Wicked Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing

What an awesome place to go for piercings and ink! I had a tattoo done by an apprentice, Rodney and I LOVE it. They have quite the talented artists! They were able to guide me through the tattoo I wanted and revise it a little. Im so glad they did. The people are engaging, and have the desire to please their clients. They work super hard and take great care of people. Dont pass this place up. They are a crew of wonderful souls and high caliber talent. Love it!!

Glo is by far my favorite piercer in all of Knoxville. I have been to several others and no one compares to her. She is organized, clean, quick, and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with any of my piercing that she has done. She is patient and professional and everything I look for in a piercer. 10/10 recommend!!

Me and my mom went to get five tattoos total and we Got the pleasure to have Apache. He is very nice and very good and fast and light handed and on point and we were very happy with our tattoos. We will be seeing him again soon. Love all staff at wicked Inc.

Angelina did my nose piercing she was very welcoming . She did it very quick very lil pain. Very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to take care of it . I had Apache as my tattoo artist. My sisters, cousin and I got matching memorial tattoos. We didn’t have appointments but they were able to fit us in. Our tattoos were exactly what we wanted, he was quick and very polite. Thank you, Apache!

Went to get my nose pierced. Walked in and immediately greeted. Clean, great atmosphere and everyone was awesome. Gloria did my piercing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLORIA! I was a walk in appointment and was taken in very quickly. They are very good about checking your identification which is amazing. Em did my eyebrow piercing and they did a perfect job. They were very descriptive and let me know what was going on the whole process which was very helpful. The workers were all very nice and welcoming. I didnt get my eyebrow pierced in the traditional place, more towards the middle. But I asked for it to be that way Em was very helpful in telling me the pros and cons for my placement but reassured me it was ok to not have it done in the traditional spot. Very good directions for after care and changing the bar out. I will be coming back to get my nose and bellybutton pierced. Very pleased and highly recommend. Very clean.

My friends and I were searching all over town for permanent jewelry or piercings to do together and happened upon wicked ink. We had the most pleasant experience! Glo did my second holes and (I am a mom so this may not count) it didn’t hurt at all and I loved it! Very clean and professional. Would travel here from Florida where I’m from for all future piercings.

While in Knoxville my wife and I decided to get a matching tattoo of a special place in our hearts. The owner was very helpful making sure this happened. Her artist that did the art work was awesome and very professional! I would recommend if you need art work done or a piercing fo here! You wont be disappointed!. Thank you Wicked Ink!

Em did a quick and swift job on my nose. It was my first piercing other than my ears. She was so good! Didnt hurt much at all! She was professional and her attention to detail was outstanding!

I brought my daughter in for her first piercing and we had a fantastic experience. Angelina was our piercing artist and I could not have been happier. She was very informative on piercing procedure, after care, and (moms fave) let her see how a professional makes sure an area is sanitary. She was very nice and even let dorky mom get a first piercing photo with her. Shop was aestically please, clean, and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

It was a special outing for my daughter and I. I got the Monroe and my eyebrow done !! The chic that done it was super nice and gentle!!!!!!! She made us feel comfortable and made us laugh 😃 😀! Everyone has awesome personalities and very inviting Gloria was the one to do my piercings and she was very informative and walked me through the process and had a amazing personality I recommend them to anyone and will be going back for my tattoos! And the prices are reasonable!

I went in last night to get my tattoo done by Jeremy. He is a fantastic artist! Not heavy handed at all. He was very patient with me as well and did not rush the process. I will definitely be going back to him. Hes nice to look at too ladies!!Edit: I forgot to mention the others at the shop. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I was offered drinks and even walked to my car because of the time of night I was leaving I believe by the owner. The girl at the front desk helped me pick my tattoo out.

I love both my tattoos that I got from Rodney and the one that my mom for from him. He was very nice and kept everything cleaned. All of the workers kept their area cleaned the whole time they are working. They all are very friendly and talk to everybody.

I recommend going and seeing Gin. She was very professional and friendly. Very detailed on how to take care of piercing. She has follow-up services as well. Very satisfied with our experience.

I got my shoulder piece outline done at wicked ink 1 year ago! Went back to the shop last week and was able to get my tattoo colored! I am in LOVE with how it is turning out! My tattoo artist did an amazing job! I would HIGHLY recommend getting any of your tattoo needs done at wicked ink! I have been to a few tattoo shops before but I have never felt as welcomed as I have at this shop! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel as welcomed as possible!

