I wanted it touched up then I would have to pay for it (even though when I was checking out after I had it first done he said that he would touch it up free of charge anytime). I am still happy with the work that Jeremy did, however the experience/customer service took a complete 180 from when I was first in there. I was once a very loyal customer of his and in 10 minutes he completely tarnished the relationship and we will now be going elsewhere. See below my initial excitement/experience. I left this in to show how things went so south in only 10 minutes.I got my first tattoo here from Jeremy Hill and it turned out AWESOME!!! He was very patient with me as I picked out something that I wanted (as it was going to be on me forever). I was first looking through flashes in their books and he came out to see if he could help me and asked what I was interested in. I told him I really wanted a shark tattoo as I have been fascinated since I was little and his eyes lit up as he shared the same passion for sharks as I did (having multiple shark tattoos himself). He took me back to the computer and we began the search. He pulled multiple pictures off the web and photo shopped them till I found one that suited what I wanted. He was extremely proud of his work (my shark tattoo) and was showing it off throughout the studio when he was done. The whole studio was very professional with a laid back atmosphere. I WILL be going back to see him for my next tattoo! Kudos to Hard Knox for being so awesome and to the artists there whom are passionate about what they do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARD KNOX TATTOO!!!

Leslie was a great piercer. I just got my nostril pierced, but was v happy it was affordably priced and well done. She has some cna training so even when I felt light headed afterward she knew what to do and made me feel comfortable and in no time I was skipping out of there with a beautiful new sparkle.

The family owned business has a place in my heart. These people are very friendly. They have had a couple of Jack azzes working in the party. Which, to their credit, have been fired. I dont go there them but after a while I checked them out personally. They seem clean and professional. The ditching of the big ugly popular artist after he tried to bully the guests and crew was very smart. I hope they keep morals over money. Its not common enough.

This is officially my new favorite spot in Knox! Jeremy Hill is a passionate, skillful, real ass dude. If youre straight up with what you want and want the knowledge they offer, for your tattoo to be perfect, its an amazing experience. Everyone there had the best welcoming personality and made me feel very comfortable, with letting my fiancé and I wait in what felt like my own living room. With tv and a big ol couch, its a very comfortable waiting room. His working space was also very clean and Im pretty sure I witnessed him clean it twice before working on my forearm. The whole experience was very comfortable and felt like I had been friends of the family they have there. It was an amazing experience! Thank you so much, to all of you guys!! Nothing but love💛

I’m very disappointed. overall experience not very good. long story short my piercing fell out... yes FELL OUT! and my friends was done wrong was she had no choice but to take it out. i tried to call them and see if they would offer me a repiercing or at least an apology and i didn’t get anything not even a sorry that happened. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 a simple sorry and all would have been forgiven.

NEVER GO THERE! I got a tattoo by Seve Wolfe. Upon healing, it became more obvious how terrible it looks. The outline is thick in places and non-existent in others. I have reached out to him. I cant get a response and when commenting on FB, they blocked me from posting. Now I have to pay to get it fixed.

I got my tattoo done in 2020. The artist, Dee, cant lay off the drugs long enough to get my papers so we can schedule a touch up appointment. “I have the get it from my manger” I heard that for over a month. He tried to tell me I owe him $600 for touch ups? I paid a grand for my leg piece and now he wants more money from me? Y’all need to reconsider your artists.

Me and my girlfriend have been to several tattoo shops around the Knox/Sevier area and these guys are definitely the best. Love the atmosphere as well. If youre wanting a tattoo and worried about getting a bad artist come here. Ive never seen anyone leave with a bad one

Jeremy was the BEST my friend and I came from out of town and chose this tattoo facility due to the hours and reviews. We were both extremely impressed with the facility and the customer service they offered. He is an extremely great artist.

I got my Daith pierced today to help with my frequent mirgraines and it instantly relieved my headache. I only felt alittle pressure is all! Rockwell was amazing!!! He was very professional and Sanitary! He is definitely a experienced piercer and made my experience pleasant and kept me calm. Definitely go here for your piercings! They are also priced very reasonable too!

