The gals at Removery Louisville are awesome! I’ve never felt judged for my tattoos, or ALL of my questions. I’ve always felt at ease and welcomed!I had my initial consult with Ginger. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to move forward with the Complete Removal process of a number of tattoos by answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. She took her time in our conversation and I never felt rushed or looked over.I’ve had my laser sessions with Jessica. She’s very knowledgeable and can provide answers to all my questions. She’s great at checking in with each tattoo making sure I’m as comfortable as possible. She’s very personable and gentle. While the actual procedure doesn’t feel amazing, she’s fast and thorough. Plus, I always start and end my appointments right on time leaving me to go about my day.I’m so excited to have found Removery! I trust them with my tattoo removal process and am looking forward to seeing the finished product!

I came in today and met Ginger and Jessica. So far it was a very easy, efficient, and pleasant experience. We signed me up in their system for the consultation and then got a deposit down with monthly payments planned out that work for me. I got a total removal package, and Im excited to have my tattoo gone. When I went in for the same day laser treatment, Jessica was super friendly and good at explaining the process, aftercare, and healing. It has been good so far, and later on Ill give an update.

I had tattoo removal service at another office before coming to Removery. To say the Removery experience is elite is putting it lightly! Removery offers an unlimited package that can be broken into monthly payments so you’re not breaking the bank. Ginger and her staff amazing and so welcoming! After only 7 treatments, I’ve noticed a significant change in my tattoos. I can’t wait to see what they look like at the end of my treatments!

Today was my first time going to Removery tattoo. As I have 4 tattoos that I wanted to have faded/removed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in! The ladies there were AWESOME! They walked me through everything and made sure I understood everything! I was able to start my treatment the same day! Thanks ladies I greatly appreciate it!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Louisville’s Removery! I’ve had microblading for a few years and have gotten them redone at least 2 times to try to make them look better. It never worked! I went to Removery to get them removed about 6 weeks ago. The process was amazing. The ladies are so nice as well. My brows lightened up quite a bit, and they’re now more natural looking. I had a second appointment scheduled, but I don’t need it because I like how they look now.

Jessica is AMAZING! I am so happy with the overall service and treatment I get each time I come here. Went in for my consultation today. As I read through all the paper work, I would ask questions and I was given the answer without hesitation. Because if that I signed up for the removal, which isnt cheap, but I wanted the two tattoos on my wrist removed. Got my first procedure today. Jessica was very informative about everything she was going to do. The laser was a little painful, but if I can do it so can anyone else. I have a very low tolerance for pain. I feel that I had a very comforting experience. Made my next appointment.

I was hoping to get my tattoo removed and that would be it. My skin has never come back from the procedure. Since the last time, which was over 6 months ago, my skin is still bright pink. My tattoo was on my face and now I have what appears to be scared pink from this service. DO NOT GO HERE! I am beyond frustrated and sick to my stomach over their lack of care. Yea, I’ve followed up with them but they know nothing about healing or care. They’re just weekend-class certified to use a machine they have zero business using. Very disappointing. Since I’ve gotten no where, I guess it time to hit social media with my story.

I was satisfied with the conversation today, she explained to me all the questions I wanted to understand and made me feel comfortable and welcome, because there are places I go to where some people are not friendly and that makes me do not want to come back.I hope they can remove the tattoo that I dont like, I cant wait for my next appointment

Best decision I’ve made to get my tattoo removed! I was first concerned about pricing, but Ginger assured that I could make payments that would fit MY budget! Ginger, Ayla, Kirsten, and all of the wonderful women at Removery have made this process so great! I first started treatments 9 weeks after getting my tattoo; a little over a year later and after 7 sessions, it looks SO good!! The first picture is after 7 sessions and the second is after the first.

Just had my second treatment and it went well! Minimum pain and everything was explained to me in detail before the procedure began. It was quick and the aftercare instructions were explained in detail as well. I highly recommend the Removery if you have a tattoo you would like removed.

I did my research, found their before and after pictures and LOVED their work. Decided to get a consultation and I absolutely love the ladies that work here! They were super sweet and super helpful. They were even great with my kiddos! I really couldnt have asked for a better institution to get my tattoo removed at.

