Went there for my olympic rings tattoo and it turned out incredible. i went for a walk-in when they opened and was taken back pretty much right away. the staff is great and the tattoo artist (john q) did an amazing job with my rings. i ended up getting another one as well, both were perfect.

I went in to let Damien do a tattoo for me. He nailed the design I was looking for! The shop was very clean and the staff were very nice. I will definitely be going back for more ink soon. I also got to see the work of other artists that day. They were all just incredible! One of the tattoos that someone got was a portrait. It looked exactly like the photo.

My experience was amazing! John Q is as gentle as he can be with a needle and carried great conversation. I will definitely refer people to him and I’ll be back soon! Thank you for everything! I love my new ink!

I’ve always came here for piercing whether it’s on my ear lobe or my nose piercing and they’ve been amazing. But today Molly went above & beyond. She was so sweet and comforting through the entirety of the process even complimenting me when SHES the prettiest sweetest being! She was very professional and informative regarding the piercing and my sensitive ears. She kept her environment clean & was overall the best. 11/10 experience I would definitely recommend if you’re getting your first piercing with her! Hopefully I see her soon!

I took my two daughters and myself for piercings and Molly & Lexie were amazing! My 5 year old wanted her ears pierced and they were fantastic with her, even though she decided against it in the end. My older daughter (12) got a second set of ear piercings and loves them, and I got my Monroe piercing redone and it looks fantastic and is healing great! I would absolutely recommend them for piercings. They were great with my kids and Im glad I got my daughters ears done properly at a place that explained proper aftercare.

I was absolutely thrilled with my piercing! I was a bit nervous when I went in, but the staff were all so kind and professional. Molly especially did a fantastic job! She was super knowledgeable about both the services and aftercare. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and was super personable. When she finished, I was so happy with how my piercing looked I thought Id cry! I cant wait until Im healed up, so I can choose my next one. Thanks guys!!🥰

We went into Tatu on 7/12/24 to get our 3 year old daughters ears pierced. Shanna and Molly provided amazing customer experience, they were incredibly personable, and great with kids. I can’t imagine having anyone else having done her piercings and received a better experience. The shop was clean, they were very thorough in explaining everything as they were going to do it, prior, during, and aftercare. My wife got her nose pierced after hand and received just as wonderful of an experience. Hands down 5/5 experience. Anyone who visits here won’t regret it!

I took my 6 year old daughters in to see Sarah today to get their ears pierced. Both were nervous and Sarah was phenomenal with them from start to finish. She put me and the girls at ease and really worked with the girls on understanding what was going to happen and making sure that they were making a decision that they were comfortable with. Sarah and Lexi pierced both ears at the same time so that the girls only had to experience the poke once and my girls are thrilled. I even went back the same day and got my septum pierced and Sarah followed up with the girls to see how they were feeling and asked if they had any questions for her that they had not thought of earlier. Her knowledge is clearly expert level and it was the most thorough and comfortable piercing experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend Sarah enough for your kids and/or yourself.

I visited Tatu for the first time today. My plan was to upgrade my Daith piercing & discuss pricing for a tattoo idea Ive wanted to finish for the last 3 years or so. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my prior research of the best tattoo/piercing place near me actually turned out to be this place. The receptionist was really nice. She listened to what my goals were & got me connected to the perfect artists to meet my goals. I first met with John Q. He helped me bring my DREAM tattoo to Life. After doing the rough draft & discussing pricing, he left to draw up the final creation. While waiting, I met with Ashley. She was very knowledgeable & relatable. She helped me find a piece of jewelry that would be stylish yet sustainable & I decided to enter my Reputation Era prior to the new album being released. 😁 I Love my new Daith ring & Im OBSESSED with my Beauty & The Beast themed tattoo. Before & After pics attached as well as one of my new Daith Jewelry. Thank you TATU! I plan to return to them for all future piercing & tattoo needs! (Fresh tattoo/2 hrs old..- shading may look a bit dark, but itll fade to look natural over time)**Update: I went back today & had John Q refresh the rose & now my DREAM tattoo is officially complete. Seeing it truly come to life made me really emotional. 🥹❤️

This place is AMAZING! This is the only shop I will come to for a tattoo! Shane is great, his art is beautiful and he always brings my vision to life. He’s the only person I will let tattoo me! The shop is clean and very welcoming! I recommend Tatu to all of my friends and family looking for a tattoo or piercing!