Ive had my tattoo for a little over two years now. I got very spontaneous one day and just walked in, it was a very simple tattoo. It took longer for the artist to get prepared for it than it did to actually do the work. They were very short with me (granted I was a walk-in). My artist ended up moving to Vegas three days after I got my work done (I had only wanted to have one artist do my work) and then after the scabs came off, its had some spots missing in the lines and Its extremely faded. I messaged them on Facebook a few days ago, inquiring about getting a piercing and I havent heard anything from them. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to hard Knox tattoo on 11/14/2020 to get the tragus piercing in my ears. The lady that does your paperwork was very very friendly.i asked questions about that type of piercing n she was able to tell me it would not be that bad.thats very sweet.thry were very cautious about covid.the staff wore masks at all times.then my piercing guy came outside to walk me in.he was very sweet.very direct about my piercing n cleaning for it.he was very quick about piercing very clean n professional.he stated I was a trooper.🤗my friend refered me there. I went today to get my 7th tattoo done. I was very particular in what I wanted I described it to Leslie and she nailed it on the head. While she was doing my tattoo I ended up passing out on her due to the fact of not eating before I went in and she was very claim and helpful when I came back. She was very understanding and went ahead and finished and when I asked for a short break she gave it to me. I will tell everyone I know to go over there! In fact I am going to send my husband over there soon to fix a tattoo that got and the artist messed it up! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

This was my first tattoo and it was excruciatingly painful. He bared down so hard the gun stopped. I bled and scabbed a lot. Some of the lines were uneven. I got it finished at born this way tattoo and it was a hundred times better. I wish I had gone there to begin with. The pain was minimal and she was able to fix and cover his mistakes.

All these bad things people are saying about hard knox tattoos arent true at all. I have went there for any piercing and or tattoo that i wanted and they have done a fantastic job. Eric done by brothers tattoo today and he was very clean, nice and he done a great job. pickle and dave both have done my tattoos and also everything was very clean and everyone of the tattoo artist do a great job at their work. every time ive been there they have welcomed me, and they have kept the place clean and sanitized, wears gloves and aprons. Ive very happy with the service i have with them. Leslie does a very good job at piercing and everything is very sanitized. If you ever need a cover up done or any piercings i would go to Hard Knox on chapman highway.

My daughter always gets her piercings there. They are competitively priced and clean and you dont wait around all day. They have plenty of employee on site ready to assist you.

I went to get my Tragus pierced about a month ago and it has had so many problems since then. It got so swollen and infected that I had to go to a different piercer. They told me that whoever pierced my ear used too small of a hoop, but if we went a size bigger it wouldn’t fit. I don’t care how cheap a piercing here is, I would rather pay more money and get professional work.

I got my piercing there and when I went in it, it was super clean, very welcoming, great varaties of piercings and tattoos, and also the staff was super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning.

Got a piercing a few weeks ago, the girl that did it did the piercing and didn’t inform me of any aftercare. She said probably three words to me and then handed me a piece of paper. Had to call a different shop for aftercare tips about the piercing, wouldn’t recommend

I stopped by just before closing on a Monday night for some face shrapnel and they had me totally taken care of in no time. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work but doesnt want to pay outrageous amounts for it.

The Legendary Big Phat Dave is an amazing artist. He took a large terrible tattoo i have had for 8yrs and did an amazing cover up. His years of experience and his amazing work is what makes him a TRUE legend at his craft.

Although they were very clean and had a nice staff, they pierced me with the wrong gauge nose ring. I went to another shop to replace the ring, and was told that what they pierced me with was too big. Hard Knox pierced with a 14 gauge, when the normal is about an 18 gauge (about the same size as a normal ear piercing). Not mad, just kinda weird/scary.

The piercer is very unprofessional. Got things out with no gloves , cleaned my piercing area with NO GLOVES . I don’t recommend. Save your money . My piercing is now infected .

My tattoo turned out patchy and the lines bled, even after perfect aftercare. Theyre also anti lgbt and have iron crosses (white supremacist symbol) in their flash books. So not only do they preform shoddy work, theyre racist and homophobic as well.

My wife and I showed up late with little idea of what to get. They helped us get what we wanted in a limited amount of time. Going back probably next week.

The people are very friendly, however, I would not suggest a tattoo on your foot, I got song lyrics across the top of my left foot and some of the letters were not complete and I was charged $100. If you are looking for somewhere cheaper, I would not suggest Hard Knox.