Went there with the hubby for some peircings and to inquire about some tattoos. Got the peircings done by Em with the assistance of Glo and couldnt be happier with the entire experience! They were both great! So knowledgeable and kind about answering all of questions and letting us know what to expect. And scheduled an appointment with Jason for a tattoo in a few weeks!!

Wanted to get a memorial tattoo for my best friend who passed unexpectedly. Came in with a design and Jason did an excellent jobfine tuning it and was very easy to work with. He did an awesome job and I am very pleased with the outcome. will definitely go back.studio is also very clean and comfortable!

I went in today and got two tattoos. Everyone there was very nice. The butterflies looked amazing. The moon however…. not so much. Was my second time being in a tattoo shop ever, and i am a really shy person so when i realized i didnf get what i wanted i was shy to soeak up. No hate to the artist bc he was really nice but i most likely wont be back and i will be getting the moon fixed. My only complaint about the butterflies is that he did not shade them all evenly.

Me and my son went here on a Saturday without an appointment. I have previously researched it and knew they were mostly busy daily but I took my chances and went in as a walk-in. We had a great experience!! My son was offered a kid friendly tattoo while waiting on me and it was my first tattoo experience and I cannot stress enough how great Jeremy was and all the staff working that day! Thank You and keep it up hopefully near future come back for another one…

Wife and I got lock and key tattoos while back and very professional

We tried to pop in for A TINY sun and moon tattoo like 1cm big AN HOUR before they closed. The owner said no, they were closing and hung up on me. Called back and the girl who answered the phone was cussing and being SO rude. They both told me they’d love for me to leave a review so here I am. Don’t give these jerks a dime of your money. The parlors downtown are 1000x better quality any way.

Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo and was very gentle and drew it out exactly how I wanted it this is my 2nd time going to him and I dont have any regrets

The ladies that run the desk are a little rude and unprofessional. Regarding their conversations amongst each other in front of customers Is and towards customers But theyre tattoo artists and The lady that does the piercings Are very friendly and professional The head shop selection is kind of cheesy remind me of corner smoke shop from the eighties But I like a place thats rough around the edges as long as the end result is what Im looking for I will be coming back here

Jason did our tattoos he was pleasant and is the only reason 2 stars was warranted. The girl next to us was making fun of our tattoos that we were getting, I guess because they were more minimal? She was doing this out loud repeatedly, but yet she was doing a medusa Tattoo, nonetheless the woman at the desk wasn’t the friendliest either. As we were checking out she announced whether we had tipped or not and the amount which we found very strange, although we did tip it was just an odd thing to do in a business.

I came in and got my septum pierced. Cassie did a wonderful job walking me through what she was doing and making me feel comfortable. The place was very welcoming and comfortable, everything was super sanitary. Absolutely love it and will definitely be coming in for my tattoos. Definitely recommend coming here!

Marilan did a fantastic job and was very understanding. Considering it was done on the top of my foot, she was as gentle as you can be during the session. In memory of type tattoo. Highly recommend this place.

Angelina is amazing. First, she was super nice when I called and inquired about an existing piercing. She was so helpful and patient when I arrived. She changed my jewelry for me, helped me pick out something that wouldnt irritate me, and she even gave me samples of what I needed to put on the piercings to allow them to heal properly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Cassy and Angelina are amazing! I walked in and was treated right away by a very nice gentleman (didn’t get his name) and was directed to Cassy and Angelina to address my concerns about my daith piercing being super sensitive after having it for it 2 years! (I got my piercing from a shop in Utah) They were so sweet and understanding and replaced my old daith jewelry with a new captive bead hoop for free!I am so glad I visited the shop to meet the amazing team and artists they have! Definitely will be going back! Thank you so much Wicked!

Ive been twice in a week. Very professional as far as their jobs go especially with cleanliness. Highly recommended. Also recommend giving your artist free artistic rein on your pieces because theyll probably make it better than the reference you brought in.

Flawless experience with Cassey piercing my nose! 50th Birthday treat to myself, needed a change like the nose ring but nervous about infection, pain, appearance etc.Cassey answered my zillion questions and it was QUICK. Slightly red, throbbed about 2 hours, that was IT! NO swelling EVER, no crusting, infections, NOTHING but a shiny stud where I wanted it! Its been two months and I even accidentally caught the ring and it came out when washing my face twice. Owch but once I maneuvered it back in it was fine.Follow the aftercare instructions exactly. Outstanding experience, clean shop, approachable pros, perfect inspection records, laid back and kudos again to Cassey!