Absolutely loved this place!! Got my first tattoo with John who was absolutely amazing, super nice guy and made sure I was okay throughout the entire visit. Also got 2 piercings with Sarah and she was also the best! She made me feel comfortable even when getting a more private piercing 10/10❤️

My daughter and I got lobe piercings today. We interacted with several from the staff, and everyone was so lovely. Molly did our piercings and she is one of the most precious human beings I’ve ever seen. She was so nurturing and informative to my 12 year old. My daughter hasn’t been able to stop talking about how great she was all day. This was her first time at a tattoo/ piecing shop and I she had such an amazing time. Molly took her time as well; going over the jewelry options, ensuring the piercings were as symmetrical as possible, etc. The shop itself is very clean, and Molly had a great practice with making sure everything was sanitized and clean for us. If I could give more than 5 stars; I would.

I would 100% recommend this tattoo shop to anyone! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable through the entire process (tattoo or piercing). Keri did my tattoo today and did a phenomenal job and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I also met a couple of the other tattoo artist and the piercer Sarah. If you’re in the area and want some ink or piercing therapy go to these guys!

Went here for my nostril, septum, and two helix piercings. I’ve had great experiences each time! Most recently I got pierced by the amazing Shane! I definitely recommend seeing him if you ever stop by for a piercing

I have got every single one of my piercings except one done at Tatu. Sarah has done an amazing job! I have my double helix, conch, three lob, both side of my nose, labret, and belly. Definitely never going to anyone else for my piercings! She is so kind and genuine, all around awesome human

Gone here for 3 separate ear piercings, each time was an amazing experience. Super clean facility, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of jewelry options. The piercer I had today was Sarah, and she was extremely nice, and very thorough with explaining the entire process, as well as aftercare. She made the whole experience easy, and stress free. I truly do not have any complaints about this place and I highly recommend it! I have not been disappointed the 3 times I have been here.

My hubby got his ears pierced by Molly and she was nothing short of amazing! She’s so full of knowledge and making sure he knew everything he needed to know to have the best healing process. She even was the lucky gal that got to deal with me being a crybaby attempting to get my nose ring back in. She was such a sweet soul and can’t wait to get pierced again.

I got my second piercing and my first on redone and it was an amazing experience. I did have to wait a little bit but it was all worth it cause I have chubby ear lobes and I cant go to Claires so to be able to get the longer posts for an amazing price especially since Im from out of town and this was the first place that came up when I searched for places but overall I had great experience and I would 100% come back and recommend it.

Got my daith and my daughter (13) got her lobes pierced by Sarah. I have 8 piercings, this was my first at Tatu with Sarah. She is absolutely the best piercer I have been to. She is gentle and explains the entire process which eased my daughter’s anxiety. We will definitely be going back to Sarah for future piercings.

Great experience getting my first cartilage piercing (helix)! Molly did mine and was super kind and educational. I’m very picky on cleanliness and she keeps it very much sanitary. Highly recommend Molly for your piercings! She made me feel so comfortable and easy peasy.

Josh is absolutely amazing! Of the 12 tattoos I have there is only one he hasn’t done from the start or made better! These are just a few!! Go to Josh!

I loved it here. The staff is very knowledgeable about after care and piercings. I would recommend you go see Sarah, Ashley, or Molly (the only 3 that have done my piercings). 12-23 I went and got the other side of my nose done by Shana. You guys need to go in and see the girls and get a piercing or tattoo. 1-9-24 went and saw Sarah today to get a new diamond put on my lip piercing cause I lost mine this morning. I went last week and had Ashley do my eyebrow. 1-11-24 went in today and Ashley did my right eyebrow. I love going and seeing the ladies they are all so nice and knowledgeable. 2-2-24 went and saw Shana today to get a vertical libret (or however you spell it).

Whoever is working the front desk needs to work on their customer service and social skills. Also stop telling people of false wait times!! If its going to be longer than expected just say that!Was told it would be 20 min wait for a piercing change out…. I waited for an hour and even had to get up to say something before being called back. Absolutely not busy at all on a Monday after noon. (2-3pm)Ridiculous & an inconvenience.

I had the pleasure of working with Lexie today. I have had my daith pierced for three years and I failed at taking it out on my own. When I came in requesting assistance changing it out, Lexie was extremely friendly and I was immediately comfortable with her demeanor and skillset. She gave me plenty of her time and patience, which is what this world needs more of. Thank you for making a difference today!

