Deserving of 5 stars. Deciding to get a tattoo removed from your body can be anxiety inducing and for some, traumatic. It is a painful process and obviously not cheap. Removery makes the entire process feel comfortable and positive. I have had a few different techs and I have enjoyed each one. After the first appointment when I got to meet the tech and see how everything works, I was never anxious again. It is a scary thing to trust someone with something on your body, but I trust the team they have. I love when theyre excited for me that the tattoo has faded. It truly shows they care. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed. Cant wait to do a final review and show before and after🤩

I came in for a consult at 11:30. At 12:00 I left with my first session already completed!!! Kristen was so nice. She talked to me about every aspect of the procedure and what to expect. Paige did my procedure and she described what I would experience to a T. I think the unknown is the worst of things sometimes and I didn’t experience that because I was well informed. These ladies were awesome! Initially I was going to go to a different location (still Removery) because it was closer but these ladies were so awesome that I will stay at the St. Louis Park location! See ya in 6 weeks :)

I’ve had great experiences here so far! Getting in for a quote and getting a package was easy - they explain everything and give realistic expectations. I was SO nervous for my first appointment but Paige was super patient and walked me through all the steps. She gave me a quick “zap” so I could see what it would feel like and never rushed me to get started. I like to just get it over with but I know if I asked her to stop periodically she wouldn’t ever make me feel bad about it or rushed. I’ve had 3 sessions so far for two small tattoos - I’m in and out in less than 10 minutes and have already seen a HUGE amount of fading in one and a good amount in another. The girls at the front desk have always been super friendly too. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to remove my small tattoo since December 2023 now. Everyone is super friendly and nice and the progress has been great! 100% recommend this location if you’re looking to remove your tattoo. This is my tattoo after the 5th session in August of 2024.

Professional and accommodating. Their scheduling process, they send you plenty of reminders between appointments so you dont forget, and you can easily reschedule. Look amazing, certainly a lot better than the old school method of burning it off!

In the process of removing a smaller tattoo but in a really tender area. Everyone is so nice and warm, and I’m in and out in usually less than 20 minutes, so it’s super comfortable and convenient. I love everyone here for making this process that much easier!

Kristen and Rilynn have always been very helpful and provide quality care at the time of all treatments. They stress the care of treated area and always give service with a smile.

I’m at the very beginning of my tattoo removal process- looking for information about the whole thing, comparing removal vs cover up, pricing, etc. I requested a consultation and was contacted by Megan. When I responded to Megan via email (which works best for me) and informed her realistically my time frame was at least 6 months out (especially because I’m currently 7 months pregnant) but I was still interested in a phone consultation- I got no response. She was very direct in her messages about trying to get me in for a session as soon as possible with a discounted price which is great if I was ready to make that step, but it’s super disappointing that when she found out my time frame I got zero response after that. Felt I was no longer valued as a potential customer just because Im not ready to start as soon as she would have liked me to. I was almost 99% certain I was going to pursue getting my removal here, but after that short exchange- I’m considering other options.

I couldn’t have asked for better results! Can’t even tell that I once had a tattoo on my shoulder. The staff are friendly and all about making you as comfortable as possible during the treatment.

Removery has been great for me. They are always professional and do a great job. Im glad I went with a company with many locations, as I moved three states away from my first Removery.

Kristen was Very thorough and explained procedures and details of the Tattoo Removal and what I can expect in the future… Kristen was very personable and friendly and helped me to feel at ease.

Business clean. A bit frustrated that I had to redo some initial consultation stuff as the original person, Ashley left and there were no notes. I had a different quote on the package from Ashley but since there was nothing recorded, Im paying $200 more. Wearing name tags is important. I had to wait longer for my time, a person was late and got in.

Everyone here is friendly, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere is very clean, professional, and welcoming. Im enjoying the process of gradually seeing my unwanted ink fade away!

I’ve been coming to Removery for 5+ years for several tattoos. I was a client when it was still “Invisible Ink”. I was in a bad state mentally because of my tattoo regret. Happy to say I’ve successfully been able to fully remove a 3/4 sleeve, and currently am seeing significant fading of my color tattoos. It’s very pricy $$$ but it was easy to get a loan to help with payment (which was set up at the initial consultation).Very, very happy with my results. All of the laser specialists I’ve had over the years have also been incredible! As great as it’s been, I hope to NOT be back in the future for any more regretful mistakes :-)

I went in for a free consult. The staff were super friendly. During the consult they were very detailed and answered all my questions. Ended up having a session right away that day and it went really well. Wonderful staff.