I cant thank these ladies enough, they are absolutely amazing! I have been wanting to have my face tattoo removed for many years and they have successfully faded my tattoo most of the way in just one treatment! (My tattoo was a blue color with white ink over top of it). They calmed my anxiety and kept me well informed. The pain was very minimal, if you are contemplating on getting your tattoos removed, go get them done with these ladies and stop hesitating! This company is a scam. I purchased the unlimited package assuming I would be treated until my tattoo is completely gone. I went to a scheduled appointment just to be informed that they would not be treating me anymore due to having limited ink left. Despite still having visible ink left I was refused treatment. The company should inform individuals they will not be treating them before they drive across town for an appointment.

Top notch! I called and scheduled a consultation and I got in the same day as well as completed my first treatment while I was there. Jessica and Ginger were very welcoming and just all-around great people! Highly highly highly recommend this business!Edit- 5 months down the road and still just as satisfied as the first appoint. I had one tattoo removal session done at Louisville Laser about a year ago that was HORRIBLE (unbearable pain, nothing explained to me, rude staff) and I never went back. I decided to give Removery a try today and it was the best experience. I almost chickened out because of how much it hurt at Louisville Laser but I am so glad I went through with it. Jessica and Ginger were very thorough, kind, and made it as painless as possible. I would describe it as uncomfortable but definitely bearable this time around. It’s a palm-sized tattoo on my neck and it took less than 5 minutes. I am so glad I found someone who specializes in tattoo removal! It truly makes a difference.

From the day that I made my appointment I have felt nothing but welcome to the Removery. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had.The treatment to have my permanent brows removed exceeded my wildest expectations. Even after the first session I could see immediate reduction of ink and what was left lightened up significantly. After my second treatment there is barely any color left and I couldn’t be happier.If you are looking for a place to get tattoos or permanent makeup lightened or removed, look no further. The money is worth the quality and I will definitely be going back to have other areas worked on.

It was my first visit to Removery. Ginger at the front desk was more than kind. She explained everything I needed to answer to have as much information about me that they would be need to proceed, Then I met Jessica, the RN who does the process.She was extremely professional and friendly. She explained everything that she would be doing step by step. It was a very quick procedure. I will go every 6 weeks. I am very confident in them and removing my tattoo. Sorry if this is a long review. I started my attempt to remove a few face tattoos at the business that Removery ended up buying. It was called Take it off laser in Louisville or something along those lines. At my consultation they told me it would take about 8 sessions to remove a few tattoos on my face. Offered me a price of $1200 and I said ok. By the second session the business was sold to “Removery” and they continued the last 6 treatments. Around this time they also changed the type of laser that was used. Here comes my issues with this, every treatment ended up being done by a different laser tech. Ginger was the secretary at the first business and she is the current secretary at Removery. She’s a nice lady just doing her job to the best of her ability. I’d say after 8 sessions I’ve had less than desirable results and my tattoos are still very visible. I even started spacing my sessions out 6 months. then 9 months. then a year in between each session so i could get the most out of each session as research shows its better to wait and let your immune system do its job. So my 8 sessions lasted from April 2021 to May 2024. Three years. On several occasions, after like the 5th session they started offering me and trying to sell me a “complete removal package” with pricing around $1,750-$1,900 depending on their sales or whatever. After my 8th and final session the tech said to me that she thinks I need at least 6 more sessions to remove everything. This is where I feel pretty disrespected as a customer. I already paid $1,200. Then they want me to pay at least $1,750 more. In my opinion $3000 to remove some small words, a crown, and some tear drops is a little outrageous. if they would have been like ok you already paid $1,200 for what we told you would be enough to fully remove all the tattoos and our complete removal is $1750 so if youd just pay the difference we can successfully remove them completely then i would have been ok with that but now i feel like the whole 8 sessions that i paid $1200 for, was for nothing. i still would end up paying for the complete removal. A complete removal package wasnt offered to me at my original consultation and I would have paid $1,750 right away if that was the case. but since i was told 8 sessions should be enough i assumed this wouldve been a simpler process. id say after 8 sessions my tattoos are MAYBE 50% lighter than they originally were. Like I mentioned earlier every session was done by a different laser tech. Makes me think they cant keep any employees for long for whatever reason. The employees are always nice, the office is nice. I never had any issues scheduling appointments but I just wanted to share my experience because to be honest I’m not happy with the result of $1,200 and being offered to pay for a complete removal package that costs $1756 AFTER I already paid for the 8 sessions that I was told would be enough to remove my tattoos. In fact the 8 sessions weren’t even remotely close to enough. It also makes me think that they deliberately make it so it takes more and more sessions because obviously if they are removing tattoos in 6-8 sessions when they can stretch it out to 15-20 sessions they wouldn’t be making the maximum amount of money. I also asked a couple times for individual session pricing and everytime they just responded saying I should buy the complete removal package. Not once did they actually give me an individual session price. Just putting my experience on here. I don’t even usually ever leave reviews anywhere but this has been a pretty disappointing, long, and expensive experience. And not to mention now my tattoos just look like really crappy cheap faded home made tattoos 😂 the first picture is the day of my first session April 21, 2021. For transparency The last two pictures were taken 10 months after the seventh session. My 8th session was just completed today.