Molly pierced my sister and I today and she did an amazing job. She was very nice and engaged in conversation which eased a lot of nervousness before the piercing. Sarah has also pierced me multiple times and she does magnificent work as well, the staff overall very friendly and helpful .

Called ahead on a Thursday to make sure they did piercings for A little girl on Friday and they said yes, we have two piercers available so both ears can get pierced at the same timeMy intention was to take my daughter there for her 8th birthday present and they said they could accommodate us. We showed up and waited outside for 45 minutes. When we got up to the desk they said sorry nobody under the age of 10. I informed them that Id spoken to somebody yesterday who said eight was fine and they said well somebody must have called in because were not doing anybody under the age of 10 today.No sign up saying this was the case for this particular day, no regard for the appointment time that we set up, and telling them that it was her birthday and this was the one thing that she wanted for her birthday which is why we scheduled it for that day had no impact on the very rude receptionist.For a place with such a high review and advertising piercings for little ones as young as 2 years old I would not recommend this place to anybody

Ive been going to Tatu for about 6 years. The staff is absolutely professional and kind. Ive gotten my snake bites , septum , and a daith done there and all have healed beautifully. I regularly stop in for jewelry changes. I saw Sarah Jean today and shes just amazing. Im definitely looking forward to booking her again for some ear styling.

This is now my fourth time returning to tattoo to be pierced by Sara Jean. She has done every single one of my cartilage piercings and I trust her with my life. She is the kindest most comforting piercer I have ever met and is always willing to answer any and all questions you may have regarding your piercing, healing process, piercing issues, etc. Highly Highly recommend this place to everyone, me along with all my friends I have referred to the place have all had amazing experiences!!

My friend and I just got are second and third lobe piercings done with Sarah. She was amazing and made us feel so comfortable and also made it so much fun. I would use her for any piercing needs. She is so awesome!! She explains everything so well and helped calmed my nerves.

Our piercer was Molly, we love her so much! She’s given me my thirds and helix and she is perfect. She takes her time and makes sure we get everything we want in the right spot.

Sarah Jean is the BEST!! Have had 3 piercings by her. She’s an angel. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and just kind. Makes you feel relaxed and safe. I love her room and setup, very clean and organized. She’s also very easy to reach if I had any follow up questions. Won’t let anyone else pierce me.

Been getting all of my piercings here for three years now and I can finally say today was the last time ill ever come here. absolutely loved this place for the entirety of the time I was here but that really is only because of a couple of piercers. molly is the most insightful and helpful piercer ive ever had and she was my only reason for coming back. today on a sunday i go in for a nose piercing and the receptionist was snarky and blatantly rude to me and everybody else in there when asking how long the wait would be considering there were people standing and sitting around the entire shop. molly was also the only piercer so i hope she didnt have to deal with the receptionists attitude alone all day. honestly molly i hope you can find a better shop soon.

Sara and Lexi (I believe that was their names) worked together to give earrings to our 5 year old who wanted them. We love how they have her a choice and how they explained the process to her as well as the after care. They treated her with so much respect which made the experience even better!

Amazing place! Awesome staff! We walked through in and was greeted by a sweet girl with a friendly smile who helped us get the process started,, My sister had an appointment with shawn, he did so amazing I was talking about getting one and he did it right there. He is so gentle handed I would definitely choose him for a tattoo,, especially lettering(that man can make it look like the font itself.)I am beyond satisfied I will be a client of shawn’s forever!

I highly recommend molly for piercings! she was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. she walked me through everything and had an answer to all of my questions. she provided a very safe and comfortable environment. we had a little bit of a wait with the amount of people that were in but she made it all worth it!

Love the atmosphere of the shop, everyone is super friendly, just wish I had a different piercer! Got a monroe piercing the girl, not sure her name, screwed it up. It was too angled and I cant wear the standard 8mm length bar, so have to wear a 10mm bar which isnt the norm so not the easiest to find and the jewel sits on an angle and it just looks bad. Piercer gave me this excuse that theyre supposed to point up when its freshly pierced which I know isnt true. I dont want to give up on my piercing but feel like I might have to. If I do, and decide to get it repierced, will be going somewhere else to not risk getting her again.

Shane is awesome definitely trust all his work and trust him with my pre adult kids that love hanging with Shane during a tat. Staff awesome and very helpful with anything. Havent gone anywhere else since we started.

Molly and Shanna did a wonderful job piercing my 8 year old daughters ears! They made her feel very welcome and comfortable. We had no issues. They were great with children, encouraging, and explained the piercing and healing process very well. Would definitely recommend!