Ashley gave an easy and simple explanation about the process to get started. I was able to start my tattoo the same day as my consultation.

This is based on my experience for inquiring about Microblading removal. I was initially referred to this business by a local PMU. The staff was friendly but the place did not offer the kind of service I’m looking for. They did a test shot and was able to remove most of the black ink on my eyebrows. However, they did not inform me that their machine would likely only pick up black/dark ink. Their pico machines wavelength would not be able to pick up the red, which is the color that my brows had turned after the first session.They proceeded to follow through with the second session and it didn’t even hurt the second time. No color removed or lightened. I thought that experience was very odd and called corporate to understand why. They didn’t really provide any explanation or a follow up solution. It was just an ice pack and the laser at both apts.I finally found another place local here that can target all colors from permanent make up. Using 3 different wavelengths! Please don’t go to Removery for your Microblading tattoo removal. I’m sure they are great for normal tattoo removal but wish I was more informed on the wavelengths and understand what I wanted to achieve was not achievable at Removery. I wasted $250 on the second session so extremely disappointed with this experience.

They let you break up your removal into smaller sessions which is nice for Me because Im getting a considerable amount of ink removed. Whoever the sales consultant is, needs to work on personality skills and communication. You’re dealing with sales during inflation people want information and pricing via email and phone.I’ve worked at ideal image. And it seems like they go the same approach which is shady. I don’t know how people gave this place good reviews (must’ve been given incentives). Just texting the sales person itself gave me such used car salesman vibes, not friendly. Not wanting to share pricing. Which means you’d be overpaying on services.

I wanted to really experience this place before reviewing. Ive been coming here for almost a year now, with a ton of ugliness to be removed! I have to say, its been completely amazing! Darcy at the front desk gave me an incredible introduction to the whole Removery process. Every question & concern was thoroughly answered. My laser technician, Alita is absolutely beyond great! Totally professional & still down to earth, so Im completely relaxed during every session. I couldnt have been luckier to have found this place! The technology used is literally the best there is, & the staff is consistently friendly! Theres no better place to go!

I am so glad I chose Removery for my tattoo removal. I have a few large dark tattoos that, as I have progressed through professional life, I have deeply regretted. The staff at Removery in St. Louis Park are great. They explained the process and procedures in detail when we started, have reminded me of all of the care steps and inquired about my progress throughout every phase of my tattoo removal. I had been going through the removal process with a different company. They had a different laser that was very effective. I had multiple treatments and they were having a tough time with the blues and the greens. Invisible Ink with their PicoWay laser has been able to effectively fade all of the colors of my tattoo. Tera does a great job of making a pretty painful process not too bad. The cooling equipment that they use while treating you helps with the pain a lot. I’m a tattoo artist and I’ve been going to Removery for all my tattoo removal needs for 2 years or more! They always do a great job, I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen personally. I always recommend to my clients to get removal over coverup tattoos because it gives much more flexibility for a future design that a client and tattooer may be much happier with. It is definitely a process and in most cases takes multiple sessions for removal but is so worth it! Each session of removal is so quick too! Highly recommend! ☺️

Ive been going here for awhile and it is always absolutely amazing! My tattoos were very dark, but now they are almost gone! Clean and trendy environment, AMAZING staff, and awesome results! Really convenient location and easy to find. Everyone was so welcoming and nice, I felt right at home. They gave me lots of information about what they do, about how any medication I take that could affect the process. I was able to ask any and all questions, I felt comfortable the whole time. The folks who work there are always so friendly and supportive! They honestly care about the clients. I will say Im glad I purchased the full removal package because after 4 sessions the black outline of my tattoo is still pretty dark. Overall, Ive had a positive experience at Removery in terms of staff friendliness and professionalism. The appointments Ive had were quick and easy (and relatively pain free).I give three stars though, because I began treatment 9/16 and was told Id be ink-free by 6/17. Well, its been almost five years later, and I still have residual ink. Granted they may have improved their technology by then, but Im still disappointed its taken 5 years to remove two small black ink tattoos.

I was a customer of Fallen Ink for a long time, their team was great and priced well. Removery purchased them recently and I have had two visits.The biggest difference is that with the new laser technology that Removery uses, my visits are measured in seconds vs. minutes. Also the Removery lasers are 3 to 5 times more effective.Instead of 6 more visits, Ill like have one more.Something to consider when looking at the pricing and quality!