They are great!! They do a great job and my tattoo is disappearing wonderfully! Can’t say how friendly the staff is and very professional!! Jessica is awesome!! Love the girls and the progress they are making on my ratio!

This was a great experience. The staff made me feel totally comfortable and really gave me so many options and I felt like they really heard my concerns and comments and took them into consideration before making my decision to use their removal services. The process was fast and easy. They saw me the same day for first treatment and it wasn’t painful at all. Jessica really made it painless and explained everything very well. Highly recommended.

The staffing is very helpful and informative. The laser removal process was quick and not as painful as you might think. Overall, this was excellent experience, everyone was nice and professional.

The women that work at Removery in Louisville are great! I disagreed with the laser allowed by their main office. Its taking way longer than is probably necessary. $250 for a little result a trip is getting old. Again, the ladies are lovely.

From my first experience, I didnt know what to expect. The staff is very knowledgeable of the process. I must also mention that they are very honest and straightforward. If you are a military veteran like myself who may have got a few tattoos that you would like to get removed, this is the place to go.

When I was interested in tattoo removal, I had no idea The Removery even existed. My first visit was wonderful. The entire staff is friendly, they have many options to choose from, and they sit down with you to discuss your best option. I’ve been 3 times now & it’s never busy. I go straight back & im in and out quickly. Every employee working has always greeted me & made me feel so comfortable the entire time I’m there. My progress is going great, too! I highly recommend this place to anyone considering removal. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I have been faithfully going to the Louisville location since July of 23 & I had previously been to the Indianapolis location for over a yr & honestly wasnt satisfied with the work. Over a yr & barely any progress, but at the Louisville location I had immediate progress after the first appointment & everytime since. Tattoos are almost gone, except for the stubborn ones lol. Well get them tho.

Great vibes! As soon as I walked in I received a warm welcome from Kirsten at the front desk as she helped me prepare for the consultation, she was super cool and friendly - and then I was taken to a room to consult with Ginger who was also a very friendly lady. I received a full run down of everything top to bottom for the removal process and all my questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. It’s crazy because I was hesitant to even walk in the front door just because I was nervous due to fear of being judged, but after leaving I realize these are really just good people who want to help, and remove the parts of peoples past that they want to forget and move on from, with that being said I have my first removal session planned with them!

The office staff are always friendly and great to work with. I’ve just started my removal process and very pleased so far. They were honest with me about expectations, time frames and procedures. This is not an overnight process, it takes time and patience. The treatment itself is relatively quick and easy- it stings a bit. I like to call it spicy. But overall it’s definitely a manageable pain and worth it to get rid of my teenage mistake.

I went in for a consultation with no knowledge of the tattoo removal process. I left feeling very confident and excited to start!

