I stopped by Skin City tattoo drop and I am thankful that I did! Manley designed an amazing tattoo in memory of my soul mate which I absolutely love. The staff was incredibly talented and friendly, making the whole experience even better.

Went here for my first tattoo with Manley Bryant and I couldnt be happier with the result. All the artists are knowledgeable, and clean.I had a good experience all around, and cant wait to come back again for another piece. It takes trust to get a tattoo and Im happy to say that Id trust everyone at skin City to do quality work.

My daughter got her ears pierced at this shop. Communication was awesome. Shop was clean and inviting. Tabatha was kind and patient. Her room is filled with adorable Crochet creations (that she made herself, so talented) to cuddle just in case. She played Moana to allow my daughter to focus on something else. Definitely recommend!!

This place is great! Mitch Pope is an amazing artist. Got my 3rd tattoo from him today and it came out awesome, once again. I dont have a picture yet of my newest, but here is the last one I got 2 weeks ago. I highly recommend all of the artists here.

Mitch is the best tattoo artist I have been able to find in the area. He has been working on my sleeve and I get compliments all the time

Mitch is great. he makes me comfortable while getting my tattoo, makes sure of placement and ensures his lines are clean once he’s done. i’ve gotten all my tattoos done by him

Back at the beginning of April I gave them a deposit of 100$ to do a tattoo for my wifegave them what they needed to make the print the guy went into the hospital I heard from him 1 time after I texted him several times now I havent heard anything else when I called the shop they said there was nothing they could do because he was in the hospital the lady that I talked to made the smart remark saying what can she do go take rhe money out of his pocket I understand that things happen but their communication needs to be better cause its really nonexistent now here it is in may almost june im out 100$ and have no tattoo for my wife which was a gift further more I have looked at their website and the man seems to no longer be there nobody has contacted me to let me know or to refund my deposit or to do the tattoo themselves I would not recommend this shop to anyone

I had my tattoo done by Cheif. He was patient and kind....and hes very talented. The place is very clean and the inside is huge. Every artist has their own sterile little room. I had doubts because of how long it takes for me to get there, but I highly recommend Skin City. I will be going back there.PS...Its very difficult for me to get a good picture of my own neck; but it looks amazing

Let me say Manley was my artist and he was the best and I was in that shop for 7 hrs and it looks like all these artist care about there clients so ..I was very happy

Tabatha did both of my tattoos, very professional and made me feel comfortable, recommend her. She got both of my styles on point.

This was my second tattoo and if Im able to get more, Im coming back to Skin City. Tabatha is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Since it has been a while since I got my first tattoo, I forgot a lot of things and what was going to happen. Before I even got back there, I had a feeling that Id be in good hands.As someone whos on the autism spectrum, I thought I was going to have to take a lot of breaks. Tabatha was really patient and I appreciate that when Im working with someone one on one. Sorry I dont exactly know where my off switch is, but thanks for listening.I HIGHLY recommend Skin City and Tabatha in particular.

Awesome experience! Manley did two tattoos for me and was as kind as he was talented! The shop is super clean and welcoming. Even has TVs in each booth so you can watch while getting your tattoo. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

The atmosphere is chill and everyone is nice and polite. All the artists do great work. Chief did my tattoo and did an amazing job. The detail he did is beautiful. He is also super cool. Highly recommend getting your ink done here!

First off I have to say Manley is a great artist, not only that but I had some of the best conversation with this guy than I’ve had anywhere. He has a great attitude, he cares about his clients, makes you feel at home in this shop. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was there last night. And I’m not a review type of guy, but Manley and skin city deserve it. I’ve been around, and Manley by far is the best Artist I’ve dealt with. My original review,and experience was not a good one, but Lindsey helped me get with Manley and he fixed up my finger tattoo and even told me he could match the style of another tattoo i have which is exactly what Ive been looking for. 5 stars. Hes the best. Thanks guys!