Invisible Ink is the best!Everyone at this location is awesome. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They’re always able to get me an appointment that works best for my schedule. From day 1 they have made my tattoo removal experience easy and worry free.They are very affordable and you can also purchase a package option up front and if your tattoo removal takes longer than the amount of sessions you purchased, they will keep treating you for no extra charge!If you have a tattoo you want removed, look no further because Invisible Ink is the best in the business!

I have had 4 sessions so far at the Removery for a lower back tattoo. I have had the best experience! The facility is always very clean and the staff is so welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. The removal process is going better than I expected. I cannot recommend The Romovery enough.

When you first walk into removery st Louis park MN Darcy and the atmosphere really welcomes you like youre walking into a home. She is extremely kind and understanding; overall very nice lady. Alyda the tech is not only a professional, she is an expert. After my first treatment I found out how tattoo removal really felt and now I can confidently say without alyda I could never make it through this process. Id only walk down that hallway with her. My mom is super supportive and after I couldnt live with the tattoo any longer (a rather large tattoo on the top of my foot) she agreed to take me to consultants in NY to see if we can start the removal process. My first experience was horrible in NY, the price was insane and the pain was unbearable. I would leave the session with my foot bandaged up and bleeding....a lot! Removery changed the game for me! I went to other places for removal services and Removery has been able to significantly remove my tattoo in just two sessions where other places had me in for 8-10 sessions without much effect. I always have a positive experience with staff at Removery. The techs are professional and they always keep the rooms clean. They use a cooling blower on the treated area to make it hurt less but it fer sure more painful than getting the tattoo itself. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to fade or remove some ink.

I’ve given a review before for this company, about 2 years ago. But after my visit today I had to come on and give another. I got most of my tattoos when I was 16 in my sisters house with unprofessional tattoo equipment. I was young, thought tattoos were cool and wanted everything under the sun. Once I hit 21 and found the love of my life, I started to get to know his family and started to find myself as a young adult. The girls here are amazing, they make sure youre all taken care of, they make sure the pain is alright and allow breaks if you need them during your sessions, they always make sure you know about the after care and make sure you have the stuff to care for your tattoo after each session. It is also amazing that if you have questions you can easily text one of the girls and they usually reply within the hour, they also record your progress with pictures and show you each time, because sometimes its hard for us to tell because its on our bodies, and we see the dang thing everyday lol! I Would highly recommend coming here, these girls are amazing at what they do!

I no longer wanted my tattoo, but I wasnt sure how the process worked. I had a relatively small black ink tattoo. The first consultation was also a price quote, and you have the option to get your first treatment on the spot. I was a little nervous, but the staff was great! It is painful, but no more painful than actually getting a tattoo. There is no scarring on the skin and it literally looks like its been erased - no difference from the appearance of the surrounding skin. I agree with another reviewers comment that they treat you like youre in a high end spa. They quote you the number of treatments it will take, and thats how many you pay for. If it takes more than that, its free. Mine took one more session than what they quoted. I just received that treatment on Friday, but it sounds like this will be the last one. Seriously thinking about removing my other tattoo also!!!!

I had a quote of several treatments for my large and very dark tattoo. I admit that Im up over 10 treatments now, BUT Im LOVING the results! Ive seen a lot of turn over in the staff team, but Im still happy with my results, and the staff. I read several reviews on here about the pain involved in the removal process, the first couple times, sure, theres some pain and discomfort but wasnt there pain in GETTING the tattoo? Its seriously not that bad. My tattoo was very black, and done by a very new artist. He was heavy handed on my tattoo, thus the ink went in deeper than it maybe should have. This is one reason for the extra amount of treatments. Sure the staff can look at your tattoo, but they cannot foresee that. And thats why its a quote they are guessing itll only take (fill in the blank) treatments. The results arent there in a moments time. Your body has to help in the ink removal, which the staff explains. This is why they allow time between appointments. Theres discomfort, but 100% worth it! I drive 6 hours for my appointment, and Im glad they are taking their time with my removal, because I want it done right. And yes, your skin is very pale and white once the ink is leaving...that skin hasnt been able to see the sun, so to speak. And Id rather have the pale mark than the ugly tattoo I had!

Mixed experience since they were acquired. before Invisible Ink turned into Removery they were treating a tattoo of mine which has blue ink. the laser they were using to target the blue was working wonderfully, but since Removery took over the progress has dropped off a cliff. Ive asked about the change and didnt get a straight answer from the tech as to why they cant use the previous laser hand piece/setting even though we have evidence it works on my tattoo and I havent had any negative effects from it. Theyve done well with the black in my tattoo, but Im very disappointed with the lack of progress in the colors since Removery took over

Everyone Ive dealt with has been incredibly professional and also really kind and welcoming. I also really appreciate the fact that they determine how much your removal will cost and then commit to not charging any more if theyre wrong and it takes longer, and refunding money if theyre wrong and it takes fewer sessions. Ive also appreciated how you can text photos and get feedback pretty quickly if youre concerned about how things are unfolding post-treatment. They cost more than some, but it is well, well worth it.