My artist had some good work on his profile, I’m not sure what happened with me, when I first got my tattoo I couldn’t tell how messed up it was. but 6 months later I can definitely tell.. IF YOUR ARTIST DOESNT SHAVE YOU BEFORE TATTOOING PLEASE LEAVE, I know some people don’t want to come off as rude (me) but I wish I would’ve left. for reference the tattoo was on my forearm and I know now it should’ve definitely been shaved. I didn’t know any better so this was partially my fault so I’ll also say PLEASE DO RESEARCH AND TALK TI PEOPLE THAT ALREADY HAVE TATTOOS BEFORE GETTING YOUR FIRST ONE. hope this helps someone.

Everything was perfect the store manager( Angelina)had pierced my nose, she did an amazing job. She took her time with me, she could tell I was very nervous lol overall I loved it & will be going back soon for my ears! 🤍 I definitely recommend!

I’ve been here multiple times and i will always recommend it to anyone who wants a piercing!! im not at the age where i can get a tattoo but let me tell you everyone is extremely clean, very very nice, and professional. angelina is the sweetest and always does a fantastic job same thing with cassey. after i got my piercing i didn’t feel well and threw up they brought me snacks, water, even plugged up a fan, and then made sure that i was okay before i left. i will never go to any other tattoo parlor but this one! ❤️

Hygienic, my piercer did a good job. However they werent very friendly or welcoming.They didnt warn us what they were doing- none of my group knew when they were done clamping and when they started with the needle(no count downs given, proceeded to say the worst part is over, before doing something painful). High and mighty is how my friend described them.Otherwise from mannerisms, quality of service was good, happy with placement and healing.

They were busy but accommodated us very professionally with drinks (water and sodas) and conversation. The shop is extremely clean and provides a happy atmosphere and good vibes. The artist and the attending staff were very helpful and provided great customer service. Marilan did the piece on my hand which I love and appreciate her so much for. Thanks guys see you next time!

I have gone to Wicked Ink for the majority of my piercings as well as all 8 of my tattoos. Pam runs the desk INCREDIBLE, Jeremy and Cassey always take the best care to make sure everything is perfect for me, and while i have not had work done by the rest of the staff they are all the kindest and most professional people I know. I will never go anywhere else for piercings or tattoos! Thank you all for being the best!!

I came to town to visit my best friend from her birthday from South Carolina, we came in to get matching tattoos that we have been talking about for 15 years. From the moment we walked in the vibe was so welcoming. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was on point. Jason did mine and he was awesome. My overall experience with the whole shop was above and beyond. The whole process of getting from getting the tattoo priced, to actually getting the tattoo was professional and speedy. Everyone that Ive spoken to there was always friendly. It made me feel very welcomed. The shop was very clean and sanitized to the max. As for my artist, marlian, I absolutely loved her! She kept a conversation and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She was light handed and quick but not rushed. I am so happy with the work and I will definitely be back to get more.

Ive been here for all 5 of my piercings. They are all so friendly and only want you to be so happy with your outcome! From the moment you walk in, you are family. You arent a customer. You arent a number. They want you to shop and see the jewelry and the artwork around the shop. I will ALWAYS come back here for every piercing I get.

Had an amazing experience getting my nosed pierced. The staff was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Angelina, the owner, personally provided a cup of coffee and chatted while I waited. Definitely recommend!

Neat, clean and professional 100% the time! The owner is super friendly and so is all the staff. Jason and his other 2 artists (Marilan and Tom whom both are wonderful custom artists) all create beautiful work! The owner is also the only piercer in the shop. Calling ahead is always a good idea to see of your preferred artist is available. However, most everything is done on a first come basis. Appointments are rarely made. A very substantial timely piece may require an appointment. But everything is mostly walk-in. I have been going to Wicked Ink for MANY years. I can honestly say that my entire adult life I have not let anyone other than the artists Wicked Ink provide me with my body art. Be it tattoos or piercings! 10 stars should be a thing!

I went in and got my eye brow done again and after that I asked them about getting my kids names on my wrist and they had and open to do my tattoos and she said yes in about 30 mins till an hour so I waited and got my two lil tattoos done on 4/9/21 and Im very proud and happy about my tattoos and eye brow getting done the same day.. Thank you guys so much for having the time to get me in on both things I wanted done. You guys are awesome and amazing..

