Terrible terrible service. their website says they do all ear and nose piercings, except when we show up, they only do earlobes? terrible advertising. should not be driving that far just for them to say they don’t do piercings. if you don’t do piercings, then don’t say it on your website. do not recommend.

I got my baby pierced in this place, they sold me a pair of 14k, my baby has been with ocasional infections on the back part of the lobe for more than 3 months and I used the spray as recommended. Today we tested it and the closure is fake. Go find another trusted place, this place is not recommended as a Mother.

Came in earlier today and had a terrible experience with the employee. She was very rude to me and just over all it was a bad time. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about and she tried over charging me for the jewelry I was getting. Will not be shopping from here ever again!

I had gone here for years! I went to get my daughters ears pierced, and was told by someone who works here, that they are actually not given any training for ear piercings. He told me that they are given a foam ear to pierce twice, and then they are told they can pierce customers. He also told me that they go through absolutely no training for piercing babies. He told me they just have to fill out some paperwork, and are then qualified to pierce babies even if they have no training. I highly recommend that no one gets pierced here.

Good customer service and knowledgeable about piercing my 9mo old daughters ears. Prices about the same as Claires but customer service is alot better here. They also took their time to sanitize everything before even touching my daughter.

I enjoyed my experience at Pagoda very much. You should always be able to go into a store and just enjoy the service given, answers given, and products.The staff were not only friendly but quick, knowledgeable and I highly recommend Pagoda to anyone.Great Job!!!

The staff at the Jefferson Mall location go above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable in their jewelry and ear care. I always recommend them to my clients who are looking for piercings or just some great deals on great quality earrings.

My son wanted his ears pierced but with the Covid situation this was impossible. Months later when stores started to reopen we checked out Piercing Pagoda at Jefferson Mall. They were very professional and safe!!

I’ve gotten 3 pericing all on my ears and 2 of them at claire’s and 1 here , i recommend coming ! i’m also about to get my cartridge done here ! great service and very respectful ! Tyler was great !