Manley Bryant (Owner/Artist) is completely amazing, as are all of others that works here!! Very original, detailed, and creative! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some skin art. I personally came all of the way from West Virginia to get mine done. I have recommended this place to MANY, and have never seen a bad tat come out of this shop.

Ive heard a lot of great things about Skin City so i tried them out and Tyler did a fabulous job! I got an arrow and the lines are very straight. He was super easy to talk to and was totally open to listening to my ideas and giving his input. The shop owner was very friendly to me as i was waiting. Its very clean in there as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Manley is fantastic. My wife needed a tattoo correction and he did a phenomenal job. He made sure she was comfortable, always asked what she thought and made sure she was getting what she wanted. Well definitely be back for more.

I had an excellent experience at skin city today! The employees were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. We were warmly greeted and promptly taken care of. I had an appointment and I was taken care of within minutes. The shop is clean and well taken care of and I love how nice everyone was! I will always reccomend Skin city to any of my friends looking for tattoos and piercings!! Thank you again!

This place is unprofessional!!! Me and my sister along with other people that was standing outside waited a hr for them to open at 12 and only for a lady that walked by us that work there to come back out at 12 and tell us they only accept appts on Saturdays. Her response was we could’ve just came in. How? When you don’t open til 12 ma’am?? My thing is a common courtesy would have been to come outside and ask us if we have a appt while you are sitting inside or at least put up a sign stating you only take appts on Saturdays!

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced. Chandra walked her through it and it made my daughters experience well worth it. She made her feel comfortable.I would highly recommend this place.

Mitch did a great job on my piercing (nose). It was fairly painless and he gave instructions on how long to keep the original ring and cleaning instructions. He was able to fit me in between tattoo appointments. Call first to make sure you don’t have a wait. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes!

Careless Staff. Chief playing music too loud got distracted and messed up my tattoo! Still paid full price. I’d never come back here.

I got my first tattoo done by Tyler and I am amazed at how beautiful it looks. My tattoo was is dedication to my friend that passed away about four years ago and I know she would love it too! I would recommend skin city so everyone! Being a first timer I didnt really know what to expect so I was terrified, but they made it a very comfortable and relaxing environment and assured me there was nothing to be scared of. I love Skin City!!

Was able to walk right in and get a piercing. Other places told me it would be hours and couldnt guarantee anything if I come back later. smh. Tabatha was very kind and did great!

I called in for a walk in, and the receptionist made it easy as pie. That same day I texted Mitch my idea and a couple hours later it was knocked out of the park on my skin. Mitch is a professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely come back and see Mitch again!

I had my lip pierced here a couple weeks ago. The procedure was very quick. The piercing is healing nicely; Ive experienced almost no pain or swelling. Destanie (piercer) was awesome and the staff were all friendly. I will be returning for any future piercings.

I got my first tattoo from Chief at Skin City and he did an awesome job especially with his own design of my name, so if you want a good tattoo go to Skin City and ask for Chief he doesnt disappoint.

Fair warning. You should be aware that you will be charged for a piercing to have jewelry swapped out. Was not made aware of this shop policy until AFTER services had been received. Any other shop Ive visited in the Charlotte area only charges you for the jewelry. $30 plus tip for something that took less than a minute. Had I been told this over the phone, at time of arrival or when I clarified I wasnt there for a piercing when I got taken back, I would have gone to another shop. I left the shop feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

Love my tattoos. We are from out of state but stop here for tattoos when we are down. Great crew! They dont do appointments so you have to make sure to get in right at opening time. If you dont mind waiting like us then I highly recommend!!!

Yes the people were great but i would not recommend for touch ups. my tattoo took 4 hrs. and mine got infected.

Visited here yesterday and was serviced by Manley. He is definitely a people person and I will be booking with them again the future.

I got some wings added to my Punisher skull and got a medal on my chest, both by Manly. I gotta say, definitely worth the time and distance, Im coming back for my next one