I stopped in to change out my nose ring . The staff was friendly and helpful. I met Shane he helped me with this issue. My daughter is five and recently asked to get her ears pierced and a friend recommended going to Tatu. Sarah and Molly were so great! They were both so kind and so patient, explained everything to her, and made the whole experience fun for her! My girl is so happy with her new earrings! I got a double nose piercing and I wanna say. Molly is the absolute best!! She made me feel like a little sister to her! She’s so sweet and caring! Definitely 10/10

Took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. She has sensory issues, ASD+ADHD and struggles to remain still, but she really wanted to get her ears pierced and has talked about it for 2+ years. Shanna and Sara (not sure on spelling, sorry) were absolutely amazing. They were knowledgable, had great suggestions on what type of earrings would be best since she wears headphones frequently, and were not pushy. They asked my daughter for consent 3 times and told her she did not have to do it if she did not want to. They did both ears in tandem and were calm and quick. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Sarah was incredible. Not only was she informing but she was so kind and inviting. I’ve had many experiences in the past with piercings in intimate areas from both men and women, and no one made me feel more HUMAN than she did. I could also tell by the way she did my piercings that she was very knowledgeable and definitely a master at her craft. I’ll be back as soon as possible for my next piercing. xxx

Sarah and Ashley took great care of our 7 & 4 year old girls today. Fortunately I had read great reviews of this shop or I might have been apprehensive to take them to the mall to get their ears pierced. Love that they did both ears at the same time so it was quick and easy. There were some tears shed but they were very sweet and made the girls feel at home. Not a scary place for them at all. If you’re looking to get your child’s ears pierced I would highly recommend Tatu.

I call ahead to find out the schedule for instance do I need an appointment? Im told No we take walk in all day until 8. Perfect show up at 3pm walk in per the previous phone conversation. Our person is out to lunch and wont be back until 4pm okay cool. Could of said that in the prior conversation. Come back at 4pm. They arent taking walking because they are cleaning their toolsI was like Okay how long will that take? She tells me I dont know,Okay cool I will make an appointment else where because clearly we have a break down in communication. Call ahead ask what time people are taking lunch and if the equipment is clean. Or...... just make sure the person answering the phones knows these important details like yes we do walk ins all day except between this and that for lunch I was disappointed in the service or the ability for them to answer such simple questions.

Molly did two piercings on me, and it was amazing! She is so kind, and easy to talk, made it such an easy environment to be in. Every time I’ve been here it’s been amazing, and I’ve been going there for two years!

My friend and I went last night to get piercings and were lucky enough to get booked with Sarah Jean. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and really gave me a sense of calm/confidence before it was even time for the piercing. This was my first true body piercing and she immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and ability to talk me through the whole thing. I had a fantastic experience today with Molly! Before piercing my ears, she explained everything I needed to know and ensured I had her contact info if I had any questions after leaving. While she pierced my ears she was very calming, quick, and professional. My earlobe piercings came out to $127 as I picked out the more expensive hoops. I couldnt be happier with having had my first professional piercing here.

I just want to share how sweet and knowledgeable Lexie was regarding my nose ring. My stud fell out and for no charge helped place it back in! Will always go to see Lexie at Tatu for piercing and to change out my jewelry! Thanks so much!

0 STARS I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER! WARNING ⚠️ DO YOUR RESEARCH PRIOR TO ACCEPTING SERVICES HERE! The Piercer that’s Short with dirty Blonde hair MOLLY OR ASHLEY, is TERRIBLE!! She had theeee absolute! ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE and extremely poor customer service skills. She’s very rude and a horrible communicator. She is very very arrogant, not only that her quality of work sucks! This was the most inadequate service that’s has ever been rendered. She did my piercing at an angle 📐 twice, one in each ear wrong. I strongly feel as though she did it purposely. They are prejudiced against African Americans and Other ethnicities. It is very sad that I have to make this post, but the piercers need more training and etiquette classes. Their customer service skills really sucks. The personalities were just all wrong. As a customer we should feel valued and as though we trust the individual who is rendering a service versus someone who’s just money hungry. If you’re tired or under the influence or depressed at work because you don’t like doing your job, you should do something different, especially dealing with the general public of diverse communities! None the less I had to give these incorrect piercings done the wrong way time to heal in order to have them redone by a better professional! Again I would stay away from this piercer’s, they are very insensitive a$$ Bi*ch’s ! Find a better hobby.

