Couldn’t love this store and their staff more! Everyone is so helpful & kind, & are so great with little ones getting their ears pierced for the first time! They have ‘Piercing Princess’ that walked through the process & calmed my little one’s fears. We love to go in just to shop too - SO much selection & very organized. Really a wonderful & fun experience all around ❤️

Incredibly kind staff! My girls love Claire’s and the staff tonight while shopping were so patient and helpful! We will always return to this store in Paddock Shops.

Oh Claires. These stores have a special place in my heart because you can always find the perfect quick birthday gift for youre special person, OR, you can also get your ears pierced AND get some little special trinkets for yourself AND that special someone. Either way, Claires is a cute little spot to shop for cute little things. To the little lady that worked there on my visit, Thank you, and keep up the good work!!!

I was the first person to come in the store and two ear piercings came in. I had to wait 30+ minutes to check out bc there was only one employee on a SATURDAY in November right before the holidays. Very annoying.

Good store- But terrible smell. Yesterday, when I went it smelled like sewage. I couldnt bare to be in there for more than 5 minutes after buying earrings. I looked around quickly, and the store had a good selection of earrings. I hope to come back- And hopefully the smell will be fixed.

Had my ears re-pierced for 3rd time in my life due to them being torn out for various reasons prior. What a lovely young lady who did it for me. This is a very nice little shop and very helpful people.

Getting your daughters ear pierced can be a scam. We had a spare that they gave us and not used at all mind you and they said we couldnt use is for the piercing. Anyone else can comment on this post and I wouldnt care. I hate going into a store that loves to take money out of my wallet. I wont go in there from now on.

Took my daughter in for her first trip to Claires. The sales associate was great and made our mommy-daughter shopping experience really special.

The sales clerk was very welcoming and helpful. She provided assistance without crowding me. She also made sure I was provided with as many options of the products I was looking for.

If there is less than one star, I would have given it! the most rude and racist staff ever and this is a shame because I love claires stuff and unfortunately the store manager is the most rude person , Ive encountered ever!! I wont do the same mistake again and go to this anymore!!! Justice infront of them are the best and the staff is friendly!!

Really kind people!!! i did have to wait a minute at the register for the employee to finish piercing a childs ear, but she apologized and was very kind.

They pierced my nieces ears, and they did well to make it sanitary and safe. Well stocked and well staffed.