Never have I ever been treated better by a group of people!! My Daith piercing jewelry fell out at 9:45 on a Saturday night so I ran up to wicked ink and Jason put it back in for me!! They have always been amazing, but the extra mile they all go to make you feel welcome and take care of you is just beyond extraordinary to me!!!

Jason did a Lord of the Rings tattoo for me. It means the world to me and my family. The line work is extremely clean, and the shop was superb in their professionalism. The entire experience was absolutely immaculate. Another artist (Maralin, I think was her name) even offered me a stress ball to squeeze, even though she was working on another client. His piece also turned out fantastic. I will absolutely be back. Especially with line work that is so well done. Absolutely incredible from every perspective. A proper place to get a walk-in.

I just got a wedding band tattooed on 10/16/20 by Tom. I noticed the next day when I took the bandages off it was not straight or filled in completely. I called 3 days later to ask if they could correct it and was informed no touch-up are allowed for finger tattoos (due to fading) which I already knew going into it.However, this would be a correction not a touch-up since the original work hadn’t faded. I informed the owner Jason and was told that they would not do any corrections for finger tattoos at all.So fair warning, this establishment doesn’t care what your tattoo looks like as long as they get their money. I would recommend strongly considering other shops before going here.

I went in to get my septum and snakebites but had an unexpected inconvenience. I have a deviated nose so the piercing was crooked. While she was taking it out, I passed out. The piercer, Cassey, handled the situation amazingly and the staff and owner helped greatly. They made me feel very comfortable and safe. I will definitely be back to get my snakebites and hopefully not pass out that time lol

This establishment is most impressive. The art work is impeccable. Friendly staff and artist. I undoubtedly would take my child into this family friendly environment to get a quote on renditions. Lastly, traveling the country, I have never seen a tattoo shop as clean as Wicked Ink. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the local shop. Best in Knoxville! Best in East Tennessee!

Marilan was very nice and patient. She did an amazing job she took her time was gentle. It was very clean . I loved my tattoo . I will definitely see her again for another tattoo . The lady working at the door was very nice as well and helpful.

I went and got pierced today by Jason, he is absolutely awesome! So professional and made me so comfortable. Clean shop and wonderful atmosphere. Explained every little detail to me and answered all my questions. HIGHLY recommend!

I got my snake bites done one by one. Both times she didn’t put long enough jewelry in. i went in to make the first one longer and she tried blaming it on me. Any oral piercing is going to swell a lot and she failed to accommodate for that. She also has a bad attitude and doesn’t communicate very well at all. I will be going back in tomorrow to make her change the other side to a longer bar. After that i will be finding another shop to do work for me.

Walked in on Saturday around 12:15pm. Was immediately taken care of. Paid for my nose ring. Very clean place. This was a first time facial piercing. Jason had me completely relaxed. He was very nice and very professional. I am a huge baby and have 0 tolerance for pain but he did awesome!!! I never felt a thing! I didnt even know he was done until he put the stud in. My eyes did not tear up nor did I cry lol! I HIGHLY recommend Jason. I bragged on him so much, I brought two of my friends back that night for the same piercing lol! They loved him as well. I will go back for future piercings or for my first tattoo. You wont be disappointed.

Marilan did a fantastic job for a great price too! Sadly I live in Illinois and there is no other artist I want to go to. I love this place so much I will travel from Illinois back to Tennessee for every tattoo I get. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Ive been coming to the shop for years, Jason has done all my piercings except my ears unfortunately I wish I would have gone to him and hes done some of my tatoos outstanding work. Everyone there makes you feel super comfortable as if you were family thats how comfortable it is. My daughter also got her tongue pierced and in the future I will be bringing my son. If I could rate this shop a 10 I would 10 times over. Keep up the fantastic work yall.

Great place! Very clean and a lot less expensive. Just got my cartilage pierced for $25 while the places where I lived wanted $40-$50 WITHOUT the jewelry. Jason and the staff there are very nice and helpful. He gave me my touch up for free when my coupon had expired. Ive been here three times already, and will defiantly be back. Worth the hour long drive! Thank you!

Very nice shop. It was clean and very professionally ran. My artist Tom, went above and beyond my expectations for my basic design by making sure it stuck to my original idea but he made it unique by putting his own spin on it. He wasnt heavy handed at all and overall did excellent work. I would highly recommend this shop as well as my artist Tom.

