Hannah is the only person Ive ever trusted to tattoo me, and on three separate occasions. She is incredibly talented, thoughtful, friendly, and professional. The most recent tattoo she gave me won Tattoo of the Day at the Portland Tattoo Expo in Portland, Oregon, a city full of talented professionals and home to one of very few tattoo schools in the country.

Hannah is professional, talented, and an all around joy. She’s done 2 of my tattoos and they are easily my most pride inducing and complimented pieces. She is timely, honest, and a real expert at her craft. I can’t recommend her enough!

Hannah is just phenomenal. As a person and artist she always seeks to make herself better and this shows through her art. I’ve had the privilege of knowing her for almost 10 years and have several completed pieces by her!!! There is not high enough praise for her! She is wonderful through and through!! I’ve been tattooed by Hannah on three desperate occasions, making up my shoulder sleeve. I can’t portray with words how happy I am with her work and or quantify how many compliments I’ve received over the years. She is a true artist and professional; come to her with design ideas and let her work her magic. Highly recommend her services, especially where innovative designs and vivid colors are involved! Additionally, all of my pieces healed very quickly with no excess bleeding and minimal peeling. Hannah Wolf is a spectacular tattoo artist - absolute professional. I had my second tattoo by Hannah done in Nov 2019. I specifically saught Hannah out again because few artists are as talented. The entire process from initial communication to consult to tattoo session is smooth and efficient - and the tattoo looks outstanding! Hannah has some of the best work I have ever seen! She has a diverse repertoire of various styles and techniques. Ranging from photo realism to sacred geometry. Besides being an amazing artist, she is a constant professional, always punctual with her appointment times, and her communication skills are 💯%.She has put in at least 150+hours of hands on tattoo work on my person. This does not include the consultation times, detailed sketching, creative input, continual modifications based on my particular interest. I actually won a tattoo off Hannah (I never win things like this) and not only did she give me a beautiful tattoo that goes well with my other tattoos, she took her time just like I was a regular client. It gets so many compliments and healed fast and perfectly. There are a lot of choices when it comes to tattoo artists in the Bay Area, I will gladly book with Hannah in the future and have referred her to others. Excited for her shop opening in Rockridge!!

Hannah is a true professional in every step of the process. Very knowledgeable from the needles to the ink materials being used.We had a consult first just to plan everything out, and she was very honest and open about what would work best on my skin.Clocked a total of maybe 7 hours of work done to my right arm in 2 sessions. She was on time and had dope music so it didn’t really feel like a long time.After shading, Tattoo overall took maybe a few weeks to heal. She used saniderm on the wound so that it would heal faster (didn’t know that was a thing).Anyways, a year later, the tattoo still looks fresh. I get compliments about it a lot. And more importantly, I’m in love with it every time I see it, which is all the time hahaha. I will most def without hesitation refer any one of my friends to her.I’ve told my friends that the skin space in my right arm exclusively belongs to Hannah Wolf’s art. Will be coming back.

Hannah really knows how to bring your vision to life. I’ve had the pleasure of having not only my chest piece done but also my full back piece. Hannah is extremely professional and a pleasure to share time with. She works through long sessions with minimal breaks - Always on time and accurate with the amount of work that she knows she will complete within a session.Not sure what my next piece will be but when it’s time, I will for sure have Hannah do it.

Why Hannah? First: shes an artist. Not a copier. I took her an idea and she took all my words and turned them into a beautiful design. She used images for inspiration, not stencils. One piece I wanted was a skull, but I didnt know exactly how I wanted it to look. She managed to figure it out! Most wonderfully, she was able to take a postcard, faded beyond legibility, and use technology to bring the writing back to life. She was easy to back-and-forth with, until wed agreed upon everything (size, color, placement, etc.). Second wonderfully, I felt comfortable telling her I had a budget, when we started, and she worked within that with ease, not making me feel bad about only having so much. She was considerate, as she worked, and had the perfect level of chat - shes smart, and funny. Lastly, the tattoo itself: I cant leave the house without compliments, especially on the color/shading. Check out her IG, she does such interesting, intricate, one-of-a-kind pieces. I truly hope I get to let her work on me again in the future.

I was fortunate enough to get a tattoo from Hannah before she left San Diego. She was able to fit me into her schedule quickly and worked with my vague requests to design a tattoo I love and get compliments on frequently. 7 years later and it still looks great. Im looking forward to getting more work from her and I send everyone I know her way!

I have been getting tattooed by hannah for roughly 12 years. She has done 6 large pieces on me. She does amazing work and is worth more than what she asks. I refuse to let any one else tattoo me and have referred multiple people to her to as well. I will keep going to her for as long as I can.