Each time we have been for a piercing, or have a peircing switched out we are told 20- 30 minute wait. Its never been less than 2 hours wait. One time the girl that does the piercings never even showed up and we had waited 2 hours for her. Just ridiculous. If its going to be a couple hours, just say so ahead of time so we arent just sitting waiting.

Such a great experience today getting my 4 year olds ears pierced. Molly and Ashley were so incredibly kind and welcoming, my little one was completely at ease. They were beyond helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the aftercare and picking the perfect earrings!! With only a few tears from my girl after the piercing, she’s been all smiles today over her new big girl piercing. Thank you all!!

Usually tattoo and piercing parlors in malls are sketchy, but this one genuinely knows what they are doing. staff is great and well experienced. i went in to get my right nostril and double ear lobes done, i did have to wait two hours since they had some people call in sick, but sarah was kicking through and got everybody done in a timely manner. she was SO nice and funny, and my piercings are great! she even pierced my nostril with a hoop, which i was always told youre not supposed to do, and it came out amazing. i love them so much! i will most likely come back here for all my other piercing needs, and maybe a tattoo if i feel up to it. HIGHLY recommend Tatu. :)

Can’t even say I could get an ear piercing here- went to the shop on 4 separate days to get ear piercings and was turned away every time for different reasons. Either they didn’t have any piercers in or they stopped doing piercings at 3:00 when they close at 8. I don’t recommend this shop for anyone looking for piercings.

Molly was super sweet and re-pierced my belly button, walked in and didn’t have to wait too long, and made sure to explain every step so I wasn’t uncomfortable at any moment. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I went in to see Justin for a tattoo in remembrance of my father who had recently passed. Justin was kind, and did an amazing job recreating my fathers tattoo with his signature! He cared if I was comfortable and made me feel at ease through out the entire process! The shop was clean and organized. Highly recommend Tatu in St. Matthews Mall!

Got my lobes double pierced, as well as my helix pierced, by Sarah Jean. She also did a few piercings on my friend. She was absolutely amazing! I’ll fully admit, I had gotten myself really worked up right before we started. Sarah Jean was so sweet and patient, and then all three piercings were done before I even really realized what was happening. I plan to come back for another piercing or two soon. Highly recommend Tatu and Sarah Jean!!

Molly is a piercer there and she is wonderful! So so sweet! I talked to Victoria on the phone and she checked me in. She was very kind, patient, helpful and answered all my questions. I got a helix/cartilage piercing a few days ago and I love it! I was a walk in and the waiting time wasn’t bad at all. Sarah did my helix and she was amazing! She’s very easy-going and has a fun personality (not to mention her room is decorated very nicely with the cutest flowers). I went in today to get my nipples pierced, they got me back pretty quickly considering piercings are walk-ins only. Ashley was super professional and made me feel very comfortable and confident getting them done. The employees at this place are idiots. They used my 4 year old to train. Gave the wrong piercing for a kid and sold us earrings that shouldn’t have been used for a kids’ ear piecing. I’m now dealing with consequences of this incompetent place. Do not take your kids here!

Molly did my daughters 2nd ear piercing and she was amazing. She was so sweet and very calming. We were pretty nervous as its been about 12 years since my daughter had her first ear piercing and that was with a piercing gun, which we did not know at the time wasnt good for your ears. So we were nervous that a large needle going into her ear would hurt. However, it did not hurt my daughter at all and Molly was so great at explaining everything and letting us know what she was doing and when. Since my daughter had not eaten that morning, she even gave her a sucker to make sure she had some sugar in her body before the piercing. We will definitely Go back to Molly for her next piercing.

I took my mother here one day to get her ear pierced again after having ear torn in an accident. Ashley, the lady doing the piercing was great. I came here to get my second hole on my ear pierced and waited an hour which is fine. But an hour later they extended it to 40 minutes, after 40 minutes, they said 20. Came back and it’s 40 again (really an hour) and they’ve added another person ahead of us in line. When it got to be my turn, the woman was very nice and made me feel a lot more comfortable with getting the piercing, the results were exactly what I wanted, as long as you don’t mind a long wait, I recommend this place. :)

I had the best time getting new piercings at this place! Sarah Tattoo was the best at making me feel brave and confident with my new piercings. I was also having trouble with a conch piercing and she explained everything that was going on and what I should do. I took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today at Tatu. I wish I would’ve gotten the two girls names who helped us out today. We were there on 9/22 at about 5 PM. He always lets my friends sit in the room and is always joking with us making the environment comfortable. The tattoos he’s done are some of my favorites! I would 100% recommend!