I have been to different tattoo shops for awhile now and this is by far the worst experience. They are very rude including the new owner Angelina. Quote on quote “we do not have to do a free touch up” . That is how they treated my friend when we went in there for her touch up because the ink came out of one of her tattoos THEY DID. When we went In for the consultation they were rude then as well. I would leave zero stars if it was offered. Customer service is a 0/10 for me. Casey is the only friendly one. 5/5 for Casey but ONLY HER. This is NOT a way to run a new business.

I had my first piercing done here and the people were very nice! Jason did my piercing and him and Marilyn were so nice to me, and helped me calm down. If I ever have anything else done, I will definitely go here. I recommend this place to everyone.

I finally got the courage after a year and a half to get the Medusa piercing done. I watched an unhealthy amount of YouTube videos on this piercing and scared myself out of it. Well, on impulse, I decided to get it today. Im SO glad I did! Jason did an absolute wonderful job!On a scale of 1-10 on pain, 10 being the highest, Id rate the pain a 5 or a 6. The shop was super clean and professional. Definitely will not go anywhere else but here! I cant express it enough how happy I am! Thank you, Wicked Ink!

Went and had some piercings done and literally everyone I encountered there was so friendly and made me feel comfortable! Cassey was sooo easy going and made my experience great!

Stopped in the day before to set up a tattoo and spoke to someone on the phone and fb message, brought in what I was looking for, got quoted, was told I was all set. Come in tomorrow when we open and we will get it done. Came in when they opened along with other people, and they just gave everyone a run around as to why they couldn’t, then quoted different prices then discussed for something less detailed and smaller then original piece. Next time just tell people you can’t do something from the beginning.. instead wasting people’s time. I travel to different states looking to get a new tattoo for the collection, this place so far as been the most unprofessional tattoo place Ive been too👎

So Ive had my Medusa for a while now and I started a new job today. I cant wear facial piercings at my new job so I thought it would be fine if I just took it out and put it back in later... Wrong. It closed up a little to where I couldnt get it back through my lip at the end of my shift. Long story short, I ended up at Wicked Ink trying to find someone to help me get it back through before there was no going back. I get there the first lady I talked to told me that there wasnt a piercer there tonight and no one else could help me at all. I was like omg are you serious? So then Lauren walked up and I told her what was going on. Lauren recommended using Vaseline to help the piercing go back through. Both ladies helped me find a clear retainer and I ended up leaving happy and got home and was successfully able to get the clear retainer in with Vaseline. I was very impressed with Lauren. She seems like she knows what shes doing and seemed to actually care about helping me. You gotta keep this girl around because if I had left without talking to her, I wouldve never come back to that store. Way to go Lauren! Thank you again!

The artists are nice but the owner does not stand by what his employees tell their customers. My husband and I got tattoos, my husband was quoted $120 for a solid SD and when the artist was tattooing he thought it looks cool to fade it instead of making it solid. My husband wasn’t so sure but he was told when it heals if you don’t like it I’ll fill it in no problem. We left and my husband really wasn’t digging it so he went in and wanted to get it filled in and the owner said bc he left happy this is considered a new tattoo with a minimum of $50. If you are getting a small tattoo they are overpriced. I got a tattoo on my wrist that cost $60 and very small and simple. Another chick got a big flower and writing and was charged $50. We even tipped $45 to go back and be charged $50 for something we originally asked for. As I said the artists are nice but that’s about it.

I was looking for places to get a tattoo in honor of my late mother for Mother’s Day, when I walked in the ladies were so nice . Marilan did a great job on my tattoo, I love it! Thank you all so much!

I went to get my nose pierced. It went amazing it only hurt for a second and it was a quick process. My eyes watered because of the nerves in your noses and a needle going through it, but it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice. I paid $35 for the piercing and the jewelry and also the aftercare. It was a great price. I would totally recommend this place.

I came and got my bellybutton pierced a week ago. The jewelry seemed small and i asked the lady about it and she said they all look like that. It was healing fine until a few days ago when it started getting red. Thats when I realized that the hole was stretching. So now my piercing is going INTO my stomach. I have friends who have gotten piercings here and they were fine but this lady just did not know what she was doing. Make sure when you go here you get the guy piercer not his apprentice.