Removery is the best place for tattoo removal. I have previously had tattoo removal from a dermatologist office and the laser hurt! It actually felt like a burn and I was left with mini blisters on the area treated. This doesnt happen at Removery. It is because of the laser used. Research tattoo removal lasers, you will see that Removery uses the latest and greatest, especially with colored tats. The dermatologist office used an older laser because that laser can be used for a multitude of services, they cant afford to have a tattoo only laser. Removery just does tattoos. The staff at the St. Matthews location is exceptional. They are so friendly and helpful, they know me now and ask about my life which is really great. The actual removal process is not very painful, it isnt painless but they use ice and a cold air machine to minimize the pain. I am getting a hand tattoo removed and it feels like being snapped with a rubber band, a small, quick sting, and then its over.

I’ve been coming here for a while and absolutely love the people!! They are very nice and know what they’re doing!! I’d highly recommend giving them a try!!

I had eyebrow microblading ink removal. Staff was very friendly and very informative on my procedure. They made me very comfortable in the whole process easy.

This place is the best option for tattoo removal! The women that work here are very kind and knowledgeable on the process. Removal poses a high risk for scarring and I appreciate the concern they have for avoiding it and taking it slow. Ginger helped me determine what I needed, and Ayla has been amazing throughout every session. I enjoy going here just to chat with them!! The pain itself is very manageable. I’ve had 7 sessions so far with the last two sessions being stronger and it still isn’t bad. Can’t thank them enough!

I’m almost done with my laser tattoo removal treatment after a year & a half, and it’s bittersweet because my experience at Removery has been absolutely incredible. The treatment itself can be a little painful at times, but the two women that run the place are the fricking best and make it all worth it. I’ve seen Ayla for almost every single appointment and she is amazing; she always explains everything she does, talks to me throughout the process, and answers all my annoying questions. & the lady at the front desk is just as great, she makes me feel welcomed every time I come in by always remembering who I am and talking to me while I’m waiting for my appointment. They are both super sweet women and make this intimidating process so much easier. If I ever make another dumb impulsive tattoo decision, I will most definitely be coming back here to get it removed. [IF ENLISTING PLEASE READ]Getting my session paid this week hopefully everyone cross your fingers.I am a man with facial tattoos, and dont regret them. But I am enlisting into the navy, and saying that any branch of millitary is allowed a 50% off for enlisted recruits. And 20% for active and veterans.My plan originally was 3.2k ish ( I have many facial small tattoos) and then now its 1.6k. Something way more affordable since Im down financially and havent started my new job yet.They explain everything, fast consultation depending on size of tattoo. And was told it wont hurt as bad as when getting the tattoos. So dont be afraid.Help and life changing moments exist here and all other locations.Go Removery!! See you in the future! So soon.

I started treatment sometime in July and get excited every appointment! I found out about this place on Instagram and requested a consult. Ginger, the receptionist, thoroughly explained the process and answered all my concerns. Being a black woman, I was concerned how it would affect my skin and with their low and slow method I dont have to worry about my skin looking bleached where my tattoos are. She also showed pictures of other black customers before and after pictures.Ayala, the nurse/tattoo remover, also provides a good breakdown of everything. As someone going through a tattoo removal she not only is knowledgeable but has good perspective. Shes also always been super encouraging during the appointments.Ginger and Ayala are super nice and conversational. They both do a great job at providing customer service. They both are clear, honest, and thorough about the process. I recommend this place and Ive mention this place to anyone I know that is considering fading or removing a tattoo.*If you are considering treatment they are having a Black Friday special this year*

Can’t speak to the process itself, but scheduling a consult was a waste of time. Scheduled a consult for 10 am, and arrived 5 minutes early. The individual at the front desk said to take a seat and she’d be with us shortly. Not sure if she had another customer come in just before, or just didn’t check that we had a scheduled appointment, but 35 minutes later when she still hadn’t come back out to check on us, we walked out. The lights had literally shut off it had been so long. If there had been some sort of scheduling mishap, and she’d just come out and explained and told us it would be 10:30 or however long, we could have understood. But just leaving someone sitting out there for a half an hour with no expected timeline is just disrespectful. Why would we want to pay for treatments and schedule around work and other errands if they are just going to consistently be late with out any sort of communication? We could hear laughter and chatting so definitely didn’t feel like she was in a hurry to get back out to us, so presumably she just forgot about us. So we just left.Again, can’t speak to the services but it would require someone not just ignoring us to get to that point. Frustrating process and unlikely to try again here. Will just have to look elsewhere. Hard to trust a business for such a permanent procedure with that little respect for potential customers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! The process was not nearly as painful as I had prepared myself for. After care is simple and easy! Very grateful that I don’t have to let my poor decisions of the past, define my future.

