Ashley and Nicole are great. They have the best personalities and are very thorough in their explanation of the removal and aftercare processes. They make a painful experience fun and bearable. I would highly recommend Removery for tattoo removal.

Great customer service! I went in for a cosmetic tattoo removal consultation and they were very welcoming! My consultant was for microblading of the eyebrow that I wanted removed. They gave some honest recommendations in my opinion. I also loved that they let you no the pros and the cons of the removal.

Most Definitely, the atmosphere makes the sales, Ashlee and Nikole are wonderful people who have informed me well on my experiences as well as the knowledge of the process. The care and patience and consistency are important, along with people who know how to handle business in a timely manner. I would say that it’s worth the work. The staff here at this location and the phone staff are all so nice and supportive. Theyre also very understanding and work with you if you need to reschedule, and they do their best to keep you comfortable. That being said, the procedure hurts A LOT. I dont recommend having it done, but if youre going to do it anyway, do it with Removery. You might regret the tattoo, but you wont regret picking this company. (Ill update with pictures when my tattoo is gone!)

Ve has been wonderful through the whole process of getting started. I had my first treatment today. So far so good. Everyone I have met have been awesome so far! Update: I had my second visit today. I am still so impressed with the staff. I am glad I made the decision to trust Removery. Ve is so helpful! The girls are great during the process. They tell you what they are going to do before they do it. So sweet too! Update: the ladies are amazing! They have absolutely gone above and beyond for me! I would recommend Removery to anyone, and I do!

The staff here is excellent! They are very knowledgeable about tattoo removal, their equipment, and the aftercare process. They have kindly answered any questions that I’ve had so far.I was a bit put off by the price to begin with, but the service is well worth it. There is a lot of reduction in my tattoos after 3 treatments. Most of my shading is gone. My line work will probably take 4 more treatments.

This is one of the easiest exercises Ive had.Its very simple and really no pain at all.They really take their time and make sure you are comfortable with everything and very open to questions or concerns and really listen to what you have to say, it makes the whole process go by with ease.I was in and out in a matter of 15 to 20 minutes.They really know what theyre doing, I highly recommend to anyone needing a tattoo fixed or removed

From when I first got there Ashlee has been very informative on everything from pricing, all the way to how long it would take for the tattoo to be completely removed. Every time I go the front desk worker also gives my boys suckers. I appreciate that because they enjoy the experience as much as I do.

Ashlee and Nicole are amazing. I went in just looking for information, Ashlee had me signing up and receiving my first treatment that day. They talk and walk you through the whole process. Nicole’s 5-4-3-2-1 count down method is awesome. She keeps you talking and breathing through out the treatment. I was very nervous and anxious going into this but these gals are great. They make you feel comfortable, they listen to you, they inform you, and they even provide you with a phone number to reach them at anytime if you have concerns or questions. Not a good experience. I stopped by today to see about getting a small tattoo removed. I sat at the front desk for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the desk. A man came to the desk and asked me if anyone had helped me. I told him no, that I was just there to inquire about removal. He told me he didn’t have time for me and I would need to schedule a consultation online. After I left and much to my surprise, a credit card is required to schedule a consultation online, which I’m not willing to do. Shortly after entering my contact info on the web form, I received a text saying when can you stop by for a free consultation? Well, I was just there 10 minutes ago and was told to go away! Not worth the struggle. I’ll find someone else.

This is my first time doing removal and even though my piece is small, I’m still treated like family. The girls, Nicole and Ashlee, get me ice packs and water, they chat with you and just make you feel welcome. I’ve never felt nervous and it definitely doesn’t hurt as much as I expected. Tattoo removal can be a pretty daunting experience, but they make sure that youre well informed with every step of the process and walk you through everything so that its less stressful! I started using Removery about 5 months ago. I discovered them while googling for a local tattoo removal place. Every site I checked had people recommending these guys so I didn’t bother checking elsewhere. I recently went for my third treatment to have a small tattoo removed. It will probably take about 10-12 treatments and about 18 months for it to be fully removed. The two ladies working in the office are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. Every time I come in I have more questions and they are always happy to explain things. I’ve been showing up 5-10 minutes before my appointment and I usually don’t have time to sit down before they are taking me to the back. The treatment takes about two minutes and I’m always out the door within 15min of arriving. I’m sure people with larger projects may take longer but it goes by really fast.Everyone wants to know about the pain… I’ve heard people say it is a little more painful than getting a tattoo but I honestly don’t remember because it was 20+ yrs ago last time I got one. It feels about the same as a strong shock but it does it repeatedly for a few seconds at a time. It’s not terrible. My experience has been wonderful so far and I would strongly recommend them.

We were told that a small hand tattoo would only take 3 to 4 treatments to be completely removed. Almost one year later the tattoo still isn’t removed and the job that we were having the tattoo removed for is no longer available. If we weren’t told the tattoo would be gone in 3-4 months then we never would’ve signed the contract. We brought this to their attention and they called both myself and my finance liars and claimed that they didn’t tell us that time frame. Which is false. Spend your money elsewhere. Once they get your signature. They don’t care about the well-being of the customer or running a business in an honest way.

I’ve been going here since November 2022! I’m so happy I made the choice to stop in! Ashlee and Nicole are both so informative and helpful! They are also both so friendly and fun to be around, it really makes the experience! Removing regret one laser pulse at a time. The removal process is pretty simple and the staff is a joy to work with. The best part is that the process works. I made some terrible decisions with tattoos when I was young and for years wished that I could remove them. Unfortunately, I had seen some really bad removals from other services that left scars, and I was always against the idea, and didnt want to spend even more for cover up work that I might not like years later. This has been a great experience. All that I needed to do was wait it out for technology to improve and Removery has the right technology. Visited Removery Tattoo for my initial consult and absolutely loved Ashlee. Granted it isn’t a full blown removal but they are able to do the simplest of removals to shape up even the smallest of areas and that’s what I needed. She made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough with how the procedure was going to happen and I can’t wait to get started.

So glad I found the Removery! I’ve had tattoo removal done at another place in town and each appointment was with a different person and few of them seemed to know what they were doing. When you think of tattoo removal, you might think of painful lasers and long recovery time. At Removery my experience has been the complete opposite. YES, it’s tender afterwards and it does sting for the spot MY tattoo is in… It may not be that way for others. Everyone is different! All I can do is tell you my personal experience with Ashlee and Nicole. The first day I called, I was able to get in that day and see Ashlee for all my paperwork and background info on my tattoo and everything in between. I was NERVOUS and afraid I couldn’t afford it. Ashlee literally made me feel so at home, and I adore her for that. I also got approved for installments which made it affordable since I do not make a lot of money. After the initial meeting I was brought back to Nicole who is just as perfect as Ashlee! They both stayed and talked to me about the first treatment & explained everything in detail about what I could expect. I was now prepared for my first tattoo removal treatment! It was much easier than I thought and over quickly! Nicole and Ashlee were sweet angels that made me feel relaxed.