I do not recommend this place at all! I called ahead to see if they could take walk ins and the lady on the phone said yes. Then when i got there the receptionist was very very rude and the tattoo artist did my tattoo in like 10 mins and was very rough while tattooing. Yes i know tattoos don’t feel great but he was very very rough and rushing! I wasn’t happy but just wanted to get out of there. I’ve had other tattoos done and none of my tattoos have ever healed this way! I’m pretty sure my tattoo that I got from wicked ink is infected! Never will I ever get another tattoo from there! I’ll just stick with where I got my other two... ambition tattoo they are amazing and very clean.

Id highly recommend this place Jason did an excellent job on my tattoo. This is one of the best tattoo experiences I have had. His store is clean and him and his staff are very professional. I will definitely be going back for another one thanks again guys.

Very nice staff, super helpful. Offers touch ups for a year and gave me a small container of a and D and lots of care information. Only $80, +$20 tip = $100 only took an hour. They also offered a 15% discount on my next visit. Hope to go back to have flowers and shading added later.

Amazing artists.. Terrible receptionist. That was my first review when I gave them 3 stars. Im now changing that review and I wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1. When I called head to see if they took American Express, I was treated very rudely on the phone. Then when I got there, not knowing it was me that had called, they proceeded to talk about me like a dog right in front of me and in front of lots of other customers in the shop. I cant believe the level of unprofessionalism and downright rudeness that I experienced there. The artist are pretty good but I can get pretty good artists anywhere and I dont need to be treated like that when I take my money somewhere.

We went to wicked ink yesterday and the tattoo we wanted was priced at $200 Which was outrageous. Today we went to LUCY at Now or Never in Rocky Top she done it for $60 and slayed it. I highly recommend Now or Never for fair prices and she does an amazing job!!!

LOVED our experience with Wicked Ink!! I went myself for the Daith piercing, and my daughter to get her naval piercing. Jason was extremely nice and very personable as was the rest of the staff. Their shop is CLEAN/IMMACULATE. I have recommended SEVERAL friends & family to them for the Daith piercing and all day they had a great experience as well. I have friends who have also gotten tattoos there and they do AMAZING work!

My nose piercing didnt even hurt. Startled me cause it popped. But it wasnt painful. And it was super fast.Edit... A month and a half later almost and my nose has been infected since a few days after I got the piercing.. I put it off thinking oh Im cleaning it like Im supposed to this is probably just healing. I dont know if the equipment wasnt clean or if Im allergic to the metal in my nose. I have had other piercings.. and never got infections unless it wasnt surgical steel. So my questions for wicked ink what do I do about the infection? And are the nose studs surgical steel? If not you should probably switch to that. New edit give one star now cause wicked ink wont respond. My nose is still not healing properly.. INFECTED INFECTED INFECTED.

Went there to get my helix pierced. The piercer (I think his name was Jason) was super sweet. The parlor was clean and all of the staff were wonderful. It was very pain free and simple. I definitely recommend it!

Everybody there is absolutely friendly and will make you comfortable and it’s clean BUT I got my nipples pierced my left one is great but my right one is NOT through my nipple and I asked to get prices on a not so big yin-yang because it would be my first and i just wanted something simple and it would cost me 120$ I also got my conch pierced and it is just fine! They try to haggle if they think you could be haggled and they are not always perfect with piercing locations

I went to get a tattoo of my dogs paw print and when I went they said they could do all the little details, so I told them I’d come back. On the day of when I came back, I called before came in and they said they still had the color my tattoo and specifically asked if they can still make it look just like it and they said yes. I came in and was one a wait and when the “artist” called me up, he then outlined the print and filled it in saying that there was no needle small enough to actually make the details and told me it would just have to me a filled in tattoo. I left and went somewhere else and am so happy with my tattoo. I asked my artist at the DIFFERENT PLACE and he told me that he used a 3 point needle when they even go all the way to a 1 point. So needless to say, my business will definitely be going elsewhere.

Jason was my piercer and he was definitely the most friendly and knowledgeable person Ive ever went to. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ill absolutely be going back here for all my piercing needs.

I got my lip pierced yesterday. I was really nervous, I havent had a body piercing in 12 years. Everyone there was very friendly, the shop is very clean and Jason done a great job. He told me how to take care of it, made sure the piercing was exactly where I wanted it before it was done. I will be going back, and would recommend them to anyone.I had a Tattoo done by Marilyn, it was my first and I was nervous as hell. She done a great job and I will be going back to get more!