Highly recommend Removery to anyone considering tattoo removal! I’ve had laser hair removal and other tattoo removal treatments and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. (I’m now on my 3rd treatment). The laser is top of the line and Ayla makes the process virtually painless. She and Ginger are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’m thrilled with my results so far!

The staff is fantastic, the laser works, the location is beautiful, but there are only 2 employees in the Louisville KY location- 1 of them being the laser tech. This has proven problematic on multiple occasions during my year and a half of being an active client with a treatment plan of every 3 weeks. Id also like to point out that with there only being 1 laser tech, appointments are almost impossible to obtain in a timely manner and if sickness or injury happens you will be rescheduled for weeks/months later. They also do not let you block multiple appointments ahead in hopes to get a time/date that works for your schedule. There is clearly far too many clients and not enough staff to support the demand. This service is not cheap nor is it a fast process, so to battle the scheduling mess in addition to the financial and mental strain this process will impose on you is frustrating.

If you’ve been contemplating removing a tattoo, this is the place to go! Ayla and Ginger were both so helpful, informative, and kind. The facility is very nice and clean. They made me feel super welcomed and eased all of my concerns, including figuring out a plan that fits my budget. And the removal truly doesn’t hurt! A breeze compared to getting a tattoo. My first experience at the Removery was absolutely informative and very different from me experiences at the “other place” I initially started to have my tattoo removed! Ginger is very welcoming and kind and Ayla is awesome at explaining the process and making sure you’re comfortable! They are able to treat darker skin tones, the place is clean and they are kind and knowledgeable so what are you waiting for, just have the tattoo removed at the Removery!!🤎Update 6 sessions later and I still feel the same, my Tattoo is steadily lightening up, Ginger and Ayla are still absolutely wonderful and kind!

Ive been coming here for a while and the tattoo on my chest is almost completely removed after 2 treatments. I just added 7 more to be removed. Its painful but quick. There is a Licensed nurse that does the removal and shes great. The lady that does the back office work name Ginger, she is a sweetheart. It is worth it.

Ginger did my consult, was so warm and made me feel so comfortable.Had my first removal appointment with Ayla and what a relief it was. Made me feel at ease and was so down to earth. Talked me through the whole thing and it was done so quickly.These ladies are doing an amazing job helping people feel confident again.

Good professional environment and the girls were both nice! The pain was bearable and only takes a couple minutes. I can’t speak for other tattoo removal businesses, but I know I made a good decision in choosing Removery.

This is the place to go for your tattoo removal. This was my third time in, and every expirence has been phenomenal. Gingers delightful, and organized enough for both of us. She makes sure I know when my next appointment is and texts me reminders, which I need with my crazy schedule.Ayla is the best. Shes very to the point, while still being reassuring. My first session, I was a little nervous, she explained the whole process to me and put my mind at ease. Going through the sessions with her, is a lot of fun. Shes funny, witty, and has plenty to talk about. Our sessions fly by, honestly too fast. I could have easily sat in that office for an hour chit-chatting .Its nice to just sit back, chit chat, and know that everything is being taken care of by qualify professionals.Final thing Ill add, I really like the total removal package. I paid for 10 tattoos to be removed, and I paid for them all up front. If one of my tattoos is more difficult to get out than we anticipated, and I have to go for an additional eight sessions.. it doesnt cost me any more money. When shopping around for laser tattoo removal, cost was definitely a factor. And while removery may not be the cheapest place I could have gone, they have the best equipment and guarantee the job. Thats pretty cool

Went for a consultation today after going to another tattoo removal establishment. All I can say is WOW! If you are nervous about getting tattoo removal you are in the right place. Ayla and Ginger make you feel comfortable, they’re informed, and they don’t make you feel pressured at all for asking questions. I was able to get a test spot done. As someone who has spent hours in a tattoo chair, this is a cake walk compared to the tattoo needle. I look forward to starting my tattoo removal journey and feeling comfortable in my own skin again!