Disappointed with today’s encounter. I tried to call multiple times with no answer and then got to the shop just to buy jewelry- only to be turned away and told I would have to wait in the multiple hour queue just to buy one set of jewelry. This is why I called to avoid this but since they didn’t answer I made the trip for nothing.

Im 11 and we went there with a walk in. There was only one piercer, sarah. After her lunch break she got us in. Sarah was very nice and welcoming and kept the fact that a needle was about to go through my ear out of my thoughts. I had to have one done at a time but it was easy with Sarah, she kept me calm and kept a conversation going. She even offered for us to come back and she show me how to put in my shark earrings. Definitely recommend Sarah.

This is my second time coming to Tatu to get piercings and each time I’ve been I have had the best experiences. Specifically this time it was again an amazing experience. I play soccer and so my window of time to get piercings is short so I have been planning on getting my conch and helix done for about 3 months now. I struggle with anxiety and often times get my self worked up over small things. So when I walked into tatu I started to freak out. The staff was the absolute sweetest and most calming people. When I went back to get my piercings done Sarah was AMAZING if she wasn’t there I don’t think I would ever have gotten it done. She helped me calm down and continued to reassure me. It truly was not near as bad as I thought it would be and that was all because of her!!! She made this experience 1,000 times better and is the best. Would highly highly recommend going here and to Sarah!!!!!! I sware I did not even flinch with my conch piercing or helix, she is honest and calming and is again amazing! Can’t wait to go back next year for my next set of piercings and maybe a tattoo

I Went about a month ago to get a piercing by a lady name Sarah. Sarah Jean I believe.This girl is freaking amazing! Not only was she one of the most sweetest people I’ve ever met, but she made me feel so comfortable when it came to my piercing. She let me know every single thing that I needed to know about it and how to take care of it. Even though that’s what she supposed to do, but it was more of her approach and the way she went about everything! The professionalism was through the roof! From here on out, I don’t want anyone, and i mean ANYONE ELSE to pierce me unless it’s her.

Molly pierced my nose and she was so professional and sweet she did an amazing job and I’ll never see anyone else for my piercings ever again! She’s the best of the best and her and everyone in the shop are super welcoming and kind!

I brought my daughter and her friend to get their noses pierced. They did a great job. Very patient and competent . Only thing is to give aftercare instructions more clearly. It seemed they assumed we knew how to take care of the piercing after we got home. Just fyi, the weekends are extremely busy, next time we visit, definitely go during the weekday.

I had an amazing experience getting my septum pierced by Sarah. She was Just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!She was very informative and gentle. Down to Earth and sweet. I will be coming back and referring any and everyone I know to Sarah.

I got my nose piercing done by Sarah Jean because i heard multiple good things about her on the reviews. BEST DECISION EVER! she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she knows her nose piercing info very well! even though my nose got a piercing bump she has been helping me through every single step and constantly giving advice and reassurance. i plan on getting more piercings done by sarah jean!

Ashley is fantastic! She is very gentle, patient and informative. I think she does a great job of explaining everything step by step and making sure youre comfortable. On a busy day she never rushed my daughter with her first ear piercing after some hesitation.

So I’ve only ever gotten piercings here. I’ve gotten my belly button, nose, helix, and my ears pierced twice here and never had an issue with my piercing or purchasing jewelry. But the last time I came to get my ears pierced, just a third lobe piercing; I asked to purchase gold jewelry because that’s what I wear. She assured me that it was gold. But now its been about a year and the jewelry looks like gold plated jewelry. Its flakey in some spots. I was really upset about this because I never would’ve bought it if it wasn’t real gold, I don’t wear gold plated jewelry. But I don’t have my receipt so I can’t ask for my money back or a replacement or anything, so I just wanted to warn other people. Just be careful when buying gold jewelry from this place that they don’t sell you gold-plated jewelry for the price of real gold. I’m definitely going to find another piercer for the future and another place to purchase jewelry for my piercings.

Other than a slightly longer than expected wait time, my experience here was amazing!! Ashley pierced my nose and she was super kind, informative, and patient. She was willing to answer any questions and give her own opinion based on her experience. I’m extremely excited about my new piercing!

Had a tattoo I jacked up getting it sunburned while new a couple years ago. Came in and met Parke.