My boyfriend and his brother went in the same day, at different times and got tattooed by two different artist. Few days after the tattoos, they got both got infected. One of them were pushed very deep, and very very rushed. Overpriced for the lack of work they did. Save yourself the time and pain and go to another tattoo shop. Youll be better off.

Wouldn’t go here if you want piercing’s in a timely manner, Jason was a royal ass. He got mad because he’d said he would do my girlfriends piercing, as soon as they opened.(she’s got screenshots) we walk in, and he pushes it back to 6:00 and then to 7:00 as we’re standing there. We called another shop, and he got his little feelings hurt about it. Dude, you shouldn’t have lied, about piercing times. We took time out of our day to give your our business, very unprofessional and disgusting. While he was mouthing off about times, not doing anything but hanging over the wall, he could’ve had the piercing done. Instead, he lost customers due to his bad attitude.

Jason is a great tattoo artist and very professional throughout the entire process. I got a cover-up piece done there today and couldnt be any happier with it. Id highly recommend going there for a tattoo. I will be back for more when its time.

Ive got 3 of my tattoos done here..all done by different artists. Jason, Tom and Marlin! And also gotten a my monroe done and my Industrial done here. I dont have my monroe done anymore but i do still have my Industrial and I love it. Definitely going to be coming back soon!

Took my girl to get earrings put in, and they were nosy as hell, asking my girl if she was abused by me after I spend money there and tipped her. This place is a joke!!!

I only made an account so I could make a complaint. I got a small tattoo behind my ear Saturday night and woke up two days later with a completely swollen ear and was in so much pain and had blistering all the way up and down my ear. Went to the hospital and was told it was a staff infection. Please make sure you always always witness them cleaning the needle before getting a tattoo. Im very disappointed and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to know whats up and they treated me nice and I couldnt ask for much better. In fact my next tattoo (and pro6 tattoos) will come from there. I like these people and its less than a mile away from me.😊

I know that Wicked Ink has good artists because Ive seen their work, so I wont give them a one-star review, but we called about 30 minutes ahead and asked if they were busy and were told that they werent and that we could come in for two small tattoos. When we got there two hours before close, we were greeted and told that they would be right with us, but only to be ignored for 20-25 minutes while the artists talked about how they were doing their last tattoos of the night, even though we were obviously there for tattoos. There was another guy standing near us that said that he could come back if it was too late, assumingly because he felt rushed, too.One of the receptionist shook a pill bottle and started talking on the phone instead of taking care of us, and the other receptionist that greeted us started wiping down their art books and talking to the artists and the other receptionist.After being ignored that long, we just decided to leave. As we were going out the door, no one said anything to try and stop us or even say anything.As talented as their artists are, I will never go back, and I will deter as much of their business as I possibly can. It was not a good experience at all.

I got my bellybutton pierced about a year ago here and everyone was very nice so I went back and got my daith pieced and it keeps getting infected and I clean it 3 times a day. I was going to change it to see If that would help and I cant get the ball off. The hoop keeps bending and the ball is stuck. Ive tried for about 2 weeks to get it off and its not coming off. Ive tried twisting it, Ive tried to just pop the ball off and Ive tried to just pull it off and it wont come off.