Just went today to have a free consultation done, ended up purchasing seven treatments and had my first one this afternoon. Laura was absolutely wonderful. She talked with me for a few days in order to set up my free consultation, worked with me on a few issues I had concerns about, and was very kind. Ginger was the technician who explained the process to me and performed the procedure. She, too, was very kind and patient. I had lots of questions and she answered them thoroughly, also helped me handle the pain. (My pain threshold is minimal at best...) Laura aided in that regard as well. The ladies assisted us in being financed and the price right now is very hard to beat. If youre debating on tattoo removal, now is the time to take advantage of their specials.As for the removal itself, I have a big, nasty old tribal tattoo on my foot in black ink. Already seeing a noticeable difference after my first treatment which has me very excited for the future. The office was clean, very professional and welcoming. I would strongly advise to ice the tattoo youre looking to remove before heading in. Even if you think you wont sign up for the treatment, because holy cows does that laser friggin hurt. Fortunately its over with pretty quickly.So, all in all, I feel very confident in giving them a five star review based off my first treatment alone. Well see how it goes over the next seven treatments!

Really impressed by Removery! I just left having had a great customer service experience, and they made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan and how my skin is looking, etc. I went to a tattoo removal place that was acquired by Removery, and I have to say, the lasers used on me before were 20x more painful than the one I had at Removery today. I am super happy! I feel like my tattoo (after 23 laser visits so far) may finally get some really good results.

I have a wedding band tattoo that I want removed. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I scheduled a consultation. After coming in and going through the consultation, I found that I could either pay the sum in full or that they offered a 0% interest financing for up to 12 months through a. 3rd party service. They made it as simple as possible and went ahead and scheduled me for later that day for my first laser treatment. They predict 12 or more to fully remove the tattoo based on the age and ink.My first impression was that the laser was a little intimidating but they explained it so well for me that I had very little concerns. It stings a little (comparable to a bee sting) but it isn’t an unbearable pain by any means. For me, the tenderness for the next couple of days after was similar to a sun burn but being on my hand was a little odd but overall the experience was great. The service was amazing and everyone was extremely professional and informative.

Amazing experience! I started going here before it was the remover it and it was take it off removal. They did a great job at the laser was different and a bit more painful. The remover he has a much greater hospitality welcoming which includes icing the area before removal which does the pain and swelling a great justice! I barely felt it and walked out feeling painless! Clean, kind staff, and quick as a whip. Oh and good pricing compared to competitors!

My first time ever doing lazer removal and I was nervous. But recovery told me it’s not that bad and it will be done quickly . Every word was honest . It is a ring finger tattoo it took like 15 seconds of scanning and it was done . I felt a very light prickle but nothing to complain about. 15 minutes later I’m using my hand like normal . I highly recommend Removery tattoo it’s worth every dollar and they have multiple ways to pay them affordably . Never knew it was so easy , thank you removery .

I have been to a few different Removery locations in Kentucky and New York, and this one is by far the best overall experience I’ve had. From the friendly staff, to the treatment itself. Ayla provides the laser treatment, and she told me information about the laser process no one had before, while also getting to know me. I could tell she actually cared about what she was doing, whereas some other providers just give the treatment without saying much. My treatment with Ayla was also the most painless because she took the time to properly numb the tattoo areas beforehand. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone getting laser treatment! I know I will be coming here for the rest of my treatments.