The customer service here (trickling down from Corporate) is really declining. First they will try to say that numbing cream is not advised although there is no research supporting this (I thin save time at the customers expense/comfort). I’ve have 7 sessions now and after my most recent testament when my skin is flaming hot, the tech tells me they are no longer applying hydrocortisone cream due to patients allergies (why they cannot ask if you have an allergy prior to applying is beyond me), but they are happy to apply it if I brought my own (which I would have gladly done had they made me aware of this policy change (which again, I believe is another corporate attempt to save money at the customers expense/discomfort). It floors me that a company such as this would t be doing EVERYTHING in their power to make their customers COMFORTABLE for an expensive and very painful treatment. Removery, do better!

My experience has been amazing with Invisable Ink. Since my first consultation to every treatment- it has been above and beyond. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to accommodate crazy schedules to fit me in! They are 100% experts in their work and show dedication and perfection each session. I even moved to CA in the middle of my sessions and was able to get a refund but i chose not to and I come see them every trip back to MN for vacation for a session!

I went in for a consultation yesterday regarding a tattoo that I wanted lightened for a coverup. Hannah was very professional and knowledgeable. This has been an excellent expierence every time I have been there. Everyone makes you feel at home, right when you walk in the door. I had huge regret with the old ugly tattoos I had and because of Invisible Ink my life has changed in a way I didnt think it would be possible. Ive been going to invisible ink (now Removery) for over 2 years. About 17 treatments deep for a quote on my foot. They are professional and kind and I have no qualms about anything in that regard. However, I recently started seeing ads from Removery which shows full back tattoos being almost completely removed after 1 or 2 sessions and I feel like that is very deceptive because like I said, Im on session 17 into a black text tattoo and it is still very much visible. I would recommend Removery however, be prepared for it to take multiple years for it to be removed. Also, Im semi upset that the ads are being deceptive and lead potential customers into believing that their removal may only take 1 or 2 sessions.***Modification to my review***I went from 3 stars to 5 stars due to one of the employees, Alita(from the st.louis park location). In the past 3 sessions with Alita, 1 of my tattoos is non existent and 1 is almost gone(should be completely gone at my next treatment). Alita was very knowledgeable about the different levels of zaps(not sure of the technical term) and like I said, in 3 sessions, she has made more progress than the past 3 years worth of visits.My statement in my 1st review was accurate. I think that there should be more transparency in how many treatments it will actually take to actually remove the tattoo,with that said, if there were more technicians like Alita, I probably would have been completed in the 6 sessions I was originally quoted:)

Awesome results so far!I have kind of an embarrassing tattoo, but Tera and everyone are very friendly and professional.Once you get started, an appointment only takes a few minutes.It does not hurt that bad, it will just remind you not to do it again...I highly recommend them!!!

I was told my very small tattoo would only need 5-7 sessions to remove. I have now been in 13 times. 13. (Or more for that matter? I’ve lost count by now). And it has faded some. When I expressed concern about how long it was taking, I was given the same lines I was given on the first day, “we can’t predict it” and I was simply told “you can stop at any point”, which no, I can’t. I now have a partially faded tattoo that would have looked much better had I simply not touched it. Don’t waste your time, money and pain. They will tell you as little sessions as they can to get your money and forgo any responsibility of customer service once it takes longer.... much longer than what they initially say.

I had 2 tattoos i wanted removed, and did a different service to start out. After 6 sessions, they referred me to Invisible Ink because they felt like they couldnt do the job Invisible Ink could do with their lasers. Thankfully I listened. After the first session I couldnt believe how much was gone. Theyre both now completely gone and I couldnt be happier. They were cheaper, faster and pain free sessions. I would highly recommend Invisible Ink to anyone looking to get rid of their tattoos.

I filled out a form online for a consultation. Someone emailed me and texted me to schedule an appointment. They scheduled it before I could even confirm I could make that time and now someone else from the company has been reaching out. I don’t like the pushiness and it doesn’t bode well with me when someone moves forward without my consent. What else would you do without my consent? No thank you. I’ll stay with the guys at Fadeaway.

Hannah was very helpful with all of my questions over email and scheduled my first appointment with Paige in SLP. Paige was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing before and during the laser removal. I felt very comfortable with her during the whole process.

