Read the reviews and decided to do my 7 yo daughters ears pierced from here. Kayla greeted and did the piercing. It was a very warm and satisfying experience. My daughter was nervous but she barely felt anything. The aftercare service seemed nice and comforting as well. I recommend this place for reliable service.

We came in last weekend and Hannah did such an amazing job with my niece. Her ears are healing well. We even came back today to see her again. Thank you Hannah for great friendly service. We highly recommend you to everyone 😁

I had a piercing appointment for 1pm today. I made my appointment on the website assuming that this was a brick and mortar inside the mall. I called twice trying to figure out where they were and whoever I talked to seemed annoyed that I did not know where they were. I did not realize they were a kiosk. I personally do not like being out in the open to get my ears pierced. I dont just the entire vibe rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up going somewhere else.

One of the best things we’ve done was to bring our daughter here! Super well taken care of, very professional and would recommend to anyone who’s looking to have the ears pierced!

Wonderful experience. My daughter had two cartilage piercings in her ears. She said she didnt even feel it, and it was the best piercing experience she has ever had. The lady who did her piercings was very nice and professional. My daughter would highly recommend Piercing Pagoda to anyone looking for a place for ear piercings.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from banter. Rihanna Owens was the young lady who helped me. She was very kind informative. I like the fact that she started on the cheaper end and worked her way up in price which giving me a lot more options, she offered to gift wrap, which was very courteous And I was very Impressed with the customer service. Rhiannon was a fabulous sales associate.We absolutely loved her. Very welcoming and super willing to help your wants.On top of that she made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.And explained all warranty details.

I asked for a third ear piercing. The piercing was too high and right above my second not in a straight line. I was very unhappy and asked them to either pierce it again in the correct spot which I had marked, or to refund for the price of the earrings. Neither was given to me. The worker was unprofessional and inexperienced. Even though I marked where I wanted pierced it was still not done right and no refunds were given. Now I had to take out the painful piercing and wait for it to close before I can do it again. 10/10 do not recommend.

The manager Morgan is the best, she always helps me with anything I need and finds exactly what I am looking for. She has the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was so kind and friendly towards me and helped me pick out the perfect ear rings and necklace for my wife. From now on all of my jewelry purchases will be from her.

Easily the nicest, most welcoming jewelry store Ive ever been in. Morgan greeted me like we had known each other for years and was incredibly knowledgeable of every item in the store. Its easy to tell that Morgan is passionate about her job and treats every customer like theyre important to her. Despite all distractions, Morgan actively listened to every word I said and I can safely say this organization benefits greatly from having her on their team.

Always a beyond great experience here at at banter at west town mall Jennifer pierced my ears and everything came out perfect and I have bought several things from here Christmas gifts and I absolutely love Jennifer and Amrika beyond great customer service they are nice enough to strike a conversation with you and try to help you get exactly what you’re looking for and stay within your budget if needed and they don’t try to pressure you to just buy something and then get you to go on so I will always definitely be back because the environment is just impeccable and always a pleasurable experience here at Banter and then not to mention everybody love their Christmas gifts and other gifts as well! so I definitely recommend paying a visit if you’re looking for the perfect piece of jewelry or just getting your ears pierced beyond happy with the results!

My fiancé and I were looking for some new jewelry and we were shopping around to a few different places. I went to a few other stores and the customer service was honestly horrible. After about three jewelry stores we both agreed we should just order something online so as to avoid the rude sales people and the judgmental looks (for who knows what). I finally ended up here and got to speak with Morgan. She greeted us immediately and we never felt judged at all like the other places. She showed us all of the things we wanted to see and was happy to do so. I honestly will never stop anywhere else for our jewelry because her customer service was absolutely amazing. She definitely turned our bad day around and gained lifelong customers.

I had a great experience getting my cartilage pierced here! Rhiannon and the girl who was there whose name I didn’t get did an excellent job answering my questions and piercing my ears!

UpdateAfter being on the phone with corporate we where able to come to a resolution. Morgan was helpful and will be replacing my daughters ear rings. We will update one we have earrings in handI hate to give a bad review but the products are cheaply made, we have purchased several pairs of earrings for my daughter 3 of which where screw backs and she managed to loose them. Its frustrating because we never had this issue with any other jewelry company.

Just wanted to say that the team there was really nice and informative. The manager Morgan was super helpful. Would definitely go back! I recommend if you have any jewelry or piercing needs to go there!

I got my ears re-pierced on Saturday because i had an accident with one splitting. The woman who did it was very friendly and down to earth. She also did an amazing job on my ears. I will definitely come back to piercing pagoda when i get another piercing done.

My neice went to get her ears pierced but chickened out, nice place, friendly staff. Its inside the mall and Im not sure why the Google maps picture is what it is because it doesnt do the place justice. I sent in a edit hopefully they will fix it

Got in and got gas easily. I was lucky and it wasnt real busy. Even when it is it seems to flow pretty smooth. I go here often for that reason.

Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting for the sales person to get off of her cell phone. I ended up leaving and she still was still on the phone. I took my business to Kay Jewelers and made a purchase.

Great prices, helpful staff, lots of options for Cross pendants. Would highly recommend!

I dont like the use of an unsanitary piercing gun that reuses the same needle. Prefer to go to a shop that utilizes one use needles.
