Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Took my 6 yr old to get her ears pierced for the 1st time last week, and they are healing nicely. The ladies were very knowledgeable and patient. They were amazing with my daughter...kept her calm through the whole process.

The prices are very high, the selection is very limited, and the process is technocratic. Why must they know the mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date of the person in order to piece their ears?!The young lady working there was polite and patient with answering questions; however, because of the first few characteristics described, I wouldnt return there nor would I recommend it for getting ears pierced.

Kayla was great! She was very fun and made my friends and I all feel comfortable. Awesome job! Looks great! All the other workers there were also very friendly and welcoming.

Kayla made the process of piecing our young daughter’s ears so easy today! She explained the entire process and walked us through every step, including care after the piercing. She cares and takes her time to explain everything thoroughly. She made us and our daughter feel comfortable and made the experience super easy! We highly recommend Kayla and the location at Robinson mall.

Ashley McGraw district manager clapped her hands and told me she wouldn’t help me bc we lost the stud to the warranty that said we could get new piercing if it fell out. She should be fired she needs Jesus and an attitude adjustment. Terrible experience. Hey Ashley you are the worst customer service I have ever had. Quit if you hate your job that much. It’s a 16 year old girl. Told me if I didn’t have receipt that I wouldn’t get refund. But had contract that they said we needed. Don’t go here ever!!! Buyer beware!!! Going to a tattoo shop in Ohio

Just walked right up and got my second lobe piercing. Gabby was wonderful and I was in and out in a few minutes. No pressure and she did a wonderful job.

I went to Banter at Robinson Mall I had 3 necklace pendants and needed to buy chains and make sure I could wear all 3 necklaces at one time without the pendants overlapping each other, I knew this would be challenging and I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Sadie and Kayla they were both so polite and patient and willing to help me get this memorial necklace to look just have I’d envisioned it!! Thank you so much

Kayla was wonderful! She explained the processes very well and was the kindest lady! When it came to the piercing she made my little one feel super comfortable & she was great with her afterwards!

Kayla the manager went above and beyond on Saturday 1/21/23. I could not get my daughters piercing studs off her ear. Kayla walked me through step by step and help us get them off and changed into new earrings. Im so grateful for her help, trying to do this at home was a nightmare and she calmed my daughter down and gave me tips and tricks only an expert would know! Thank you so much Kayla, we will be back to buy some new earrings soon!

Today Kayla and Sadie pierced our 8 year olds ears. They were so kind. Kayla explained and showed on herself everything she was going to do to him so that he was comfortable. She explained ear care to him clearly and made sure he understood what to do.

Took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced today. The ladies there were so great with her, asked if she was excited and at first she was but then got nervous. They showed her their set up, told her everything they were going to do and let her see and touch the tools they were gonna use. My baby took it like a champ thanks to their caring. Great job!!! They also said if anything happens, earring falls out, etc, come back and they will correct the issue

Kayla, the girl with the orange hair is great! She cares and takes her time. She explains everything so thoroughly. She makes you feel comfortable and makes the experience almost painless. :)

Kayla the Body Piercer, not manager, is AWESOME. She took a lot of time explaining the piercing process and the healing process. She is very professional. I found her very friendly and super knowledgable.

Went to the Mall at Robinson location (Pittsburgh). Body piercer, Kayla, pierced my tragus and conch. She did a terrific job, was personable, knowledgeable, contentious about keeping things sanitary and was not at all rushed. I was very skeptical about going to Piercing Pagoda (Banter) for cartilage piercings but Im now a very happy convert. I would definitely return for more

Kayla the piercer is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was able to help me pick exactly what I wanted. She took the time to go over all the different options and answer all my questions. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

When i was at this pagoda i was shocked by how nice the people were. a specific person was Angie. she pierced my ears amd she made sure to make ot her very best she made sure i was comfortable abd she made sure the dots were in the right places. she also made sure we got the best quality of the jewelry. i tried 2 previous times to get my ears pierced at the pagoda in altoona, but the staff was very rude there and would not pierce my ears due to many excuses. i am very pleased and will most definitely go back to the pagoda at robinson town center.

Kayla (not the manager Kayla, the other lady) was really good, super nice and knowledgeable. She did my 14 year old daughter’s ear piercing with a needle and they turned out perfect. Thanks Kayla! 😁😊

I understand things going up but have in to pay almost $30 for a bottle of cleaning soultion is allot. They dont tell about you about the extra charge till half way through.

The process was easy and she was nice but my daughters earring fell out within 24hours. They do not replace the earring ... even for a baby. Id check how tight the earrings in... because of the mistake of the employee I have to buy a new earring.

Recently visited the Banter by Piercing Pagoda in Robinson mall and didn’t receive service for 45 minutes (as no one was behind the counter). When we finally were able to talk to an associate and ask about piercing our 4 month old’s ears, we were told that they didn’t have the materials to pierce my babies ears and were turned away.

Would recommend Kayla for your kiddos!! She was amazing. The other woman was rude and I dont think she was kid friendly lol she could have pretended at least 🤣

I went here 3 weeks ago I got my second holes pierced and now I just got back from the doctor and have a double ear infection. I did everything they told me to and even bought the cleaning solution they upselled me on. I am very dissatisfied and now I have to get medicine for doing everything correctly. Not to mention take the earrings I just paid $100 for.

Gabby this location is extremely rude and wasn’t interested in even trying to go a half a mile to assist with my return ! When I insisted told me it would take 20min as I stand there THE ONLY CUSTOMER w 4 people behind the counter! JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND I PLAN TO ESCALATE FURTHER GOR MY TREATMENT!

Daughter got her ears pierced for her birthday .They were busy but acknowledged us and were kind to her while getting her ears pierced for the first time.

I was treated with disrespect. The employees are hypocrites and rude to customers. All I wanted was for my ears to be pierced not to get the employee’s attitude.