Though today wasnt my first removal session with Removery, it WAS my first session with Ayla as my nurse and specialist. I have probably had wellover 15 treatments prior to today and this one was absolutely too notch. She was a pro through and through. Extremely detailed and thorough while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere for the client. She mentioned she is having removal done herself which reflected in the way she got me taken care of on 3 pieces today. I dont want to forget to mention how personable and funny she is. Which is HUGE when you wanted to be distracted from the process. Also her boss Jami was equally personable and friendly and PROFESSIONAL. This company was such a blessing to me. I was very disappointed with this place. I went in for a free consultation and I was brought into the room where they actually did the removal to speak about the process and prices. I felt very pressured into using their services, it was supposed to be a consult and I was asked if I was ready to get started that same day and you are also required to give them payment info before you’re even seen. This place was a lot more expensive than I was thinking so I scheduled an appointment for a week out. I called to cancel that appointment because I decided that the prices were ridiculous for the tiny tattoo I wanted removed and if you don’t cancel within 24hours they charge $50 to your card. I specifically called to cancel and was clear that I did not want to reschedule yet I received another reminder that my appointment was still scheduled. I am going to be very upset if I’m charged $50 for “ not showing” even though I already asked them to cancel. They have been very unprofessional and pushy and seems like they just really want to take your money.Responding to a review with a hostile attitude is not going to help bring customers back. Blaming the credit/debit card situation on the coronavirus is BS. You are required to write down payment info on your intake paperwork, that’s like asking someone to swipe their card before they even know what they’re paying for. I understand the concern about the virus but I think people would be much more comfortable writing down they’re payment info AFTER they know what they’re paying for. If you’re appreciative of people calling to cancel they shouldn’t have to tell you more than once. You might be able to convince others that your prices are wonderful but I’m not sure getting a penny sized tattoo removed should be hundreds of dollars. You all can keep your outrageous prices and funky attitude, have a great day!

I had my first appointment with this combat yesterday, I was really nervous about everything but Ayla was really easy to talk to and made everything comfortable and she gave me two squish toys so I can deal with the pain which wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be lol and it seem to have went by fast imo. Ms. Ginger is really nice and has a very welcoming personality so it was all overall wonderful.

Update: started the process April 2022 still working on the 6 tattoos. They have faded a remarkable amount considering how dark they were. Looking at another year most likely.

I love this place. I was afraid at first but I was like no I have to go up there & I loved it honestly.

Ive been going to Removery to remove a tattoo for a little over a year and everytime I go back for a session they are so nice and through. I will always appreciate them for being apart of this process. Extremely disappointed. This place obviously does not care about customers. I have sent emails, submitted a form via their website, called a few times, AND left a voicemail explaining that I want to set up a consultation and get started with my removal right away. NEVER called me back or emailed me. It’s ridiculous, I’m going somewhere else. This place does not want your business and being a business owner myself, I would never make a future customer feel this way. I was ready to pay them and get started ASAP but weeks later they will never answer the phone or get back to me.

This place knows what they’re doing. I’ve had 10 previous treatments at two other tattoo removal companies, and I’ve never felt more comfortable and in good hands than I do here. Props to the whole Removery team for everything!

Ive been coming here for treatments for almost a year now to remove a tattoo on one of my fingers. This is the first time Ive ever had a tattoo removed so, I dont have another experience to compare it to but, the team at Removery is great at what they do in both the actual service and their rapport with customers. While the treatment itself, much like the original tattoo, is inherently slightly uncomfortable every other aspect of my visits are decidedly not. I certainly dont intend on needing any other tattoos removed but if I ever do I wont go anywhere else.

The branches all look the same, friendly and caring staff. I have/had a dark, deep black finger tattoo. After 5 treatments the tattoo is fading and I expect it will disappear as advertised.

Seemed like a reasonable buisness just one thing got me. I went in for a consultation about a small jobstopper on my hand I figured I would consider removal and get a quote. There is typically a 100$ minimum for one session ( tattoo removal is expensive) she recommended 12 sessions in her professional opinion. She also offers a deal buy 5 sessions and get 2 free but here is the kicker she told me to contact her, I believe within 3 days, for that deal to be valid. Its a shame I missed out on that one. It is a shame big ticket items sometimes dont have a price like a house,most used car lots,hospital bills or for that matter tattoo removal. In defence every tattoo is different and maybe there is a minimum posted on the website I do apologize if that is the case.

My husband needed some work removed. Autumn did an amazing job. Bottom line it hurts, but shes kind and compassionate. And takes time to make it as comfortable as possible! Highly recommended