I have recently had a terrible experience dealing with Wicked Ink. I went in to get my second earring holes pierced, and the owner, Jason, was very cordial with me. I was extremely nervous, as I hate needles. Jason had me remove my modestly-sized pearl studs, so that he could mark where the second piercing should be. After I got home, I realized that the piercings were simply too close together, and that the backs of the earrings were rubbing against me on the left lobe, causing me to have extreme soreness. When I called the next day to ask what my options were, as far as repiercing was concerned, Jason told me I could remove the earrings myself, and then he could repierce in a few weeks-- at the same cost that I had paid the day before ($40). I was pretty displeased that Jason expected to charge me the same fee to repierce my ears, especially when I would be using the same exact earring studs from before. The customer is not always right, of course, but I felt that my request to repierce my ears in the correct location without having to pay another fee was beyond reasonable. If you go to any other tattoo/piercing shop, this is simply common piercing etiquette. So, I took to their Facebook page to sort this issue out, as I tend to be non-confrontational. I wrote a polite review, informing them that I was unhappy with the level of customer service I had received from the owner, no less; and I made sure they understood that I was not out to scam them, nor did I expect any sort of refund or compensation. I even posted a picture of me wearing the same pearl studs that I had worn to the tattoo shop, for further evidence that I was not being dramatic about how close the earrings were together. Wicked Ink responded to my post in an accusatory manner, stating that Jason marks the ear, and then makes sure IM comfortable with the location. Upon seeing their blaming tactics, several people began commenting on my post, criticizing Wicked Ink for their poor customer service, and even more so for their lack of professionalism by not owning up to their mistakes, and instead, placing the blame on the customer. I reminded Wicked Ink that I have no training in piercing, and that it is up to the professional to be able to gauge what the customer wants. I sought to have it done in a professional setting, as opposed to going to Claires, because I assumed that they would be more seasoned in their field; and, therefore, it wasnt my responsibility to make sure that everything was in the correct location. Still, I was unhappy with the piercing placement, and that should have been enough to warrant repiercing my ears. After I posed the question about whether or not Wicked Ink felt that my earrings were simply too close together, they appeared to deactivate their Facebook page, likely due to their negative posts that people began posting about their lack of professional courtesy, and their failure to put the customer first. In fact, one commenter on my post wrote, The customer is always wrong. Isnt that how the saying goes? Im not writing this review to put anyone out, but this level of customer service is shocking. Everyone makes mistakes, and this situation could have been handled differently if they had simply offered to rectify the situation. I had a decent experience at Wicked Ink, but their poor attitude makes them a poor business.

Awesome place for ink or piercings! Got my daith pierced for migraines and it’s done wonders! The owner calls it the miracle piercing and it is! He does all the piercings himself and he’s fantastic! Highly recommend Wicked Ink!

So I went in with a basic design to get tattooed, the receptionist was very rude and very inpatient with me. once I was set up with tom the artist for my tattoo he told me he did not like the color design and went ahead and did black and grey. Throughout the tattoo process he would use alcohol to wipe the tattoo, I have never had any other artist use alcohol just the usual green soap. When the shading was almost finished, as highlights were being added an appointment came in and he rushed the tattoo and didnt even finish the shading all the way. After I left the shop my tattoo was extremely bloody and I have several tattoos and never did this either. They also disrespected another shop and talked bad about an artist ive been going to. I will never go to wicked ink again....very unprofessional.

When I hear I dont do anything free hand I should have walked out. 300 to trace? Then throw a fit because I didnt want small insignificant part of the premade stencil? What happened to the quality here? I understand not free handing Everything, ya ok cool but how do you call your self an artist who copies other work ?. Will not come back

My brother and I went in about a week ago and got tattoos, mine from Marilin and his from Jason and both are badly infected. We both take very good care of tattoos so it isnt an issue on our end.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My tattoo was done by the woman there (I cannot think of her name) I went in to have a realistic lion and a peony flower. She did the outline and it looked(s) TERRIBLE! It’s been three years and I never went back to her to get it finished. Today I went to see about getting it fixed and the guy said that there is no fixing it that I will have to have the whole thing covered up. What makes me mad is that something that was suppose to mean so much to me can’t be a part of me any more. Rather than getting the tattoo covered up I am now getting it lasered off. Just wanted to share my story. Don’t go here.

We went in for 2 body piercings....and were told that we needed a birth certificate and guardianship papers(which we had) BUT because the girls that worked there didnt know the difference be a JUDGE and a Magistrate....they wouldnt allow us to have our piercings done. GIRLS!!!! A JUDGE AND A MAGISTRATE ARE THE SAME THING!!!!

Wicked Ink is always my first choice for piercing! I had my ear pierced a few times, plus the part of the ear for migraine prevention. These piercing have helped me in having a reduction in pain.

They have the best smoking equipment that Ive seen for a while. And Angelina is an awesome manager. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had my a piercing done here a few weeks ago, and when I got it done, it was extremely crooked, not only that but it was positioned so incorrectly that I cannot even clean it. I trusted that it was only the swelling that made it crooked because my septum piercing did the same thing but my cartilage is healed now and it is still wrong.

My wrist tattoo by Tom was great but both receptionist are extremely rude. and my second visit was horrible and rushed. I went in asking about a custom and both tom and the receptionist was super rude.

Please do your research before you go to a tattoo shop I went to this shop and got tattooed by the owner Jason, the tattoo was over priced, the lines are not straight and blown out, He went too deep, I bled the rest of the day, Its been 7 days and parts of it still look like an opened wound, I will need to have it fixed and it will definitely not be at that shop.