I have been a client since August 2015, and my tattoo is taking forever to remove, why? It has something to do with (sarcasm) they only laser it either to little or not at all, they laser outside the lines, they laser the finished part and not the colored part, they abuse their profession and lie to me saying, thats how its suppose to be, she said...yet it didnt flare up white like it should, if they did it right, their after care causes inflammation, their alcohol rub has a chemical in it that affects nerves, and now their cold blower is blowing the chemical that not only causes Covid, but also the other undisclosed side affects, stiffening of connective tissue, so after I left my vision blurred and restored half way home, 15-20 minutes later, I normally dont use the cold blower but the blue eyed, brown haired male tech said that policy required it, since when would policy require a cold blower, or for the tech to NOT laser the ink and only laser the uncolored skin, no wonder if its been over six years and my tattoo is not gone, and it was not a cover up, but come on, six years and far from done, they keep lasering the done parts and now I have scar tissue. Thanks for harming me physically and emotionally Removery.

The staff is always extremely friendly and they are so knowledgeable and willing to explain the process. Chris helped me today- she was wonderful and her customer service was impeccable! I am so happy I chose them to help me with my removal process.

The person that was consulting me was very very rude, I felt very uncomfortable all tho I was ready to do business with them I couldn’t take that person disrespect. I felt I was being discriminated and she was looking down on me I didn’t like the experience I had there today, it rained my whole day. I would highly suggest the management there to have Conversation with there employees it’s not okay to discriminate or look down on anybody.

I can tell these lasers are a little more effective than the ones that were used on it before at another business I went to. I do noticed more fading. I have a stubborn black tattoo thats slowly coming off. It will take a few more sessions than originally thought but thats fine. With this laser it will be removed in no time 👍

Additionally, they used data from previous clients (Ink Analytics) to take some of the guess work out of the process and provide you with a better estimate on the number of treatments needed. They back this up with guaranteed results where you receive additional sessions for free if the tattoo is not completely removed within the number of sessions they quoted.Also, the Pico Laser technology that is used has 3 wavelengths and is better able to remove some colors traditional lasers struggle with such as blue and yellow. This was an important factor to me as my tattoo is primarily blue.I would recommend scheduling a free consultation at Invisible Ink to learn more about the process and have your questions answered. The person I worked with was very guarded in giving estimates of how successful these removal processes usually are. I felt as if they were pushing their most expensive package, as opposed to discussing what might work best for me. The cost per square inch is an excessively expensive approach for the consumer. I received quotes from two other locations that were equally qualified and professional, and those quotes were both considerably lower. The location does not have convenient parking options.

I met with Darcy & Tera and they were both super nice, helpful, explained everything well prior to lasering and made it a very comfortable first experience (especially for someone who had no idea what happens during this process). It was VERY quick and pain free!

Paige has been my laser technician for a year now and she’s super friendly and knows what she is doing. If you’re needing a tattoo removed I would recommend this place cause all of the staff are super great!

When i got my first session of laser back in late june invisible ink said they highly encourage people to write positive reviews based on their experience. not gonna lie, for such a long process i was a little wary of writing a review so soon. i just had my 3rd session on a colorful coverup that’s a little smaller than a half sleeve, and i am absolutely blown away by the progress so far. some of the colors have 80% vanished (in some spots 100%). they told me since it was a very dense tattoo i might not see much movement in the black until my 3rd or 4th session, and just as expected i’m finally seeing movement in the black shading and some in the black line work. don’t get me wrong, i still have a long way to go, but invisible ink has been so kind and helpful and overall wonderful in making this terrible process as pleasant as it could possibly be.

I love invisible ink! Maddy does such a great job and my results have been fantastic. Sure it hurts a little but the numbing cream they give you to put on an hour before helps! I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

I’ve been having treatments here for just about a year. It’s a process for sure—I’ve got a ways to go, but I see progress in my tattoos weekly which is so reassuring.Aside from the fact the removal really is removing, the team in Mpls is outstanding. From helping me in the beginning with the cost to wrapping me in ice packs because it burned post-treatment extra badly today (I’m 4’10” and 95lbs so this so a fairly painful process for me), I can’t say enough good things about this team, ESPECIALLY Joana and Colleen today. They never made me feel like a hassle or burden and took care of me (keyword: CARE). They weren’t just going through the motions of giving me comfort, they meant it.I will be in treatment for awhile, I have a lot of bad boys I’m getting removed, but the team at this place are making it as great as it can be, and I can’t thank them enough.
